Is there any better feeling than tsumo after a kan, and the dora turns out to be the four tiles you just called? I think not.

It's so fun to make random OCs for an RP I will probably never run

Hello! I'm Yankee.
I'm usually down for pretty much anything: action, adventure, romance, horror, taboo, comedy, smut, gore, slice-of-life, etc.
I like cute, fun stories just as much as dark, gross, traumatic (for character) stories. I enjoy creating original characters for RP,
but I get as much enjoyment writing as canon characters in fandom-based games!
On that note I like comic books, cartoons, and videogames. I'm also very into cosplay and art!

I am a very slow writer, so my preferred posting pace is once per week or less. I usually post on weekends.
I like to have fun while writing, so I prefer relaxed partners who don't take things too seriously.
Remember: fiction =/= reality.

Feel free to PM me to chat!
However I do not check PMs immediately. Might take me a day or two... or ten to get back to you.

Forward all complaints to @stone

With it's work done,「Bad Case」dislodged itself form the unconscious woman and seemingly faded out of existence, unseen, returning to Taras. With that large blood stain on her clothes, Yonaka appeared dead - which might be a good thing, for her, so long as the gunman didn't decide to double check their work and spend another bullet on her prone form. The Russian agent didn't spend time thinking about that, because he was stilling picking his way through the forest in the direction of their enemy. The sound of an explosion not too far away confirmed what he'd thought about the area: booby-trapped. Of course the forest was trapped, no solo operator would be stupid enough to think they'd be safe without some measure of insurance. At least, no solo operator still alive would be that stupid.

Soon enough a fort came into view through the trees. Compared to some of the older castles in France, the building ahead was a bit meager. Recently build, though whether during the last great war or this one, Taras couldn't tell. Construction and architecture weren't particular interests of his.

He summoned his Stand again, letting it cling to his back in case he needed it as he crouched behind the trunk of another solid tree. The gunman... he couldn't see them from here. Unfortunate, Taras sighed in his mind, taking just a moment to consider his next steps. Oscuro was on the offensive like he'd hoped, continuing on ahead. Would she continue to draw the enemy's fire though? And most importantly, could he risk sending「Bad Case」to scout? ...if the bastard sees it and attacks it directly, it won't be good... too dangerous in the open, but if I can get inside...

Easier said than done, of course. The tree line didn't extend far enough to give him any hope of cover if he were to approach the fort's entrance. A mad dash wasn't Taras' style either though. His best bet was to wait until he knew the gunman was distracted, which meant one of their agents suffering another attack - but it was either that with some chance of surviving, or winding up the next person with a punctured artery and severely less chance of surviving.
Oreo cookies dipped in nacho cheese from the glass jars they sell at stores.

I was ready to happily try all the strange food combos that might be posted in this thread, but this is a whole new level of somethin' I'll tell you that. Do you genuinely eat this combo? How does the cheese and chocolate taste together? Is the queso on the mild or spicy side? Spicy chocolates are pretty good but the cheese...??? The cookie texture? I figure the cream in an oreo is minimal enough to ignore but I'm very curious about this monstrosity.
I might be interested.

Aburand 1
Location: Ragadel Ranch

"Relax," Shamie murmured, petting her hand down the neck of one of her horses. Something seemed to have spooked them in the early morning, just before dawn - and she would know, considering she'd been out the door of her modest home as soon as the day birds started their chirping. It was a fine house, mostly wood, in the center of the property she'd claimed as soon as she moved in. It was a good deal - who would say no to free land? Especially when they had a ranch full of horses and unicorns to rehome. The rest of the ranch was spread out, barns, stables and fences built in a rough oval around the area just Northeast of town. Shamie was lucky she'd been able to trade some animals in return for the construction, being as much as it was. Still, the new Ragadel Ranch was so much bigger and more spacious than the one she'd had in Wyverspoon that even if she'd been left with no gold she wouldn't have complained. It was perfect, the animals were happy.

...which is why this particular start to her day was so strange, as until now she couldn't have asked for better conditions.

It was bound the happen sometime, the elf thought to herself as she stroked the horse's mane, things can't stay perfect forever. Might have to ask around town for something to keep wild animals away.

Once the horses had calmed down some, Shamie opened the stable doors wide and let them out of their pens. They trotted out, strong animals in all sorts of coat colors. The quality of her livestock was something Shamie took great pride in, and she took a moment to smile at them before the heat of even the morning sun made itself known on her skin. Is it summer already?

While Aburand was her favorite season, it also meant some more work for her and the girl she'd hired a few weeks ago. Then again, every season brought more work in it's own way. Shamie wasn't one to complain though. Speaking of Val, she should be there any minute now. That girl has been a huge help, especially since none of the staff back in Wyverspoon was very keen on moving to some no name town called Hillhaven.

Their loss, she thought not for the first time, I think it's been real charming so far!

With the horses out of their stables, next were the ules. Once they were out in the open grazing with the rest, she'd have to check on the few unicorns she had. They were sequestered off toward the back of the ranch, nearest to the trees as they could be. Mostly rescues, and not for sale. They were a fickle little group, some days not even letting Shamie herself get close, and the elf dearly hoped that wasn't the case today.

Shamie was in the middle of carrying a bundle of hay feed out to the center field when she spotted a lone figure making their way down the road. Short, large ears, a certain pep in her step? Yep, that'd be Valindra.

"Hey there!" Shamie called, setting the hay down and dusting her hands off before waving the girl over, "On time, as always. Have a good morning?"

I have indeed! It's been a while so I'm going to refresh myself with it prior to starting though.
@ONL Thanks for the answer! Yeah, like I said I totally understand why the rule is there, but sometimes hours or even a day later I reread my post and see a horrible typo and just think, how the heck could that have slipped by the first time? Then I just have to get rid of the evidence

As for character, I was thinking someone simple, like a personal assistant to a newspaper editor or similar... someone that gets sent there to see if the claims are true and it would be worth their employer's time or if it's all bogus. Of course, once it's revealed that something sinister is going on, they get caught up in it.
Been a while since I've had a good dice game, I'm interested! Quick question for you though, as far as post edits - I understand why the rule is there but I'm human, sometimes a typo makes it through into my post. Would I have to ask every time I noticed a typo to go back and fix it?
@Zweit that looks amazing!
