Powers and Skills:
Pseudoderm Mask- A featureless mask that Vic uses to conceal his identity. The mask has perfect ventilation so as not to impair the wearers breathing. The mask can be bonded to the wearer’s face via an extremely strong adhesive which can only be removed via a counter agent in the form of a gas or by being left for a few days.

Journalism and Investigation Skills- Probably the most iconic aspect of The Question (aside from his mask) is his ability to find the truth in the face of lies. He's willing to go to any extreme to solve whatever conspiracy or puzzle he sets his mind two. The Question is often referred to as ‘the world’s second greatest Detective’.

Indomitable Will- While lacking any real superhuman powers, Vic’s shear amount of willpower is capable of miracles in of itself. Wether it’s taking a beating to keep secrets safe or riding out a particularly bad spiking of his food, Vic always seems to be able to come out of any situation better than before… relatively speaking.

Acrobatics and Hand to Hand combat- The Question may not be as nimble as say Batman or Nightwing but he still has to get around. Vic is capable of basic acrobatic feats such as leaping between rooftops or rolling out of harm’s way but doing flips and spins are out of the picture. However, when it comes to fist-a-cuffs, The Question is on par with the likes of Nightwing or some of the other non-powered vigilantes.

Weaknesses:
Conspiracies- While one might consider this a skill, its more of weakness due to its more than likely inaccuracies. The Question is nearly constantly conceiving theories and conspiracies about anything from girl scout’s connections to crop circles to the real reason why people can’t keep their eyes open while sneezing. These theories can lead to him going off of faulty evidence and focusing on theses theories more than the current task at hand.

Human- Vic is just as human as they come. He’s still affected by sickness, bullets, fire, etc, etc.

Personality:
Vic may be a very secretive person but one would think he has no secrets given how much he talks. Vic tends to try to take up a leadership role when forced to work with others but isn’t above taking orders provided their based on some sort of logic or facts. While Vic is currently working for the American Government, his only true ally and boss is the Truth.

Appearance:
Vic is a pretty handsome man underneath his disguise. He has fair skin, brown eyes and a smile that would make a roach swoon. He’s naturally a brunette but he normally keeps his hair dyed dark black.

Biggest Claims to Fame:
-Once exposed a high ranking political figure for being a robot being controlled by T.O.Morrow.
-Assulted an Arby’s cashier under the suspicion that they were actually a member of a race of ancient humans bent on taking the Earth from the current race of humans.

How Long Have You Been in Prison:
Over his entire life, Vic has been in prison over a dozen times racking up a total amount of jail time of around two years and a half.

Brief History:
The Question was once Victor ‘Vic’ Sage, a early, early morning reporter on conspiracy theories who was only really given a job at the station because every once in a while he would pull a hail Mary and bring a lot of positive publicity to the station. As time went on, Vic found that there was only so much Victor Sage could do to expose the truth of corrupt politicians and reptilian aliens so he decided to create himself anew as The Question, seeker of the truth.

He spent quite a bit of time as a freelance hero, working on his theories and conspiracies on his own but eventually he was made an offer by a contact of his that he couldn’t refuse. After working as a member of various black ops teams, The Question found himself being seated into yet another team. Task Force X.

Notes:
-While there’s no concrete evidence, a lot of other government operatives are fairly certain Vic became a government operative just to expose the secrets of kept from the general public.
-He considers himself The Question and Victor Sage to be his alter ego.

@Lunar Got my character up! Sorry that it took so long, I had a lot of it done for a while but just got stumped towards the end.

Name: Jacob Strike

Appearance: He keeps his hair at a length that goes just past his ears and is usually unkept. He has fair skin with a fairly stout build. Jacob isn’t especially tall but he makes up for it with his uncanny amount of muscles hidden underneath his fat.

armor/clothing: Jacob wears sweatpants with metal armour on the outside and a faded red and white bowler shirt with the name Donnie on it. He also has metal armour on his arms and back but none on his chest. Atop his head lays a blue hollowed out bowling ball with the finger holes acting as eye holes and have such been enlarged for better visibility.

Age: 28

Sex: Male

Race: human

Personality: Religious fanatic, pretty laid back and calm under pressure

Equipment: 2 stimpacks and a bunch of hub flowers.

Skills/talents: Excels in melee combat, uncharacteristically lucky, very strong, good aim with throwing items.

Weapons: Jacob has a 10mm pistol, a bowling pin with nails sticking out of it and a duffel bag which he keeps various items in including his weapons and a two bowling balls one of which is sparkly and vibrantly red with the words "The Dude" written on it in permeant marker.

Bio: John was born into the tribe of the Spare Overachivers which had been around since the war. He grew up with a pretty uneventful life carrying out his duties as a disciple of the great and powerful 'Dude' which was the heavenly deity of the tribe. One day while cleaning up the tribes holy building as was tasked of him. John came across something shiny within one of the holy tunnels of the great lanes. Touching the lanes was a great crime in his tribe but the object was so enchanting that it seemed to call to John. The then young man reached down the hole and retrieved what was only thought to be a legend to the tribe folk. It was the the weapon once wielded by the very Dude himself in times of old. John showed his finding to the tribe which saw this as a great day as there was a secret prophecy known only by the elders.

The prophecy foretold that he who finds the Dude's weapon will become the seconded coming of The Dude. In order for the prophecy to be fulfilled John would have to go on a pilgrimage to find a sign from the original Dude before being able to return and rule his tribe.

Name: Jacob Grendurr

Alias: The Hive

Position: 11th grader

Abilities/powers:
Silk Generation- Jacob is able to spew various amounts of a silky like substance from his mouth. He has two versions of this substance that he can swap to at will, a sticker version of the substance that feels gross and slimey but has great adhesive capabilities, and a dryer feeling variant with doesn’t really do much other than keep someone wearing it warm. He can fire silk up to five meters away effectively, any farther and his aim begins to taper off and the weight of the silk brings the tip of the stream to the ground. His silk is a very good insulator.

Bug and Insect Telepathy- Jacob is capable of communing with the tiny critters of the planet. From ants to a centipede, Jacob can connect with them on a hyper-mental level. Jacob is capable of full control over any genus of normal insects and bugs while also having some effects on mutants with insect like characteristics (not full control but enough to leave them confused and maybe lose their balance).

‘Stocking up’- Probably the worst part about Jacob’s mutant ability, for whatever reason when he puts on weight he has an extremely hard time working it off. This ability comes with numerous downsides but it also comes with a few perks such as being able shrug off some blunt force trauma (not even close to a superhuman level) and keeping his internal body heat up.

Personality: Jacob tries to be an extrovert though he really enjoys and would rather be alone. He fully realizes that he can’t be a recluse all the time so as such he does his best to force himself into social situations with varying degrees of success. He can be pretty loud mouthed or extremely shy depending on the crowd his with.

Special Skills: Very skilled in knitting and sewing, high willpower.

Place of birth: Nova Scotia, Canada

Weapon(s) of choice: Heroes don’t need weapons!

Medical information: His Mutant ability can be somewhat detrimental.

Brief History: Jacob’s life wasn’t filled with any crippling tragedies or anything very out of the ordinary. Before Jacob was born his parents had a common dislike of mutants but most, if not all, of this hatred left the two as they found out that their only son was a mutant himself. Jacob lived a very normally life back home in Nova Scotia and was often picked for a multitude of reasons though he was never physically hurt. Eventually he just learnt to tune out anything hateful said to him and carry on. His powers manifested very early in his life around the age of two when he began coughing up balls of silk every few days. Eventually he began putting his ability to good use by learning to knit his man made silk into various things like sweaters and began selling them for a little extra cash though he never told anyone where the silk came from.

Relatives: Just his parents. He is also a very distant relative of Abraham Lincon.
