Personality: He's a very slow idiot, but what he lacks in smarts he more than makes up for with his physicality. I was already planning on public beatings of Walter and have him be a prison bitch in every way except for sexually before finally attacking a guard and getting sent to the Basement, which is a kind of fight club that the guards set up. His opposite is the cs above.
