There are a large number of clubs on offer at Delbrook. If you can find a chill teacher to host your club during lunch on a specific day (as most clubs only meet once, maybe twice a week) and have at least 3 people in the said club, you can create your very own club!

Today we welcome back familiar faces to a new year, and with them, a new wave of students into the sandy halls of D.A. Whether you choose to spend your time rushing the field with our five-time National Championship lacrosse team - Go, mighty Tides..! - or rocking out in the quad to the sweet rhythm of the jazz band; with more than enough extracurricular sports, activities, and clubs on offer, you're sure to find the right place for you, surrounded by like-minded peers who, despite differences, come together to create a close-knit and welcoming community.
So now that's out of the way, let's get down to the four-one-one on how your first day at Delbrook is going to go.
Today is all about getting in the groove; and no, I don't just mean with the dance squad or the cheerleaders... No. Today is going to consist of familiarizing yourself or re-familiarizing for our returning tides, with the school. This morning you'll attend your homeroom, where you'll meet your classmates and teacher before heading to the auditorium where our mighty Poseidon - our principal, for those of you who might not know - will address the school and give us a brief rundown on what the new year is going to look like. But once that's done... light that bonfire, and get ready for a luau; because the sharks, along with our amazing seniors, have prepared one hell of a welcome home party for us all..! So be sure to head on out to the lacrosse field and check it out..! There are food trucks, carnival games, rides, and booths- make new friends, meet the clubs, and prove yourself a tide to be reckoned with. And why not..? After all; new year, new you, right?

You'll be excited to hear that we have since dropped our uniform policy and now are a free-dress school, you can thank your ASB President for fighting for you all as fiercely as she did on the matter. Though, of course, there is still no wearing anything gang-related and the girls are still expected to have shorts that reach the length of their fingertips. You are still more than welcome to wear Delbrook Tide spirit-wear, and will still be able to buy said merch at the Student Store. You also will still be expected to wear your school I.D.s around your neck with the Delbrook lanyard provided to you from the moment you walk in the front gate to the moment you leave school grounds. You will not be able to enter or leave school without it, so please don't lose it. It's a ten-dollar fee to replace it.
Delbrook's campus holds approximately forty-five hundred students, with about a thousand and two hundred students in our graduating class alone. Unfortunately, the reality of those numbers is only about nine hundred of you in the class of 2022 will make it to graduation. We'd love to see you all there, but we know that there are different circumstances that end up preventing some of our students from completing their journey. Anywhere between thirty and forty-five students fill each classroom, with anywhere from six to eight classes on your schedule with two to four classes a day. Depending on how you worked your schedules out with your counselors, you might have free periods before or after lunch that provide you a longer lunch break, or towards the end of the day that permits you to be let out of school earlier than most students. Show the front gate security guard your I.D., which has your free periods imprinted on them, and they will let you out.
Our school runs on a blocked schedule where you will attend your Even number classes one day, and the next it will be your Odd number classes. Blue days are Even classes, while Gold days are Odd. Green Days are for all classes. Each class period will run for an hour and a half, with a fifteen-minute break period between your first and second classes before lunch hits, and after lunch will come your third and fourth classes for the day. There will only be a five-minute period between the last two classes for you to get to your designated class, so I suggest you don't dilly-dally.
The standard being held for this role play will be High-Casual, which means at least 2 paragraphs of non-dialogue minimum. However, quality over quantity shall prevail. Sometimes you just feel like you can get your point across without writing a detailed paragraph over how Mary Sue brushes her teeth, and thatβs totally okay.
The maximum time between posts will be 14 days, which can be extended by previous communication with the GMs. If you do not post in IC or OOC by this time, I shall shamelessly spam your DMβs in Discord or Guild PMβs to see whatβs up. Until you are heard back from, your character will be excused from any interactions they may be in to free up the other member's character(s) and put on a hiatus. after a month of inactivity, I will be taking you off the roster altogether. I will have a copy of your CS' saved in my inbox, and will be removing your characters from the character tab.
If you are to be absent from the site, unable to post in the period of time mentioned above, or wish to bow out please let us know in whatever via you prefer (OOC or group PM to the GMs). Itβs not only polite to do so, but it will be much appreciated.
Please check with at least one of the GMs if you plan on making a big event that might change the vibe of the RP or affect the cast in any way. Weβll most likely say yes, but better safe than sorry.
This is a character-driven RP. As such, there is not only a need but a requirement for character interactions. So talkkkkkk. Every player and the characters he or she decide to play will have their moments to shine, but interactions help a lot with this. After all, we don't want somebody to be left out.
Please allow at least 2 people to post before making your next one. This includes different characters. If you want to post for a second character, please just use the EDIT button, add it in, and let anyone you might be interacting with know. Collabs are encouraged, but please don't go overboard. We want to have some machine-gun posting too.

Romance is allowed and very much encouraged by the GM and COs, though Guild Rules will apply to the steamier scenes. And please, for the love of the gods, let it happen organically. Don't rush it! We've got all the time in the world. Build up to that shit! ;P
If you encounter any situations with a particular user, either take it to PMs, DMs or let us GM's know to see if the situation can be resolved amicably. I don't enjoy conflict, and would like to keep this a drama-free zone. Please act accordingly, and act your age, people.
Character sheets shall be posted to the Character Tab one sheet per post.
There will be a limit of two characters for new incoming people. Extra character slots will be "rewarded" to members after a grace period. Overall, characters will be maxed out at 3-4 total. If you see yourself only being able to handle a single character, that is absolutely fine by me. I'm not too worried about girl/guy ratios, so just worry about what you want to make (though if you are interested in keeping the ratio somewhat even, I will post the girl/guy ratio in the character tab for you to check out).
Our characters, much like us members, are not perfect. I do not want any Eddie Haskell's in the roleplay. I'd like to see some characters with some flaws to them.
I will not be accepting Anime FC's. Real-life face claims only who look the part of a high schooler.
Character sheets should be posted into the OOC for any of the three GM's to review, and once you've been given the green light you are more than welcome to move them over to the Character Tab and begin posting at will. Please do not post Works In Progress into the OOC tab. Save them into your inbox in a message to yourself, or in a "character vault" of yours.

Daniel kept his eyes out on the crowd around them as they stood close talking, though any time she spoke, he would bring his eyes back around to connect with hers. He tried his best not to just flat-out stare at her. It was hard, though, if he was being honest. Her comment about whether or not he was hoping they had some classes together caused the boy to smile a bit, turning his gaze in hopes to hide the lie behind his eyes that would give him away as he spoke up.
"Nnnoooo, I was jus-" but before he could finish what he'd begun to say, a familiar voice called out off to his side, causing him to trail off and turn to see the twins approaching the pair. Daniel chuckled softly, folding his arms over his chest as he watched the three greet one another, shaking his head at Maria.
"Not my fault you weren't paying attention in homeroom enough to hear her name being called! I was going to mention it but got caught up in conversation, and shit. Sorry!" He offered the girl an apologetic smile, holding his hand up with a light shrug. It wasn't till Daniel heard Lydia's voice approaching that Danny finally tore his gaze from his sister-from-another-mister, having lost part of his smile as the girl approached. Though she wore a smile, Daniel was never sure of the girl's intentions or how she would react to anything that happened to or around her.
Considering he hadn't been addressed directly, Daniel decided to remain quiet. Instead, pulling out his phone to check a message he remembered he'd received while talking with Charlie up in the bleachers, smiling as he read it and sent out a quick reply. Erin Chase, his eldest brother's best friend had sent him well wishes on his first day. Another girl who had become much like a sister to him over the years. One of the only good things Bran ever seemed to have going for him in life.

There's no getting around it. Even Ares himself calls his son an asshole. Course, he's pretty proud of it, but that's not the point. Brandon isn't the touchy-feely type and definitely won't ask you if you're okay when you get hurt. He'll tell you to rub some dirt in the wound and get back on your feet. The young man takes things a bit too seriously in life, and most definitely at camp. Brandon finds himself constantly in arguments and bare-knuckle brawls, or even in some cases full-on duels. Brandon knows he's good at what he does and likes to show off for the ladies. Women seem to be this boy's weakness, especially the daughters of Aphrodite. Seems Ares handed down more than just some godly powers to Brandon. He can be very charming to get what he wants, you'd almost think he was the Son of Aphrodite with the way this guy's game is. Brandon is very militant in his own way but doesn't necessarily care to police others or be a leader of anyone. He lets others, typically his other siblings or the Athena kids, take charge in matters dealing with battle strategies and such. He's not too fond of 'teamwork' but will resort to it if it benefits his own personal gain. Brandon also is a bit of a poor sport, not taking losses too well, he will inevitably try to start a fight.. or in the least case, yell at the winning team after Cap the Flag matches.

Odikinesis: As the child of the god of personal fear, panic, and dread, Dany can control the feelings and emotions of war, such as fear, hate and rage. β₯ Persona Worst Fear Generation: Dany has the ability to make individuals see their worst fears through eye contact. However, she can only do this to one person at a time. β₯ Terror Generation: She has the ability to bring terror to a large crowd, in the way her father once brought a large sea monster that served to scare many mortals. Shapeshifting (limited): Dany can change her appearance and form to people or animals. The power is limited, as she has to know a lot about the being she changes herself into. She has some practice changing into animals but hasn't attempted shifting into another person before. Her father once shifted to look like Ares, so the ability is there. She just hasn't discovered that part of it yet. The better she knows the animal/person, the stronger the shift is. Typically is only an ability that she can conjure in the midst of battle, as well. It is not a leisure ability, although she practices the ability by concentrating really hard. Usually when she's alone in a quiet space. Umbrakinesis: She has control over darkness and shadows for various uses. Shadow Travel: She can use shadows as a way of transportation. However, great distances tend to wear her out. β₯ Darkness Generation (Has not discovered): She can solidify shadows to shoot bolts of darkness, form virtually impenetrable shields, and surround enemies in pitch-black clouds of lightless space. β₯ Invisibility (Has not figured out, yet): She can use shadows to cover herself in darkness to become invisible. β₯ Vitakinesis (limited): She can heal minor injuries to herself or others by using darkness.

Ezra spent his life with his grandparents and never really knew much of his own mother except for the things his Pa told him. Ezra and Jacob's mother left them when they were very young, The boys were handed down to and raised by their grandparents, Ezra having spent most of his time with his grandpa. Although, of course, he did love to spend time with his grandmother in the kitchen from time to time. She always cooked the best food, especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Growing up, Ez always had a dream of getting into Hollywood and becoming a movie star. First, he started out as an extra in a few movies here and there in his early years of junior high. After getting behind the scenes a little bit, he got the crazy idea in his head that he wanted to go out for stunt double/performer roles. He even took some time to go to a school for specialized training. It wasn't until 2015 when he landed his first gig as the stunt double to Adam Driver in the movie Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and later went on to continue his work throughout Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, although Ezra's work was a bit more on the front lines of ROS. With the help of CGI, he was the one who played Kylo Ren mostly in the last film after Adam suffered an accident on set. To retain his reputation, they just made it look like he was still the one who played him in the credits.
Ezra had been on set for the ROS movie when he had been approached by a small group of people, which he would later find out were demi-gods, urging him to come back with them to this camp. Of course it took a lot of convincing to get his stubborn-ass to agree to the ridiculous idea, but eventually, he did go. A big chunk of his first year at camp he was back and forth between the movie set and the grounds of CHB. For the most part, Ezra kept to himself in his lone cabin because he felt the attention he got at camp was mainly due to his line of work. As if being a stunt double was anything in comparison to being an actual celebrity. It wasn't until one camper, in particular, broke through his hard exterior shell before he finally started opening up more to the other campers and soon realized that the people there weren't so bad. Since his days with Star Wars were over, he decided to leave behind the Stunt Double business focus more on the whole demi-god aspect of his life. It's still a very new world for him and there's much for the boy to learn.

Odikinesis: As the son of the god of personal fear, panic, and dread, Ezra can control the feelings and emotions of war, such as fear, hate, and rage by either inducing it or taking it away. Inducing said emotions can be done from afar, but taking them away requires physical touch.
Persona Worst Fear Generation: Ezra has the ability to make individuals see their worst fears through eye contact. However, he can only handle a small handful of people at a time.
Terror Generation: He has the ability to bring terror to a large crowd, in the way his father once brought a large sea monster that served to scare many mortals.
Fear Construct: He can change fear into tools, objects, weapons, and other items, create semi-living constructs, and/or create structures/buildings of varying permanence and tangibility. His constructs typically take the form of what, only he can describe as the Jurassic World's Indoraptor. A shadowy figure that resembles the fictional creature. ββ
Shadow Travel: He can vanish to other locations. The greater the distance, the more it takes from his energy. The more people he transports also affects his energy stores. Much like Shadow Travel, it has to be someplace he or the people he travels with have previously been and know well. Swordsmanship: Much like his father, Ezra is a sword fighter. Despite being the grandson of a war god, he is a terrible physical combatant likely because he never had to rely on his skill and thus never trained. Mist Manipulation: Having a legacy such as Hecate, Ezra has worked on mastering the ability to control and manipulate the Mist. The power to control the Mist to create Mistforms, illusions, and influence the minds and memories of mortals.

Greyson may look like a total douchebag frat boy, but he isn't by any means. He's is a soft-spoken gentleman who keeps a rather calm and stoic demeanor on the outside. His background has him constantly holding his shoulders back and head held high to face the problems thrown his way. He's a young man of very few words, that is unless he's speaking passionately about something. Or to someone. Even through the hardships that Greyson has faced, he's always managed to keep hold of his soft, kind-hearted inner shell. The few he's allowed into his inner circle know this boy is loyal to a fault and loves like no other. His need to protect the women in his life far exceeds anything else. Having quite a number of nieces, he knows just how fragile young girls can be. Greyson can be a bit more emotional as well as in-tune with emotions more than the average male, having been raised around more girls than boys (with the exception of his two brothers, he had several female cousins he was raised around), he picked up a few things. Greyson is an all-around good guy. He can act pretty damn confident, but it's not out of an "I'm better than you" way, more of an "I know my worth" kind of way. He's a lover, not a fighter, but will fight for those he loves. You probably won't find another guy like him.

Greyson's mother, Princess Diana, died less than a year after his birth. Greyson grew up in the shadows of Prince William and Prince Harry, raised by Prince Charles, Duke of Wales, and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. Charles treated Greyson as if he was his own son, and Greyson knew no better. His real father never came forward to claim him so he didn't know any better of where/who his real lineage lay with. That is until he was approximately 9-years-old when he was nearly killed by a giant.
The details of just how exactly he survived are quite fuzzy to Greyson, but all he knows is it didn't take long for someone from a Camp that resided in the States to reach out to him to comfort him in the dark and very confusing time. They offered information for the young boy to piece together, filling in the blanks of a past he never even knew. He began spending summers in the camp, learning who he was and how to control the abilities he had (and was still discovering). He quickly learned that he wasn't alone and that things weren't just black and white, but much more complicated than he could've ever imagined before. The atmosphere was... challenging, to say the least. Eventually, Greyson did find his place among the crowd and fell in with the rest. Being a son of one of The Big Three caused him to grow a reputation rather quickly, but the young man didn't put much thought into it.
Greyson grew up hearing stories of his mother from the two older boys, and of course the tabloids. It wasn't encouraged in the Royal Household to read up on any of them, because most (if not all of them) were lies. At least that's what they were told, growing up. Greyson read them anyway. It's all he had left of his mother's legacy. That, and a necklace that she bought for him within the first few weeks after his birth at the pier where his parents had met. She'd planned to give it to him on his 18th birthday. His father had acquired it at some point, but instead of holding onto it for so long, he gave it to his son the summer following his 10th birthday. It's the only thing Greyson has left of his mother, doubling as a reminder that at one point in time his parents had been in love.

Greyson can will himself to stay dry in water, extract water shoot from petrified seashells, create oxygen bubbles underwater for people who cannot breathe underwater, and harden water to form solid ground to walk on or shields. That is until he gets mad, or if he's talking softly, more so in a sweet manner to someone he's attempting to woo or Charmspeak to. His accent comes out most heavily when he's pissed off.

"Growing up, my favorite animal was a snow leopard, Ky' vie Morgan and I had talked about it on a few occasions. I used to draw blueprints of sorts for this idea I had so that one day I could build up my own mechanical beast. Just as a sort of hobby, nothing more, really. Well, some years passed by, and one summer when I had arrived at Camp, Ky' vie was waiting for me at the gates with this huge grin on her face. Eventually, she took me down to her bunker where she liked working on her projects and putting the final touches on what she was so eager to show me. Turns out, ever since we had started making sketches and whatnot of my mechanical leopard, she'd been trying to build one for me. She finally finished it and gave it to me as a 'welcome home' present. Sheba, the leopard, is water-resistant... Can't have her short-circuiting on me, could we? Being who I am, I'm glad Ky' vie took the extra step to do that. Sheba's practically a living thing. Has the same mannerisms as an actual leopard, and if she feels I'm being threatened, she will attack, or at the very least prepare to. She also has a set of commands, which are voice sensitive, and are spoken in French and ASL... Tyler is independent and desperate to prove himself, wanting to show his personal talent and leave a legacy behind in the minds of everyone. But heβs not brash. He is content to observe and work quietly, and heβs quite intelligent, which is no small aid. He thinks before he acts and is adept at seeing all sides and analyzing situations so he can act to his best advantage. He wants to be something and make something of himself; proving himself better than anyone could have expected is one of his highest priorities. However, as intellectually mature as he may be, Tyler is still young and still learning. There is much he doesnβt understand and his social skills need work. He has somewhat of a low tolerance for certain people and is dismissive of those who are loud, unsubtle, and quick to offer opinions for everything. Nevertheless, other people are often "entitled" to his opinion in the form of his biting sarcastic remarks. Other than that he is a quiet and even somewhat withdrawn boy. While he enjoys the company of some of his friends, solitude is a balm for him.
Tylerβs quiet, studious exterior hides somewhat of a rebellious and unconventional streak. He likes to go his own way and will do it willingly. He also respects authority, but follows rules when it suits himβin other words, most of the time, but not if he has something else in mind that he deems worth the risk of losing points or perhaps damaging his image a little. However, as important as that is to him, these moments come very rarely. More frequently his unconventionality is manifested in an experimentative tendency.
Tyler loves a challenge and he loves besting people, but it is usually a private victory for him. He needs not to brag and draw attention to his success as long as he knows personally that he has won. However, this is not to say what he doesnβt need othersβ acclaim. Being noticed is important to him, and he hates being ignored, but he would rather people notice by themselves how outstanding he can be. That being said, criticism tends to bounce off of him as well--he is rather selective about what he hears and chooses to take to heart. Despite a sometimes ungracious manner, and a self-preserving and self-benefiting attitude, the boy is not bad at heart. He would always stick up for those he considers his friends and is not averse to helping even strangers after he is finished or providing it doesnβt inconvenience him. But when he is hurt, it is common to find him completely withdrawn and intractable, working only for himself in a kind of cool temper that can take a while to thaw out, even with the efforts of his closest friends. Unfortunately, Tyler is also prone to hold grudges after problems with others, and he is stubborn about them, though adaptable in other situations.
Tyler is a careful and patient boy. Heβll watch and wait for a long time with an observant and analyzing eye without feeling a need to do anything himself, gaining something from everything he sees. Not only that, heβs good at making what he sees help him in some way. Tyler is driven and works diligently to achieve any goal heβs set for himself, and places these goals above most other things. As such, heβs very organized; he hates clutter and his personal space, personal appearance, and his management of time and such are all very neat and organized, often following a schedule or other method of keeping everything in its proper place and time. It bothers him when things arenβt set out clearly and prioritized so they can be followed right. Heβs a very good multi-tasker and his organization helps him make sure everything gets accomplished exactly when and how he planned it to. If it doesn't, he'll fix it until it does.

To tell Tyler's story, you'd first have to know a bit of background history with his mother. In Romani culture, marriages are arranged and the Roma people abstain from sex until after they are married. Most, if not all, Roma people marry young, as well. In their teens, boys will not marry before the age of 17 and girls at the age of 16. Well, Tyler's mother Destiny was betrothed to a boy and set to marry him.. well, she ended up becoming pregnant by the god Hermes before her arranged marriage was set in place.
On the day of her wedding, the boy's mother felt another presence with Destiny that morning. It wasn't spiritual, that much she knew. Unable to just ignore the feeling she had, Destiny's soon-to-be Mother-in-Law insisted she take a test. There was no way she was going to let her son marry a girl who was impure. Sure enough, Destiny tested positive and the whole wedding was canceled. Destiny was then banished by her family, left to deal with her unborn child on her own. His mother eventually fell in with a traveling circus band in Hungary where she eventually had Tyler while on the road.
She spent a near 10 years with them, bringing Tyler up on her own education as she wasn't able to fund schooling for her boy. He also worked for the circus as well, dressing up in a bearskin costume and attracting bystanders along the roads to their shows. This is also around the time where he started thieving, pickpocketing the people who gave him disgusting looks or said nasty things to him. After that decade came to an end, she broke away from the circus and decided to take her son over to the States with him.
The two moved to Sisters, Oregon on their own where they bought their own little plot of land and made a life for themselves. It wasn't much, but it was home. Tyler grew up continuing his homeschooling while he helped his mother tend to the land, taking care of their horse as well as helping his mother with their small plot of crops. Each season bringing a new assortment of goods to grow. Tyler spent the next year and a half of his life in peace with his mother but found himself questioning his father. When Destiny finally told him the truth, Tyler was furious with her. How could she tell him that, as if what he was asking was a huge joke.. was it a joke to her?!
Not long after the conversation had been had, a young crippled boy by the name of Sawyer crossed paths with Tyler and they became fast friends. Eventually, Sawyer came out to Tyler (no, not that way you goofball) as a Satyr, and mentioned that time definitely was not on their side, as a monster had been prowling the woods around Tyler's home trying to track down the son of Hermes. In order to keep his mother safe, he needed to leave and allow Sawyer to take him somewhere where he'd be safe. They arrived shortly after Tyler's 12th birthday. Since then, he's been at camp. The summer after his fifteenth birthday he spent it with his mother at their home, but he hasn't been back home since. He's a huge mama's boy. Misses her dearly and calls her often.

He's also a touch judgmental, not based on prejudices but on first impressions of people. Tyler's independence also pushes him to the limits of authority.

There's no getting around it. Even Ares himself calls his son an asshole. Course, he's pretty proud of it, but that's not the point. Brandon isn't the touchy-feely type and definitely won't ask you if you're okay when you get hurt. He'll tell you to rub some dirt in the wound and get back on your feet. The young man takes things a bit too seriously in life, and most definitely at camp. Brandon finds himself constantly in arguments and bare-knuckle brawls, or even in some cases full-on duels. Brandon knows he's good at what he does and likes to show off for the ladies. Women seem to be this boy's weakness, especially the daughters of Aphrodite. Seems Ares handed down more than just some godly powers to Brandon. He can be very charming to get what he wants, you'd almost think he was the Son of Aphrodite with the way this guy's game is. Brandon is very militant in his own way but doesn't necessarily care to police others or be a leader of anyone. He lets others, typically his other siblings or the Athena kids, take charge in matters dealing with battle strategies and such. He's not too fond of 'teamwork' but will resort to it if it benefits his own personal gain. Brandon also is a bit of a poor sport, not taking losses too well, he will inevitably try to start a fight.. or in the least case, yell at the winning team after Cap the Flag matches.

Ezra spent his life with his grandparents and never really knew much of his own mother except for the things his Pa told him. Ezra and Jacob's mother left them when they were very young, The boys were handed down to and raised by their grandparents, Ezra having spent most of his time with his grandpa. Although, of course, he did love to spend time with his grandmother in the kitchen from time to time. She always cooked the best food, especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Growing up, Ez always had a dream of getting into Hollywood and becoming a movie star. First, he started out as an extra in a few movies here and there in his early years of junior high. After getting behind the scenes a little bit, he got the crazy idea in his head that he wanted to go out for stunt double/performer roles. He even took some time to go to a school for specialized training. It wasn't until 2015 when he landed his first gig as the stunt double to Adam Driver in the movie Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and later went on to continue his work throughout Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, although Ezra's work was a bit more on the front lines of ROS. With the help of CGI, he was the one who played Kylo Ren mostly in the last film after Adam suffered an accident on set. To retain his reputation, they just made it look like he was still the one who played him in the credits.
Ezra had been on set for the ROS movie when he had been approached by a small group of people, which he would later find out were demi-gods, urging him to come back with them to this camp. Of course it took a lot of convincing to get his stubborn-ass to agree to the ridiculous idea, but eventually, he did go. A big chunk of his first year at camp he was back and forth between the movie set and the grounds of CHB. For the most part, Ezra kept to himself in his lone cabin because he felt the attention he got at camp was mainly due to his line of work. As if being a stunt double was anything in comparison to being an actual celebrity. It wasn't until one camper, in particular, broke through his hard exterior shell before he finally started opening up more to the other campers and soon realized that the people there weren't so bad. Since his days with Star Wars were over, he decided to leave behind the Stunt Double business focus more on the whole demi-god aspect of his life. It's still a very new world for him and there's much for the boy to learn.

Greyson may look like a total douchebag frat boy, but he isn't by any means. He's is a soft-spoken gentleman who keeps a rather calm and stoic demeanor on the outside. His background has him constantly holding his shoulders back and head held high to face the problems thrown his way. He's a young man of very few words, that is unless he's speaking passionately about something. Or to someone. Even through the hardships that Greyson has faced, he's always managed to keep hold of his soft, kind-hearted inner shell. The few he's allowed into his inner circle know this boy is loyal to a fault and loves like no other. His need to protect the women in his life far exceeds anything else. Having quite a number of nieces, he knows just how fragile young girls can be. Greyson can be a bit more emotional as well as in-tune with emotions more than the average male, having been raised around more girls than boys (with the exception of his two brothers, he had several female cousins he was raised around), he picked up a few things. Greyson is an all-around good guy. He can act pretty damn confident, but it's not out of an "I'm better than you" way, more of an "I know my worth" kind of way. He's a lover, not a fighter, but will fight for those he loves. You probably won't find another guy like him.

Greyson's mother, Princess Diana, died less than a year after his birth. Greyson grew up in the shadows of Prince William and Prince Harry, raised by Prince Charles, Duke of Wales, and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. Charles treated Greyson as if he was his own son, and Greyson knew no better. His real father never came forward to claim him so he didn't know any better of where/who his real lineage lay with. That is until he was approximately 9-years-old when he was nearly killed by a giant.
The details of just how exactly he survived are quite fuzzy to Greyson, but all he knows is it didn't take long for someone from a Camp that resided in the States to reach out to him to comfort him in the dark and very confusing time. They offered information for the young boy to piece together, filling in the blanks of a past he never even knew. He began spending summers in the camp, learning who he was and how to control the abilities he had (and was still discovering). He quickly learned that he wasn't alone and that things weren't just black and white, but much more complicated than he could've ever imagined before. The atmosphere was... challenging, to say the least. Eventually, Greyson did find his place among the crowd and fell in with the rest. Being a son of one of The Big Three caused him to grow a reputation rather quickly, but the young man didn't put much thought into it.
Greyson grew up hearing stories of his mother from the two older boys, and of course the tabloids. It wasn't encouraged in the Royal Household to read up on any of them, because most (if not all of them) were lies. At least that's what they were told, growing up. Greyson read them anyway. It's all he had left of his mother's legacy. That, and a necklace that she bought for him within the first few weeks after his birth at the pier where his parents had met. She'd planned to give it to him on his 18th birthday. His father had acquired it at some point, but instead of holding onto it for so long, he gave it to his son the summer following his 10th birthday. It's the only thing Greyson has left of his mother, doubling as a reminder that at one point in time his parents had been in love.

"Growing up, my favorite animal was a snow leopard, Ky' vie Morgan and I had talked about it on a few occasions. I used to draw blueprints of sorts for this idea I had so that one day I could build up my own mechanical beast. Just as a sort of hobby, nothing more, really. Well, some years passed by, and one summer when I had arrived at Camp, Ky' vie was waiting for me at the gates with this huge grin on her face. Eventually, she took me down to her bunker where she liked working on her projects and putting the final touches on what she was so eager to show me. Turns out, ever since we had started making sketches and whatnot of my mechanical leopard, she'd been trying to build one for me. She finally finished it and gave it to me as a 'welcome home' present. Sheba, the leopard, is water-resistant... Can't have her short-circuiting on me, could we? Being who I am, I'm glad Ky' vie took the extra step to do that. Sheba's practically a living thing. Has the same mannerisms as an actual leopard, and if she feels I'm being threatened, she will attack, or at the very least prepare to. She also has a set of commands, which are voice sensitive, and are spoken in French and ASL... Tyler is independent and desperate to prove himself, wanting to show his personal talent and leave a legacy behind in the minds of everyone. But heβs not brash. He is content to observe and work quietly, and heβs quite intelligent, which is no small aid. He thinks before he acts and is adept at seeing all sides and analyzing situations so he can act to his best advantage. He wants to be something and make something of himself; proving himself better than anyone could have expected is one of his highest priorities. However, as intellectually mature as he may be, Tyler is still young and still learning. There is much he doesnβt understand and his social skills need work. He has somewhat of a low tolerance for certain people and is dismissive of those who are loud, unsubtle, and quick to offer opinions for everything. Nevertheless, other people are often "entitled" to his opinion in the form of his biting sarcastic remarks. Other than that he is a quiet and even somewhat withdrawn boy. While he enjoys the company of some of his friends, solitude is a balm for him.
Tylerβs quiet, studious exterior hides somewhat of a rebellious and unconventional streak. He likes to go his own way and will do it willingly. He also respects authority, but follows rules when it suits himβin other words, most of the time, but not if he has something else in mind that he deems worth the risk of losing points or perhaps damaging his image a little. However, as important as that is to him, these moments come very rarely. More frequently his unconventionality is manifested in an experimentative tendency.
Tyler loves a challenge and he loves besting people, but it is usually a private victory for him. He needs not to brag and draw attention to his success as long as he knows personally that he has won. However, this is not to say what he doesnβt need othersβ acclaim. Being noticed is important to him, and he hates being ignored, but he would rather people notice by themselves how outstanding he can be. That being said, criticism tends to bounce off of him as well--he is rather selective about what he hears and chooses to take to heart. Despite a sometimes ungracious manner, and a self-preserving and self-benefiting attitude, the boy is not bad at heart. He would always stick up for those he considers his friends and is not averse to helping even strangers after he is finished or providing it doesnβt inconvenience him. But when he is hurt, it is common to find him completely withdrawn and intractable, working only for himself in a kind of cool temper that can take a while to thaw out, even with the efforts of his closest friends. Unfortunately, Tyler is also prone to hold grudges after problems with others, and he is stubborn about them, though adaptable in other situations.
Tyler is a careful and patient boy. Heβll watch and wait for a long time with an observant and analyzing eye without feeling a need to do anything himself, gaining something from everything he sees. Not only that, heβs good at making what he sees help him in some way. Tyler is driven and works diligently to achieve any goal heβs set for himself, and places these goals above most other things. As such, heβs very organized; he hates clutter and his personal space, personal appearance, and his management of time and such are all very neat and organized, often following a schedule or other method of keeping everything in its proper place and time. It bothers him when things arenβt set out clearly and prioritized so they can be followed right. Heβs a very good multi-tasker and his organization helps him make sure everything gets accomplished exactly when and how he planned it to. If it doesn't, he'll fix it until it does.

To tell Tyler's story, you'd first have to know a bit of background history with his mother. In Romani culture, marriages are arranged and the Roma people abstain from sex until after they are married. Most, if not all, Roma people marry young, as well. In their teens, boys will not marry before the age of 17 and girls at the age of 16. Well, Tyler's mother Destiny was betrothed to a boy and set to marry him.. well, she ended up becoming pregnant by the god Hermes before her arranged marriage was set in place.
On the day of her wedding, the boy's mother felt another presence with Destiny that morning. It wasn't spiritual, that much she knew. Unable to just ignore the feeling she had, Destiny's soon-to-be Mother-in-Law insisted she take a test. There was no way she was going to let her son marry a girl who was impure. Sure enough, Destiny tested positive and the whole wedding was canceled. Destiny was then banished by her family, left to deal with her unborn child on her own. His mother eventually fell in with a traveling circus band in Hungary where she eventually had Tyler while on the road.
She spent a near 10 years with them, bringing Tyler up on her own education as she wasn't able to fund schooling for her boy. He also worked for the circus as well, dressing up in a bearskin costume and attracting bystanders along the roads to their shows. This is also around the time where he started thieving, pickpocketing the people who gave him disgusting looks or said nasty things to him. After that decade came to an end, she broke away from the circus and decided to take her son over to the States with him.
The two moved to Sisters, Oregon on their own where they bought their own little plot of land and made a life for themselves. It wasn't much, but it was home. Tyler grew up continuing his homeschooling while he helped his mother tend to the land, taking care of their horse as well as helping his mother with their small plot of crops. Each season bringing a new assortment of goods to grow. Tyler spent the next year and a half of his life in peace with his mother but found himself questioning his father. When Destiny finally told him the truth, Tyler was furious with her. How could she tell him that, as if what he was asking was a huge joke.. was it a joke to her?!
Not long after the conversation had been had, a young crippled boy by the name of Sawyer crossed paths with Tyler and they became fast friends. Eventually, Sawyer came out to Tyler (no, not that way you goofball) as a Satyr, and mentioned that time definitely was not on their side, as a monster had been prowling the woods around Tyler's home trying to track down the son of Hermes. In order to keep his mother safe, he needed to leave and allow Sawyer to take him somewhere where he'd be safe. They arrived shortly after Tyler's 12th birthday. Since then, he's been at camp. The summer after his fifteenth birthday he spent it with his mother at their home, but he hasn't been back home since. He's a huge mama's boy. Misses her dearly and calls her often.

He's also a touch judgmental, not based on prejudices but on first impressions of people. Tyler's independence also pushes him to the limits of authority.

Aside from English and Greek, Tyler has a firm grasp on the Romani language and has since picked up on some Italian words and phrases as well but still can't get ahold of complete sentences.
