I can tell you. I cried more with the sock in the round style then the DPNs but I have also been considered weird for having a WAY easier time with DPNs than circular ones.

@ ICanBeAnyone; making socks is an adventure for sure. No pattern is the same even if it is similar. Always totally different. Nothing is simple but it's a great experience and so fulfilling when done

I love mind numbing T.V. or background noise while knitting. It's the best.

I suppose that I am a little more social at the moment. Not very much so. I'm getting back into the grooves of my own thing.

Astra stood there and watched him. Mainly listening to his words on the idea he had to escape. "Tatooine." Astra commented so he at least knew of the planet. "Sounds like you are speaking of Tatooine." She smiled with a little more comfort when he spoke about unsurity with these bounty hunters. It gave Astra a sense of peace knowing they could be on the same level.

Glancing down at the commlink she knew if she took it she was in. She didn't know if she fully could trust this man. Buy it gave her a little more reinsurance that he didn't want to stay around to see what these hunters wanted either. Listening to him again on the plan. She nodded her head. "You can count of me." Astra said in a more serious tone to the innocent one she usually vocals. Taking the commlink she hoped she could trust this person. Though, that's all she could do right now. Trust this stranger and hopefully get off this damned ship. "I'm in." She confirmed as she held the commlink close to her. Astra's pale skin and blue eyes seemed to bright up a little more.

Turning slightly and taking a few steps down. She looked back up at the guy since she didn't know what the lifesupoort systems were. "Do the life support systems have a specific appearance?" Astra asked in a I dont want to screw this up kind of way.
When Astra heard that there were bounty hunters coming on board. Her heart started racing and for a moment that's all she could hear. "Bounty hunters..." She whispered and couldn't keep a scared look out of her eyes. Thoughts of going back to the man she had married haunted her at night.

If you ty hunters were coming on board and how the stranger said it so none chalantly. She knee the captain most likely gave permission for them to board. She didn't want to go to the communication room anymore.

Looking back up to the stranger as he stated he had to get back to his room. A slight sigh came from her lips. She was already thinking on how to get off this ship. "What do those credits entail?" She asked a little suspicious. She didn't want to follow somebody and them throw her right to the hunters. "Is it getting off this ship?" She asked keeping her voice low.
Astra went up the stairs that stated it was the way to the communication room. Where the captain and the crew she wanted to find was. Though, as she got to the top she was blocked by an individual. As the individual asked if she was looking for somebody. She seemed a little guarded and stepped back. "No, no one in particular." She smiled innocently.

Keeping a little smile on her lips she didn't want to bother anybody or have anyone bother her. She straightened her stance up as she stood in the stairwell on a stair second or third from the floor she wanted to be on. "Would you know where the captain is?" She questioned with a soft voice. "Or perhaps would you know why the ship was rocking?" She kept her big bright blue doe eyes on the stranger. Astra was a little shaky inside since she doesn't want to be noticed or recognized at all.
As she wandered down the corridor she felt a little lost. She actually didn't know which was was which. Sighing Astra glanced at her feet trying to remember. She remembered coming onto the ship being led through all the unwelcoming corridors filled with pipes running along them.
"I think left...?" She pointed but then she instantly looked right. "...right?" She was embarrassed that she didn't even know how to get to the upper deck. Breathing deeply she went left.

A little ways down she found a stair well and went up. She was on a floor she recognized as being the upper deck of the ship. There were a few people complaining and trying to figure out what was wrong. Though none of them were crew or the captain. A crew member ended up walking over and was trying to lower the tension of the passengers.
Astea walked right over to him and tapped his shoulder. "Hello..." She smiled as she put herself in a somewhat awkward stance. "Do you k ow what's going on? The rocking? The loud noise?" She questioned him. The crew member she did not recognize the species but his dark eyes glared at her. "Nothing just a little asteroid hitting the ship most likely." His words blunt and defensive. Astra stood back a foot or two to his reply. "Alright. Thank you." She replied as she turned away not believing a word he said.

She was now trying to find her way to the captains quarters or the control room. Barely being able to find the floor she wanted to a feeling of lost filled her. Astra stood there sighing as she just walked blindedly through the crowd of people. Not comprehending anything anybody was saying.
She just kept looking up at doorways hoping one would say the title of command room or a sign that would tell her where she wanted to go.
Astra was standing gazing into a little-stained mirror in the room she was placed into. Watching her own blue eyes as she began to squint. Trying to see through the darkened oil splatted mirror. The mirror seemed to be older and worn out. As if somebody laid it down and let the oil drip and expand with layers till it dried on the reflective surface. "This isn't the coziest place..." Sighing as she grabbed her arm peering down at her feet. In a weird way, she missed the human trafficking ship she was raised on. At least that was a place to call home.

The ship she was on then violently shook causing her to stumble and almost fall to her knees. She caught herself on one of the walls for the room was tiny. She stood there in a stance to keep herself stable as she looked around with wide eyes. "What was that?" She asked herself glancing towards the door. For a moment she waited to see if another wave would vibrate through the ship nothing happened. Adjusting her clothing and hair she walked towards the door and put the pin in. The door opened with a shrieking metallic sound from the rusty gears scraping together. Instantly she covered her ears and walked quickly out of the room. She hated that sound and she hated this place.

Wanting to figure out what was happening. Astra started heading towards the main quarters of the ship. Hoping a crew member or captain was there for answers. The only weapon she had beside her was to her left and it was an older rusted blaster that looked like it might work.

Amni sighed as he knew he said something that triggered Agent Van Essenhout. "Agent I did not mean to say something that bothered you." He stated in his apathic voice. "I grew up with sisters." Amni hissed out that last word in a conflicting tone. A tone that left a questioning of if he actually cared or not.

Watching Agent Van Essenhout clip a guy caused a sharp smile to his dark lips. Also the sassiness of her stating her title 'Agent Van Essenhout'. Opening his mouth to speak back he cocked his head and shrugged his shoulders. Amni mocked the woman's voice on how she said her title. "Yea, sorry Miss Agent Van Essenhout." That tone when he said Essenhout noe subconsciously stuck to his mind. Maybe causing him to always say it in a tone or maybe remembering when he wanted to tease or mock her.

As Amni watched Agent Van Essenhout run off he stood there. Watching into the forest where men and or women appeared from the forest lining. "Why would anyone want to her innocent kids?" Amni mumbled as his eyes sharpened and gun fire started going off. Seeming to be directed towards him. Amni moved his hands and disappeared. Appearing behind an enemy he grabbed the individual by the head and shoulder and with a snap the body of thr individual fell to the ground. "Focus." He told himself picturing his car in the front of the x-man mansion. Putting two fingers up to his temples he then visualized the inside of his car. Amni went through a portal again and ended up in the seat of his car not the right way. As he fixed himself and got to the back he took off his clothes and put on a suit. Grabbing his weapons and attaching them. His suit seemed buttle proof.

Amni always carried a suit with him and weapons. Which comes in handy when events as such appear out of no where. A bullet then went through his driver side window. Shattering it. "Oh, hell no I just got these installed!" Amni glared and opened up the car door and slammed it. Grabbing his bow staff and screwing it together so it was just a solid dark metal stick. Amni started walking up to the guy and moved his hand and walked into a portal and out of one behind the guy. Slamming his bow staff into the mans ribs then moving it around the mans neck and pulling hard. Another body dropped and Amni ran off finding others.

Actually Amni ran off and found Agent Van Essenhout. "Is everything okay over here Agent Van Essenhout?" His voice genuinely caring but the time of the mock came out of his mouth as well. The appearance of his suit was an appearance of not a new suit. Not as if this was an old suit he keeps. It did not seem very advanced and basic technology. Though, it seemed like it could take a few bullets before it started to do serious damage.

Anni smirked as it came to the female talking to him as she did. Inddifferent about replying to her he enjoyed her threat on the matter. "I would hope so." his cocky accent striked through with his tone of voice. It also included hints of sarcasm and an underlying layer of seriousness. Anni did follow the female as she directed him out into the courtyard.
"I promise i would never hurt a woman unless something controdicts my morals because of my higher morals." Anni had a full truth to his voice as he flicked his wrist and hand as if he was expecting the woman to know what he is saying.
As he got out into the greens instead of the walls of the mansion. His glaring dark eyes viewed and noticed the chaos going around. Shrugging his shoulders as he viewed somebody raising his hand and concentrating on them. He knew it was not one of the students hopefully and he opened a portal like thing. As the man fell into it the portal closed. "Update me Agent Van. Who are we exactly fighting?" amni asked to make sure he did not just throw a student right into a random dimension.

Anni glared at the animalistic x-men member as she reacted towards his comment of her 'sweet fangs.'. Now the Agent started talking again. Anni glanced at her and listened to professor x. All of them talking and seeming set on one goal or another. Van Essenhout appeared to be knowing ehat she should do. Demanding Ayita take the Professor to a safe place while she stayes and protected the students.
Feeling as if this was a trap at first Amni started to question. Especially with Professor X's sincereity. The girl then put het attention to Amni and he tightened. He felt like he should leave and come back another day but then she brought up the children here. Children a weak spot for him as they were so young and innocent having years to be fullfilled in their life. He was hesitant with his answer. "Fine. I'll help but if you try any trickery..." pausing as he took a deep breath and stared right into the woman's eyes. "...I will kill you or die trying." Anni was showing no games at the moment. This was not a time to play and he knew it so he was setting his own ground rules especially for this Agent Van Essenhout. "what do you need me to do?" Amni asked as if he did not just post a threat to her. At least he was letting himself go to the level of helping.

Anni stood there as the room seemed quiet. To his view it looked as if Professor X was focusing on something. He did not want to say anything and bother the man. Mainly he wanted the Professor to speak up about why he called him to come here.

Not paying attention to the two girls in the room with him and the Professor. Anni did not know if the agent girl was still in the room or not. She was not in his line of view. The animalistic girl on the other hand was still there. He could hear her.

Anni noticed the glass of water having trickles as something disturbed its peace. Focusing his eyes on the water slightly bouncing on the glasses sides. He lookes the Professor right in the eyes. Then he heard the female accusing him. "If you think I brought them here you are dumber than you look sweet fangs." Amni hisses his words at the female. His brows furrowing. "I don't work with no one. If you are really as animalistic as you look you should pick up on scents better." Anni stated in a calm yet slightly annoyed tone that he was already getting accused for something. Did not even feel like an hour and somebody was already pointing fingers.
Anni realised why he did not chose to join the X-Men the last time he was offered to join. Crossing his arms as he tensed up slightly. Not feeling comfortable anymore. He was on guard now. Ready to jump into another dimension if somebody tried anything.

Amni noticed that he was being analyzed by the female square in front of him. Not really bothered by her questioning eyes as he smiled a little more. Just causing his cheeks to pudge a, little more from his face. Knowing he was not really a guest at the moment but an investigation to everyone around him. He did not blame them for judging since he was only here once before. A long time ago way before what he was now.

Taking her hand as he felt the firm grip he nodded to her as they had a brief handshake. His was also firm and he seemed pleased that she had a strong handshake. “It is a pleasure to meet you Agent Van Essenhout.” Introductions were done and he seemed a little more comfortable towards the female but still he had searching eyes. If he was trying to figure out if Agent Van Essenhout was putting on a show or not.
Watching, Agent Van Essenhout and the contact in between her and the female leaning against the wall. Amni’s eyes sharpened slightly as he seemed to not enjoy their eye contact. “Thank you for showing me to Professor X.” Amni spoke out softly as he followed Van Essenhout. Glancing at the female leaning up against the wall he passed her. Hearing the growl from the, smaller human. Tilting his head with curiosity. “Hello to you too.” Amni chuckled a little as he kept walking. Seeming to be slightly curious on why she was so quiet. Amni kept following the leader to wherever Professor X’s office was.
