Hey, yeah I don't mean to railroad or anything but I have to admit that my original plan has kind of gone awry. Originally I was hoping that all of our characters would meet in the tavern and become something of a party. The Mad Jester was originally just meant to be a villain for Hrothgar to feud with, a goal for him to pursue after. Anyways my point is that our characters should probably all meet and we should all probably get out of the tavern and do stuff. The Mad God and the Jester as well as the Infamous should make good villains, so that's fine but we need to do other stuff too. This is the first role play I've game mastered in years and I am enjoying it but I've made a few mistakes.

If you want everyone to band together, Alice could end up on either side. If she's captured by the party instead of killed, she'd be forced to work with them and that could be pretty fun to play out, or she could escape and be a villain too.

I'll have her fire a few shots and then maybe stay low for a little while while she gauges the reaction. In my next post depending on what happens with that then maybe I could have her stalker show up to save her(?), or at least to drag her away from the battlefield 'for her safety'. That may be a more logical way to trigger the plot than what I was gonna do.

GAME: Crush A Wish

granted, you now have a severe case of the common cold and are bedridden for a couple days while forced to only eat hot, flavorless broth by whoever is caring for you because "It'll help you get better faster!" The broth messes with you more than the actual cold did and now you have a perpetual case of the sniffles for a few months due to a lack of real food while you were sick.

I wish for the warm weather to stay. I'm sick of this bi-polar stuff in my area

I thought is was like, non-sentient? That the death lord was just controlling it? So now you're saying that it's actually here of its own will, and also that it's smart enough to know to defend itself form mind reading. great. Giant freaking snake has a brain of its own.

I'm trying to figure out how to end my post, considering Alexis is pretty far removed from most of the action up in her tree. I'm thinking of having her try to shoot at the death lord or the basilisk, considering that Shanna, Soron, and Serena are all going after Singard and probably will be able to handle that on their own...

It wouldn't be instant death to shoot at Death, right? I need some input here.
