Is it possible that she just doesn't know? I'm not sure that there would ever have been time for her to be diagnosed, so if we look at it from the character's perspective, they just seem to be there without explanation. It could be anything, but since the character doesn't know, neither do we, and we have to draw our own conclusions.

...besides, I certainly don't know what mine are.

Spinel turned back to the front with a slight sense of defeat and confusion. It was weird how quick the larger one was to stop him from speaking to Jimmy or whichever one the silent one was. Was it that uncomfortable for him to talk? He hadn't even said that much to him, and about half of it was including James as well, so it wasn't as if he had been intentionally singling him out... was it? He just didn't want him to be ignored.

Well... he wasn't about to make him feel any more awkward if he could help it. It still bummed him out, but ah well.

"A recreation center, huh? I think I've seen one around during my wanderings. Wy, do you remember where it is? It's been a while since I actually used it for anything."

Although Chiari has always been perhaps a little more fragile than most children of a similar age, the name of their Famiglia has left them unable to escape their life's current path. In order to keep from being knocked off, the child learned how to hide early on in life and continues to work on building their inner strengths to cover their outer weaknesses. Of course, being so young and already with quite a few physical disadvantages, they became somewhat reluctant to deal with conflict unless placed under certain circumstances.

Currently, they're hiding out while they continue studying. While it isn't expected to last long, they do hope to at least get a few weeks of quiet and fun out of it.
