"You should jus' run!" Brutrumukk called out to the last unwounded Bandit that had yet to flee as the bugbear drew his morningstar. "Look at what 'appened to 'Arry when 'e tried to 'elp." Despite his words of discouragement though, the last Bandit went to help anyway. "Fine. 'Ave it yer way." Brutrumukk said as he prepared a second Javelin in his off hand. "Three carcasses o' rabbit meat are much better than two anyway." With that said, Brutrumukk followed the fleeing Bandits into the mist.

Would Brutrumukk have enough time to try and discourage Bunny Brigand E from helping the wounded? If there is enough time, would an Intimidation roll of 18 be a high enough roll to do so?

One problem: These rabbits are walking on two legs...and they're able to talk and reason. That's quite different than the rabbits in Red Dead Redemption 2, I think. ^^"

I wouldn't say it's like a Genocide Run in Undertale. I'd say it's more like... skinning rabbits in Red Dead Redemption 2.
