Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

“Suit yourselves.” Gunnrun shrugged, seemingly a little disappointed by the lack of being able to help more. It would not be long before the group found themselves down in the valley, mountains to either side of them as they trekked through a sparse, rocky forest. Not that Gunnrun had much trouble with the foliage, easily finding her way through the tall pine trees.

It would be a little after noon when the group would finally reach their destination. Gunnrun would have to help them up the final hurdle, lifting most of them up a sheer cliff that was little more than a stepping stone for the giant, and once they’d finally be pulled up they’d find themselves standing in front of a massive gate carved of pure white stone.

Either side was flanked by a humanoid giant carved of the same stone, the one on the right holding a giant hammer. The one on the left of the gate, a sword held at chest height, extending across the gap between the other giant, seemingly serving as the top of the gate itself as it extended across two sides of a mountain. And beyond, the party could see the massive houses and dwellings that served as the homes for the giants.

Leading them through the gate, the party would get some friendly hellos from other giants. Some commented about Gunnrun needing to stop bringing strays home, and others asked if she knew some humans had followed her home again. She’d laugh such comments off, leading the group to a place where they could store their horses for now and soon to a workshop.

“So uhm, before you go in. Mister Grettir…he’s not exactly really fond of humans a lot.” She’d say with a bit of hesitation. “Before even this stuff happened, he wasn’t really fond of them and this has really soured his opinion more-”

The door to the workshop opened, nearly bonking Gunnrun in the face. A gray haired giant stepped out, a long grey beard extending down to his chest as he’d briefly glance at Gunnrun. He was shirtless, save for a large apron with a number of forging tools held in it and long, thick pants.

“Master Grettir!”

“Gunnrun. Where ‘ave you been?”

“Oh you know, out.”

The other giant hadn’t noticed the humans yet.

Luana, made it towards the fort just in the nick of time. The dragon only slowed only as Elia’s rammed his shoulder into the beast, sending it flying wildly off course. It however, did not stay down for long, rolling across the ground and acrobatically leaping on its front claws several feet away from Ethelred, the lance just barely missing the beasts body by a hairs breadth. The other knights, if they weren’t already aware of the situation, were now.

“Luana, was it?” Luana, in her haste would nearly bump into Lonan as he exited the castle calmly, the Queen behind him only a few steps, followed by Grainne who seemed to have taken the time to inform the both of them what was happening. “Seems our meeting will be cut short, your majesty.”

“Hmph, a creature such as this shall not pose a problem.”

The drake narrowed its eyes at the group.

And then it laughed.

“I know…better than to fight a losing battle.” The dragon moved, its speed as uncanny as ever as its claws instead, turned on the rank and file knights as it leaped towards the castle. “Consider this…a parting gift.” It leaped off the side of the castle, launching itself towards a small squad of rank and file knights at the top.
I could have done a different opening, but

can't honestly think of a better one for Nyla
Nyla, your friendly neighborhood Shoggo baker

Today was the day! The day she was tossed aside sent away to help! She spent the morning aggressively cleaning the manor. Baking every kind of food she could, careful not to put too much of her special mix inside of the confectioneries lest lady Kyouko get angry with her. She had tried to convince herself she was fine, but as the hour drew nearer and nearer, it was becoming increasingly clear that she was in fact, not fine. Just who would take care of her? None of the other servants could do it as well as she could! Feed her on time, wash her clothes, wash lady kyouko herself-ahem, keep the manor in tip top shape.

And odd sense of Deja Vu aside...haa, her heart felt heavy.

"Oooh, I really don't want to go..." Nyla grumbled worriedly to herself as she'd just finish cleaning a speck of baked on food from a pan, tossing it into the water of the sink with a sigh. "...mnnngh, but a request from Lady Kyouko is a request...Gah but why do I have to goooo! I don't wanna!" Thankfully, no one was watching the normally demure and astute shoggoth rolling around on the floor like a petulant child. As she'd lay there on the floor, her eyes would soon glance up to the clock hanging on the wall.

Hold on.

What time was...

"Ah! Lady Kyoukooooo-"

And with that, she bolted out of the door towards the docks.

"-Samaaaaaaaaaa!"

Squish

The Ryu would feel a slimey, gooey body nearly tackle her to the ground as Nyla ran at her as fast as her gooey little legs could carry her across land. Nyla thus, buried her face in Kyouko's chest, nuzzling against it while her hands otherwise wrapped her in a gooey hug, multitude of eyes all closed and weeping at the prospect of leaving as the Ryu was further and further pulled into a gooey hug that didn't want to let go.

"I'm so sorry I was so busy cleaning, cooking, and making everything super ready for you so I can still be here even when I'm away and-and I made some special cakes you like! Left them! A-and if you change your mind I'll come running back in moments!" Tentacles were now starting to climb up the dragons body. All completely unconsciously, of course.

“As far as I am aware and as I’ve been able to find out,” Livia began as the vehicle pulled to a halt in front of the manor. “It is the only piece in his collection that is of any interest. If my theory and knowledge is correct…that particular relic was used to seal a powerful Arch-demon in ages past by the name of Xrael of the Blood-letting flame. I don’t need to tell you how dangerous such an artifact is.” She didn’t spare a glance to the carriage as the door opened. She’d step out, adjusting her blade lightly and making sure everything was in proper order before holding out a hand to help Polina out of the vehicle.

“Unexpected guests,” She’d say. “Tend to make such events much more interesting in my experience.” Livia would leave Lucrecia to exit the vehicle herself, as she’d instead take Polina’s hand in hers, a soft smile displayed as she’d lead her ‘date’ up to the entrance of the manor. After showing the invitation, the trio would be allowed in without a second glance.

The entry hall was richly decorated in greens and golds, the floor polished and shined to perfection, chatter of other nobles already present and heard from within the main banquet and showing hall where the trio was soon led to. A servant pushed open the heavy double doors, and as they stepped inside, they were greeted with at least a two dozen nobles from all around the empire of varying status.

It seemed they had arrived just in time. Lord Havershel wasn’t anywhere to be seen for the moment, but a servant was informing everyone that the majority of the guests that had said they’d be arriving for the showing had arrived and the showing and the showing will be starting shortly. A number of tables had been set out with refreshments.

As the carriage suggested however, two members of the church of Oros had already made their presence known. A blond haired woman in a robe, likely some sort of priestess. Next to her was a dark haired woman wearing armor, draped in the black imagery of the Church. They were in a quiet corner of the room, receiving quite obvious glares from some of the other nobles gathered.

“What say we go introduce ourselves?” Livia asked her companion. “It's not everyday a member of the Oros church attends an event held by the nobility.”

Lyssa watched Eliz run off, glancing between Katherine and the demon. With a giggle, she’d shrug and follow off after Eliz, ignoring Katherine’s proposed idea. The guard in question was standing near the entrance. He didn’t seem particularly enthused to be here, a long, bored yawn escaping his throat as Eliz approached.

“Gah-!“ Which, rather humorously, gave him a bit of a start right in the middle of it. He quickly regained his composure, blinking a bit in surprise as he’d stare down at the diminutive maid in front of him. “H-huh? What are you talking about?” He’d frown, glancing over at Katherine and the other maid that was washing the linens. Lyssa walked up behind Eliz.

“Sorry boss, what she’s saying is to let us in.”

“...uh, right sure.” He’d say, glancing to the pink haired maid, seemingly weighing his options. “Don’t have a key or something? Must be new,” He’d shrug, not seeming intent on checking their credentials. “You think they’d tell me when they're getting new maids, but nooo, never do.” He’d say, moving to open the door to the place for them, pulling out a hefty key to unlock it. “Go see the head maid and get your keys if I were you.”

Perhaps suspiciously so.

Once inside, they’d find themselves in small hallway. A number of other maids were moving about. It seemed this was a storage and quarters for the live-in maids and other workers. None seemed to bat them too much of an eye, aside from pushing past.

The little girl nodded, though it seemed to be more of an automatic response than a conscious decision. Perhaps she’d live, perhaps not. Argus couldn’t stick around to find out, lest the beast outside complete what the other creatures had started. The pirate rushed out the door, laying eyes upon the beast. Winged, towering above all and one of its mangled claw tipped wings lashing out at the human lass.

His cutlass barely intercepted it in time as the red haired vampire would scoop the human up in her arms. The impact against his arm was powerful, pain coursing through his body as bones cracked from the impact, his blade cutting into the flesh of the beast yet it did not seem to care as it’d withdraw its talons, its long neck twisting and beak howling in a mournful, painful wail.

“Gah! Watch where you're touching!” Julene grumbled as she was scooped up. “Thank ye for the consideration, but I can handle myself.” She’d retort towards Akyasha, eyes glancing between Argus and the Cleric. “Friend of yours, is it?”

She didn’t get long to ask before the hulking monstrosity lunged forwards again, its beak lunging towards Julene, its maw open and uncanny human teeth poised to swallow the human whole. Julene growled, grabbing a bomb from her belt, action obvious in what she was going to do with little concern for her own safety, it seemed. One of its other claws whipped around, intent on trying to grab the Cleric.

The gorebats had fled quickly after the order was given, but with ten of them, finding food to fill all their bellies may take a bit longer than usual.

Forest of beasts

Kordelia’s claws met silver, the tinged blade. Armored as her body seemed to be, its silver sheen, tarnished and faded was only capable of doing very little to the berserk vampire lord. Still, it met heavy blow after heavy blow, Giselle’s arms straining from the force of each, ripples of pain causing her bones to crack with exertion. The red threat of her own ichor, in turn whipped out, the taught red strings being pulled taught once more, causing the vampire lord to cease its assault. The dancing ribbon would slice through one string, then another, and a third soon followed.

Aleksiyas ice, too, was starting to take effect. Not only was the ice spreading to the strings, it was spreading to the spectral hands fingers, too, slowing its movements down even further. The hand seemed mildly panicked, if it was capable of it, its digits attempting to move faster, a little more frantically as ice slowly crept up its appendages.

Their momentary victory however, was short lived.

A blood curdling, pain filled roar. Blood that had gathered around the area being drawn towards the beast called Kordelia as it’d back off away from Giselle. Immediately blood began coalescing around her, the latent blood and gore being drawn towards her as it started to coalesce around her body, shading her in a dark, blood soaked crimson. In the next instant, the force was expelled outward. Dozens upon dozens of razor sharp fragments of blood blasted out, effectively high speed deadly shrapnel launched themselves towards the two vampires. This would in turn, shred Giselle’s sword and shatter the ice that had built up on one of the hands, but it was enough to leave the frozen hand with a gaping hole in its center, as well as only three threads while the other had a four left.

Kordelia however, would immediately turn her attention back to Aleksiya, seemingly having deemed her the bigger threat now. The beasts tail morphed once more, forming into a long, chitinous tail tipped with a long, flat tailbone as it’d lash out, attempting to crush her immediately after the previous attack.
Unsure of the details ATM

But probably smol and human sized

EDIT:
probably something a bit like this. Obvious doll joints and all. Maybe a physical fighter not sure yet
I think I might make a living doll for a second character. Well see how I feel when not working.
