I was thinking France but if Byrd once it he can . Can anyone suggest any good countries ? Somewhere maybe a little more peaceful yet can ally and help people economically

Switzerland. Literally to the T. Peaceful. Can help economically. I guess not the ally thing, but you win some you lose some. Otherwise you could try Belgium (it will exist in the new RP) or the Netherlands. Or Norway. Or Sweden. Or maybe even Portugal.
