As the plates were set out, Kyo set about dividing up the fish and serving it on them. "Jess, will you serve the rice please? Brigit and Katherin, I'll get some bowls for the salad and ice, so if you can serve those. We can put the dressings on the table as well for people to help themselves. Aaron, thank you for the plates. If you could get some silverware out, you can sit down and we can all eat now."

As soon as he finished serving the fish, the pale boy placed the tablet down on the table for a moment and went to get the bowls he promised. With the table arranged properly, he sat down and picked up the tablet once more. "Mrs. Housekeeper, there's a plate for you as well."

Explore. You have a carnival. Play with random attractions, you can even make up a few. Get food or ask for someone to patch up your injuries. He is still injured from what you seem to be saying. Look for a first aid tent. Find the wandering cat, his location is ambiguous for this exact purpose. I'm not saying that you can't find this place, but considering that it wasn't originally supposed to exist and is only here due to a communication error, I'm going to ask for more than two sentences to get here from now on.

I gave you extra meta-knowledge to give you things to do, even. This is no longer an acceptable answer.

That was more like lazily breaking off an interaction without at least explaining it and wandering into the least stimulating part of the entire carnival in a maximum of two sentences. At least acknowledge the fact that you're abandoning someone else's character first. I know Song hasn't posted, but I'm still going to ask that we respect that they existed if you were talking to them.

Also, why? This is currently the least interesting place in the carnival, why would he go here? Especially while injured?

As for the unmarked part near the center, that is the last guiding character for the time being. He's just roaming right now, so anyone can interact with him if they need something to do.

"A-are you okay? What's wrong?"

The boy quickly grew concerned at the show of tears and knelt down next to the girl, searching his person quickly for a handkerchief before attempting to dry her face. "Don't cry. W-we don't have to start training now if you really don't want to. We can...we can just tell him that you aren't feeling well or something. I'm sure he'll understand. It'll be okay."

Still seeming unsure of exactly what to do, the boy paused for a moment in his attempts to wipe at the tears and searched his pockets again. This time, he managed to bring out a wrapped caramel apple. "Here. You can have this if you want, so don't cry."

Lucifer relaxed a bit at the calming words, perking up a bit. "Oh, right. I was supposed to request that you come to the Midnight Performance to meet the master. He wants to welcome you and the rest personally. It should be a fun show, too, so I really recommend watching."

Adjusting his glasses, the catlike man smiled slightly. "Um...I think that was all I was told to do here. Is there anything else you need to know? Or should I leave to let you finish settling in?"

The smells of food were always oddly comforting. The brunette had just eaten, so he wasn't too worried about his little problem just yet, but it was always nice to know that there was something around to safely munch on just in case. He really didn't want to get into trouble for something as ridiculous as that again. He had been lucky to get off so easily the last time.

In any case, he had work to do. It probably didn't seem much like it with the way the cat-eared boy appeared to just be wandering around, but still...this was important.

Still, he could always stop by that food stall if he had time...they did have a new popcorn flavor that he really wanted to check out.

Unfortunately, that happy thought was interrupted as a faint scent reached his nostrils. Not quite a normal one...though perhaps not quite unfamiliar. As he stopped and turned his head in an attempt to get a better sense of the direction it came from, the twin tails behind him slowed down in their movements to little more than an occasional twitch. What was that smell?

The small boy looked up from the first girl in surprise as another girl approached, yet another redhead, it seemed. "W-we kind of match! Not quite, but a little." After a second of marveling at the odd similarity, he shook his own head of slightly pink auburn hair and tried to refocus. "No, wait. Never mind that. Why do people keep coming here? You really shouldn't be in the Silent Courtyards. We should really get out of here."

I know, that's why I often ask for clarification when people list their powers. I see this kind of thing a little too often. I'm not wasting time on something like that if I can help it.

I was kind of brought into the guild under the "take no crap" rule.
