We used to... sort of have a map, but no one bothered to post it somewhere concrete, and it's not the prettiest thing.

Hmmm....do Holy Sites have to make sense? Like, could one with a tree, that's leaves and branches are made of fire?

Seems alright to me. It cannot kill monsters and, outside of ATK boosts, will always deal 400 damage per attack.
If anything, it seems pretty tame.
Plus, it can be stopped by attack negation cards and card destruction effects.
