Current Just because you "fight a good fight" doesn't mean you didn't do horrible things.

I'm sorry for anyone who was waiting for me. Some real life stuff happened, but for now things seem calm. I'll try to post in my RP's ASAP.

Hello, I was wondering if you have a space available.

Grimm Studies

And so the battle began. The first thing Yue did was infused her blade with Ice Dust, then stabbed her blade into the ground to create a barrier around Sepia. The wall of ice was at least three feet thick, more than enough to withstand a few blows from this giant monster. But this was only a temporary shield to give the two girls some time to figure something out before the monster wises up or they attack. ”Find some cover and don’t stay still.” Yue told Sepia as she rushed to fight the Dioanae. Most of the other students had grouped up to fight the massive Grimm, causing it to split it's attention between two groups. Normally Yue would try to get the attention of the creature herself, however she wasn't going to squander this opportunity just to play the hero. While the beast was distracted Yue went all out.

Planting her feet on solid ground Yue concentrated her aura through her sword. With a well-practiced swing, Yue fired a beam of energy infused with dust. A blue blade of ice flew towards the Dioanae, cutting through the air and into the water. When the blade beams touched the water it froze them solid, creating a solid layer of ice for the others to stand on. Yue made sure to only target areas that didn't have any of the other students near them, less she accidentally freeze them to the spot. Yue continued to freeze patches of ice around the Dioanae so that it had no water to douse itself in, but when it started to attack some of Yue's friends, she turned her attention towards the smaller vines going towards Ashe and Bianca. Yue knew her sword didn't have much more energy left in it, but she used the rest of the dust infused into the blade to create one huge blade beam that would hit the vines near the base of the Dioanae. The ice ought to cause the vines to become brittle and collapse under their own weight.

Even as the others dealt with the vines their own way, Yue wanted to make sure that the monster didn't just renew it's attack. After depleting the dust in her sword, Yue noticed that Ashe was looking rather tired. Seeing that Yue herself hasn't sustained any injuries yet the maid went over to her new friend, joining her group. "Ashe!" Once Yue reached Ashe, she placed a hand on her shoulder and began to channel her semblance through her. Ashe's exhaustion and pain would vanish and her aura would increase. All the while Yue's aura was getting drained. A small price to pay to keep her allies up. After trading 20% of Yue's own aura, Ashe would recover 60% of her aura. "How are you feeling? Can you still fight?" Yue asked as she kept an eye on the Dioanae.

The men attacked the camp as soon as Torus emerged from the bushes. He immediately went to secure the weapons that the cultists had foolishly left in a pile, leaving them with no weapons but their dinner forks. While none of the cultist tried to attack Torus, she was glad that they chose to give up without a fight. While Parum had taken the time to learn a healing spell the less injured everyone is, the better. Brannor and Orchid emerged from the bushes to attack some of the bandits. Parum looked at the enemies and choose to attack the one that Orchid was grappling. They needed a prisoner if the others escaped or died.

"Keep one alive! The rest would get what's coming to them!" Standing up from her hiding place Parum played a vicious note off her viol, sending the psychic energy directly to the cultist's mind. She was trying to shock him into submission, and hopefully the others would try not to kill the prisoner. Parum had some questions she wanted to ask and dead men tell to tales. "This is your once chance to surrender with your life intact. You won't get a second chance." Parum said coldly. If she could scare them into submission she would. After everything she's witnessed these past few days, a few thugs and kobolds were hardly frightening to her anymore.

Yes, hello to you too Cypher. I apologize for not saying anything sooner, I honestly have no excuse. But if you'll let me, I can work on a post tonight. Parum will be at A1.
Parum's initiative is 19. Her Initiative bonus is a +4.
Oh dammit, I forgot to mention everyone.

Posted! Let's get this battle going.

Parum had no objection investigating the fire. As long as they were careful and planned, she'd help as much as she could. She followed everyone the three mile trek to the campfire as best as she could, though she had a bit of trouble keeping up with their long strides through the forest. Eventually she caught up, and Parum carefully observed the scene. Four humans, eight kobolds, and all seemed oblivious to their surroundings. Of course they’d be outnumbered. Even if most of their foes were kobolds, they were confident in numbers. Parum debated trying to convince the others to take one prisoner for questioning, though she doubts they'd be any more informative than the prisoner they had captured at the fort. Then again if these were cultist who were left behind for a reason, maybe they could find out why.

Torus stated that while the enemy had numbers, they had skill, but also a small window of opportunity to exploit it. Parum couldn’t agree more. ”Show them power, Torus.” Parum’s words would fill Torus with a warm, hopeful feeling. She wanted to make sure that Torus would have the confidence to take them on. And perhaps just a little, Parum wanted to feel confident too. She still kept having flashbacks of that dragon and how the entire battle at Greenest seemed bleak and miserable. She had tried her best to forget about it, but like a scar she could never truly heal from it. But what she could do is remember, and learn from it.

Soon the other menfolk moved in as Torus transformed into a bear. Not only would this form allow Torus to seemingly be able to fool the cultists that he was a mere wild animal, it would also help Torus fight them once Brannor and Orchid attacked. Thus, Parum’s biggest concern was for Torus himself. She’d have to rely on Kyra and the others to pick off any kobolds who might try to sling arrows and stone at the bear. The halfling would use her spells to target anyone who’d try and attack Torus directly. Parum moved closer, taking advantage of her small size and light feet to not disturb any of the stones as she got within sixty feet of the enemies. It was a bit of a stretch, but this way she could at least target her spells at the four humanoids. Carefully taking out her viol and rapier, Parum waited patiently to cast her spell once hostilities begin.

I'm sorry for being gone these past few days. Recent events have made my home life more chaotic than usual. Long story short I've been politically active on top of all my other responsibilities to the point that Rping didn't even cross my mind until recently. I'm sorry for that and I promise I'll try to catch up as soon as I can.
