Description: Recreating one of his most infamous works of architecture, He and all other Masters and Servants around him are trapped in a sprawling, treacherous Labyrinth, rigged with traps and complex mazes that are immune to most forms of damage. Lasts until either his enemies or Daedalus himself is defeated, although it can also be dispelled manually. A 'Workshop' must be built using Territory Creation, and Daedalus himself must channel substantial amounts of Mana, at least 2000 points, meaning he must borrow Mana from an external source. Only a NP of the same rank can damage the Labyrinth once it is formed.

Animal Familiar: 'Nera' - An Undine that usually takes the form of a beautiful elven woman with blue and sea-green hair. Her true form has pale blue skin and hair made of flowing water.
Armour Style: Cloth and Leather. Kyma relies on speed and agility over defence.
Signature Weapon: Dual Cutlasses, a classic privateer's weapon.
History: Born and raised on the coasts of Elementia by the widow of a naval captain, the sea has always been in his blood. As soon as he was old enough, he joined the Navy as a sailor. Over the years, he built his wealth until he bought his own ship, a 26-cannon Brig called The Thyella, aged 24. He served as a privateer for the King for 5 years, until he was selected as the Knight of Water. On the sea at the time, he received word of his Knighting via messenger bird and quickly made his way back to port. On the way back to port, he entered a contract with Nera after saving her life from fishermen, although Nera views it more like marriage.

Just a quick CS in case no-one submits a Knight of Water. Also, have they discovered gunpowder yet? Do they have musket-style weapons?

Venator was moving as soon as the first arrow struck, instinct taking over as he vaulted the side of the carriage and took cover, taking advantage of the disorganised mess of movement to move away from the immediate danger and slip into nearby shadows with his raven close behind. He cast a sparing look at the fallen knight, a man that would have been his comrade, yet felt little over his death. There was little point shedding tears or growing angry over a man he did not know. Instead, he held his arm out for his raven to perch on, tilting its head curiously as he gave it its instructions.

"Find them."

With those two words, the shade-like bird took flight and shot towards where the arrows had come from, dissipating into black smoke after a short distance. Acting on instinct, he closed his eyes when suddenly his vision changed. The colours had drained away and the edges of the buildings blurred like smoke on water as he saw seven figures hiding in the shadows from a position in the air, their bodies glowing softly with silver light against the murky grey surroundings. His point of view circled the hidden archers as they scrambled to avoid the two retaliatory shots from the brown-haired archer girl, one of the seven falling lifeless as a result, before letting loose a few shots back in return. Considering the circling flight pattern, he guessed he was seeing through his raven's eyes... Releasing his Raven Vision, he put a hand over his eyes and lightly shook his head in an attempt to clear the weird sensation that followed before he turned his head sharply at Mira's cry of pain. Frowning slightly at the effective loss of the other archer, he quickly refocused on the remaining 6 assassins.

Readying his bow, he took aim at where he had seen them last. Focusing his gaze, he could vaguely make out the silhouette of a few of them, and decided to bank on his luck. Slowly inhaling, he held the arrow back on his longbow for three seconds before letting it loose. He couldn't see where the shot had landed, but even at such a distance the substantial force behind the arrow was enough to knock the man back several steps. Seeing him fall, he quickly let loose a second arrow to confirm the kill before looking for his next target. With any luck, he might just make it through today alive...

Physical Description: 5'11 tall with an Isomorphic build, strenuous physical training evident by his muscle structure. Black feathered wing tattooed onto the right pectoral muscle. Gunshot scar to upper left leg, blade scar on lower left arm, burn scar to right side of his neck.
Psychological profile: Sharp and Intelligent with a calm and analytical mindset, James is able to adapt to most situations fairly quickly and can solve most mental and logical problems with little difficulty, but finds it difficult to connect to people on an emotional level. Naturally adept with machines and technology, he instead chose to serve as part of UNISEC due to family commitments. He presents himself as approachable and helpful wherever possible, but tends to isolate himself when off-duty and his attitude can become littered with sarcasm or blunt comments should his patience or temper wear thin. At his limit, his temper is explosive but short-lived, often in the form of brief outbursts of verbal shouting or physical violence, the latter more commonly aimed towards inanimate objects than living beings.

Educational Background: Raised to an average middle class family, James progressed easily through all levels of education at a high level, a feat attributed to his keen intelligence and sufficient focus despite losing his father aged 17. He discovered a natural affinity for understanding both mechanical and electrical technology and a future career with Solexus seemed to be on the horizon until he instead enlisted with UNISEC. The reason for this largely to do with the influence of his late father. Adam Carlyle was a Lieutenant in the UNISEC Third Division before he was honourably discharged on medical grounds following complications with a previous combat wound. When he finally succumbed to the injury, James desired to honour his memory by following in his footsteps and took his chance after turning 18 to enlist with UNISEC.

Service Record: Having only served for 3 years, James isn't the most experienced of soldiers but he has a fair few number of deployments. He saw action in the [REDACTED] Campaign and was present for the Battles of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. It was his actions during the later that earned him an early promotion at just 20, as he and two other Marines managed to secure and rescue the surviving crew of the Libertaria, a HSR1 downed earlier in the battle and behind enemy lines. Of the 97 listed crew, 54 were thought to have survived the crash and the recovery teams returned to FOB Vajra having lost just 3 crew members and 2 marines despite the projected casualty rating of 67%. At present, confirmed kills are estimated to be 214% that of average for his age. Under Consideration for Specialist Marksman Training and potential advancement to Second Division.
