Kassimir has a deep connection with humanity and his channeling comes from a strong desire for humanity to be what he believes, one big unit. He can share pain and other adverse effects with comrades, he can help carry their burdens and using him his comrades can share their magic with one another.
Kassimir is a trained surgeon and he can use his magic in tandem with his anatomical knowledge to increase efficiency of what his subjects' bodies already do

History: Kassimir has joined the Phoenix wing guild very recently and no one has gone on jobs with him yet. Having hid most of his magic and become a surgeon to cover its practice up, Kassimir doesn't have any big history

Personality: Kassimir is a team player he doesn't function well alone and gets discouraged and depressed when left alone. He genuinely cares for every human he meets.

Kassimir stands with a very relaxed posture and smokes a lot out of his little corncob pipe. He wears a black military hat with some of his hair spilling out of the bottom his hair is shoulder length. He wears a green military jacket with the sleeves torn off. Underneath it he has a long sleeve black and white tee shirt. He wears black cargo pants tucked into a pair of burgundy combat boots who's steel toes are starting to show. He has a red knit scarf loosely hanging around his neck.
All of his clothes seem to have gashes that have been sewn closed and stained brown from blood not washing out.
Additional Details:
He usually looks bored standing by the job board waiting for someone to take him on a job
He is usually carrying a felt pouch full of uncut gems and a blacksmith's hammer. His olive colored bag has needles, thread and bandages
His guild mark is on his shoulder. It is a vivid crimson color
