I have struck out the lines referring to the Frost Vial bomb, but left them in for posterity.

The floor goes to the group! What will they do now?
@clanjos Sounds good! I'll edit the reaction posts. You didn't mention an action taken instead, so I'll assume Starfinger just held his action.

@Digizel If you do not feel like editing IC, that's fine!
Battle Concludes!

The freezing vial had done a number on the Flash Beetle. The initial gust had coated the beetle, freezing parts of its thorax which strained to brighten. Its wings stretched gingerly; its mandibles began rotating in their full motion. The freezing blast from Starfinger's attack were beginning to wear off when Saur approached.

Saur's posture and hushed tones brought the full attention of Flash Beetle to bear on him. As he spoke the words in his Undercommon tongue, the beetle began moving closer to him, slowly at first, as its legs began to shed the freezing temperature. Then, its mandibles began to click and clack with each step. Its wings began to beat and its thorax began to brighten.

When it reached Saur's hand, however, the beetle's movements seemed unsure. It could have been Saur's posture, the tone of his voice, or even the message in his words, but the beetle began to lower its wings to cover that bright thorax. After a moment of indecision, its eyes began to search for the smell of the ichor which gripped it when it took hold and propelled the Flash Beetle to fall into Saur's waiting hands and bathe itself in the sticky ichor.

After a few moments, the beetle seemed to look up at Saur, then scampered out of his reach to join the other beetles busy cleaning themselves of the ichor on the wall behind Teacher Ot's desk.

As the tension drains from the room, the party find themselves taking stock of their surroundings. Teacher Ot’s office is in total disarray. Chairs have been overturned; books, scrolls, and writing implements have been knocked off a cracked walnut desk; and tiny bits of paper float in the puddles along the floor. The glass skylight overhead has been shattered; its jagged fragments litter the damp floor, glittering in the afternoon sunlight. A large glass display case along the left wall has also been smashed open—its contents are now busily cleaning on the back wall.

Storyteller's Aside

What will the party do now?
In summary: Saur pacified Flash2. Battle is concluded.

One more note for expediancy in future battles:

Please roll damage on your attack and post it with your Attack roll so that I don't need to wait and see what to deduct from an enemy if you do hit it. It will just make things a bit faster for responses. If you don't hit, no harm, no foul.
@Digizel Makes total sense. I was offering the retcon to be done in the moment, and I think that moment is growing stale.

@clanjos If you want to make a change we'll give you until 48 hours from my clarifying question: roleplayerguild.com/posts/5577537

Otherwise, I'm going to post up a response today with the result of Saur's attempt to pacify and then we'll go from there.
@clanjos Sorry, which part did you want to retcon? I don't see a particular 'last post' you may be referring to. Do you mean that you want to retcon the bomb throwing action, or do you want to retcon Starfinger's research field from Chirurgeon to Bomber?

Tomorrow I'll post up a response post to Saur's attempt to pacify the Flash Beetle.
Battle:

Elaeshor sashayed up to the desk and delicately procured some of the remaining ichor in an improvised paper cup. Cup in hand, held far away from the 'elf', Ele then passed the parcel on to Jenk, who, with a nod, accepted the paper and ichor in a split second.

Storyteller's Aside

Initiative order:

Saur: 28

Flash2: 13

Jenk: 11

Fleur: 7

Starfinger: 7

Ele: 6

In summary: Elaeshor scooped up some of the ichor and gave it to Jenk for use on Jenk's next turn!

@digizel is up! Then @rush99999!
@Vertigo I'll get a reply up in a bit.
@Vertigo Both would definitely work! Your imagination is the limit.

Here's what I see for set 1:

1) Move to the desk (not on top of)
2) Get the ichor (scoop some up into a makeshift paper cup?)
3) Carefully toss the papercup closer to the beetle so it can help itself

1. Is a stride
2. Is an Interact
3. Is a Thrown Attack with an Improvised Weapon, so this is what Ele would have to deal with: This "Thrown Weapon" has a range of 10ft and as an Improvised Weapon, Ele would take a -2 penalty to his Attack. If you're good with that, off you go!

For set 2:

1) Move to the desk (not on top of)
2) Get the ichor (scoop some up with the paper)
3) Shove the paper into Jenk's hands (since he's in the next square over) so they can help themselves to it from there

Jenk's player @rush99999 needs to acknowledge willingness for Jenk to receive the paper and Jenk needs to have one hand free, or it just falls on the ground :). Receiving this paper with the ichor will use up Jenk's reaction for the NEXT round, meaning that Jenk will not be able to react for the whole next initiative order.

If everyone's good with that, coordinate between the two of you!
@Vertigo Very nice. I'll add it in for the next screen shot.

As for Ele's actions, it looks like with 25ft move speed he could either get on top of the desk where the ichor is, or he could get next to (adjacent to) Flash2, just North of Jenk's square. If Ele moves North of Jenk, he won't be able to reach the ichor :(. If he strides on top of the desk, then he would be able to reach the ichor (careful of glass :D) AND present it to Flash2.

What are your thoughts on that?

Action set 1:
1. Move to the desk (not on top of)
2. Get the Ichor
3. Move to North of Jenk's square

Action set 2:
1. Move on top of the desk
2. Get the ichor
3. Present the ichor to Flash2

Or something else!
