I dont think there will be a lot of "bullying" whrn the team's had it's baptism by fire... atleast I hope not. Ofcourse if a character goes out of their way to be an ass, well then they're asking for it :P
As for possible fights. Eh, Isha has quite a temper but is not a person to really hold grudges over small things. Plus... is there really anyone who would be mad enough to provoke her? :P
