Personality
Many of Adrian's brothers-in-arms call him "The Knight" because of his idealistic behavior. While many of the rebels fight the DMA for revenge, Adrian fights for the belief that humans and metahumans are equal and that no family should be broken apart because of their gifts. That being said, Adrian is also very compassionate towards fellow gifted and feels responsible for the well being of the ones he comes across. With all his commendable qualities, Adrian does have a spark of hatred for metahumans in the DMA as he sees them as traitors to their race and mindless killing machines. 

Abilities
Type 2/Cryokinesis- Adrian is capable of super-cooling the surrounding environment to create frozen structures or objects. Once created, he is able to telekinetically control said objects and only those objects. Regular items such as knives or bullets are unable to be telekinetically manipulated by him but if he were to create icicles he could propel them at high velocities towards the intended target with ease. The time required to construct certain items varies by size, icicles take merely seconds while bigger objects like ones the size of cars or buses take considerably longer but can be constructed faster with concentration.

Bio
Adrian is a complicated individual with a rather tragic past. Adrian didn't get his powers till he was nineteen, by then his family had just begun to breathe as Adrian was almost free from becoming a metahuman. In the final month before his twentieth birthday, Adrian awoke to find the mark of a gifted upon him, the hetero-chromic eyes. His parents were in disbelief as to why their child was robbed of a normal life, however they would not abandon him. For a year Adrian's family did their best to hide him but it was only a matter of time before the DMA found him. They raided Adrian's home and arrested his family as well as him. In the struggle, Adrian lost control of his emotions and his powers, encasing the entire building in ice, snap freezing everyone, including his family in ice. Everyone in that building died, except Adrian, who was forced to live with the fact that he killed his parents. After a year on the run, the young metahuman ran into a group of metahuman freedom fighters who smuggled new metahumans to sanctuaries as well as fought the DMA whenever they could. Adrian signed on and after a few years with them he gained some form a reputation with his fellow freedom fighters. Recently, Adrian was captured by the DMA at a hideout but before he could be brought to their holding facility the convoy was ambushed. Now free, the cryokinetic scoured the city for his rescuer as well as a way to contact his comrades outside the city.

Other

Adrian carries a Baretta 90-Two handgun, unlike the other rebels who name their weapons, Adrian sees no need. It is a weapon to serve an ugly purpose and does not deserve a name to hide the fact that it is meant to take a life.
