Looking forward to it, eh-heh. For now an NPC bio.
Name: Maestro, real name unknown.
Age: Speculated to be late teens.
Gender: Female
Appearance:
"Shut up and get ready for my performance~" Maestro wears pastel pinks and blues, and has presumably-dyed pink hair. She is very pale. In addition, she is surprisingly short, managing to be well under five feet at around 4'5 in height.
Personality: Maestro is an unusual supercriminal. While she certainly perpetrates crimes, and even steals or causes severe property damage, that's never the goal of her crime. Instead, Maestro refers to herself as a "performance criminal". Her crimes are all about being as showy as possible. They're about the act rather than the conclusion. Naturally, this means her crimes are often as impressive as she can manage. Maestro displays a rather dry, sarcastic sense of humor, as well as a rather theatrical approach to crime in fitting with her performance-focused activities. She feels it is important to take good care of her "marching band", her gang of all-female henchmen dressed as flamboyantly as she is. Maestro has a passion for classical music, displayed frequently in her criminal acts and even her fighting style. Maestro is dedicated, some may see surprisingly, to never kill in the course of her crimes. Indeed, when she clased with Blast Girl, she ended up pleading with the former to back down so that she was not killed by a particularly damaging burst of sound. However, Blast Girl endured and defeated Maestro, though she was not apprehended.
Skills: Maestro has an encyclopedic knowledge of classical music. She is also rather charismatic and charming, at least in the eyes of her "marching band". She possesses deep musical knowledge, and given how her weapons work this is an asset.
Abilities: It is unknown if Maestro possesses any superhuman abilities.
Equipment: Maestro utilizes a combination jetpack/amplifier. This allows her to both fly and fire directed blasts of sound, using classical music sent through the machine. The power is enough to do serious damage to her surroundings.
Brief Backstory: Maestro appeared shortly before Blast Girl took up the mantel of a superhero. She pursued various crimes, all of them all about the performance rather than the conclusion. However, Blast Girl ended up pursuing her and they fought, ending with Maestro's defeat. She escaped, however, and has continued to actively perform. She also actively aided Blast Girl in defeating the murderous supercriminal Mister Crystal, though she quickly fled to avoid the authorities afterwards.
