Does the fact that half the party left for the dungeon count as a suggestion? Because if I was a party leader and I needed to tell them something, I'd just catch up and explain on the road.

Also information about the entrance being trapped would be pretty common knowledge, since we've established the upper floors have been partly cleared out before.

1) Out of the three people that have left, none of them have really been very good at communicating the 'we're interested in the job' part. Two of them apparently just left. <_<

Sure, it was 'popular' in a manner of speaking, but there was a reason she had a target there. No-one had ever reached the lower two levels of the decaying

This just means that people have, at one point or another, been down to the fourth floor. It does not mean that people regularly get that far. or how successful these attempts are.

Let alone that there would be common knowledge about it.

Ahem.

"Yeah, I'll join. It'll be an adventure!" he told Marc, emphasizing 'adventure' by pounding his fist into his hand

The point being that, after that, he apparently just walked off. Which... is kind of baffling.

It's baffling that someone would hurry up to get a job done?

Have you considered that maybe he just has a strong work ethic? Maybe he needs the money? Maybe he likes fighting monsters?

Then he should probably suggest that they explain and introduce themselves on the way rather than just leaving like that.

It's okay, you still got like two whole people for Sophia to explain the... whatever she's going to explain, to.

Meanwhile I think the rest of us are gonna go dungeon crawl. We'll meet you there.

Have the post you could've had earlier if people hadn't left for no apparent reason. I'm assuming SOMEONE suggests the explanation. >_>

So... obvious flaws... you haven't even given him the full ability section, for one.

Secondly, he's an undead necromancer. ~1/2 of the party are in religions where raising undead is extremely frowned upon.

Finally, magic wolves resurrected a guy who shares a name with a deceased Shakespeare character as an undead? Er.

On that last point, it's an order of Necromancer-Witches called the "arcane wolves", and for some reason one of their members, the ten-year-old Yorik, was valuable enough to be worth keeping around for two years until a zombification ritual could be prepared.

Well, that just makes it worse. So it's an order that presumably goes against every law the most relevant religions or the whole kingdom have, that resurrected a child necromancer who's still named for a Shakespeare character.

@Blizz: Aside from the fact that he is twelve years old and he seems to have no ability section...

I mention mindless undead being considered an abomination by the biggest religion in Velt, and the party is headed by members of that religion. Given that you mention one of his spells is raising them and he has no sense of right and wrong there's going to be a major problem there that's not just going to be an argument or a few nonlethal blows.

Also sapient undead have to be raised very quickly after death with a mostly-intact body. And even then it has potential to fail.

I noticed a couple of things:

1. Shisa's character hasn't been added to the directory yet.

2. My dungeon hasn't been added to the directory yet. It's still here if you were looking for it.

I'll add Shisa's character in a moment. As for your dungeon, you never responded to my comments on adding something for more physical fighters to do between encounters with wind spirits.

They could cover their maces/swords in oil and burn it, thus they could strike wind elementals with FLAMING swords.

Is it really wise to just perform these actions with the dungeon before Vita or Rain even get a chance to post?

No, no it is not.

I have a bigger announcement to make in regards to the entire RP.

The previous decision that nearly resulted in the RP being invite-only was stupid and unfair and I apologize for that once again. Especially for the reasons that caused it.

However, what I feel is very fair is drawing attention to repeated uncooperative behavior on behalf of @IncredibleBee and to a lesser extent @Descartes. Nearly every time I do anything as a GM it's been argued against. My decisions aren't always perfect(the whole overlap thing with @Boomrocker's paladin was stupid and didn't make any real sense given that they characters are very different and I apologize to him for that), but I've tried to be very patient and explain my reasoning every single time. I've had repeated arguments about the setting, decisions as a GM, and even my own character's choice of weaponry basically every single time any of it has come up.

It's hurt the RP and it's already throwing things off. I've never had to deal with people who were so determined not to cooperate on anything whatsoever. I don't think having people a)hang around so they can learn each other's names and learn some things about the dungeon they're going to, or b)learn the same things on the way there after suggesting they talk while travelling, is too much to ask. The fact that it has now extended to effectively hijacking a dungeon and forcibly leaving other players behind as I wait for them to post has, to put it simply, become the straw that broke the camel's back.

I'm going to have to ask the both of you to leave, as all I've learned about this is we clearly do not work well together as RPers.

Don't jump the gun. Considering you held everyone up for two days so Raineh could tell us stuff that was already on the table, I figured the game could use a kick start.

It was not already on the table IC. And it's not only that issue, but an accumulation of the other problems and the fact you've basically decided to hijack the first dungeon from me that's made me decide we're really better off not trying to RP together.
