Description: A 1.8m tall pure white skinned humanoid with a ball like head with large black and orange eyes, a mouth, short blue hair, fin-like ears, and no nose. She wears a blue and white dress with the front open, a triangle tabard occupying that space. She has longish flowing sleevish arms with 4 spiky fingers, legs that end in a point instead of a foot, and a 'space' looking darkness on the inside of her dress. And of course her body lacks finite detail due to being part toon.
Powers:
Toon Regen-
Light can regenerate from any injury that isn't complete atomization. This also includes supernatural afflictions such as, but not limited to, age changing, soul separation, and the like. Injuries still come with the pain they would normally cause and too much pain can knock her out. Supernatural afflictions can last longer than physical ones, but eventually she'll gain a resistance to prolonged effects. Both beneficial and harmful drugs, diseases, and chemicals have short lasting effects on her but will affect her for a time. Light can't bleed, and dismembered body parts will eventually fade from reality if she decides to grow new ones instead of attaching them.
Toon Physics-
Her regen has a sub effect of causing impacts or injuries to be amplified in a sense, causing exadurated effects much like you would see in a tex avery or hanna barbara cartoon. This also applies to her movements, giving her a 'rubbery' feel of movement if you watch her movements closely and making her agility not so great. these physics can also cause some strange effects with injuries that Light isn't aware of due to no pain being caused from them or the like. Not to mention other cartoony hijinks. It should be noted, she makes for a terrible bullet shield because of this.
Toon Strength-
Light's powers gives her strength far beyond a normal human, although the amount of strength she has can vary depending on her mood and situation, much like most cartoons.
Portable Hole-
Light can pull a hole out of her Pocket Space that only she can jump into. An exit hole will come out wherever Light wants as long as it was within her sightline and would come out on a surface. Pocket space items can also come out of this second hole, causing Light to exit out of the first one. The first hole can be used on anything, but the second hole will only appear on solid objects.
Hammer Space-
Under Light's dress is her Hammer Space, a small pocket dimension where Light can store and pull inanimate objects from. She can only hold up to 1/4th of her mass in objects in this space though, so its usually home to small things. Light can also capture some energy attacks using this, taking half the damage she'd have taken in order to be able to 'throw back' that energy. Energy to mass ratio is square root of energy =M*C, so she can't store much energy there either. Objects in Hammer Space are not affected by Reality Shift, but will also not regain any reality lost due to Reality Shift.
Reality Shift-
Her toon nature causes reality itself to shift around her, causing physical objects she is touching to turn 'cartoony' before eventually fading from reality entirely. Inatimate objects fade much faster than living things, starting with the more complex bits before working towards the bits with more mass. (IE, she can't use guns besides maybe a single shot before the pin becomes rubbery and cartoony) Things with less mass than her are converted quickly, and can fade in less than a week while turning cartoony in less than an hour, while living things take much longer to fade or turn cartoony. Objects can regain their reality if they aren't in contact with Light for an extended period, often twice the amount of time they were touching her. (So she sits on a chair for an hour, it turns cartoony, chair becomes uncartoony after she hasn't been touching it for 2 hours.) Things with more mass than her take a very long time to shift, and will only shift in parts equal to her total mass. Living things recover their reality faster, and will not shift in parts, but all at once when their reality has been shifted enough. Energy and Magic reacts very oddly with Reality Shift, and can fade quickly or incredibly slowly depending on the type of energy. They do not regain their reality over time.

(Optional) Brief History: An Orphan, Light grew up on the streets, and learned various ways of getting things from fighting others to getting money through entertainment via her toon powers. Eventually she became a hero and a household name, but will still do some things on the side if its alright with her operator.
