I'm loving this premise, I've had a character I've wanted to use In a MGRP for quiet some time, but never gotten the chance. My character idea is a Team Pet obsessed with becoming fully human. He has the ability to briefly become human, and also can transform into an armored for (what this for is depends on the theme of the magical girl he's partnered with). So if anyone making an OC MG would volunteer to take him so that I could have a theme to work with, that would be awesome

OK, let's take a look at this a bit deeper. Your argument presupposes three things:

That OC characters are allowed

That Male characters are allowed

That the rules of a given universe are mutable to fit an idea that you present, or to put it another way the universe can be changed to accommodate your idea, when it should be the other way around.

With regards to the first two points, the OP says that the GM is still undecided on those two points, so I personally do not feel it is wise to come up with an idea that would be screwed over if they elect not to admit one or both.

Wow, dude, way to stick your nose in places and be an ass for no reason at all. And in two separate posts? It's like you just couldn't leave the issue alone and had to come back for it? Really?

All he said was that he's tempted to make a male character, not that he demands he be allowed to make one. Take a chill pill and wait for the GM to make his/her call.

Unfortunately, the only magical girl series I can think of that I've seen/read are Cardcaptor Sakura (and Sakura would probably be kind of difficult to play with monsters that actually need to be fought and killed) and an extremely silly series called G-On Project. I might be forgetting something though and I know I've got at least one other series sitting on my shelf.

Also, would PC villains be allowed?

It's true that Sakura hasn't ever needed to kill a monster, but the possibility of her fighting wouldn't be too out of the question. For example, she has the Sword Card and her elemental cards (Windy, Watery, etc) to help her fight, and cards like dash and fly could help her move out of the way of incoming attacks. The only thing I could imagine being a challenge in terms of using her for this crossover is her character. More specifically, she's never had to fight enemies the likes of what usual Magical Teams have to put up with. I think writing for her in this crossover would actually be pretty fun because it puts the character out of her element.

It's not just that she hasn't fought enemies like normal magical girl teams, the one time at the point I'm up to in the manga that she fought something that wasn't a Clow Card, she wasn't even willing to use an offensive card against it. And um, I had a friend try to write her in a crossover RP before. They ended up having to come up with excuses for her to not be around whenever an action scene showed up because it was out of character for her to fight with the intention of killing something.

While it certainly puts her out of her element, I don't think it'd really do it in a good way. If that makes any sense.

She could fight with the intention of NOT killing someone. You know, using the less lethal cards to either disarm and bind the opponent. The Wood card was used with the intent to trap other cards before, and she could potentially use the Freeze card as well (although that might be a bit much for use on a regular human).

Just throwing ideas out here, really. If you still feel you couldn't justify her even using those tactics, then that's up to you.

I don't think I could. And...Even if she isn't aiming to destroy the monster/villain, I'm pretty sure the rest of the cast would be most of the time. I mean, unless it's the kind of villain where a person turns into a monster and turns back to normal afterwards. But um, I'm guessing we're not going to exclusively be fighting that sort of thing.
