Reddo followed the tunnels with the other men wishing she could be up close and in the fight. Angelo was right though. Her job was important, very important. But, yet again she was the back up plan. She was to watch everybody earn glory while she waited for her's to maybe show up. It made her mad.

Finally they arrived at the scene where the trucks were going to be. Reddo moved about 200 yards down the road and stationed herself at the top of a big oak tree. She looked through the scope of her sniper and saw Angelo give her a thumbs up meaning ready to go. She waited for about 20 minutes and called Angelo on the radio she had "Hey, They 2nd truck. It's filled with supplies remember? I wrote it down on that piece of paper I gave you. So, the 2nd truck won't be empty and we need to make sure we take it down too."

"Okay, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks" Was Angelo's response. Finally after a little while longer of waiting the trucks came into view. The group stationed on the ground moved forward and stopped one of the trucks and just like Angelo feared one took off. Some of the men in the group began to chase after it but didn't work. Reddo lined up the driver in her scope and fired. The bullet made no sound coming out of the barrel due to the silencer Reddo had attached to it. The Windshield of the truck shattered and the drive let go of the wheel. Luckily the truck didn't crash, it only slowed to a stop. She waited a while to make sure everything was alright. She watched as Angelo opened the door to the first truck. A hand reached out and punched Angelo. Reddo only had a few seconds to react. She dialed in the scope on the other man's head and pulled the trigger.

Reddo she climbed down of the tree and back to the trucks. She gave Angelo another thumbs up as she checked the back. Full of supplies just like she thought it would be. she began to unload the supplies from the truck. "Hey, looks like it wasn't empty after all Eddy!" She yelled while seeing Ed unload the guns. Reddo smiled as Ed rolled his eyes. Reddo continued to unload supplies and then asked Angelo, "What are we going to do with the trucks?"

Angelo kept going down the tunnel with the others waiting until the trucks started to go by and grinned as I gave the signal for everyone to shoot their guns and I growled seeing one go off but Angelo was glad he relied on redo to be the sniper and the back up plan once Angelo saw that both the trucks stopped he went to check to make sure the bodies were really dead but unfortunately Angelo didn't see the one hiding under the window so he could avoid the shots, he hit Angelo and he fell to the ground and before he knew it the mans gun was on him ready to fire but he still tried to react thankfully though redo took care of him as he gave a wave in thanks to her. as he helped the others load the boxes out of the truck then he turned to redo pondering the question on what to do about the trucks, it was going to be obvious that someone took it but that didn't necessarily mean that it had to be from us it could be thought that it was a the work of a mercenary group instead of the librarians so he thought of a mercenary group that has really been annoying the librarians and has been killing our men. he immediately thought of the black arrows group. a bunch of muscle head morons that barley fit the description of mercenary then paid assassins that the ultimatum continually used on the librarians to keep them from gaining a bigger foothold. so Angelo got on of the mens knives and carved the symbol of the mercenary group and carved in on the hood and the side of the truck "do the same to the other one, we get to kill two birds with one stone this way"

Money, it was there next gole to building an empire. And it was something ed was good at. In frount of him was the thangs thay didn't need such as solders prescription medication. Witch there was alot of. he calculated how much it was worth. And 67,000 was the number he came up with. Not to bad but thay needed more. Thay needed a constently growing money. 'I wish there were a money tree' he thoght. He giggled at the thought then his eyes snaped wide. Becus he just now relised money dose grow on trees. Or more specifically a powerful drug dose that is worth a forchen. The tenzerr tree is a legend to all drug lords, it produces a sap that if manufactured in to a joint can be worth 50,000 ech. The problem was it was not naturally occurring. Its seeds were made in a lab and only one wasn ever planted and it was berned down. But there are saplings in a government lad. But it was a lab that was half way accros the world. "Hay Angleo im going on a plane ride" ed shouted.

"Excellent. Come to me then, my Knights."

The throne room appeared to be bigger than the waiting chamber, if that was even possible. The colors of the four Knights decorated the room elagently; a crimson carpet pooled the floor while the ceiling was crafted a rich cerulean. Gold and platinum lined the intricate walls with various different designs and in the center of it all was a white throne, polished and unblemished. Atop this mighty throne lay Sachiro Harime herself, in the flesh. Dressed in a pure white gown, the sheer brightness of it reflected the light in a way where it almost resembled a rainbow. Golden eyes and once more white hair completed the image. Despite her everlasting rule, she still looked young and heathy.

And yet despite all of this, her smile was one of melancholy as she held in her lap a massive book of all colors. Her Tome. The origin of all Unity. "Welcome. Yggdrasil, Asgard. Let us wait for the others then before discussing our greatest ambition. The Grand Order." Taking note of Yggdrasil's tense posture, she raised an eyebrow in concern. "Does something trouble your conscious, Platinum Knight?"

Above them, Jester studied the girl who seemed to be as distruaght as Yggdrasil. Well, it was really more like a keen sense of nervousness...the masked man locked his crimson gaze with her single revealed eye. "Yes, I knew you would appear before me. You seek answers...and I can give you purpose." With that enigmatic promise in the air, he faced Thomas now. "Young one who serves the Ultimatum. If you are destined to fight, then I suggest keeping your eye on Cole here. He possesses a deadly habit for taking situations into his own hands."

Cole couldn't deny that he was no doubt suprised to be greeted by the The Superior's Jester himself. Even so, he wouldn't let some masked freak stop him from his own goals. "Neither," he answered to Jester's questions. "I came here for a simple task. Shouldn't take long actually; just a couple more minutes."

"Oh? You're willing to risk the lives of these children? It seems you truly are a madman." Jester said this all with eternal calm. "Well then. What do you seek?"

Cole kept his Tome by his side on hand. The explosive had been running for some time now, and at this rate the amount of gas he had leaked out would be enough to at least level the roof to burning rubble. "Just wanna show some friends of mine that even God can bleed. I'm sure you of all people can understand that."

"Is that so? Indeed, you are a catalyst of fate. However...I simply can't allow that. At least, not as you are now Cole Carton." In mere moments, Jester was in front of Cole and lashed out, grabbing the collar of his shirt. Biting his teeth, Cole's first instinct was to activate his Tome on the spot as a powerful pulling motion or force dragged him closer and closer to the Jester's eyes....the rumbling of several explosions was enough to loosen the steel grip and Cole made a dash off the roof as quickly as possible.

The roof became instantly engulfed in flames, and Jester appeared in front of Evie. His own Tome activated to form a massive metal wing. So large was the limb, that it was enough to shield both Evie and Thomas from the inferno around them.

Midgard continued on his way to the Citadel, people reached to touch his magnificent armor, to clasp his hands, and he obliged as many as he could. The helm pulling back, his smile was as radiant as his armor. "I apologize everyone I really do, but I must go back to the Citadel." More than one thanks were called his way as the Gold Knight leaped to the top of a building and continued, unimpeded to the Citadel, landing just outside the main doors now. He sighs and walks in, his helm covering his face once again as he walked the halls. He passes the girl from earlier and gives her a nod and continues his march to the throne room.

He walks into the meeting room then proceeds to the throne room, his helm pulling back again and he bows to the Superior and gives nods of recognition to Asgard and Yggdrasil. "I apologize my Lady for not apprehending the terrorist, he slipped out of our grasp, running like he always does." Midgard says before rising, easily discernible frustration in his voice and movements, he didn't enjoy letting a terrorist go, and he certainly did not enjoy letting the leader of the group go.

Evie let out a small cry of surprise and initially ducked her head in fear of debris... but felt nothing above her. Slowly, she looked up to see the Jesters great wing over both her and the boy from her academy. "S...So cool..." Her eyes got starry and her blush returned as she looked at her idol, standing so nobly to protect them. Such ethereal might shouldn't be possible but the Jester, staring at the ceiling with his white hair blowing in the wind, his red eye piercingly focused on the collapsing ceiling... It just made her heart beat even louder.

And jealousy well up within her.

He was so powerful... and amazing... and what was she, cowering beneath his wings in trust? She was... nothing compared to him, and she never would be. Even the boy from her academy she hardly knew the Jester had complimented on for his fighting ability. She... was just here for answers. Her eyes turned a shade duller than they had been before. She was just a burden by coming here...

"Merely wondering if I left the stove on, M'lady."

Ace gave his superior a smile. As always, her beauty nearly left him breathless. To think, if he wasn't such an old man and held himself twenty years younger he'd might have requested to sleep with his head in her lap too. Perhaps he might request, but he wouldn't let Sachiro see his thoughts on this, at least not here. That sense of foreboding had not left him. "You slept late today, M'lady, Do you feel well?"

Somewhere else in the Citadel, there came another explosion. He'd be worried for the destruction had it not been already made a point that today nothing would go unbroken. The Librarian saw to that well.

Meanwhile the Mechanical angel reached Midgard, vocalizing softly and offering a hand to both he and Nifilheim, a faster way back to the Citadel than walking.

Alex sat waiting, thinking, planning, not much else that could be done as he kept from moving with his injuries. Carton would pay for this, for his stand against the law. Now Alex knew what he was like, and he could plan. No more tricky escapes, and carton would be lucky if their next encounter didn't end as quickly as it began, with a high powered sniper rifle bullet going through his skull. He had proved he couldn't be trusted, and being taken alive didn't seem like a viable alternative either. Once he figured out a counter for that Tome of his, Carton was finished.

At last relief came, the sound of engines outside as an aerial ambulance lowered itself to the ground, first response personnel rushing in in response to the drop in his vital signs. Justicars were monitored at all times to be safe, and so they could be prompted treated in a medical emergency, as he was now. He was laid down on a stretcher and lifted up into the bay of the craft, a mask laid over his head that pressed against his face but allowed him to breathe just as well, soothing the burned skin.

It was a swift ride back to the Capital, and he was transported yet again from the flying ambulance into the building, through halls to the medical center. He had to go to surgery, to get new skin grafted on to replace that which was burned, and they would have to put him under in the process. Before they could, he stirred, grabbing the arm of one of the attendants. "Tell Asgard," he said haltingly, fighting the pain of talking, with his lips cracked and skin flaking. "Cole has a Tome...uses gas to make explosions....he's unstable."

"We will," agreed the attendant, before the drugs hissed into his system and he dropped away to dark oblivion. It would be a long operation, but as the night passed by and the morning opened up onto mid day, when Alex awoke, he would find himself in a hospital bed, half his face covered in bandages, but restored. Now he would just have to wait.

Thomas stared hard at Cole, trying to figure the man out as he and Jester spoke. The supposed madman held some sort of a bottle in one of his hands, which Thomas zeroed in on. Was that his Tome? If it was, how was it used to create large-scale explosions?

Jester charged Cole, covering the distance that separated them in the blink of an eye. Jester grabbed onto the other man's collar, but before Thomas could even realize what was happening, deafening explosions rang out and the air around the roof seemed to catch fire.

Thomas' Tome reacted on it's own, and stretched to form circular shields around his body. Panic still overtook the boy, as he had little faith that his living armor would protect him from an inferno.

Thankfully, he wouldn't have to find out. With incredible speed, the Jester darted to Evie and activated his Tome. It took the shape of a single, giant wing, which managed to cover both the girl and Thomas. The shields that had formed around Thomas receded, and as the explosion died away, he nodded his thanks to Jester.

The real enemy was clear now. Cole was responsible for the bombings in the city. He was responsible for attacking the Citadel. He had tried to kill both Thomas and Evie.

Thomas was not one to forgive an attempt on his life.

"Kill him."

An angry, inhuman screech escaped Thomas' throat as he jumped off his perch and bolted through the smoke and rubble that littered the roof.

Reddo didn't know what the next step of the great plan was, she wanted to take more action but she could tell Angelo was planning something, maybe even something big. The thought of something big like an attack on something made her happy. She was eager to fight.

Being bored she went to her room and got some money she had been saving. Ever since riding Ed's motorcycle she had been meaning to buy one but didn't have the time. But, now that they weren't doing anything she could go out and buy it. Reddo left the Hideout and went to the nearest motorcycle store. She looked at all the bikes and finally bought one. It was beautiful, midnight blue, one of her favorite colors. It shimmered and wasn't loud like some motorbikes. It made a nice pur and she loved it. Reddo ran her hand across the paint and it was smooth, no scratch or bump in the paint. She got on it and rode it for a couple hours in the country out of the city. She was curious to see what had happened to the trucks they left so Reddo rode to where they had intercepted the weapon ans supply shipments.

The trucks were gone but at further investigation she looked around, Reddo found some military bodies in the bushes Somebody killed them and stole the trucks, but who? Reddo thought. She thought maybe it was the group of thugs Angelo had mentioned. She had to tell Angelo that nobody in the military would be finding the symbol he left there. She rode her motorcycle through the hidden tunnels that led to the hideout. When she arrived there she found Angelo. "Angelo, we have a problem. I rode my new motorbike out into the country and looked at where those trucks were, but they were gone and the only thing that remained was a couple of dead uniforms in the bushes."

don't do anything I wouldn't do" Angelo called to Edward as he relaxed in his chair trusting Edward to get them some black market money, he was good to his word about the guns and right now they had plenty to spare thanks to their heist on the trucks but now Angelo had to think of something different a bigger and better plan to show the ultimatum that they meant business they had gun, manpower, and right now their black market handler was leaving to go and get some extra cash. they were well on their way to making their cause that much stronger and their foundation that much bigger. Angelo started to think that maybe they needed to hit stronger targets and instead try to the police stations and the armories to make sure that the ultimatum had to attack the librarians themselves if they wanted to settle any kind of dispute but although they had everything else they still didn't know much about the ultimatums plans and that would be problem in the long run that Angelo worried about. he turned to see redo come back and tell him that the trucks were gone "okay but I don't see any issue with that. may have just been some idiots wanting the trucks

Cole's breaths of precious oxygen came ragged and seared his throat. He had escaped the Jester, which was definitely an improvement upon his previous situation. But he had heard something howl off in the distance that sounded vaguely human. And very, very angry.

Still, Cole had gotten what he had came here for. The Capital, or at least the roof of it, was now reduced to scorched rubble. The blast was large enough to hear for blocks and Cole's ears were still bleeding from it due to his lack of protection whenever it went off. Cole couldn't run forever though and he knew that he was going to tire out before whatever chasing him was.

He couldn't remember how many alleys he had dashed down through, nor how many lefts or rights he had taken. All he knew was that he found himself in the middle of an abandoned trainyard. He had been running for miles, a dozen at least, and while abandoned trainyards weren't exactly an ideal 'hideout' in Cole's mind, he had to stop somewhere. He slaked his thirst from running by drinking from an abandoned water hose nearby that was previously used to wash out the train cars, and while the water tasted dirty, it also tasted like Life.

After his thirst was quenched, Cole found a homeless camp and with his current ragged and bloody appearance, he fit in perfectly. With everyone huddled inside of a renovated train cart for warmth, Cole stole a greedy bite from the loaf of bread that they were passing around and rested his head against the cool metal of the cart.

"Y'all hear dose explosions at ther Capital?" an elderly vagrant ranted as the loaf of bread was passed around. "It's ye end times, that's what I'm telling you! It's never too late to repent!"

Cole briefly allowed a smile as he sank into the back of his eyelids.

"Yeah, I heard about them."

And after that, everything went pitch black and peaceful.

"Yeah it could of been, or it could have been that group of thugs you've been trying to get rid off. If they took it, it means the government won't find it and take them out." Reddo said at Angelo's comment. Angelo sighed.

"If it was them then yeah it would really mess up what I was trying to accomplish, but it's not that big of a deal. Just don't worry about." Angelo said as he walked off to his chair. Reddo was left there. She walked to the bar counter and had the person behind it get her some tea and some steak. While she waited for them to bring it out she moved her bike to her room. She didn't want it on the street, somebody could steal it.

When arriving back at the bar everything was there. Her tea and steak. Reddo turned on the TV, the news was on. Reddo liked the news, she liked to see what was going on in the world and sometimes it would give the librarians an advantage when attacking and planing something. After watching a report about missing milatary trucks, that she already knew about, the news casters began talking about an explosion. Reddo listened closely.

"An explosion has happened near the capital, the area has been blocked off until further notice, Police are looking for the man that did it as we speak." Reddo jumped up and brought Angelo over.

Sachiro nodded at Midgard's words, sensing anguish at his lost and failure. "Peace my Golden Knight. For the time shall come soon when we may all rest peacefully. As for peace itself..." The Superior glanced at Yggdrasil, knowing full well that something was clouding his mind. And yet neither his focus or resolve wavered in the slightest; she couldn't help but grace him with a smile for that much. "Yes, soon our troubles shall be quelled....we seem to be missing one." The fourth, and ironically last Knight, Nifilhiem was not preset with them; probably still in pursuit of that annoying terrorist group...no matter. "We will have to move forward then without her. A shame." For a brief second, the leader of the World frowned in genuine sadness before concealing her emotions once more.

Rising elegantly from her shimmering throne, Sachiro walked to the center of her guard, carrying her massive Tome with her. "I was hoping to celebrate this grand awakening with all of my Knights, but I can see now that this Librarian will not rest as he continues to endanger our precious World." Closing her eyes, The Superior began to activate her own Tome as an essence of pure energy materialized from the book and enveloped the space between them all, giving shape to a highlighted image. Unity, in its purest form, was now morphing into a shape...a thing. It looked familiar...

Asgard widened her eyes as the shape before her began to make terrible sense now. It was an armored draconian creature with a humanoid stature. Sure it looked fancier and more refined, but it was still a living, breathing thing at one point. Massive new weaponry never seen before to public eyes outfitted it's equally gargantuan sized body, and the Knight could only imagine what it would look like up close in full glory.

"Superior....this is-"

"Yes my dear Asgard. You are correct in assuming so." Sachiro waved her arms to emphasize the beauty of it all. "This is our answer. Our final solution. The Great Beast."

High atop the Citadel, the raging inferno created by Cole Carton was now finally beginning to subside. Most of the roof had been damaged, but it was nothing money couldn't solve. No, more importantly were the lingering emotions left behind...his precious catalysts...as Jester began to deactivate his Tome, he noticed Thomas howl with dark rage before leaping away in the hunt for Cole. The masked man couldn't help but chills inwardly at the boy's enthusiasm.

Now then.

Turning to the girl beside him, Jester bent down to take a look at Evi. "Are you alright young one? It was very foolish of you to charge up here without careful consideration." Despite his scolding tone, the praise could not be concealed in his crimson eyes. Cole may have escaped, but Evi remained here with him. His catalyst. Gently taking her cheek in his hand, he lifted her face up until both of their single seen eyes could meet; he took careful note of the dull reflection in Evi's pupil.

"And yet, despite your actions...I can sense many things within you. A common bond. A shared goal, yes? You too seek to become something more. To evolve into a being that transcends what you are now." He leaned in close, his eyes shining with mysterious intent.

"My dear Evi...do you want to have new purpose in this life? Do you want to be a hero? I can grant those wishes and dreams to you. All that, and more if that is what you seek and desire..."

Fate turns ever so slowly.

As the Jesters surprisingly warm hands cupped her face, Evie's jealousy and fascination with the Jester melted away. She stared into his eyes and it was as though she were looking into the sun, a feeling of ease and cal spreading over her. He spoke and leaned in closer to her, perhaps close enough to kiss. Evie's cheeks were not as flush as before, but the small blush that made them so rosy was still there. He talked of her... most intimate desires and it scared her, yet at the same time pulled her further into his mystery. There was no one but the two of them, in this suddenly very empty world.

"Yes," She whispered. As she did, her tome on instinct started to activate. As things always did, small debris started to hover around Evie when the power connected to her in its swirls of grey and streaks of crimson. The power moved slowly in response to her emotional cause. Just as she felt calm, airy and whimsical, so too did the power that made her magical girl clothing move. "I want to be..." She spoke softly, her gaze never leaving the Jesters. "Special."

~

Yggdrasil's face darkened, but he did not speak to oppose. He'd known this had been coming for a while. As he focused on what Sachiro was saying and the Golden Knight returned, so too did his Mechanical Angel return in a huff, turning back into her book form and sliding into his book sack at his side with ease. Ace wanted nothing more than to disappear just as his tome had the advantage of disappearing. He slowly stepped forward to be beside his Superior. His eyes were hardened and looked at the others with a sense of warning.

"Your loyalties shall only lie with the Superior," He declared, glaring at both Midgard, and then Asgard. His eyes lingered on hers, as if pleading... something to her. "She is the one and only truth of this world, and I feel loyalty only to her. As you said, Yuki," He paused to allow his gaze to pierce through her armor. His tone became... accusatory. "To change things now would be unquestionable, right? So stand beside us." He would stand by his Superior, no matter what... even if it killed him.

Angelo sighed loudly when redo bright her over to the tv again "what happened now?" Angelo groaned but he stopped taking when he heard that their was an explosion by the capital building but he didn't order anything remotely close to that, they were ring to stay low and destroying the capital building would only make everything wise so he turned to redo "find out who made the explosion and make sure it wasn't one of our boys going rouge if it is then make sure he isn't caught so I can talk to him about what he did. " Angelo said knowing that if the man was one if their and he did it just to be a bad as then Angelo would kill him himself fire endangering everyone that called him brother "if it isn't one of our make sure nobody blames it on us" he said wondering if this was just some kid going way over his head in hating the ultimatum

Reddo set out with a group of a couple men, she was tired but knew this had to be done. walking out of the hideout Reddo put on a black jacket and zipped it up. She then began to walk to the capital building directing the other's to go other ways to try and find the man that blew up the building. They may be fighting the government but the librarians aren't that insane.

Finally nearing the building she saw flames and parts of the building falling apart, the fire department was there trying to put out the roaring flame so it didn't spread to any other building. There didn't need to be anymore dead bodies. Reddo made her way around the zone and began looking in ally ways and other place. She finally come into the worse part of town. She began to look at the groups of men and women who were staring at her because of how nicely she looked, Reddo kept her tomb ready just encase.

After looking in some groups she noticed a man, the man was covered in burns and ripped clothing, the burns were fresh and still smelt like burnt skin. It was terrible. "Angelo, i'm pretty sure I found the man. Find me when you can, he's out cold". Reddo said over her ear piece. She then leaned up against one of the stone run down buildings, waiting.

Yuki almost flinched when she bore witness to Yggdrasil's hardened gaze. She could catch only a mere streak of some kind of emotion reflected in her fellow Knight's orbs. Regret? Confused at both Ace's behavior and Sachiro's decision, Yuki steeled herself before giving her answer. "Of course. To show disloyalty now would only hand victory over to these rebels." Sachiro nodded at her Knight's approval with warm regard, and so felt no offense when Yuki spoke out once more.

"However...forgive me Superior, but I must ask...why the Great Beast?" The usual confidence exuded by Asgard was laced now with something new and despised; hesitation.

"Yes, it's quite alright for you to be curious about our grand future Asgard." Sachiro swept her arms to motion towards the hologram before them. "You see, this project of mine has actually been in the works for quite some time now. What you see before you is an artificial Great Beast, one controlled directly by the Unity of my own Tome. Needless to say, Jester and I have been very pleased with the current results."

Jester.

At the mention of the Magix Man, Yuki internally frowned. Of course he would have placed such a goal within her Superior's head. Still, she could do nothing to him, seeing as this was what Sachiro deeply wanted.

The man of the hour himself still stood above the roof with Evie at his side. As the air began to softly whir around them, Jester broke off his gaze as he noticed the change of clothing slowly forming on the young girl. "You have an interesting Tome, Evie." Taking her hand within his, the area began to change once more. However this time, the background melded and swirled into itself with streaks of gray, black, and white.

It was over in a moment, and yet it was as long as several eternities. Sure enough, Jester had brought them to a new location, teleporting them on the exact hill Evie found herself just mere hours before. "I thought it would be best to discuss your future in less...drastic circumstances. Now then, Evie Rul...." Jester offered her an outstretched hand. A single moment that would decide fate.

"Are you ready to become my precious catalyst for change?"

Thomas attempted to find Cole, who had slipped away during the destruction of the roof. He leaped from building to building, alternating between running with just his legs and on all fours.

As the minutes turned into hours, though, it was clear he had lost the man. As strong as Thomas' Tome made him in a fight, it didn't give him anything like an enhanced sense of smell. That would have been useful, as a rat like Cole was likely to have a distinct odor.

Despite how hopeless it seems, Thomas continued searching, his face growing hotter and hotter with frustration as time went by. He kept his eyes on the streets, looking for any signs, but came up with nothing.

Goddammit, goddammit, goddammit!

His desire to find Cole was overwhelming, as it was enhanced by his Tome. Breaking down in frustration, he had something of a temper tantrum, shrieking while punching and kicking anything in sight. Brick was shattered and sent into the air as dust, and metal vents and pipes were smashed and thrown off the roof.

Destroying things didn't give him the satisfaction he was hoping for, making him even more angry.

Before he freaked out further, however, Thomas was able to think clearly for a moment. He took advantage of it and ripped his Tome off of his face. The armor that surrounded him quickly receded into the mask.

The boy doubled over, suddenly hit with exhaustion since he was no longer being physically enhanced. Through heavy pants he threw up. After getting that out of his system he fell backwards onto his rear, spitting a few times to get the taste out of his mouth.

He groaned as he laid down on his back, limbs spread out. This insane feeling of tiredness had happened a few times before, but never this badly. Every muscle ached, and even the cement, uneven roof felt comfortable.

With another grunt of pain, Thomas placed his head on the ground and stared at the sky. A moment later, he was asleep, holding his book-form Tome tightly in his hand.

Angelo sighed once he heard the call from redo about the man that destroyed the building. At least the guy was out cold so we wouldn't worry if we brought him somewhere else to ask what the hell the guy was thinking. Angelo soon got his gun and he put on his trench coat zipping it up tight so it would cover part of his face as he went towards the capital building looked for redo and the guy that blew up the building. Soon he looked towards a stone building and saw redo waiting on him and he walked over patting her shoulder "good job, we need to get him somewhere to talk. I got a lot of real detailed questions to ask him" Angelo said angrily and although Angelo was a nice guy he never tolerated someone attacking a building and innocent people for no good reason. Yes his librarians killed people but he never allowed any of his members to attack anyone that didn't swear their loyalty to with the ultimatum, if they did then they really would be worse then the very scum they were trying to get rid of. Angelo then got some rope tying the mans hands to his front so he couldn't try and use some sort of Houdini escape trick while we couldn't see his hands behind his back as Angelo grabbed one of the guys legs and motioned for redo to do the same so they could drag him to a safe area for interrogation

Evie was only silent for a moment. Her magical girl clothing was fully formed around her and the breeze blew the hair away from her eye. In that moment, she considered her life at home. Her trips in an out of seeing the psychiatrist, her mother always shaking her head when Evie told her her desire for change, her fathers nose turning up and telling her to be 'realistic.' The years at the academy, receiving her tome and learning her abilities... it had all been for everything and nothing. In this moment, Evie's eyes only sought the Jesters. It was not hesitation, not was it for fear.

That moment Evie took was her goodbye to all she had known.

She outstretched her own gloved hand and interlaced her fingers with the Jesters. "I have been ready for a long time." She smiled a small, trusting smile. Whatever lie ahead... She would be ready for.

Ace no longer looked to Yuki but to his Superior. He had heard all the explanations before, having been at the meetings with Jester and Sachiro. His own fate was resigned, nailed to what may become of the will of she. What dark future lay ahead for the knights he'd fought alongside for nearly 60 years now, Yggdrasil did not know. For what he did understand, he may have to fight against them for once.

"Harbinger of Destruction, Ender of Universes..." Ace spoke quietly, his eyes turned from his knights and to the projection laid before them. "The Great Beast... ushers in an era of new." He looked to his Superior, his usually bright and relaxed eyes dulled by what was to come. "Is that not right, Mistress Sachiro?"
