This exactly. Takahara made the Hench List so the low-level "faceless mook" employees could have an open forum to vent. I don't think Cinder Fall would be on it.

Sorry to say but your post kind of directly contradicts mine Vita.

Reinforced shutters and heavy gates slammed shut one after the other, blocking access points and hindering key points of the facility.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough, my bad. It's not just an outside thing but it also slams down emergency shutters and gates over doors and hallways on the top floor as well, blocking off key points including access to the elevator shaft the SE team took.

Well, the most likely spot for your character is Yggdrasil. Since she's not a direct combatant and all. You could appear near Subaru and Kuzaku to give them more to do. She could also be on the Tanngrisnir if you want, since there's no fighting there right now.
