Still thinking about which books I'm going to have him use regularly. I know for certain I want Something from the Dresden Series, and Star Wars for sure. Maybe a science book, something on physics or biology.

Abilities:
Bibliokinesis-The ability to bring into existence objects mentioned in literature.
-Can only use ability if a physical copy of the book is in possession.
-Is limited to words written in PUBLISHED books. That means no comics, fanfiction(unless its been published,) anything on the internet, or Ebooks.
-Can't use more than a single power from a single book at any given time. Though, he can use multiple books at once.
-Limited to using three books at any given time.
-When using the book it'll transform into a physical presence based on whatever its being used for. For example if he's using magic from a book it'll transform into some kind of physical representation of said magic(staff, gloves, change in eye color, etc, etc.)
-While transformed the books gain the physical aspects of whatever is being used from within them, but the books are just books when the magic isn't in use.

I don't think you intend to use the power this way, but just make sure you don't summon any gods or insta-kills from books, like Avada Kedavra from Harry Potter.

And so the Amarok Hunter and the Scatterbrained Witch make their entrance.

Name: Ricardo Cazali

Age: 24

Appearance: "Heh, perfect catch of the day."

Items: Ricardo possesses a weapon which is considered standard military gear for his platoon: a Sealing Sword Caplade. The Caplade has two modes: Camera Mode and Sword Mode. In Camera Mode, it's practically used as a camera, taking pictures of usual stuff. However, it's in this mode that it is able to capture and seal monstrous beings known as CAH, or Cards Against Humanity. If used on anything else, it'd just take a picture of them. In Sword Mode, Ricardo is able to slice cards through a slot, which would allow the sword to register the card's properties and allow him to use them. More will be explained in Abilities below. When two or more cards are sliced, Ricardo is able to use a power called Sleights. Sleights are combos that allow him to use two or more cards in conjunction for a powerful attack.

Abilities: He has the following cards. The Sleights he can do will be in the hider.

Slant Card - A basic slashing card made by his platoon. It doesn't contain a CAH in it, but rather is just a basic sheet of data to tell the sword to perform a stronger slash. When three of these are done together, he can do a Sliding Dash. There's two variants to the card: Vertical and Horizontal, which are essentially different directions the slash can go.

Wind Card - The first of two Bird-based (in this case, Swallow) CAHs that Ricardo defeated. When sliced, it is able to give Ricardo the power to use gusts of wind with each slash. Only works for about three slashes before he has to slice the card again.

Fly Card - The second of two Bird-based (in this case, Swan) CAHs that Ricardo defeated. When sliced, it is able to give Ricardo the power to fly, though for only five minutes before he has to slice it again.

Kick Card - Another basic card provided to him by the military. When sliced, Ricardo is able to do a flying side kick with the force of 150 pounds per square inch.

Sleights:

Geo-Slash - Slant + Vertical + Horizontal: A slash in three different directions to make a triangle.

Windy Slash - Slant + Wind + Fly: An overhead slash powered by wind.

Skyrider Kick - Wind + Fly + Kick: A kick propelled by the wind.

Background: Ricardo Cazali was recruited into the Cerberus Military Academy after a freak accident freed 108 monstrous beings known as the Cards Against Humanity. He spent a few years training to fight these monsters, though problematic situations called for him to be deployed to the battlefield without proper experience. Said situation being that the monsters were discovered to be able to reproduce and work with humans to create better versions. The number was growing, and so must the people fighting these monsters. The ray of hope in this situation was that the cards gained from the stronger CAHs would help clean up the weaker CAHs. Ricardo had no idea why the head of Cerberus wanted to kill them quickly so much as to send rookies to battle. He investigated and found that the head of CMA had commissioned the construction of the CAHs and that this operation was just cleaning up his mistake. Unfortunately, it was a mistake that he doesn't want anyone else to know. He was nearly killed by assassins before a friendly rival by the name of Liana Sakurasou saved him. With her help, he was able to leave. The two split ways and Ricardo spends his days as a rogue Cerberus member, fighting the CAHs and other Cerberus members.

Other: He ended up in the village after defeating the Swallow and Swan CAHs.

Can anybody make a rough summary of each existing character for me. I do read them it's just hard for me to put it side by side in such length, by the time i'm half way I've forgotten what the first was about.

To easily sum up Ricardo... Card Captors (Sakura) + Kamen Rider Blade + hints of SAO and Kamen Rider Drive = Ricardo.

To sum him up more generally, Ricardo is a swordsman who utilizes a futuristic weapon able to scan cards and allow him to tap into their property. He's tasked with sealing monsters known as Cards Against Humanity, but finds that they were the creation of the very person who runs his army. So he's on the run.

Red still needs fleshing out but hes basically a Test Tube baby grown from DNA of a human and ET species. He has weak and developing psychic abilities and hears voices. He was a reject created to be a Super Solider.

He also has a very long and super fluffy white tail.

Posted. Sorry if it was a bit long, and runny. I'm kind of out of it, and was having fun writing and well one thing led to another, and from there some sort of gang started up, and so I just backed off and let things happen as they would. So sleepy. Maybe a bit insensible
