Working on a post now!

Yeah Kathi, pay no mind to how many people have posted since your last post. There isn't really any fixed posting order, so long as you're posting once a day/round then you're good to go. I've posted before with only one post since my last one!

I'm not confident I'll be able to get a post up after work tonight, so I think I'll write a little post before instead. I'll probably start writing in a couple of hours. Then if I can get a post up after work bonus, if not I covered my bases haha!

And woooooo we got snow! Finally! It isn't sticking though because it's too wet, but it's here!

It's so weird, my internet is being super crappy today (like, 144p on YouTube crappy), but this site has been loading really fast despite that. o_O

I'll be posting a bit later than usual tonight. Just gonna finish some papers before I do~

I generally aim for a post per day/round (rounds being designated by my posts, i.e my post will always be the start of a new 'round') but I'm also not too anal if people need to miss it due to how busy they are, exams, holidays, illness, etc, so long as there's consistency in posting, which with this group there thankfully is.

Anyway, rp stuff.

I've not caught up on the IC yet, will do so later (I really should but I always check the ooc first, lols). To give everyone a general headsup of what I have planned, it's to get everyone to the hotel there, so we can have a small timeskip and get our characters to drop their gear off there. After that, for the next 2 to 3ish weeks, it's... pretty much up to you guys what you wanna do. I want to focus on having that time to just have our characters interact, explore the resort and have fun with description and mini events/npcs (for about 2-3 hours or so before meeting up again), and you're all free to go crazy with that and do what you like. I'll be having Estelle go to the water park, but not everyone needs to go there if people don't want them to. I think having everyone do so would stymy interaction a bit, whereas smaller groups would make things easier, but if you want to have your character go there, then by all means, feel free. But any other ideas you have are also more then welcome, i.e. the beach that Lucien mentioned he wanted to go to, or anywhere else. Be creative. :)

I think us working out where we'd want our characters to go first here in the OOC would be ideal so we can get a bit of planning and brainstorming behind that, and to help spark some inspiration whilst also helping to offset the possibility of every character going off somewhere different and getting no interaction done XD It lets us discuss things and get some ideas going. :) People are also free to setup and describe the initial area however they want, which is something else we can decide. For example, someone else can take the lead in setting up and describing the water park, if you want. :>

For me, I'm going to have Estelle go to the water park. Marcus, I'm considering having peruse the hotel's casino, but I'm willing to have him go somewhere else depending on what ideas you guys have and such. :)

Awesome post Tae, it wasn't skipping ahead per se. That was exactly what I was hoping for and anticipating, to get things rolling :)

So far I think we've got:

Water Park: Estelle, Don, Lisette, Kapi
Beach: Selan, Lucien
Bars along beach front: Moira, Syed, Amy, Aria?
TBD: Dylan, Trixie, Xandra, Marcus

I was thinking perhaps Aria could lead everyone to a beach bar or something while Xan takes the rest of the group? owo Since it's everyone's first day there so bigger groups could be made and as the week passes everyone could split up more if that made any sense :'D

Sounds like a smart idea to me. Up to Danni, Rex and Fox if you guys think Dylan, Trixie and Xan would be good with going to a water park. I wouldn't say no to having them help increase the interaction with Estelle, Don and Lisette. And could have Marcus go with the beach crew, or off on his own huehuehue...

But it's all up to what you guys want to do.

I kinda wanna put Dylan in the bar group - just to see if he'll finally get Amy to punch him out for being too nice. Is that acceptable?

Though now that I read the idea with Trixie and Xan being his Superhero sidekicks, I'm cool taking him wherever. AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!
