Ok I'll post two characters then. I can fit them to go anywhere or be mostly any race, just let me know if the abilities are balanced. If you like the abilities I'll write up the history and everything. They fit more in a superheroish setting, but Bleach is just a japanese superhero parody anyway. Also if you want I can play a scaling game with them throught the RP and reduce their abilities if they're too much, and I'm sure they are.
Name - 'MC' the 'Mage'
Appearance - Ball like head, glowing blue skin, no hair, no mouth, no nose, no ears, large green blind eyes, wears a faceguard made out of the rements of his hollow mask that covers where his mouth would be as well as giving him a jacobs ladder crown without the electricity. His body is one long robe with arms, one arm with its sleave torn off that ends in a large crystaline bone hand while the other arm is normal. His feet can't be seen from under his blue robes, but are birdlike in appearance. His hollow hole is on his left theigh, but is covered up by his robe.

Powers - Omni-'magic' MC is versed in a variety of 'spells', giving him the ability to conjure a variety of basic attacks made out of nearly any energy. Of course these don't get more detailed than blasts, beams, or explosions. But that also means he can throw fire, ice, light, shadow, or whatever energy he pleases at your face. Of course this means he can't use Cero, or Bala, as he has refined a 'better' version of them.
Chaos 'Magic' Of note one energy type that is exhausting to use is Chaos. It doesn't do that much damage, but it will always do full damage through any defense and leave a lingering negative effect, which can be anything from setting the target on fire, to turning them to cheese, to making them blink. the only defense from chaos magic is to not be hit by it! (Negative effects are made by the person who gets hit with it. Be creative!)
Illusion Mask MC can conjure masks that allow him or anyone who wears them to take on a human appearance. Of course unless they know how to mask their energy, anyone who can sense energy will know what that person is anyway.
Forceful Teleport MC can teleport himself around the battlefield, going a set distance each time and needing a bit of time before he can teleport again. Teleporting breaks him free of anything that holds him in place, such as an ice pilllar or ropes.
Conjuration MC is able to conjure food, water, and small objects. Used mostly for comedic effect.
Energy Cloak MC is able to mask his energy, making it difficult for anyone who isn't a master at sensing energy to sense him, and even then it would be hard unless your close to him. He can also extend this to others who are very close to him.
Truth Aura While making MC unable to lie and making him blind, this ability also makes it so anyone who he talks to can't lie, though this doesn't stop them from declining the question in general or telling a half truth. This also gives him the ability to see the energy of all things, making illusions and invisibility useless.
Portal MC can conjure portals after a few moments, not only breaching between the human, spirit, and hollow planes, but also connect any two points in one of those planes together. They are temporary and only hollows can pass through them.

History - A strange arrancar, not much is known about MC in his hollow days, and after transforming, MC forgets them himself, and sometimes even forgets he is an arrancar! This unstable mental state has carried over to his day to day actions as well, causing him to view everything as a game and amking him unable to view the world seriously, yet understand whats going on inside it. He is concerned over his own belief on what balance is, which at times can conflict or agree with what those in the soul society believe as well. He finds the devouring of pluses pointless, as they offer almost nothing for the effort needed to acquire them, which makes him an oddity. MC doesn't really consider anyone his enemy unless they have personally wronged him somehow, and will offer opponents the chance to sit down for tea before he fights them for the most part.
He keeps another arrancar who names herself Light, as company, as she compliments his ranged abilities with her melee ones, and the two share the same beliefs for the most part.
Details - Is very frail, is very slow, can't fight in physical combat.

Appearance - Humanoid shape, pure white skin, large ball like head, large black and orange eyes, no nose, large fin-like ears, short blue hair, very thin neck, broad chest with proportionate medium breasts, thin musclar arms ending in large feather/clawlike fingers with forearms to match. A blue tanktop, a dress attached to her body with the front open while the back goes down to her ankles, the front having a triangle tabard goign down to he rkneecaps. The dress is blue with white fringes, while the inside is pure black. her legs are musclar, ending at points where her feet would be. The remnants of her mask form a neck brace, giving her neck a bigger appearance than normal, while her hollow hole is under her tanktop in the middle of her chest.

Powers -
Extreme Regeneration Light can regrow any part of her body, even missing organs or a missing head. This makes her exceptionally hard to kill as she can regenerate from just a finger. This type of regeneration is slow though, and 'fatal' wounds can put her out of the fight for a time. It also makes her immune to disease, poisons, chemicals, asphyxiation, and the like. Brain or Heart trauma are still very serious however.
Extreme Strength Light is incredibly strong, more so than the average super strength hollow.
Spellbreaker Light's attacks are incredibly effective against barriers.
Kinetic Combat Light gains speed as she fights, this speed is lowered if she has to regenerate or if she is held in one place for a few seconds. this speed works for both her movement speed and the rate at which she fights.
Fusion Punch An incredibly powerful slow punch who's power is based on Light's current speed level. hit or miss, Light's speed goes down to base levels. but if it does hit and she was going very fast.... well... Good luck.
Air jump Light can jump off air as if it were ground in both the living and spirit worlds.
History - Light is an arrancar who is unable to fire a cero and can barley manage to open portals to the living world/soul society as well as being unable to sonido and have a very poor herro, but makes up for it with strength that can scare even the toughest hollows and the ability to gain speed as she fights as well as a regenerative ability that most other hollows or arrancars envy. Due to this near immortality, Light doesn't grasp the severity of situations at times, but can appriciate it when things get really grim. She prefers to find entertainment to keep herself preoccupied, fighting or playing board games, its all the same to her.
She journies with another Arrancar calling himself a 'mage'. While frail, this companion allows her to walk around wherever she pleases and compliments her melee fighting style, giving her cover while she approaches a target and taking hits for him when necessary.
Details - Light is incapable of using a Cero or other ranged attacks and while she has amazing regenerative abilities, she isn't very good at taking hits and has very bad herro. Starting out shes slow, but she can build up to incredible speeds if left alone.
