Depends on the individual Youkai. Some are chilling in the human world and some in the Crimson Sky. Kusanagi's phone reception covers both.

@KoL I read your post about dropping Zane's time powers. (Can't quote because I am too lazy to look through the irrelevantly stupid OOC posts.) I would like to ask if I can keep it, not for combat purposes, but for story purposes. I promise not to God-mod or any metagameing.

Edit: On that line of thought, what is the character limit? See I have an idea, possibly using two characters as a duo, maybe as antagonists to Zane.

For story reasons, maybe that depends on what you want it to do, since it becomes basically a GM controlled thing.

Also, two characters per player is the current limit. But you could do these two as a single Cs if they are like, for example, twins that can only use their powers when together.

Don't say that, you know bad things always happen after someone says that quote.
