Oh yeah, Echo's difficulty at choosing a definite name is accepted btw.
I recommend also giving some cooldown after each teleport. If you go full Accelerator in one second on six different spots at once, it still makes him absurdly broken. Plus invulnerable until he reaches that limit.
And no, he'll never do that to living beings, otherwise he'll one shot every character effortlessly. That's no fun!
@Rune_Alchemist The first part of said part isn't a weakness. Or a limitation. Saying 'simply dodge', even if it's easy, is something applicable to anything that doesn't have the characteristic of 'unavoidable'. I was referring more to that.
But yeah, that's a fair point. Abusing range can be a decent exploit indeed. She's close range, obviously long range will have certain advantages if they exploit that limit. Anyway the point concerned the first portion more than this one.
Human limits aren't a weakness or even a genuine limitation, just fyi for everyone. Unless your character's power it to specifically be superhuman/whatever, everyone is bound to the same limitations, more or less.
Second point -
Oh so it's 15 seconds of helplessness after a one trick pony ambush. I assume she can just talk louder than any sound they'd make if she were somewhat aware of it, though. Unless she's dumb.
Yeah the absurdly long stun time kind of makes this relevant. Love dem details. I assumed it was just her losing her shit a few seconds like that ugly version of Venom in that spiderman movie. The title of the weakness kind of downplayed it o; o; o;
@Rune_Alchemist Most of it is good. There aren't any actual WEAKNESSES cited though. The first one is formulated as if it's more of a strength or slight limitation than anything else. The sudden loud noises seems to be irrelevant in a fight as well, considering she'll be spamming sounds all the time. Seems only efficient as a one trick pony sucker punch.
As is, she doesn't seem to have much of a weakness. Well actually, wouldn't her powers be severely weakened in water, or even when exposed to violent wind currents? Would make more tangible weaknesses that make sense.
@silvermist1116 There's nothing inherently wrong with your character. Though I don't think she'll be seeing demons in this universe. Seeing dead people though? Go for it.
Fix that pic.
Is she a girl though? As in does she have a vagina or is she completely absent of any genitals? If she pulls a 'I identify as x gender' though, she'll be in for a treat considering the rather grumpy/snarky cast.
@Keksalot Alright, let's fix the narrative real quick: There have been multiple 'versions' of this creepy rascal, and this one technically never escaped. It CAN have certain memories of such events, but the current specimen is barely a second old (the age second is generally for humans, to determine their biological age, they're all newborns however).
I think it's common sense that I say NO to an insta-SBOOOM on a living being. It essentially makes him unstoppable to those unprepared.
Anyway, I do like his ability, but it does need a little more work in the weakness department. First off, the Kyptonite weakness, while good to know, is not only too specific (and scarce given the characters aren't exactly loaded with resources) but also barely relevant considering how open ended and lethal this guy is. For this 'weakness' to work, all matter he could potentially employ as a weapon would have to be at least merged with lead or osmium. That's ... Never going to happen.
So now we have a teleporter, meaning he can essentially dodge anything, with Accelerator's power, which is widely regarded as absurdly OP. Now of course, everyone has the potential to be OP here, my character being a prime example. But I highly suggest you tone down the power levels here. Give a cooldown for teleports and quite prominent blacklashes.
Also yes he's edgy, so 'Wake me up inside' must be his theme.
Honestly, I don't want you to change his power, or his design, it's really cool even if it derives from what he initially expected. But as it is now, it's wayyyy too much. Even unlimited teleportation alone can prove to be too OP at times.
Personality: Parkinson is someone who always lives with the idea that nothing is free and there's always a catch to whatever may be given to her. Some would believe she'd be a bit of a cynic; she very much is. It is safe to assume she has some pretty deep trust issues. She's also one to argue more often than naught, even when it's completely unwarranted, possibly because she doesn't want to appear as weak or fragile as her physical condition makes her appear to be. Because of this, she often appears grumpy and inapproachable without getting bit, but she's not a mean person. She doesn't just hurt people for free, but she will never "drop it".
Her constant headaches makes her really impatient, however, and often a nuisance when others are trying to work collectively. Like having your big toe crushed by a door, causing huge outbursts of rage, one wouldn't be blamed for blacklisting her from the get go. If she had a choice, she wouldn't be this angry, but with such acute pain that comes back regularly, it's absurdly difficult to handle when you start to think no one understands just how bad it is. At least, that's her mindset.
But because of her constant pain and need to explode on others which in turn makes her feel like a reject, she's a highly empathetic individual without actually being that much of a sympathetic person. She can easily understand how others feel and relate to a lot of things, but she's lousy at supporting them with words, so she'll sometimes find ways to express it differently. Speaking of eloquence, with such hot air in her system, it's quite obvious that getting a message across can be a challenge to her, unlike a natural born leader who can get the cooperation of many with ease. She secretly envies that, symbols of leadership, and will often patronize them or act as a contrarian bummer.
Power/Weakness:
Also known as 'Aging'.
Context: No matter the advancements, the progress, the acquisitions made by humanity, they will always face an inevitable obstacle: Time; Aging. Even with potential biological immortality at their grasp, everything surrounding them remains bound by time, their environment, their possessions, their mind. It is only by understanding the process of aging and integrating its functions into a vessel that one day secrets to perfect eternal life can be achieved.
Parkinson was created to embody the ability of aging, to accelerate or slow down the process, however reversing it is an absolutely different story. Nonetheless, the process appears to be successful, albeit still too imperfect for their creators to use as their go to subject. The overwhelming potential behind the destructive abilities of this particular ability, however ...
Effects: Acting like a particularly powerful acid, anything touching Parkinson's oozing, black hand (when the ability is active) will suffer a rapid acceleration in time. Whether inert or organic matter, she is capable of accelerating the process so fast that they would degenerate and crumble to dust in seconds. However, the spread is slow despite the swift transformation, and thus makes it easy to anticipate before any flesh would be hit. Nonetheless, only amputation can save one's life if they were to have their flesh struck by the indiscriminate wrath of age.
In the reversed perspective, she has a hard time using the contrary. In reality, she cannot rewind time to restore things as they were, making it useless on inorganic objects. But, she is capable of rejuvenating or even reviving recently dead cells (no zombies). They allows her patient's body to heal faster with cells back to their prime or even revive them before they go brain dead.
Finally, as a self-defense mechanism, her senescence expands beyond her. While she can't infect anyone without contact, she can affect the flow of time around her. In a radius of five meters, movement speed is slowed down somewhat, enough for her to seem as though she has superior reflexes than the average. It does allow her to enter the point where she can dodge a few bullets up front. But nothing insane.
Side effects: 332 is plagued with chronic headaches and sporadic disconnections, leading to a loss of the notion of time and possible hysteria. A massive flaw in her being that pushed many whom had high hopes for her to labels the girl as a failed experiment, but still worthy as a tool. Her metabolism is also exceptionally fast, making it very difficult for her to build bulk. She's a very frail individual.
Weakness: As stated above she is absurdly frail and unable to combat efficiently as of now. Not very combat ready. Aging process is slow when it comes to spreading, making basic clothes just as efficient as armor as the toughest of steel clad.
You are a test subject, and all you know when you awake is your code name. You wake up in a sort of amnesia state, as you can speak English fine and are knowledgeable of things that most humans would be, but knowledge of certain things may be dormant inside you. The reason being, you were made, not born. You are a genetically engineered human capable of doing extraordinary things with a wide variety of powers. The first person you will meet is Subject 001, and although you don't know much about him, it seems as though he is the one in charge of guiding you for the moment. Right now you have power-locking collars that can lessen and completely negate your powers at will, the people who made you controlling these collars, and these people are known as the ZAUD (Zion Augmented Unlimited Development). You were made as weapons, but for what purpose? As you explore the world you were created in, all will be revealed, and you will soon learn why you were created and what you must do as a scientifically-engineered super human.
Setting
You will be living in a secret underground facility, which will be your home and where you were made. So far you only know of this place, as the outside world is but a mystery to you.
The facility itself is inside a mountain, located on an island. It's about the size of Texas, although there is only one exit and entrance point into the mountain. Located on the south of the island, a single building stands, with transit tracks going in and out of it. Inside the building is the only way to get outside to the open world that is known. There is one train tunnel that leads to the loading bay, and one leading out, before snaking out into the small hut village on the water and other places hidden on the island.
Located under the entrance building is a small number of huts, which from the outside look abandoned, but hold the devices that cloak the entire island. These were put in place for assurance that the island would never be discovered, beyond the fact it's completely isolated. ZAUD personally flies in supplies to help sustain life on the island and delivers updated software for the machines located inside and outside of the building.

Leaving the loading dock, you enter the security room. It's the most heavily guarded obviously, but it also is the place that you have to enter to gain entrance into the mountain and out of the mountain. Located here, is the communications generator, responsible for allowing communication to the home land. It also holds the entire facilities power generator, well it's main one, the others are located outside, deep in the dangerous jungles of the island. The Security room is going to be the room needed to leave the escape the facility, if that were a thought.
Leading from the three doors of the security room, this room is practically directly after the door, seperated from a small corridor full of multiple rooms of the same kind, this is were the test subjects are made, healed, monitored, and also "disabled". The room itself is known by the test subjects as "The Iron Maiden" and it's the second most famous room of all of the facility.
The biggest area of the entire facility, it's known as Lockdown, and is what the Test Subjects see the most of all the area's in the facility. It not only has their living quarters (borderline cells, they hold rooms of two), but they also have their library and study hall (However there is no classes, test subjects are allowed time to research their own powers, the outside world and simple reading books) fitted with artificial outside environment lighting. It also has their training rooms and the lunch hall.

Codename: Subject 001 "Hercules"
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Personality: Subject 001 is a natural-made leader, and as the first subject made it has been his job to guide other subjects to use their powers and train them. He is a kind a caring person, always offering help and guidance, but he's not a total pushover. He can be strict at times, command with authority, but he is certainly not a dictator. 001 follows the rules for the most part, keeping the organization happy, but he always puts his team first. Always wanting to show off and the best, for some reason he spends most of his time working out at the gym facility (Although reading on, he hardly needs to). Overall he's a true perfectionist. secret dark side tho
Powers/Weaknesses: Superhuman strength, speed, agility, endurance, reflexes, senses, and a healing factor. Hercules got his name for a reason. Now he may not be as strong as Superman, as fast as the Flash, the reflexes of Spider-Man, or the healing factor of Deadpool... But he certainly tries to get close. He's literally a super human, he does basically the feats of any normal human being... but 1000x better. Stronger, faster, more durable, can run a marathon and not break a sweat, catch an arrow shot at him and has excptional sight and hearing. A bullet may give him a slight bruise, and he can heal a cut off arm in less than a day. And for these abilities, he is given the name of the Demi-God Hercules of Greek mythology, who would perform feats of strength and heroism unmatched. He's not a god, just god-like.
