A guy with a really cool red coat and a revolver, who is an expert marksman, makes a point to shoot as few people and get into as few fights as humanly possible.
Most annoyances are things that the people find faults in. With this one I know the fault is with me, but that makes it even more annoying.

An RP I'd like to join but there are 100 posts, they're all five paragraphs at the minimum, and nobody is remotely interested in giving me a recap either out of laziness or an expectaion for me to catch up myself. I have college. I don't have a free week to marathon all your posts.

Also if there's a well-built world but it's *too* well-built and you're expected to read eleven thousand word essays on the social, economic and political systems of the world you're in, etc.
Underrated: Contact, the Nintendo DS rgp. It's even more overlooked than The World Ends With You and that's saying a lot.

Also, The Saboteur. One of my favourite Sandbox games of all time, and it was panned by critics, nobody bought it and it killed off it's own eveloper it did so badly. Why? Why did nobody love this game?

Eilidh's ears picked up Ian's distance as she was faced down by the four guys, and she cursed under hear breath. Looks she'd be fighting them herself. What's worse was that the wizard was now a distance away, and capable of casting magic while she fought the others. Short of falling back to Ian and letting their target escape, or fighting and getting lucky though the odds were against her, the best choice in her mind was to apprehend the wizard first, then worry about the other humans when risks of magical backup or the target escaping were nil. She was lucky she had managed to closer her eyes before the dirt hit her face. Being blinded would have made any kind of fight a suicide mission.

Eilidh charged sword held high, and screamed her Centaur tribe's war cry as she prepared to plough through the four armed men. They were all quite large and burly for humans, but Eilidh was half horse and a full-weight horse travelling and full gallop is a lot of mass travelling very fast. It was the unstoppable force meets by comparison very movable objects. Her thighs smashed into the men like large furry clubs. She of course got a few nasty cuts and nicks for her troubles, though thankfully she was travelling too fast for anyone to hack her left half-off or anything as drastic. When she reached the target wizard, she slowed to a stop and reared right in front of him, holding her sword high in the air and cutting a figure so majestic and fearsome that it was a shame lighting didn't strike at that moment. Or that she didn't have a better bra (or a bra at all). There was nothing that took away from a fearsome stature quite as bad as jiggling.

"They were probably fine warriors, yet all men are men of emotion and desire. It would take a soldier extremely disciplined to be on their guard even when about to bed a woman, Rebecca replied shamelessly as she calmly followed the older woman. "As to my business I am a member of that new Guild to the north, which received this note recently." The Priestess handed the note to the Varjan to read, and continued to answer her questions as she read it and hopefully understood it. "I was indeed a Priestess of the Order, though let's just say I have had theological disputes with other Priests over the Chief God's stance on a few things such as women, and monsters, and especially monster girls. Though, even if I were still a Pravarian member of the Order, I wouldn't have stood for the way those two soldiers treated me, and many Pravarians would have sided with me if I was held to account for their murders. There is little love for Varjo there."

I'm thinking of writing Taleste out in the next story. She just hasn't clicked in this canon, and I'm getting busy with college and stuff.
Just like a boxer, and running on sheer muscle memory at this point, Tobias ducked the backhand, feet sliding into a boxing stance as he did so. His left arm was pierced aqt the forearm so he could still use it as a functional defensive arm. It was only a shame the arrowhead was on his side of the arm, risking hitting that would have been a good deterrent. In his boxing stance, left side closer to the assassin than his right, which was his offensive arm now (it wasn't usually. Tonias was left handed), Tobias aimed a quick jab at his foe's upper gut. He was too slow in this state, trying another strong punch would get dodged again. This quick punch wouldn't hurt much but might wind his opponent, fortune letting.
I'll try to post tomorrow

"Right," Duncan nodded, agreeing with the plan to push him back to the top step, where he could find one of these 'other accessible ways' the girl who'd just jumped down the stairwell was talking about. Duncan didn't know his way around the school yet. Even this stairwell took him by complete surprise. In hindsight, he should have enquired about stairs and elevators and such before he left, but he was too used to his own home, and everything being designed around Centaurs. Also, he was hungry and eager to get to the cafeteria.

When Roland pushed, Duncan grabbed hold of the handrail behind him and pushed up, and at the same time walked backwards. It looked a bit funny to passers by, but with a bit of effort from the both of them, Duncan was back on the landing. "I appreciate the help. Thank you!" He beamed, smiling down at the younger boy who would still be taller than Duncan if Duncan had the legs of a human. "I'm Duncan. Nice to meet you. I think I saw another door out. Maybe that was a lift."

The moment Duncan stopped talking, a scream echoed through the stairwell. Duncan very quickly sharpened up, and moved his head from side to side as if looking around, but he wasn't using his eyes. He was using his ears. "That scream was loud, yet far away. I think it came from outside, in that general direction," he spoke seriously, pointing to the direction of the scream. "Should we go and look? It might be dangerous, but somebody might need help!"

"I was getting hungry, actually. Are you a mind reader now?" Akane joked, before she heard the scream. The change was instantaneous, and the Witch became deadly serious. "Did you hear that? Someone's in trouble. Of all the things to happen on the first day...I hope it's not serious, but we should go and make sure anyway." Akane was about to set off, but then both she and Aster, as well as the other faculty, heard voices in their heads.

“Akane, Aster, I want you to make sure there’s no pandemonium among the students. Especially the First Years. Yurius, Lotte, Mitsu, I want you to make sure the entrances are guarded. Tholl, I want you to investigate the disturbance near the forest behind the school. Reiko, you will come with me to the scene.”

Akane stopped in her tracks, and paused in thought for a second, before turning back to Aster. "We could use the Tannoy in the staff room to order the Students to assemble in the Cafeteria, or back in the hall, though there are probably several students already outside and heading to the source of the scream. Asking us to stop Pandemonium amongst teenagers when something exciting and dramatic is happening is a pretty big ask."

I keep trying to force myself to post and either nothing happens, or Duncan's entire post is five sentences. I'll try again tomorrow. I hate it when I get into a a "several-days-long" dip like this.
Will try to post later tonight but if not, tomorrow
