Fallout: Fall of The Brotherhood of Steel [Rebooting and Accepting]

Grognak wasn't accustom to being in groups of people, especially in the age of the Brotherhood of Steel, but he found that at the moment Stark was the closest thing to a friend he'd had in a long time. Of course Super-mutants of Grognak's caliber didn't tend to actually have friends and tended to just have allies that they could put up with but Grognak felt a genuine bond to his new found friend.

The briefing was pretty boring for Grognak who had a larger dislike for this Oracle than he did for their previous leader Seeker. The whole organization was beginning to remind Grognak of a more advanced band of Super-Mutants. Despite this thought Grognak saw that the commonwealth united under these humans would be a lot better than the current rule of the BoS. Grognak was brought back to reality as Stark stood up to ask Oracle about some ammo and upgrades to their gear such as Grognak's axe which made the Super-mutant flash a savage smile of glee.

I know you said your not pre-approving anything but I've got this guy about 90% done. I have to go to work soon so I just wanted to post him up just so you can see sorta what I'm going for. I have a few minor variations of him (ie complete change up in powers and minor changes to Bio) so I'll just leave this here and see if he's good so far.

Name: Tandem Chase

Alias: None yet (Will be Ultra Violet)

Age: 17

Powers/Skills:

[Enhanced Reflexes] Tandem’s strongest power in the beginning, his enhanced reflexes allow Tandem to pull off amazing feats despite his current fighting ineptitude. In the start his power will allow him to dodge some normal speed punches with relative ease (though not a flurry of punches or one from a trained hand-to-hand combatant) but as time goes on his power will grow to the point of being able to dodge out of the way of slower moving projectiles such as missiles or thrown objects.

[Enhanced Strength] Starting out his strength will allow him to block blows from those round his size with relative ease (meaning that those who are considerably larger than him will probably have a pretty easy time taking him down) but as time goes on his powers will go on to allow him to lift half a ton with a great amount of effort.

[Gear] Once Tandem gains his inspiration to suit up he’ll get himself some proper gear such as some body armour to protect against light fire arms and some stabbing weapons. He also carries around a high tensile cable which with his powers allows him to wild with ease.

Weaknesses:

[Human Skin] Tandam’s powers don’t effect his durability at all and as such he can be badly hurt by any conventional weapons.

[Inexperience] Tandem will have had no fighting experience at all in the beginning of the story so he’ll need to really a lot on his powers (at least initially) and he’ll likely need to make allies to be an effective crime fighter which leads into his next weakness…

[Social Ineptness] With a choppy upbringing and the overall lack of constant figures in his life, Tandem doesn’t have very good people skills which can hinder other’s ability to tolerate him or make him unable to effectively interrogate someone.

Alignment: Civilian

Personality: Insecure but doesn’t show it.

BRIEF Bio:

Gotham City Files

Tandem Chase was born to Mary Anne Chase and Steven Chase, co-owners of Chase Media which has begun to become a very popular company in pop culture today thanks to the radical expansion of the company by the duo in the past ten years. Tandem has been raised mostly by his home’s revolving staff of butlers and cleaners after his parents began to expand their company. Originally Tandem lived in New York city but on his tenth birthday his parents moved him to their much more lavish estate in Gotham City where Chase Media was now based out of. Tandem had a hard time adjusting to the move which resulted in a disturbing lack of making any sort of social connection with anybody in his school so he instead turns to DJing on one of his father’s various Radio Stations, Gotham City Radio.

Skip ahead six years and this continues to be the case until one Becky Susanne King decides to begin dating the boy out of spite for her long time boyfriend Jarred Bishop. Since then Tandem has been tormented by Ms.King as she continuously dumped and made up with Tandem on several occasions in the past year. Despite this Tandem tries to keep up a facade to show that nothing bothers him that much but this facade regularly fades during his time DJing on Gotham City Radio.

-As of the beginning the story none of Tandem’s powers have emerged and remain dormant at the moment. Later they will reveal themselves and develop over time.
-When Tandem uses his powers he gives off a dim, violet glow.

"Eh, I'm still a little worse for the ware but I'm doing good thanks to you and Mr.Nexton. How are you miss?" the driver said casually from the front as he began to drive the limousine. Scott on the other hand simply replied with "I'm fine." rather than elaborating like the driver.

After an hour or so the limo came to its destination, a large old-for-the-time home with tons of overgrown plants littering the grounds. Scott lead Jennifer into the house which was amazingly well kept. The interior of the house was lavish and looked like it had once been used to host parties and galas but it now had a distinct feeling of emptiness, almost yearning for people to once again fill its halls with jolly laughter. Scott moved towards one door which lead to a wine cellar beneath the estate. "What I'm going to show you is completely secret to the public and was commissioned off the books." Scott said as he descended the stairs and headed towards a wine shelf. "If you tell anyone about this place I will deny its existence and put all my resources into keeping it a secret." the man said as he pulled a bottle off the shelf or at least tried to. The bottle only moved slightly and was then put back down as one of the walls opened up slightly revealing another room. "This is your last chance to leave Ms.Reece. From this point on your under my employment." Scott said staring Jennifer straight in the eyes, his stare piercing through the near pitch black darkness.
