So I've been re-working the Dark Outliners CS, integrating the armies they've already absorbed through the members that have joined them. That way everything is established with no asspulls. Here I present the current roster for the Outliners. I will link each character profile when the CS is complete, right now here is the complete list:

The Mysterious leader of the Dark Outliners. Their identity is a complete mystery, many executives have never even seen this individual. Some believe they may be the new Dr. Claw and some rumors even suggest they don't actually exist. It is confirmed however that only Eto, Muffet, the Über Ethereal and the four Elite Guards are currently aware of the leader's identity. The fact that they've managed to unite so many individuals into a rather unstable cause leaves a lot to be feared about this enigma.

The Envisioning One's direct subordinates and those who hold the most power among the Outliners. They are the people whom the leader trusts the most whether it is by personal relations or what they have accomplished. By status, they hold authority over every member, and this includes the Elite Guards unless under crisis. There are generally only two positions here and they are arguably some of the most powerful positions to hold within the entire Multiverse.

  • Eto - Supreme Commander of all other executives and armed forces. She focuses more on the military aspects of the organization.
  • Muffet - Head master of the organization. Anything happening internally, she knows about it. Muffet is said to be the one to ensnare you in the case where thoughts of treason emerged.

Possibly the most mysterious branch of the Dark Outliners. Unknown to the public, "The World" is the protective echelon of The Envisioning One and the Dark Ouliners' most formidable military assets. They are the best of the best, outdoing the strongest member of the group out of the rank. Their identities are kept secret to those under Executive rank due to the immense tactical advantage they present. They've always been four, but there aren't any defined limits to their numbers. Although their primary focus is to insure the survival of the Envisioning One, they are all capable of conducting their own missions if the hierarchy deems it fit.

Executives are those who have demonstrated their value to the Dark Outliners and hold a certain level of authority over all others under them. However the weight of their word varies greatly, and can very well be put under certain subordinates despite their status. Some even may have more impact than the Head Executives under certain conditions. For most powerful or unique individuals recruited in the Multiverse, they're put as Executive. Many have accessed this position by having a large potential in power but also by the resources they hold or even a specific talent that serves as a powerful asset.

  • The Über Ethereal - Grand Master of Advent and main adviser of the Envisioning One.
  • Bambietta Basterbine - General of the Wandereich Femritter Squad
  • Cyano Conablum - Head Scientist and CEO of Conablum Labs
  • Biollante-San - Main Covert Commander
  • R-By - Position to be determined

All those that have recently joined, have potential to develop or are simply lacking in a field. Their position makes their voice a lot less valued but it doesn't mean their weak. Often powerful entities are placed there by lack of experience or intelligence. The contrary may also be the case. Powerful entities that have been under Executives before or during their position as an Outliner are here with exceptions.

  • Misaka Mikoto - Über Ethereal's research subject. Stationed in the main Overseer Research ship.
  • Jetstream Sam - Special Operative, Status Unknown
  • Apocalypse - Coerced Ally, Deceased
  • Keith - Cyano's subordinate and leader of Outward
  • Ruiko Saten - Potential for the Ethereal's teachings, Defected
  • Koloan - The Dark Outliners' very own Kolon!
  • Grimlock - Captured and Enslaved within Conablum Labs
@GrafRoy Zeppeli Itachi is a badly written character. get over yourself weeb

Conablum Labs - Welcoming the Guests

@Absolis@Flamelord@SgtEasy

With Cyano's tech wizardry, decrypting the information snagged directly from Ultron's mind was a piece of cake, as such the scientist revealed some rather delicious information concerning certain members of the group she so despised. The data was incomplete, but certain pieces of information flowed out and yielded delicious results. The clearest intel would be an entity best described as a living mass of energy and radiation and whom the corrupting powers would be overwhelming even for something as messed up as the One-Eyed Owl herself. The Ethereal would make great use of this data and possibly formulate counter-measures. Another key element would be a second entity whom almost all data would be lost with only the exception of two details: The first would be that it could be big, and by big it seemed to even surpass Biollante in some respects. The second was that it shared DNA resemblance to the aforementioned Kaiju. Nothing else was mentioned.

"Dark Samus and some big, ugly monster huh ... Sounds delicious~ And what's this?"

Employing the pad she held on her left forearm, she'd notice that a strongly encrypted file was still being decoded despite how absurdly powerful the technology was here. But eventually the file would unlock, revealing a very brief document that would make Eto's eyes widen in complete astonishment. Groundbreaking news rarely affected the troubled ghoul, but this was certainly a breakthrough that would even make Cyano jump in surprise. Upon swiftly reading the bits of information, she'd murmur to herself.

"I see ... So that means ... The Alliance of Conquerors is led by - What now?"

As she was going to reveal this massive piece of information to the awkward public, the alarm went off, indicating that there were intruders or something. Cyano confirmed it by asking some blokes to check it out, but because Eto's moment of suspense was left in cliffhanger because of these idiots, she was going to address them herself. Marching off with the pad now safely stored in her handbag, it didn't take her long to reach the front gate where the trio seemed to be waiting.

Sniffing the air, her Ghoul traits allowed her to capture the aroma of the three alien entities knocking at their door, more or less. One smelled completely foreign, another as if they lived here and one smelled like ... The Ethereal. Though with a strong tint of human. The last individual likely remained near that alien overlord for an extended period of time for her to capture such a scent. Out of impulse, Eto simply kicked down the gate separating the wave of guards and the three attempting to establish contact. Apparently they were peaceful, well too bad for them, the gate was cleanly propelled at their way in a speed capable of pretty much shattering any human's skeleton. She wasn't trying to hurt them, but it was common decency to get out of the way.

"What the hell are you three and why are you breaking my epic moment you ... Dumb Trash!"

Although still in her silly Takatsuki Sen persona, she was a lot more unpredictable and they had better comply the best they could with the green haired maneater. After all, if Ruiko Saten feared the Ethereal's power, this Ghoul would likely make her reconsider her esper career if some people were to get a little cheeky. She awaited their response, hands on her hips and standing her ground as if she were an unbreakable defense for the three imperium followers.

Arima Shuu - Tametomo

The Red Sages

The Auction House

@Nero@Hillan

While enjoying the many delicacies offered within the auction house's lobby room that served more as a bal room than anything else, Arima monitored the various suits overlooking the whole scene. He could easily identify most of the security force, but there were clearly concealed ones monitoring just as much as he was. As such, he had to be rather slick about his whole approach. He'd enter idle conversations with other participants of the event, sharing a glass of white wine while on the side getting some voluptuous foie gras to go with it. Though Arima had never lived like an elite, adapting and keeping up appearances was his thing, allowing him to easily blend in.

Naomi had since then left and was burning away minutes. Even though there was no clear indication whether she was going through smoothly with the plan or not, the leader of the squad started to feel anxious. The more he studied the area, the more he noticed there was a lot of security, and that's not even considering the evident reinforcements if they were forced to use the explosives. Whether a miracle or a curse, his torment would meet an end when he'd notice a very familiar suit and smell of cigarettes in the area. Added to that the scarlet hair, Aro was quickly distinguished by Arima.

Panicked, this was evidently not part of the plan, who was standing guard outside? This guy was trouble, and Arima knew it from the start. While it wouldn't be enough to accuse him as a traitor, he'd clearly be a threat if this was his way of taking the initiative. If this place wasn't so crowded, the Tametomo would have a hell of an explanation with the Sarutobi. It would be thanks to Naomi's voice that Arima had calmed down a bit and focused on the objective despite the impromptu change of plans from the newcomer. Of course, he couldn't speak through the commlink, but he would swiftly press his finger behind his ear, pretending to scratch it, in order to make the piece of equipment simulate a couple of beeps. This was the signal for Naomi to proceed a they barely had two minutes left.

To stay natural a little longer before everything would go to shit, Arima approached a waiter, asking for one of those delicious baba au rhum, anticipating the explosion to mess with the lightning and cause immediate panic. His position was tactical of course, as he neared the bathrooms himself and if the ventilation plans were correct, he could evacuate safely and regroup with Naomi given that she'd escape as well. Aro on the other hand, he was on his own if he was going to improvise like this.

Yakoul Kakariko

The Confederation's General of Armed Forces

The VERY Relaxing Spa

Like music to its ears, Yakoul acknowledged Tanji's answer fully and was actually impressed that he wasn't so far from the truth. Though the deal was that he was to find exactly what it was, or at least have mostly truths in them. A long silence reigned, which would make Kanata's rude comments all the more louder for the general to consider in its punishment. Initially Kanata wasn't going to get anything physical today, but she just had to push it. Stopping in the middle of the paved road, the feline turned its head slightly to peer over at the duo, the malice being almost visible from their perspective. Oh and, it was very much offended, Kanata.

"Holy fuck, that's ... Actually pretty cool Tenga, I better write that on my shiteater resume. But, unfortunately for your scrawny ass, you're pretty fucking wrong. I'll make it lighter, because there is some truth to it."

It at least gave the illusionist shinobi that much before its tail swayed at a suspiciously quick pace. Before Tenji would know it, he'd feel the soft fur of the tail's end pushing the back of his skull forward without actually hitting him. The strength and speed invested in the strike however would throw the guy's face directly at the concrete he was standing on. At the worst, he'd get a pretty bruised up cheek and bleeding lips, though he'd feel this for at least a week. And Yakoul was going soft there.

The animal wasn't done however, as the tail quickly whipped itself diagonally upwards to slap Kanata as it did yesterday, sending her a meter off her feet and down toward an artificial pond next to the walkway. The slap wasn't strong, but would be mostly designed to get the girl into that mass of water. They were both punished, and the general was satisfied.

"You too, you should learn to shut the fuck up sometimes."

The scene was done, Yakoul had its fun, now they'd have to get down to business. Passing by the two women who greeted them from afar, the feline waved them away as it headed for the VIP room it seemed to be accustomed to. The room was a large, Japanese-style hotel room, sans the cramped storage element, with sliding doors. The two were welcomed to join the beast and enjoy the cleanliness and quality of the room. Nepotism pays after all. Without saying a word, Yakoul would vanish into a connected room, only to come out a mere second later with a white bathrobe on.

The two would have noticed that the place was a hot springs paradise, with many different 'floors' climbing the mountain that was once a volcano. Many rooms surrounded the main building they entered and resided in, but multiple small villas next to larger springs were illuminated. The shadows of the clients enjoying both male and female company were purposely visible to add to the mood of customers seeking the most delightful of experiences. Most workers were women however, wearing beautiful kimonos and either patrolling the whole spa or just serving as house maids.

"If you lot wanna get butt naked or just comfy, by my motherfucking guest. We fucked around, now we discuss business. Gozoboro is probably getting informed that I'm around so he won't waste time gathering assholes for protection and addressing us directly."

The creature sat down on one of the cushions set before a small table with sake already served in them as if they were already expecting Yakoul and its colleagues. It chugged the small cup before resting it left elbow the table and use its hand as support for its chin.

"I want your prognosis of the area. Tunja, how many cunts will be an issue once we get volatile? Kanata, got anything to monitor assholes that may be eavesdropping. I can't tell you how much I fucking hate peeping Toms. In any case, you both know your roles when the fat fuck gets in reach in and shit hits the fan, right?"
@Nero Considering we're down multiple characters especially on a certain team.

Yes. It would be a problem.
@Blue Demon Another alternative would just to have one character.

You'd only follow one faction, and often just a select few characters. You'd have an easier time being regular.

Plus the pace now is slower because other people are 'busy' (code name for lazy)

EDIT: Also I realize I riddled my IC post with typos. My retardation can't follow when I'm in a hurry. Won't edit it though, enjoy the typofest.
@Blue Demon Well that sure sucks. Hard time keeping up or just fed up? Can be both too.

Welp, it was nice having you around C:
I'll post tomorrow after my class.

Cough.

The Confederation's General of Armed Forces

Sunagakure - Dropping off some Tard

@GrafRoy Zeppeli@KenyeIsMyLife@j8cob

The first to arrive was to be expected, the ever so loyal Tanji would discover firsthand the luxuries of working beside the maddened general. His reaction to the well built interior of the fancy vehicle pleased Yakoul more than anything. It not only had a zealot, but it could also quench any thirst for comfort it could demand. Hopefully most of its men could be, more or less, bought from the potential of having them indoctrinated in the Red Sage agenda. It didn't take long for the 11th Corp agent to notice the refined drinks available within the customized bar for the most exclusive of the Armed Forces.

"Huh, this? I dunno. I think Ryuu has a few of those shits in the Ame cellar. I just know that they taste fan-fucking-tastic."

Evidently the general has absolutely no care for the value of said bottles nor what they represented. It just liked the taste, and the fact that it bathed in endless riches because of its position made it lose touch with the various values of goods in the current Hamajo. It didn't help that such concepts were somewhat irrelevant to it in its past life. It would simply toss the bottle as if it were some cheap toy right at Tanji, expecting him to catch it as he was indeed getting one of the most valuable waters of life in the continent.

"Merry fucking Sage day."

Yakoul felt like it did its good deed for the day, giving a probably dangerous killer some free rich people wine was definitely the best thing it could have done for society. Then the question of where it came from and what it was appeared. It was to be expected but its animal ears twitched at the questions. It didn't seem bothered, but give a somewhat confused look at Tanji, even if it fully understood why such things were asked. It simply wanted to stress te guy out a bit, because why not?

"Funny you ask that, because I come from the same shithole of a country as you, Tonjo. I think. That piss poor grassy place with that famous, stupid bridge. As for what the fuck I am, heh, I'll let you make a up a theory. Guess correctly, and I won't smack you to the concrete at the fucking spa. Deal? Deal."

Tanji surely got himself in a corner there, no he had no choice but to answer his own question. Luckily he'd have the whole trop to figure that out, though the upcoming distractions could very well make the task hard. Speaking of which.

"Hey, don't worry, everyone will get the tai- What the fuck?"

Cut off by the unexpected surprise, Yakoul was completely caught off guard with Mirai of all people stepping in the limousine without even being solicited in any way, shape or form. Surprised, it didn't really have anything to say to her when she'd set herself in, all she'd notice was the general staring awkwardly at her before pulling out its phone. It dialed a specific number as it zoned everyone in the vehicle out. Taking in a deep breath as the phone rang, once answered, it exploded.

"Fucking dog weed shit fuck ass splooging cum guzzling dick fuck anal grinding buttplug fanatic donkey dicking fucktard. The fuck did you do order some other kid, like holy fuck, I have you a list with motherfucking two names ... No screw you Mado, I don't give a single fuck about your goddamn stress about some retarded divorce ... No shut the fuck up I'm the boss. You've done it now dick head I ... Oh."

For some reason it cooled down in the middle of its fury and listened closely with flabbergasted expression before giggling. Lowering its phone to block off the mic, it'd whisper to the group which had Kanata enter by then while snickering.

"Pfff haha, he's crying."

Taking the phone back against its ear, the general sighed and replied with an amused smile.

"Yeah yeah, okay, it's okay Mado. Just go get fucking drunk or whatever. Hugs 'n' fuckin' kisses. *click* Oh God, okay. That sucked ass. Guess we're dropping you off. At least you'll keep Tsundere-princess here occupied."

With one click ending the call, Yakoul lowered the tension by being somewhat normal this time around. It made a quick text message to the driver, indicating a new route to take which would make them enter the capital in order to drop off Mirai.

"Alright lil' sluts, we're dropping robocop here to Ame in a few hours and then we're going to enjoy a nice spa. Sounds good, right?"

With that, the limousine departed and immediately took the highway system established since the boom of technology about a century ago, many years after the Orange Hokage brought 'peace' to the land. They were off for at least six hours of road.

About mid way, they'd arrive at Ame, a pretty quick trip considering the distance, but traffic was often dodged when official governmental forces were engaging the roads. It was obviously pouring in the village, but there were a lot of protected streets and roads that made it viable for anyone to go out without being properly dressed. Especially near the center. The futuristic town would be quite mesmerizing, especially when the old aesthetics of Amegakure were integrated in the neon colors of the various shops. During the whole trip, Yakoul would continuously tell various anecdotal and crude stories about things it lived in Kusagakure while making a bunch of jokes about Tanji's mother. Notably one where there was a possibly that Yakoul could be his father.

"Welp, here we are dipshits, and about time. End of the road for you, buddy. Everyone say bye!"

All of a sudden, Yakoul was grasping on a lever no one had seen until now right next to its seat. The window on the limo's hood would open, exposing the girl to the rain before the feline pulled the switch. In an almost cartoonish way, the seat Mirai would be sitting on ejected with a rocket propeller right under it. She was sent flying and would land a couple of blocks away, closer to the outpost.

"Later Nerd!"

Yakoul saluted the girl before the limousine would continue its way toward Iwagakure so they could reach the Gozoboro Spa on time, maybe with even some time to spare for the sauna.

At the time they arrived, it was evening, already quite dark in this part of the world, by they were indeed parked right before the spa on top of a small mountain surrounded by many others. The trip was quite bumpy, but the view was magnificent. The spa itself looked like a typical Japanese resort with many little suits and the hot springs at the back quite visible. Too bad they had to go full on bad cop on this whole place soon, and the feline felt especially bad for this. After all, it was its favorite resort.

Stepping out of the vehicle, the general stretched itself with a bottle of champagne in its hand. They were standing on the concrete pavement styled with all twelve Chinese animal symbols. Right now they stood on the Dragon and as they would advance they'd discover the beauty of such fine details. But, if Tanji were to recall its previous words, this pavement was going to be his best friend if he were to guess wrong.

"Welcome to paradise. Ain't this just the type of place you'd see in a wet dream? I mean, I'm already horny as shit by looking at this place. Speaking of cocks and pussies, now is about time you have me an answer, Tinji."

Grinning at the loyal soldier, Yakoul slowly marched forward while gesturing the two to follow it. Hand now behind its back, it patiently awaited the opportunity to smack Tanji to the flawless floor. In the meantime, two women dressed in Kimono emerged from the entrance and bowed to the group as they approached, maintaining the position until they'd arrive.
