I am back after a very long hiatus and am trying to get back into rping again.

Rules

• My writing length varies with my roleplays. Sometimes I write long pages and at others, just a few paragraphs. It depends on what the situation calls for. That being said, I require that you write at least two paragraphs per post.
• 21+ only. I am 26 and tend to have mature themes in my roleplays, no one under 21 please.
• To be upfront, I am inconsistent when it comes to how frequently I post. I work full time and have other obligations. There are periods where I am very busy and it takes me over a week to respond, and periods where I am able to post several times a week. That being said, I am very lenient with my partner’s posting speed as well.
• All my roleplays will have romance in them. It is a must for me because that is what I enjoy writing. However, I don't like stories that revolve purely around smut. I don't mind writing mature scenes and like to include them at the right moments, but I also want a plot and well thought out characters.
• All I ask in terms of writing abilities is that you have decent grammar, spelling, and that you put forth an effort.
• I don't normally use faceclaims for my characters, but you are welcome to use them if you wish. I'm fine with real, anime, or art for fcs.
• MxF pairings only.
• I play both male and female characters. Which one I play depends on the idea and inspiration that I get.
• I prefer to write in pms.

Unlikely Marriage

The daughter of a Duke finds herself embroiled in every scandal in the kingdom. When a particularly nasty article goes public with her name in the headlines, she devises a plan to get away from the public eye. She proposes marriage to a lord who is famous in the world of business and is a notorious lone wolf. The lord, who has shown no interest in finding a wife, agrees when she presents a profitable offer he cannot refuse. The unlikely pair shocks the nation when their wedding date is announced.

- For this rp, I will play the male lead.

One Soul

Long ago when gods and goddesses freely roamed the land, two immortals were born with two halves of one soul. They were inseparable and made plans to marry following human tradition, donning them the nickname The Lovers. But as their feelings and powers grew the woman became fearful, while the man embraced the strength it gave him. His greed turned the gods against him, but it only made him more obsessed. The woman felt suffocated by her fiancé and was convinced he would soon be destroyed or destroy himself. On their wedding night, she struck while he was vulnerable and sealed him away with the help of a human royal line. Once the man was put to rest, she entrusted the royals with his burial place, not wanting to know the location herself. This act calmed the gods wrath and the female went into hiding.

Forgotten Crown

When the King of Alynthia dies in a mysterious accident, his eldest daughter takes the throne as he never had a son. With enemies surrounding her kingdom, the new queen is forced to marry a rich and powerful man so that she can use his wealth and authority to better protect her kingdom. When she marries, she thinks her husband only wanted the title of King, and while that was true, his main objective was to get a closer look at the royal castle that has been rumored to be enchanted for centuries. During his search to discover the secrets of his new home, he unknowingly releases the magic that had been locked away for years along with the man that had been trapped with it. As the young King and Queen find themselves becoming closer as time passes, they must fight to protect their kingdom, and each other, from the human and magical forces that rally against them.

Unwanted Arrangement

During the Red War, the King of Valdor had a young general who led his men through victory after victory, defeating each of the King's enemies with an almost inhuman determination. Once the war ended after much bloodshed, the King made the general retire early and bestowed upon him the title of Lord and all the advantages that came with it. Any other man would have been grateful for such a rise in station, but the general was a man of action who had no idea or interest in how to be a lord. To keep him grounded, the King arranged a marriage between him and the daughter of another lord with whom the King was well acquainted. The daughter, while stunningly beautiful, had no interest in marriage. She had found ways to keep herself from being married since she first became of age, despite her father's insistence that she do so. When she discovers that she has been forced into a marriage she cannot escape, it is safe to safe that she is less than pleased. Especially when she learns she is betrothed to the infamous general of the Red War. The bastard son of a noble and a common woman who is rumored to be callous and cruel.

More Than Words

A story told through letters.

- I have seen people do this idea and I think it could be fun for a shorter rp. I don't have a set plot, but I'm thinking less pen pals and more like a love story told through letters and sometimes long passages of time in between. It could be fun to occasionally have other characters write letters about the main pair as well.

Erubus

Erubus, a land of darkness and horror can only be accessed by those with a permit. And even still, most who enter never leave. A woman with a cursed fate must cross the dangerous region. To do so she seeks the help of the Phantom, a man who illegally transports people through Erubus.

- For this rp, I will play the male lead.

- This is a vague idea that I would like to expand on with my rp partner.

Captured

A warrior turned slave escapes from his captors and traveld back towards his homeland to plot revenge. Injured and starving, he discovers another tribe and steals supplies from them to continue his journey. However, he is caught in the process and made a prisoner for his crimes. The daughter of the chief recognizes the thief, for he appeared to her in a dream. Wary, but curious, she convinces her father to allow him to earn a place in the tribe. With an enemy threatening the peace of their lands, the tension between neighboring tribes rises and a war begins to brew. The daughter of the chief becomes torn between her duty and her heart as the warrior battles his thirst for revenge and his desire to help the people who took him in.

- I can play the male or female lead for this rp.

- I'm open to a realistic setting, magic and low fantasy, and even an alien tribe setting.

Some Roleplay Ideas (MxF)

I am looking for a few partners to create some wonderful stories with. I am new to the site, but I am not new to roleplaying as I have been roleplaying for a few years now. I have a few ideas I have been tossing around in my head that I would like to share, but before I do, here is a basic set of rules and preferences that I have.

• My writing length varies with my roleplays. Sometimes I write long pages and at others, just a few paragraphs. It depends on what the situation calls for. That being said, I require that you write at least two paragraphs per post.
• 18+ only as I tend to have mature themes in my roleplays.
• I am graduating from college in the spring and as a result have been very busy as of late with school so I am not always able to put out lightning quick responses. There are times where I post 2 or 3 times a day, and there are times when it takes me a little over a week to respond. That being said I am very lenient with posting frequency as long as you keep me updated and try to get at least 1 post up a week.
• All my roleplays must have romance in them. It is a must for me because that is what I enjoy to write. However, I don't like stories that revolve purely around smut. I don't care to write mature scenes, but I also want a plot and well thought out characters.
• All I ask in terms of writing abilities is that you have decent grammar, spelling, and that you put forth an effort. Although, I do write quite a lot on occasion, so if you get overwhelmed by long responses, I am probably not the partner for you.
