What kinds of powers would make sense for a Son of Zeus?
Like whatever the Wiki says?

Cause I was thinking Atmokinesis (Storms and electricity), Leadership, and strength. The last one because the myths all say Zeus was incredibly strong and Hercules.

I just don't want him to be considered OP.

But to answer the question, children of Zeus usually show some skill with Atmokinesis, Aerokinesis, and Supernatural Sight. Of course, each demi-god is different; one might be more skilled in one than in the other, or might have inherited different abilities altogether. However, in any case, they would only have partial control, and not full control. So like, where Zeus has full control over the sky and its weather (Atmokinesis), his son/ daughter might only be able to make it rain, or might be able to create strong gusts of wind, or a storm; they might be able to summon lightning. But they wouldn't be able to do it all.

Also, I think Apollo as a legacy for a child of Zeus is most definitely going to be interesting o:

When it comes to whether or not you want your children to be full-time, or part-time campers is strictly up to you. Each God and Goddess, minor or not, have their own cabin in the camp (at least in the roleplay), so it is a possibility for them to be able to stay as long as they want to.

It's easy to see how guarded and closed off Kyrin is from the world. His trust is hard to come by, and getting him to open is next to impossible. It comes as no surprise that Kyrin isn't one to participate in group activities as he dreads working with people. While his expression might betray his actions, he does try his best to do his best when it comes to group activities—determination to better himself and changed people's perceived notion of him. Recently, Kyrin has become reckless during training sessions or camp activities that result in him getting hurt. On top of that, he has started to pick fights, using his ability to persuade as a means for him to get his ass kicked. ____________________________________________________________________________ B I O G R A P H Y Mortals are unexpected and love is blind. Kyrin learned that the same time he learned who his mother was. No one really knows where Kyrin is from. His accent is Irish, but the slang and phrases he uses are from Los Angeles. When people ask him, Kyrin usually deflects the question or makes up something completly bizzare. Once he said he was abducted from his home in Korea and taken to Russia, where he was taught English by an Irish woman so he could be a spy. Of course, no one takes his stories seriously. There have been so many alternative stories with so many details that no one really knows if they have been told the real one or not. Cabin Ten knows well enough not to probe him with endless questions unless they are willing to take a punch to the face. Kyrin doesn't talk about his father either. He has spent the last five years in Camp-Halfblood without leaving that others have begun to believe that Kyrin doesn't have any other family. In truth, his father abandoned him when he was still a baby in an orphanage in Cork. He spent most of his childhood there until he was old enough to enter the foster care system, where he hopped from home to home. Every home worse than the last. He had to endure years of neglect and abuse. All of that forced him to mature faster than others and create defensive walls around himself. It wasn't until he was 13 years old that his mother finally claimed him during a heated argument. Things were going south fast with his foster father that Kyrin yelled he wished that the man would just drop dead. That was the first time he used charm speak. The first time he saw a man almost stab himself in the eye. The first time he saw his mother. Since then, he has always wondered how the Goddess of Love could have fallen for a man so cowardly and pathetic that he abandoned his kid in a broken system. He blames his mother, too, more than his faceless father, for being so blind. She knows this, as Kyrin expressed his opinions the first few minutes after meeting her. Growing up, my favorite animal was a snow leopard, and she and I had talked about it on a few occasions. I used to draw blueprints _{of sorts} for this idea I had, so that one day I could build up my own mechanical beast. Just as a sort of hobby, nothing more, really. Well, some years passed by, and one summer when I had arrived to camp, Ky' vie was waiting for me at the gates with this huge grin on her face. Eventually she took me down to her bunker where she liked working on her projects, and put the final touches on what she was so eager to show me. Turns out, ever since we had started making sketches and whatnot of my mechanical leopard, she'd been trying to build one for me. She finally finished it, and gave it to me as a 'welcome home' present. Sheba, the leopard, is water-resistant. Of course. Can't have her short-circuiting on me. Being who I am, I'm glad Ky' vie took the extra step to do that. Sheba's practically a living thing. Has the same mannerisms as an actual leopard, and if she feels I'm being threatened, she will attack, or at the very least prepare to. She also has a set of commands, which are voice sensitive, and are spoken in Italian and ASL..

Greyson may look like a total douchebag frat boy, but he isn't by any means. He's is a soft-spoken gentleman who keeps a rather calm and stoic demeanor on the outside. His background has him constantly holding his shoulders back and head held high to face the problems thrown his way. He's a young man of very few words, that is unless he's speaking passionately about something. Or to someone. Even through the hardships that Greyson has faced, he's always managed to keep hold of his soft, kind-hearted inner shell. The few he's allowed into his inner circle know this boy is loyal to a fault, and loves like no other. His need to protect the women in his life far exceeds anything else. Having quite a number of nieces, he knows just how fragile young girls can be. Greyson can be a bit more emotional as well as in-tune to emotions more than the average male, having been raised around more girls than boys (with the exception of his two brothers, he had several female cousins he was raised around), he picked up a few things. Greyson is an all-around good guy. He can act pretty damn confident, but it's not out of an "I'm better than you" way, more of an "I know my worth" kind of way. Biography:

Greyson's mother, Princess Diana, died less than a year after his birth. Greyson grew up in the shadows of Prince William and Prince Harry, raised by Prince Charles, Duke of Wales and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. Charles treated Greyson as if he was his own son, and Greyson knew no better. His real father never came forward to claim him so he didn't know any better of where/who his real lineage lied with. That is, until he was approximately 9-years-old, when he was nearly killed by a giant.

The details of just how exactly he survived are quite fuzzy to Greyson, but all he knows is it didn't take long for someone from a Camp that resided in the States to reach out to him to comfort him in the dark and very confusing time. They offered information for the young boy to piece together, filling in the blanks of a past he never even knew. He began spending summers in the camp, learning who he was and how to control the abilities he had (and was still discovering). He quickly learned that he wasn't alone, and that things weren't just black and white, but much more complicated than he could've ever imagined before. The atmosphere was... challenging, to say the least. Eventually, Greyson did find his place among the crowd and fell in with the rest. Being a son of one of The Big Three caused him to grow a reputation rather quickly, but the young man didn't put much thought into it.

Greyson grew up hearing stories of his mother from the two older boys, and of course the tabloids. It wasn't encouraged in the Royal Household to read up on any of them, because most (if not all of them) were lies. Least that's what they were told, growing up. Greyson read them anyway. It's all he had left of his mother's legacy. That, and a necklace that she bought for him within the first few weeks after his birth at the pier where his parents had met. She'd planned to give it to him on his 18th birthday. His father had acquired it at some point, but instead of holding onto it for so long, he gave it to his son the summer following his 10th birthday. It's the only thing Greyson has left of his mother, doubling as a reminder that at one point in time his parents had been in love.

♛ The ability to control water with the mind. Greyson can will himself to stay dry in water, extract water shoot from petrified seashells, create oxygen bubbles underwater for people who cannot breathe underwater, and harden water to form solid ground to walk on or shields. He even can make giant fists of water that mimic whatever he does, which can be used to grab enemies or smash them into the ground.

• Cryokinesis ^(limited): He has very limited control over ice; such as create an icy hurricane to attack all nearby monsters.
• Vitakinesis ^(limited): He can use water to strengthen himself and heal most wounds, the amount of water and time needed for the healing being proportionate to the severity of the wound.
• Water Immunity: If he falls into the water, he will be immune to water pressure. Additionally, he can breathe underwater for unlimited amounts of time and see in the darkness underwater.
• Heat Immunity ^(limited): He has a higher resistance to fire and burns than regular people.

♛ Greyson has limited control over lightning, such as sparks as his hurricane increases in power. His control, however, is far less than that of a child of Zeus.

@Vicier What I'm thinking is that Sam's powers manifest in two separate ways: Radiant being the suns warmth to heal, grow plants and give warmth. Wrath the suns ability to burn, destroy and cause fires.

When it comes to the powers that you're looking at; I like that it has a nice balance between Apollo and Hephaestus. With all three having been identified and placed in the same sort of catagory; I think that Sam, as a son of Helios, being the link between the other two is a really interesting way to go about it.

@Blackmist16; I'm more than happy with that - Ky' vie is my most versitile character; somewhat like a social chameleon. I can definitely see her having a bit of a friendly rivalry with Sam

I'm angling for Sam to be friendly and outgoing rather than narcissistic and selfish. Children of Helios and Apollo are slightly similar in some cases yet Helios is solely focused on the Sun. I can see him getting along with everyone especially Children of Demeter since I'm going to make sam a bit of an outdoorsy type too.

Probably doesn't like many of Apollo's children though, @Vicier Also wouldn't mind a bit of competitive rivalry between your character and Sams.
