After Urick came up to her and Eva, he motioned for everyone to move out. Something Saina silently nodded in agreement to as she looked up at the hulking man before her. She glanced in the direction of Naisha before making sure Eva was being aided by Urick, only to see the redhead she ignored storming out the door. She glanced at Urick and Eva with a quirked brow, her emotionlessness returning before she stepped out of the door herself. By that time, the redhead was long gone. She inhaled deeply as the sun kissed her pale skin and she closed her eyes. No doubt the others would be following suit in no time and she decided to take a step away from the homes opening to allow the passage of others to continue outward. Her hand rested on the hilt of her katana, but it was relaxed in a manner she preferred. She liked it being there, made her feel secure she supposed. Her hand found its way to the pocket of her cloak once more and she felt the sphere that Thane had left earlier, her long fingers tracing the indents of the small machine thoughtfully. Whenever the others had filed out, she spoke up.

"I should go check on my chocobo."

She declared this not to actually check on Mercury, after all he could more or less handle himself regardless of the conditions of the stables, but she felt it would be important to give the summoner, the mechanic, the muscular man and the man in the red coat a chance to talk. Though--on second thought, Urick wouldn't enjoy being forced into that spotlight. She turned to the group.

"Supplies should also be gathered before we start our journey. Perhaps now would be a good time to go together and make one last round throughout the town before heading off?"

There, the offer had been made. She knew Urick was loyal but now if he wanted an out from having to introduce Maximus, he had it. Sifen, Eva, or even Maximus himself were free to join as they pleased. Even if no one came, the time to herself would be beneficial to study the sphere Thane had left behind.

Naisha listened to Gippal as he was trying to comfort and calm her. Tears didn't exactly stop running down her cheeks, but she did at least start to calm down a little and her breathing started to return to normal. She looked at Urick as he squeezed gently her shoulder before he and the rest went outside, even Alex left now. The mage understood what Gippal was telling her, her mind was also telling her it wasn't her fault, but she still couldn't stop feeling guilty about being so easy to take over. What if this happened again at some point? What was she going to do at that time? “Listen to him, it wasn't your fault. It was that man's, Thane. If someone is to blame it's him for bringing that monster into existence.” Naisha heard a cold sounding voice ringing through her head...” Yeah... it's his fault... He needs to be stopped... by any means...” She weakly said after that. It seemed as Nai was agreeing with Gippal as obviously he couldn't hear the voices in her head. She felt anger now, instead of the self pity and regret.” Good in such cases anger is better to have than other negative emotions.” She heard the cold voice again.

Now that they were the only two in the room, Naisha turned her head towards Gippal. Her eyes were red from the crying earlier.” Gippal, don't leave me behind... You will have to go soon. I know what it means to be a Guardian. You have to follow the summoner...” Naisha said with pleading voice.” Even if Eva doesn't take me as a Guardian, just... take me with you at least till Luca! I have to leave and go after Thane too! If I can't go with you, I will contact Aunt Rikku from there! I know the Al Bhed have ships that travel the world without rest! I'm sure they will allow me to join one of them!” The frail girl stated. She knew now that she looked like this things were going to become even harder for her. People disliked the different... at least the Al Bhed were know to be a lot more tolerant. It was going to be safer with them than to stay here if she wasn't allow to go with the others as a Guardian. She knew that people from Yevon will come for her eventually...

"Wha-I mean uh, it's my HONOR to serve you lady summoner ma'am." Sifen was a bit flustered that his plan worked. He bowed his head, letting the rifle hang by it's strap and holding one hand out to the side. He couldn't believe it worked, he could finally get back to finding odd jobs in Bikanel with the Al Bhed. When he picked his head up, he caught almost everyone exiting, sin him and two others. One of which was the poor frail girl he had forced into the air by slipping onto the bed. She spoke of Al Bhed ships, which intrigued his interest.

"I can get you on one of those ships, just not all of them. I have uh... Well I came here on one. An apprentice airship mechanic and well, mid flight upgrades aren't exactly allowed." He spoke, walking over, bending down and grabbing his tools on the way. He had figured out that he couldn't bring all of what he carried with him, and left most of the scrap metal on the ground, brushing it aside making sure not to slip. "But I know a few guys who work on them. Not as fun as you'd hope and well." He sat next to her on the bed. "Why wouldn't you be able to come anyways?" He asked, oblivious to anything going on with her. "I didn't hit you that hard did I?" He punched her lightly in the arm, probably harder than he should have. He smiled at her, having no idea that he became a guardian just a few moments ago. He was aware he was with a summoner, and that he was accepted by her but hadn't made the connection between the two.

A lot of things happened, all the while Maximus stood in the corner and watched, everyone's reactions, everyone's little motions. A simple glare would tell more than someone explaining the entire story. Quickly he was introduced to Alex, the tall redhead who was caring for the fragile woman named Naisha. He nodded in hello but remained silent while Gippal explained his plans on leaving soon with Eva, the summoner. He found out the Ice user was apart of their group and the serious one, explaining that it was up to Eva to see if Maximus will join them. He nodded, it was only proper for the summoner to do so. She then nodded to him in acknowledgement, and he did the same to her.

Naisha moaned in her sleep and as they looked to her Suddenly the woman was woken up by a man who was clumsy, knocking her bed so hard she bounced against the man. Maximus shut his eyes hard and mentally groaned. Shaking his head at the site. This caused Gippal and Urick to rush around, Urick picking up the man and Gippal rushing to Naisha's side, Apparently this young woman was deeply cared for by three others in this room who seemed to go way back. A man who would rush to a womans aid that quickly was surely to have feelings for her. He smirked as the giant Urick held the man up by the scruff his his shirt and Eva, now awake, scolding him like a child. At which he dropped him in a chair and smacked the back of his head. His smile grew a millimeter but quickly fell when he heard laughter.

He stood up from his leaning position against the wall and looked to every female face in the room, his eyes resting on the woman who used Ice. His eyes wide. He knew that laugh from anywhere. It couldn't be. He looked the woman up and down and thought it could have been her like ten to fifteen years ago... But he watched her smile, the way her shoulders bounced as she laughed. It had to be her, it was exactly how she used to laugh. Even the look in her eyes.

Maximus looked away thinking on how this could be, Yes he looked younger than he was but not that young. She was only two years younger than he, but this woman...she looked like early twenties. Impossible.

Apparently he missed alot of what happened as Urick Eva and the woman walked out, he quietly followed, His eyes on the back of the woman's head.
They stopped and the woman spoke of getting supplies and checking on her bird. No matter what he was going to stay with this group. He turned to Eva and bowed, "M'lady Eva, my name is Maximus Cross." He glanced at Saina to see if she would react at his name, "We haven't met but I used to Be a Warrior Monk of Yevon. I would wish to offer my blade to you on your..."It wasn't to fight sin, but he knew they were going after Thane, "...Journey. Please allow me to be your Guardian. I simply must stop the raving's of that madman."

Eva wrapped her arms around Urick's as she helped him out. Eva had watched Gippal as he wholly paid attention to Naisha, She frowned a bit at the site. He really did care for her more than he had let on. Shaking her head, come on Eva, they were childhood friends... you only known Gippal for two years.

They walked out of the room after Alex stormed out. She noticed she didn't like Gippal touching Naisha that much either...did she have a crush on him as well? She didn't think much of it as they were outside now and Saina was recommending getting supplies and heading out, today it seemed. She didn't know if they should...there was all those people still hurt. She had to stay and help.

But before she would say anything The Warrior monk introduced himself and offered his services to her. Wow, already she had 3 and a half guardians. Sifen didn't really offer to be a Guardian just to pay off a debt to them. She looked at Maximus with her red eyes, he seemed older but yet at the same time it was hard to place his age because of his fit body. Warrior monks were always awesome warriors, Even Auron, Lady Yuna's and Lord Braska's legendary Guardian was one. She had seen spheres of that man, and this man carried himself in the same was as Auron, though only having a smaller Katana. He looked experienced and she could definitely use that.

She nodded and said, "Thank you Maximus I would be Honored to have you come with us, I've always had High respects for Warrior Monks.

Gippal looked to Alex as she muttered "Don't lie to her..." He opened his mouth but she growled that she was going to find Nai's Parents. Closing his mouth and eyes he shook his head for a moment. Looking back to Nai as he noticed Urick urging everyone else to leave.

He looked at Nai and into her red eyes from crying. She then started with don't leave me behind. Gippal closed his eyes for a second, guilt runing through him as they had a similar conversation like this 5 years before. She then mentioned him being a Guardian, he didn't tell her that how did she know? She then said she wanted to go with him, even if she couldn't become a Guardian and said she would go on her own from Luca to find Thane on her own.

Gippal shook his head, "NO..." But before he could finish his sentence the thief, Sifen started talking about airships and how he was on one. He thought the guy had left the room and started to get irritated that he was still there butting in his conversation with Nai. He then continued to sit down on the otherside of the bed and talk like they were friends. Gippal narrowed his eyes at the man. He then punched Nai in the arm after asking he didn't hit her too hard. Gippal was shocked at this mans obviousness. At which his wide eyes at seeing the punch turned to a narrow glare and his fist's tightened. "Dude, what's wrong with you?" He stood up and moved over to the man pulling him roughly up from the bed.

Sifen was slightly taller, and muscular from working on machines, but Gippal was just as muscular from 5 years of intense fighting/training. Too add to that he was pissed at this man, for being clumsy and falling on Nai, now punching her, even if it was lightly. They've already said she was in a weakened state and her body couldn't take normal blows like everyone else could. Perhaps it was because he almost lost her and now is being over protective. He didn't care. He shoved the man backwards and out of the door. " What are you thinking man!? She almost died a few minutes ago, you come in here, trying to steal the medical droid, which was being used to help her at the time, then you trip and fall right on top of her acting like it's no big deal, and then you punch her? I don't care who you are, you come near her again I will drop you."

He slammed the door and let out a few long breaths before walking back to Nai and sitting down next to her. Looking at the wall for a few moments collecting his thoughts he then said, "Nai, Thane is a really dangerous man. I don't want you going after him." He let out a sigh and looked over at her. "I spent the last two years running from him and not showing my face to anyone I cared about because I knew he would do this. He promised it actually. I didn't want you to get hurt. But obviously you did. Because of me."

He knew he just promised to stay by her and help her through this. But he was also a Guardian. All he wanted was to make sure Nai and Alex were safe. But he also knew his friends. They will probably head out on their own anyway after he left. And if they didn't Thane might come back and try to finish the job just to mess with him.

"But I made a promise to you that I wont leave you to deal with this on your own. I always Keep my promises even if it takes me a while. Ill talk to Eva, I'm sure she will let you come along." He looked her in the eyes. "No way i'm letting you travel alone."

-------

Urick looked to Saina as she mentioned of looking after her chocobo. His eyes glanced from Eva to Maximus quickly, and as if she read his thoughts she said that they should go gather supplies. He quickly gave a nod of Approval.

He was also worried on how to introduce Maximus to Eva, since he didn't like speaking and all. But the man who seemed a little spooked earlier seemed to take the idea into his own hands. Introducing himself and asking to join Eva...who agreed. He shook his head. She was too trusting, she always was. Though he did agree with her decision with Maximus he still didn't approve of Sifen.

Remembering Sifen he looked around and almost on cue he saw him back inside being thrown out of the room Gippal and Naisha were in. Gippal Yelling at him not to come back in, threatening to drop him. Urick groaned. Why Eva. Why.

He looked to Saina and started to move towards her, Eva in Tow. Hopefully the others will understand he wanted to go right then.

Alex sighed again, raising her gaze to look around. The stench of blood still hung in the air, stinging her nose. So much. It gave her a feeling of unfamiliar nostalgia. She swore she could still taste blood, yet when she moved her tongue there was no sign of the rustic liquid in a physical sense. It made her wonder if this event was hitting her harder than even she realized. Was she going mental? Smelling a waterfall of blood and tasting it? That's just silly, even with this tragedy. Her skin felt itchy, almost like she wanted to rip it off.

Lady Yuna watched the tall woman seem to glance around a bit, expression confused before gently reaching and patting her cheek. Touching the vivid scar along her cheekbone.

"Are you going to go with Gippal and Urick? They seem to have found themselves a summoner. It's been your dream to be a Guardian since you were little." Lady Yuna said with a soft smile, distracting Alex from her thoughts to cough and stutter out words before huffing.

"Well yeah but it isn't up to me if I can go or not. It's the summoner who decides who their Guardians are. Just asking for it takes away the honor and lessens the believability of the trust the Summoner has."

"That hasn't stopped you before from breaking rules. Especially if those two were involved."

"T-This is different! Plus, their little group has a few Guardians I rather not be around otherwise I might punch them. Besides... My gut is telling me... I shouldn't go with them. I'm not sure why. Just... A bad feeling. There is a sense to protect, but something else is telling me to stay back. My gut is never wrong." Alex said softly before clenching her fists tightly. "But I will find Thane. And I'm going to beat his face in. With or without anyone's help. He's going to pay for what he did to everyone here. Nothing is going to stop me from that." she said with a growl.

Lady Yuna listened for a moment before chuckling a little in amusement. "You know, not every group gets along at first. Tidus had his own little disagreements with the others when he first joined us. But in the end, we all had the strongest bond more than any other. Besides, despite how you appear to be a prickly cactuar, you have the kindest heart. Even when you try to deny it. And knowing Naisha, she'll feel the same as you." she said, causing the red head to sign in defeat in knowing the summoner was right.

Looking back toward where she came from she sighed again. "Yeah.... But Cottonhead will probably take her with him because of that. I on the other hand probably won't be. Maybe I'll just kinda follow to make sure their okay. Not like I can go in the temples anyways." Alex muttered a bit before looking to the summoner.

"Lady Yuna, have you seen Nai's parents?" The tall woman asked.

Yuna nodded with a smile, reaching her hands and gently holding the taller woman's head between them, using a Cura spell. "Yes. They're okay. They're off helping the injured. And I hope you know you're not exactly the stealthy type." she answered causing Alex to nod and step away.

"Good, thank you Lady Yuna. I'm going to go pack for the journey then. And hey, I can be sneaky if I want to be.... It's just boring. See ya!" Alex said with a grin, briefly saluting before going off, moving through town.

Trying to count all she needed, she thought deeply before she was suddenly grabbed by the arm by a local woman of the village. "Alex! Could you help carrying supplies? These are too heavy for me and my husband. We need them over to the medical hut." she said.

Alex was about to explain she was busy but her blue eyes stared at the woman's desperate expression before looking toward said but. Swearing she could hear painful groans. In which case the red head cursed under her breathe before picking up the large crate beside the woman, about half the size of Alex before starting off toward the hut as she carried the crate on her own with relative ease.

"Geez, both of you are wimps! Since when did I become the package Chocobo?!" She shouted as if angry, but was now continuely helping people do heavy lifting and moving things around.

Saina waited for a response to her question, and was pleased to see Urick be one of the first to respond, nodding vigorously at her idea. The fact that he continued to listen even now made her feel happy, in an odd way. To communicate this, she smiled at Urick. It felt... so great to have her words heard, even if they were menial. As Maximus spoke though, her attention was drawn to his display of loyalty, her face cold as stone once again. She had nearly drifted into spacing out once again, a nasty habit really, when she caught his name. Maximus Cross? Her eyes focused on the red-clad warrior and she couldn't help but stare at him, only to find he was already doing so at her. She blinked and shook her head. Probably a coincidence. It wasn't like Cross would be an uncommon name, at least, she wouldn't think so. Saina pressed her fist over her chest tightly and bowed her head to Maximus, only barely noticing Sifen out of the corner of her eye. Ah, she would need to speak with this young man soon.

"We welcome you, Maximus... Cross."

Before allowing things to drift further, she about faced in the other direction and began walking beside Urick. If her lady summoner wanted to come, she would be certain it would be alright. Besaid was safe for the time being after all. As she walked she asked Urick;

"You know this village, correct? Perhaps you know of an ideal spot for picking up potions. Let us make this fast, we should begin our journey as soon as possible."

Naisha watched as Gippal shoved the man out the door, raising some pretty good points. This man who appeared quite the clutz already hit her 2 times... without even really wanting to do so it seemed. “...” Was Naisha's reaction as her childhood friend threw Sifen out of the place.

Naisha now relaxed her body completely once again as she laid in the bed, taking a look at herself as she did catch that she appeared to feel colder than usual. After taking a look at her clothes, now she realized why. ”...” She was dressed in one of the Auchons uniforms, which while in normal case she would have been happy about, she was dressed in one of the men's uniforms! She wasn't sure what who was in worse situation, that this uniform fit HER well enough, or that the guy who's uniform she was wearing, wore the same size uniform as her. Both were equally bad in her opinion.

After dealing with the clumsy man, Gippal returned next to her and began convincing her to not go after Than on her own.” Alright, I will trust you on this. I will leave you to speak with your summoner, but before that, help me get on my chair and to get home.” She asked of him. She probably would have done best to stay in this bed, without moving much, but she needed to dress properly as her frail body was prone to sicknesses if she didn't dress well enough. And the blitzball uniforms weren't known for their coverage or warmth.” I need to get a set of my own clothes and to prepare my luggage if I will be coming along.” She stated as she barely reached to the horn with her weak arm at the moment. Now the question was how people were going to react to this thing...The arm was easy to cover with let's say a blanket, but the horn not so much.

Sifen was confused to say the least. He was being blamed for all of these mistakes he was making, when in reality all he did was steal a robot and not know things. At least in his mind that's all he thought he did. He didn't have an outside all-knowing writer to tell him how wrong he was (unfortunately). And so he got up, dusted himself off and considered simply being thrown a success, only twice in the span of two days had he been tossed out of somewhere, that's a new record low!

His decision making skills now seeming to take a turn for the better, he headed toward the group walking away, assuming it was the group he had just forced his way into. He approached them and opened his mouth to say something about how he had just been tossed from a door but stayed silent, thinking of the reputation he already had and how it could be ruined had they not thought he had simply walked out. If he was seen, then he needed not explain. "Um, if we're headed to town I could use a few things too. some parts that could make something of all of this." He held out some of the more medically based components of the disabled bot. The original concept, it seemed, was that it was not an automated process and had to be manually used. Sifen planned on taking it and making it be an automaton of sorts, preforming actions on it's own. All of the pieces still worked but the shell needed a good rehash. the hovering unit sadly could not be used but Sifen had a good idea for a spider-like design.

"It really was a well made machina, looked Al Bhed in style, not like this mainland stuff I saw on one of the stops before I got to Besaid. Problem was, it was more of a cabinet then a miniature doctor. If I could just.... I can't explain it but I can make this thing work better." He fumbled around in some pockets and found a rusty sheet of useless metal and a sharper one and began scratching numbers onto it, making the strangest shopping list ever. The plan was to get a few feet of wire, a few pipes to run to the core where most of the medical stuff was stored, some thin metal to use as sewing arms and maybe some way to get the potions to simply be sprayed or dripped into someone's mouth. He didn't know how to do a lot of medical procedures so he couldn't figure a way to get the potion down someone's throat so he opted for just a faucet type deal. Maybe someone with actual medical knowledge would be better at building something like this. "Or I can just make a neat little robot with needles on it." He chuckled. Nobody knew of the mental decision making in his head. He could build a small scale guardian type machina with this, maybe some poison injection devices using some of the medical functions. Medical machina could easily be used in a harmful way, with all the tools and such they came with.

Maximus looked at the woman who he suspected and when he said his name she stared at him. There was something. She even shook her head to as if ignore the name. But...if it was her why didn't she recognize him?? She simply welcomed him to the group and turned around to walk beside Urick. Did she totally forget about him? Was he just stretching for straws?

He bowed even deeper to Eva as she accepted him "The Honor is mine Lady Eva." He stood up and began to walk behind the group, the woman asking Urick which was the best place to receive potions. Though he was sure the potions would be sold out already. As he looked at everyone moving about, and the makeshift medical tent up. For those who had more serious wounds that a potion couldn't cure.

But at the moment he couldn't care. It sounded horrible but he could not think of anything else but the woman walking in front of him. The woman had the same laugh, smile, eyes as his missing sister. Yet she only looked at him as a stranger. Of course he was older, but his appearance had not changed much over the years. Save for new battle scars...Thankfully he had no grey hair...yet.

He glanced at the man beside him known as Sifen. Who was talking about his own list that needed to be fulfilled. He looked at the man and his clothes, he wondered if the man was going to be paying for it. or was asking for some handout. He wondered why the Lady Eva agreed to have this man, he seemed only useful for tinkering with Machina. Not that they had any besides the one he destroyed.

He looked back to the woman, slightly nervous about asking. What if it wasn't her, and she just happened to know another Cross and happened to look a lot like his missing sister. Taking a breath he walked a little faster to the woman and asked. "I never did catch you name....what is it? "

Gippal nodded as he got up and moved over to her chair, moving her staff away he then turned back to her looking at her Horn he too wondered how they would hide it, he was sure she was thinking the same thing.

Though he couldn't come up with anything he reached down and slipped one arm under her legs and the other behind her back. Gently he lifted her up , turned moved over to her chair and rested her into it. He then went to the bed and took. The top cover and whipped the dust that sifen had gotten into the bed. He then turned back around and wrapped Nai into it to keep her warm at least as they went to her home.

Walking back behind her he pushed her out of the room. Towards the door " are you ready?"

-----

Urick looked at Saina as she smiled at him, when he agreed that they should go and get Supplies. He couldn't help but feel his cheeks burn red slightly.

Sifen added his two cents on needing stuff for his little machine. Urick looked back at him made sure he had eye contact then pointed towards a metal shack that was outside the walls of the village. That was where all the mechanical parts that were sold in the village (besides the on near the beach for convenience for the airships.)

He thought about Saina's question on where the best place to buy potions. With his free hand (as he was still being the support for Eva) he then pointed to the store near them.

Walking over Maximus quickly asked what Saina's name was. When they reached the store front. The person running the store was stressed and tired.

The clerk quickly said "Sorry we don't have anymore potions here had to give them all away to those people who got hurt. We were on short supplies as it was, everyone is. A few people came through and bought most of them from everyone who sold just before the game started. Course those men are no where to be found..."

Urick raised an eyebrow. Strange people where buying up the potions before the game. Sounds like Something Thane would do to maximize his chances of hurting as many people as he could.

He glanced to his right and noticed an emergency news cast on the live sphere, explaining the attack on Besaid. He was about to turn away when he noticed it expanded to more than just Besaid. Apparently most of the Public Airships for transport where reported crashing, being hijacked by religious fanatics. Which caused the rest of the airships to be grounded for further notice.

Urick shook his head. It was definitely Thanes doing. It had to be, no way would he show up and destroy a Stadium and not cause more destruction else where. He knew he had many followers. It must of been their doing.

He looked to Eva and Saina and pointed at the sphere. Now that they couldn't leave the island today because of the Airships where grounded.

Eva stayed quiet, trying to slowly gain her strength, she had over done it and her body was having a hard time catching up. They started moving again to the potion shop. Hopefully she would be able to get an elixer and get some of her energy back so she could help with the wounded. Sifen needed some parts and Ueick pointed him in the direction of the mechanic shop nearby.

Sadly they didn't, they were cleared out. Eva gave a little whimper and moved from Urick to the Bench next to them. She heard what the man said about a few people buying up all the potions and elixer's just before the game. She noticed Ueicks expression and knew he found it strange as well. She never found a store that was out of Potions so quickly, or people buying up so much. A little too convenient for her, she suspected it had to be Thanes doing for some reason.

She the. Noticed Urick pointing at the news sphere as it spoke of the attack on the transport Airship around Spira. Thus crippling relief here with quick response from anywhere. Was this Thane as well? Part of his plan to bring Spira back to whAt it was with Sin?

She sighed, "Well it looks like we are staying the night here again. Maybe there is a boat we can get on in the morning?" Looking to Urick who shrugged. It's possible the boat was hit as well. Someone will have to check on it.

A rough tap hit against Urick's left shoulder. The familiar red hair amazon of Besaid standing their looking a bit irritated and holding a large box. Her right eyebrow twitched a little as she stood there, her long red hair was braided, her bangs slightly framing her scarred face. Wearing her regular clothes of a her armored chest which made her look more like a feminine boy, her jacket and a pair of shorts. Although her face was practically covered in glittery makeup. Some othe glitter getting in her hair and chest. Some parts of her arm were also having some marks on them.

Seeming trying to not to blow up, Alex growled and pushed the box into Urick's hands. "10 potions, 10 Hi- Potions, 5 Phoenix Downs, 1 mega potion and 5 Elixers. Use them well." Alex stated with a grumble, glaring at Urick before turning away and rubbing her face vigoursly, a attempt to rid of the vile glittery stuff on her face.

Growling at the ineffectiveness, she spat in her gloved palms and resumed rubbing before clawing at the braid in a attempt to undo it. "I hope that's enough for your little trip. Not much going around." she said as she rubbed at her eyes.

Saina turned to Maximus when pressed for her name, cocked her head to the side in curiosity before shrugging indifferently.

"My name is Saina Cross. No more, no less."

In the background she could hear Urick speaking with a shopkeeper about how the potions were bought up. It would figure. Truly, it was Thane's style. Then she turned away completely when Urick pointed out the live feed coming from a sphere nearby. Drat, the airships had been taken down. That was smart of the fanatic that had terrorized the stadium, and she pursed her lips. Had to tip her hat to that one. The summoner mentioned staying overnight, to which Saina shook her head and crossed her arms, responding in a calm manner.

"We should begin our journey at once. Even if the Airships are down, the traditional method of going by boat should still surely be available to depart this evening."

As much as she hated to admit it to herself, she didn't want to set foot on any of those machina-filled monstrous flying objects anyways. Something about them made her stomach feel queasy. Then, an answer to the problem of potions emerged when Alex appeared covered in copious amounts of glitter and her hair braided with a different outfit on but sporting her usual awful attitude. With her arms still crossed she only raised a brow at the amazonian woman as if to ask 'What happened to you?' Though she was more curious as to where such a large mass of potions, especially so many powerful ones, were doing with the red head. She glanced at Urick and Eva before rubbing her chin with her thumb in thought, considering what she said. She looked to Eva.

"I suppose it is your decision however, so what do you wish, m'lady? Shall we try tonight or wait for the morning?"

If she was forced to wait for the 'morrow, she didn't mind sleeping in her cliffside cave again, though considering the predicament with Urick's brother and the weak mage, she wasn't sure what the summoner planned for her accommodations.

Naisha couldn't help, but to let a smile appear on her face as Gippal moved her to the chair. She almost felt like a heroine from a bed time story for children. A faint red tones probably appeared on her cheeks, but she had no idea if it really happened. Afterall she still had some lack of blood due to that insane stunt with the blood spear sticking out from her chest. Just the mere thought about it, reminded her of the pain she still felt in that area. The wound was obviously gone, but she still felt after pain from it.

“Thank you.” The mage said as Gippal wrapped her with the bed cover. Besaid was an island where the weather was warm almost all the time. As such most people here wore very light clothing. She on other hand felt cold all the time. It was almost as if she was an old woman... As such she wore clothing significantly heavier than all the others. This... set of boy summer clothes that Alex seemed to have put her in, did little to keep her warm. Gippal appeared to have remembered that fact, which put another smile on the mage's face.

Taking a last look at the horn that was sticking out of her forehead, Naisha nodded at the boy's question.” Yes, I think I am. It's not like this will get easier or the problem will disappear if I ignore it. I will have to leave this place sooner or later, after all it's not even my own home.” She finished her answer and took a deep breath. People were probably going to react with very negative attitude towards her look right now. She feared that some will even blame her for the deaths her possessed body caused at the arena. There were probably more than a couple of people who saw her then. Not to mention she did cause deaths there... those were going to demand justice. She swallowed the knot that was forming in her throat. There was a good chance that the authorities may be forced to try to use her as a scape goat in case the civilians start to protest about them allowing this horror to happen... Maybe she was over thinking things, but Naisha knew that such thing could happen.

As the door opened and Gippal led her though it, she closed her eyes as the light from outside was blinding her for a few moments.”Let's get this over with as quick as possible... “ She said to her friend. Because of the chaos everywhere right now, people passed by her and still not noticed the horn, better keep it that way as long as possible. The next moment she realized it was not gonna happen though... Gippal was famous he had fans... eventually someone was going to notice him and by extension her.” Whatever happens happens!”

-------------------------

Finally they were at her humble home. In comparison to other houses, Naisha's family one wasn't the biggest, it was barely average, but to her it was the best there was. She had her own room where she kept all her things. It was big enough to have a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a few other things, but to most it would have appeared cramped, still it had this nice feeling of home.” Mom, dad...?” Naisha asked aloud, but no one replied. She was worrying about them, but she still had to hurry, so she asked Gippal to push her to her room.

Once there, she quickly got his help with filling her bag as she was barely able to move her hands right now. She had a set of closes put to the side, as she was going to change in that. As for the bags, she had a few spare sets of clothes, a big book she kept written notes and research about her magic. And then there were a few plushies of the aeons that she made. No matter how much she wanted she couldn't sport with the other of her friends so she started to fill her time while the others were having matches and so on with sewing. On that note...” Gippal, open that box over there.” She said to her friend. Inside it there were a bunch of different things. A pair of two sturdy knives, a black crystal bracer, a fancy belt to go with the usual style of clothing Gippal wore, and a pair of neatly sewn together sturdy black leather gloves.” Those were supposed to be your birthday gifts, but you never appeared so I just kept them, hoping you will come one day...”

Kahl was trying to buy a couple of supplies just in case. But it seems he had poor luck as there was nothing. He would have left to somewhere, but something or rather someone caught his eye making him linger in the area. That person being that beefy fellow from not too long ago. He sauntered up to the fellow and his present company. He said to Urick, "Fancy meeting you here, although after what happened and this place looking to be the only place for curatives it wouldn't be too much of a surprise to cross paths. That being said although I have seen you before I don't believe we have properly met. The name's Kahl and yours?" He outstretched a hand as his gazed upon him with one eye, the other eye being covered with the eyepatch.

Saina turned to Maximus when pressed for her name, cocked her head to the side in curiosity before shrugging indifferently.

"My name is Saina Cross. No more, no less."

Maximus's mouth dropped open when he heard her name. Saina... This was Saina? There was no way there was another Saina in the world that held the exact laugh and smile that she did. He was in shock as she turned around away from him. Not even a bit interested why their names were the same. Why she didn't recognize him. He felt hurt, all these years and he (Possibly) found her...or what was left of her...if this was her at all. He couldn't even bring it up sa she continued with another conversation.

As they saw that most public transport ships were brought down in crashes, and speaking between themselves for what they could do he only took a few steps back and leaned against the wall for support. He watched the scene unfold as the Tall redhead walked in and handed a box of potions, Saina apparently not liking the woman, still... another man that he had saw earlier fighting walking up to Urick and introducing himself kinda weirdly.

But he didn't care. He found his sister. Thankful she was still alive, yet in pain that she didn't even know him. They were close as children growing up. Looking up to their uncle Auron... He would have done anything for his little sister. and now she was here and seemed not to remember a thing. Well perhaps she did and he was jumping to conclusions. He couldn't bring it up now, only when they were alone...perhaps on the boat.

He then added in. "I think we should be on the first boat out of here...if we can. We may even get stuck here if we wait a day."

Sifen followed behind the group, looking up from his scratchy shopping list and seeing Urick pointing him to a shack selling mechina and other scraps.. Mostly bits and pieces of metal in various sizes and tools, but obviously all of it was out of his price range of 'free'. "Hmm." He sighed. He saw the others arrive but decided to hang back away from the main group. Enough damage was done for the day and he didn't want to mess up again. His eyes continued darting this way and that, searching harder for the materials he needed and all of a sudden realizing what everyone else already knew. He had no money. These people obviously had a thing against stealing so he couldn't do that with them around, they'd question it. "Ah." The man let out a grunt and put his list away in a larger pocket as it jingled around.

The events transpiring before him were going unnoticed until now, and he caught the news saying that airships were falling from the sky. If he could get to some of those downed ships he could salvage some parts for the robot, and maybe if they got to the grounded ones he could use what little flying experience he had to get off of the island, with these people. He didn't want to admit it but he truly did feel he was indebted to them, and if they hadn't kicked him out yet he was going to see this new job through. "So are there just a bunch of unmanned airships sitting around?" He asked to nobody in particular. He had just been trained on those so the information was still fresh. He knew the mechanics better than the controls, but he could keep one from falling from the skies if everything went smoothly.

After Urick shrugged he felt a rough tap on his shoulder, he looked behind him to see Alex holding a box in her arms. She looked....different. It was her hair and Makeup she had on. Though she seemed she seemed far from pleased at the moment. Urick never had seen her in makeup before, it wasn't a bad look...maybe over done slightly with the sparkles. But he could tell she hated it.

The box was shoved into his arms and he noticed what was inside, but she decided to tell him exactly what was in it. Glaring at him before turning away and trying to rid the makeup and undo her hair. He wondered himself how she got these items, perhaps it was from her own storage? She was not one to take some that was stacked next to the tent.

Before he could do anything and while Saina was talking with Eva about leaving tonight, he looked to his right to see a man with short black hair and a eyepatch walking up to him offering a hand and introducing himself as Kahl. Saying that he had seen him before but never properly met. Strange that this man was picking him out of everyone here with no real reason. He glanced at Eva and Saina before Glancing back at Kahl. Shifting the box to one hand he held it like a platter before offering his hand in the hand Shake as well. "Urick..." He said in a low slightly confused tone.

He placed the box down. Next to Eva to look to Kahl. "Why are...you asking?" He said hesitantly. Gippal wasn't here to communicated for him, it was difficult but he could talk when absolutely needed. He hated talking. He looked to Alex trying to see her with the last of her makeup again, though it was ruined with her rubbing.

The running the store heard Sifen ask his question and gave him a queer look. "No there isn't any just 'laying around' Any airship that is found is instantly guarded and repaired/ or scrapped for everything it has within a week. You wouldn't even know a Airship was there if you didn't see it there in the first place."

Airships were common, but only in the last 18 years or so have they begun to be produced. Only within 10 of those years have people began building smaller private airships. Expensive but not crazy so. Most of the bigger ships like the transports or Cid's and the Gullwings were salvaged from ocean's floors or in Zanarkand. They still lacked the capabilities to build such a large vessel, till about 5 years ago. Only two have been created with out any parts from the ancient world.

-----------------------------

Gippal had pushed her out the door and immediately went for the cover of the edge of the village, Where everyone was focused in the center of town he had taken the route of the shadow's. Luckily no one was looking out for famous Blitzball players at the moment. There were other more important issues at hand.

Upon making it to her home she called out to parents...Gippal hoped Alex had found them. He quickly was put to work packing her things. Even though he promised her he was still uneasy about bringing her at all... or if Eva would even say yes. He only hoped she would. He didn't know what he would do if she said no.

Naisha then pointed him to a box and when he opened it he saw the contents of the box and knew they were for him before she confirmed it. Saying it was for his birthday. He sighed, feeling guilty for not showing up for all these years. three of those wasn't his fault really...he was trying to protect her. He picked up the gloves and placed them on, Along with the Bracer. He had one before, it broke a while back, and he tossed it to buy another... but never found one he liked. He tightened the straps and smiled slightly, he never had a full crystal Bracer, but he never saw a black one before. He then slipped the belt on with the extra set of Knifes. He will have to buy that under jacket harness that he was planning on now to have one set hidden.

He looked back to her and smiled, "Thanks for the gifts, you always did have the best gifts." He closed the box's lid and sat down on her bed, with her bringing up the last five years he wanted to say something about it. " I'm really sorry about the last five years Nai... " He looked to her with a slight frown. " I really never meant it to be that long. It's just that three years ago was when I..." He hesitated as he was going to say something but decided against it. "...Ran into Thane. A year later I managed to save Eva from a horrible fate and been on the run ever since. I didn't come home, I didn't come here to you because I wanted to protect you from him, I thought he given up six months ago... that's why I finally came back."
