Eve - Crocus Park

Eve tried to tighten her grip on Nero's arm, however, the weight of his body was too much for her and soon he fell onto the ground, face first. The horrible crunching sound of his glasses made her cringe in pain, she could already see the blood on the ground and the effects that would happen to her friend. She stepped forward towards Nero, reaching her hand out to him before he suddenly started to thrash against nothing when he was getting up. Her hand quickly backed away, trying not to get hit by Nero and her eyes started to widen. The Necromancer breathing also started to heighten as questions filled her mind, what was happening to Nero? Why is he acting like this? Why did this even happen? And as she was thinking, on the verge of panicking once again, she was too late to react against anything.

Time slowed down around the girl, the world around her had soon reached into a slow crawl as Eve just watched the slow moving picture frames. She saw Gabriel tackling Nero in mid-air, she saw the statue standing still, and she saw Ayame holding herself while looking away from the entire spectacle. Eve looked at all of them, all of their features, their actions, and especially their emotions. It was bad emotions, and it was strong. The world around her soon turned pitch black, she was soon standing in nothingness and this wasn't the first time she was inside this situation. The Necromancer breathed deeply, she knew what was coming after her and she knew how to defend against such a corrupting force. If only her younger version knew what type of terrors she would bring when opening that book. Then, it hit her.

Eve gasped in shock, it was trying to barrage her mind once again with subliminal messages and trying to get her to free it once again, but she was prepared for it this time. The simple tricks that it once used would not affect her any longer, she knew everything it stood for and everything it wants, she won't let it out this time. The Necromancer only needed to wait this out, it couldn't be too long before the people around her stop feeding the creature this amount of sadness and anger, and it knew this. So, it would have to play soul crushingly smart.

While holding her will against the terrible feeling of sorrow once again, a screen soon appeared right in front of her. She cocked her head slightly, what trick was this? And soon, memories of her past started to flash before her eyes. It was her life before she had become a terrible monster to the people of the world. The good memories. They started to come slow, but her good memories kept on coming one after the other. She soon remembered the times her parents took care of her, the festivals they went to, the friends she had, and even the time of her last birthday party before the incident. Eve smiled, tears forming around her eyes at what used to be, but it didn't last long. The horrible memories within her mind started to pop up, the rotting faces of her friends, the destroyed village she had grew up with, the forest of her youth barren with corpses strewn across the land, and the dead bodies of her parents. Eve stepped back, the darkness slightly enveloping her as the horrible memories kept on coming. She had let her guard down, and now she was paying for it.

The Necromancer kept on moving backwards, one step at a time as the bad memories were soon fading away the further she moved. She was falling for the trap. Hook, line, and sinker. Eve continued to step back into the abyss, her mind ready to be used once again by the creature, but it made a mistake. It quickly flashed the memory of her undead dog, back from when she first arrived in Dragon Fang and the flow of memories suddenly stopped. Eve had stopped moving as well. She stared at Fluffy before raising her hand, she remembered something, and she put her palm sideways and flicked her wrist. The flow soon started once again, but on a much brighter note. This time, the first thing she saw were the people trying to help her, soon it switched to Time Lord saving her, and then it stopped at Nero. Eve paused once again, it was paused on the sight of Nero's bloody face and missing pupil from several minutes ago. It was the work of the creature, she knew that, but the picture truly frightened her and it was trying to scare her back into submission. However, they were friends, he was her closest friend and her feeling for him didn't change from one bad mistake. Eve stepped forwards, stepping away from the corrupting force and the darkness around her started to fade away, light entering the place and once Eve was at her original position, she flicked her wrist once again.

The resulting effect soon made the surrounding darkness quickly be obliterated as light quickly filled every crack and crevice of her mind. The memories of Nero filling her mind and soon it switched to every type of good memory of her present life. Eve looked at the memories before a growing smile etching her face, and soon it was on the happiest smile she could ever muster as the bright light soon enveloped her completely.

The Necromancer soon found herself at the park again, she blinked a couple of times before her head turned towards her friends. Nero's pocket would stop lightly glowing in darkness, and it would stay that way until it is fed a large amount of bad emotions once again. So, with a breath of fresh air, she walked over towards the two with a happy smile on her face. Eve's apparent happy attitude was quite strange for the situation everyone was going through, but the slightly traumatic experience helped her learn some neat things. First, was to get out the area where she just had a traumatic experience and bring her friends along. So, arriving at the two, she noticed that Ayame was having some sort of breakdown and soon looked at Nero. Without the curse of sorrow ruining her mind, she once again couldn't feel sad and beckoned him to leave this place, now. They could bring Ayame somewhere private instead of the park where dozens of people were watching the group of magicians all have their own little breakdowns.

Somehow, some way, Grant was able to block Maddox's strike. While his composure so far had been relatively cool, Maddox's face in that moment conveyed his surprise and bewilderment. He instinctively jumped backwards, almost mirroring Grant's own backwards movement. How could he have guessed that attack? Maddox wondered, examining the blood on the palm of his hand. The result of touching the Blood Armor. I gave no movements for him to see. This is too precise to be random guessing... His red eyes looked back up to Grant as he spoke. Only after he finished did Maddox smirk. "I have to hand it to you, almost any opponent I could face wouldn't stand much of a chance. You present an entirely new challenge to me."

"After all, I've never fought someone who could see the future before." Maddox coiled into his fighting stance again. The smirk disappeared now. "My speed is for naught, and that is something very different and very dangerous. For me, at any rate." Maddox began another dash, teleporting after taking a few steps. Rather than appearing nearby Grant for a simple attack, he appeared to the man's left side. However, another Maddox appeared on his right at the same time. A Thought Projection, in the same pose preparing to deliver an identical strike. Both of them were aiming to deliver a sharp kick to Grant's jaw. Maddox wasn't sure yet the specifics of Grant's apparent precognition, so it was worth testing with a simple decoy. And if this doesn't work I will have to get more elaborate to outsmart him...

Grant smirked as Maddox finally figured out how he was keeping up with him. It took him long enough to catch on. "Well, why else would I have any delusions of having a chance against you if I couldn't 'see' into the future? Or, at least, know what the acclaimed fastest man alive is going to do?" The blood mage would chuckle softly, moving into a defensive position again. Maddox dashed into an attack, and Grant's face split into a wicked smile. He was coming ever closer to making a losing mistake. As the teleporting mage appeared on both sides of him, there was no hesitation as he reached out to grab Maddox's leg. Grant could sense his blood on his opponent's hand, giving away who the right one was.

"Well, now I know about that trick. I appreciate the showing off." Grant chuckled, and slashed at Maddox with his scythe one-handed. "I mean, it would've worked just as well, but it's nice for you to just slowly ramp up the difficulty for me." He looked up at where Iron Enigma was up in the stands, and held his weapon of choice high up in the air, trying to rally them to cheer louder. "But, I'd rather start with it as hard as it can get. C'mon Maddox, hit me with everything you've got!" He faced his opponent, arms held out, and a cocky grin on his face. He had no problem with this fight going on until they ran out of time, so long as he learned everything Maddox could do in this fight, as he sure he'd encounter the mage some time in the future where he wouldn't be able to use Blood Patriarch.

Grant was able to see through Maddox's deceit and block the real one, ignoring the Thought Projection that phased through him like the illusion that it was. Damn. Before Grant could use his blood scythe, Maddox teleported out of his grip and back to a safe distance, sliding to a halt and kicking up some dust at his feet. His confidence was suddenly rising now that the ruse was up. But it wasn't without good reason. Knowing exactly what your opponent is about to do is a powerful ability to have. And Grant knew it. "Hit you with everything I've got, eh?" Maddox repeated, before reaching up and grabbing his jacket.

Rather casually he removed the leather jacket, leaving him in his black tank top. His red guild mark and black skull tattoos were now visible. He disappeared, teleporting up to the Phoenix Wing B balcony and dropping off his jacket before reappearing in the same spot he was at before he left. "Pardon the delay," Maddox said, slowly returning to his fighting stance. I can probably blow him away with a good Light attack, but I'd run the risk of hurting spectators... So I can't hit him with anything too big. He looked at the blood on his hand before looking down to confirm the blood on his jeans. I can't let him get blood on me. Surely he can still manipulate it... I guess I have to demonstrate my other magic if I want to win this...

A bright red light radiated from Maddox's right hand, burning away the still-wet blood. As well, a bright red light burned a hole through his pants' leg, ridding it of the blood marks as well. The light died down after a brief second, where Maddox looked straight into Grant's eyes. "Speed isn't the only power I have." Maddox held his right hand out, with his palm facing towards Grant. A bright, blinding flash of light pulsed from his hand, serving to temporarily disorient his foe. Wasting no time, Maddox teleported a short distance behind Grant, his palm already radiating with red light. Light Magic: Impact! His arm shot out in an open-palm strike, empowered by his Light Magic, in an attempt to breach the Blood Patriarch armor and deliver a decisive blow to Grant's spine. That is if his tactic worked in the first place.

Grant just chuckled lightly as Maddox removed his jacket and teleported to the stands to put it up. "Oh I don't mind at all. I'd hate to ruin your jacket. Doesn't look like it was cheep, clearly high quality." His tone was somewhere between mocking, amused, and arrogant. The blood mage glanced at the two tattoos. They clearly had some significance, and he made note of them before Maddox began burning off the blood that Grant had gotten on him. Though he didn't seem phased at all, inside, Grant wasn't at all pleased. He had hoped that he could counter Maddox's teleporting with it.

"Oh, and yet another magic comes into play eh? Well, I hope it works better than that illusion did." Grant chuckled slightly, and fell into a relaxed posture. He was going to have to win through attrition, as he couldn't land a direct hit on Maddox. As Maddox teleported, and attacked, Grant failed to move to stop it this time. When the attack connected, however, it was like hitting a brick wall. One could visibly see the shock of the attack reverberate through Grant's body, and the look of pain on his face, but he was unmoved. His armor would immediately stick to Maddox's hand, quickly trying to form little spikes and puncture Maddox's hand so that he'd bleed, and so that some of Grant's blood would mix with Maddox's.

Regardless of Maddox's next move however, a burst of fatigue would effect him, and Grant would drop to his hands and knees for a moment, and his spine would visibly re-align itself before he stood up. "Mmm, Damn. It takes a lot to make me admit something hurt." He'd rub his back, glancing around for Maddox and locking eyes with him. "And that hurt a good deal." He'd crack his back, turning half way back and forth in each direction. I need to stop relying on my Precognition so much. It's going to fail at a crucial time like that again if I do. Licking his lips, he decided to taunt Maddox further. "But I can tell you're still holding back. I said hit me with all you've got, and if that's it, that's sad." He smiled, hoping that would goad Maddox into an attack that'd leave him open.

While the Light-enhanced strike was able to deal more damage, it was unable to strike down Grant or even breach his Blood Patriarch armor. The man hardly moved from the powerful blow. This guy's defenses are pretty good, Maddox thought to himself briefly, retracting his hand quickly. There was some blood on it, but thankfully he had moved away before any of the spikes could get him. The sticking effect was a surprise, but Maddox was able to overpower the small trick fairly easily. All in all, the attack went fairly well despite having no lasting damage on Grant. But there was a big drawback that Maddox couldn't ignore.

He could feel general pain all over his body now. The red-haired mage sprung backwards, landing on his feet several meters away after a few flips. Did his Body Link magic he tried earlier actually end up working? Maddox wondered, looking somewhat distressed. Perhaps the damage I'm dealing to him is being partially redirected to me. That's bad... He watched silently as Grant recomposed himself and complimented the power of the strike. Sure it caused Grant pain, but it also hurt Maddox somehow and seemed to do no real damage to the Iron Enigma wizard. "I didn't think it'd do as much as it did," Maddox spoke, standing up out of his combat stance. "But if you want me to hit you harder..."

The cat was already out of the bag, it was apparent for everyone to see that Maddox was capable of Light Magic. There was no point in hiding it now. He raised his left hand and faced the palm towards Grant. Red light radiated from his palm, taking physical form as a thin layer of red energy amassed against his palm. He pulled his arm in slightly, keeping the palm facing Grant. "Burning Ray." Fully extending his arm, the red energy was shot forward like a baseball, taking approximately the same size and shape as well. The Burning Ray spell would explode upon hitting something solid, usually meaning it would strike an unarmored foe and carry them through the air before exploding on contact with something else. But Grant's bloody armor was more than enough to cause instant detonation. As he fired the first one, his already glowing right hand formed another one, firing a second attack a full second later. The one-two combo could do serious damage to an unarmored foe, but these ranged attacks were more to test what Grant could do to stop Maddox at a distance.

Hikage Okumora

"Hmmmm?" Hikage mumbled as she looked at the ongoing fight, these two were most certainly giving it their all but if she had to guess a winner she give it to Grant. People like him always found an underhanded way to win, so either Maddox would have to pull out some serious firepower or Grant would probably escape with a win. Truthfully she was only watching because her target was watching the fight and she wanted to keep a close eye on him. So she would have to wait for the games to end and him getting alone before she could strike. Yet her attention would then get drawn in by a young man falling on his hands and then proceeding to shake like he had to go to the bathroom. She couldn't help but watch for a few seconds wondering just how long a person could shake like that. Yet she would stand and walk over to him bending down slightly and looked at him.

She couldn't help but poke his forehead although she didn't know this would probably freak him out more. "Whats wrong kid? Either this is a dancing trend I missed out on or you have a problem that needs fixing." She said to him in a gentle voice as she cast her gaze to his hand, her eyes slightly widening. "Dragon Fang? I think I understand now, you got lost from where your guilds seating is huh?" Hikage asked tilting her head at him. "Well to be fair you could probably find it, by listening for this really loud kid's voice. He has a way of projecting it louder than the crowd can."

Michael was just struggling to get the strength to continue, to reach the guild seating, when someone poked his forehead, sending him into new hysterics when he realized it was a woman. Although it would have been the same for a man. Michael fell back, shaking worse now, barely catching what the woman was saying. He was concentrating on not passing out from hyperventilating.

She said something about a loud kid. Michael latched onto that thought, using it to stablise himself. zephyr, it has to be Zephyr. he thought, repeating it, until he managed to at least stop hyperventilating. He was still shaking and at any moment it seemed like he was just going to completely break down. He stared at the woman, and then away, blushing, and he said very softly, "t-t-t-thank you. It's n-n-not the s-s-seating that's the p-p-p-p-puh-p-problem..." and that's when Michael completely lost it.

Not caring that he was surrounded by strangers, surrounded by people who wanted to see strength, not weakness, he curled his tall frame as small as he could make it, bowing his head, shaking even worse, his shoulders heaving up and down. It looked as if he might rock back and tumble down the stairs. He was just glad that the loudness of the crowd hide his sobs.

Hikage Okumora

She must have startled the poor child as he ended up falling backwards and shaking even worse now. Yet the mention of the loud kid must have somewhat set him at ease as he wasn't full on hyperventilating. Granted he was still shaking but at least he wasn't about to cause himself to pass out on her. Although he must have been nervous as he stuttered like no other..... then proceeded to lose it again which surprised her as the kid went into a ball pretty much and started to shake and she couldn't hear it but was certain he was crying. yet she scratched her head at this problem before her. The kid was upset about something and it wasn't being lost, well first step was to calm him down.

She would reach over and give him a gentle hug to assure him everything would be fine. "Shhh its okay relax a bit. I can't help you if you are hiding yourself. Lets start off slow before we try to fix your problem. My name is Hikage Okumora, you could say my job is to help out troubled kids like yourself. So can I know your name? Pleaseee?" Well her job was to help out people, but it was more so to silence people that someone requested her to off. Yet she couldn't help but focus on Mikey, he acted so much like a child that she couldn't help but coddle him like one.

"Ah I see." she says as she then sits down next to Sasha and Lazarus. Today had been an awfully awkward day and now she just needed to relax. She sighs as she watches the fight below.

"*Sigh* Just met Nolan you guys. And uh... wasn't so happy about me haha. I know why though guys so don't worry. Also met Mr. Oni and Nolan's sidekick. Oh and I mustn't forget James the Paladin too."

Michael flinched away from the hug, terrified that it would just make things worse. His chest hurt. His eyes stung. And he could feel the tracks his tears had made on his face. Having a stranger touch him was the least of his worries, as he fshuddered at the thought of Gabriel, letting out a pained groan, wishing he hadn't said what he had. Wishing he had just let things go on as the always had.

As the woman talked, telling him her name, Michael tried to compose himself. He couldn't make much more of a fool of himself then he already had to her, but he still didn't look at her. "Michael" he said in a soft voice, thick and emotional. He didn't say anything else then, but he did uncurl himself, if only slightly.

He was still shaking and he wondered how much you could shake before you shook yourself apart. Oh, why did it hurt so much? He rocked back, as if that could help him keep himself together. When that didn't work, he wrapped his arms around himself, and only now did he look at Hikage, looking as if someone had completely torn him apart. Which wasn't far off.

"is it meant to hurt this much, when someone hurts you?" he whispered, sure his voice was lost in the crowd, as he bowed his head, his shaggy hair Falling down to cover his eyes.

sasha
@lmpkio
Sasha smiled, glad Marlene was meeting some of the guild on her own-she knew it would be better for the new member of she did it herself. "Nolan doesn't do well with girls. I haven't really talked with him much" she said, "not have I worked with James much. But they are both good people" she said, giving a slight frown. Maybe she should work at working with others of the guild.

She glanced to the battle to see how Maddox was doing, before saying "um. Mr.oni? And whose Nolans sidekick?"

Jack, the Maiden of the Mist

@Oblivion666 @Zarkun

"No." Jack said flatly, looking back at Zephyr."I will not make another me. You will not survive, and if you do you will simply end up as I did before Master Jack took me in. And still was even afterwards."

Getting up, Jack sighed and turned to Master Jack.
"Excuse me Master, but I'll return to the hotel now. I think I need some rest." She said before walking away.

Amelia Averyonna

@caits

"One of six." Amelia said, raising up a hand as she began counting off the spirits with her fingers."Phlegethon, Cocytus, Lethe, Acheron, and Styx. Also known as War, Death, Pestilence, Famine, and Conquest respectively. Each of them is a spirit of enormous power and they used to manifest in places were their form of death was common. But they became feared and were sealed away."

Closing her eyes for a second, Amelia took a while before continuing.
"Mama located Phlegethon a little over a year ago and took me to where he was sealed. His influence was strong and we began fighting, which allowed him to grow just strong enough to break the seal, after he had been gathering power for about a millennium. After he released it, he was very weak and his influence broke. I formed a contract with him, after some difficulty. I guess he sealed my memories of the incident to protect me. But I guess it broke the moment I actually had a reason to fight someone."

Ariel and Cassandra
@Caits
Cassandra looked over to Tidius. "I'm just doing my job. Or trying anyway. Seems little Ariel has outgrown her fear of me." That actually posed somewhat of a dilemma for Cassandra. "[color=indianred]I don't recall her having magic though. And certainly not the ability to bring a nightmare like me to life." While the snake woman was thinking her image wavered a bit before vanishing.

Ariel leaned against a table, somewhat exhausted. The magic needed to keep a spirit around depleted. "That's really taxing." Meanwhile she could feel the weight of magic use falling on her again. The battle was beginning to take a toll on her as well.

Trinity Stratos

"I'll be sure to keep someone with me, Penny." The young minstrel smiled at her guildmate before her attention was brought to the screen, showing Amelia. Penny was quite upset by the scene they were showing, and understandably so. It affected their image, but perhaps that wasn't quite the point. "Aah, easy, Penny. Mind your temper." She bustled over to the woman and grabbed her hand before she can throw another. Something compelled her to speak further, though she was unsure what. "A old friend of my father's would say that an even temper is as important as an even flame. Food should be cooked evenly, and even if your flame is perfect, a quick or explosive temper can still ruin the meal. A-aah, but I'm sure you don't need a lecture from me, do you?"

She looked to Karn, holding out her arm. "Karn, kitty? I'll hold you and you can go to sleep."

Seeing her hand held out to him, the the blonde boy transformed into his Draconic cat form and stretched out on the table before hopping on the musician's arm. Before curling up into her arms, making a soft sqee sound. Wings folding and ears twitching.

Damian Gerard|Arena area

Damian gave an apologetic smile to Fraquar and then wasted no time catching up to Jamie, cutting them off. "I'm no idiot, Master Jamie. I'm worried about Mithera as well, and I made a personal promise to Melina to keep her safe, giving me far more stake in this than you. Besides that, how will it look for our guild if we turn down help FREELY offered? You may say it has nothing to do with the Rider's Blade's past, but it does. The past is the past and we can't let it rule our actions for the future. Let them help and it would make us look better than solving this alone ever will. Not to mention it will help their reputation, something they need if they're going to remain on the right side of the law to get their jobs."

Jack Goran|Dragon Fang Seating

Jack nodded to Jackie as she left. "Do me a favor and ask that Phoenix Wing fellow why he was confronting the Iron Enigma guild master if you will on your way out. It can't hurt to know." He waited for Jackie to be gone, though he did not miss the switch of self reference to I from We, and then several minutes afterwords to look at Zephyr and scrutinize him a little, no doubt making the boy squirm in his seat. "Are you aware of the horrible things that girl's father did to her to make her what she is now, Zephyr? The twisted and demented sense of duty she had because one man told her that's all there was to life? He beat her, tortured her and even raped her to condition her to be immune to questioning and good at interrogating. If she failed, she got beat and told to do it again. Do you want that?"

Jarvis
@Joshua Tamashii

Jarvis frowned as Amelia explained about the spirits. There was, he figured, a reason to be worried. Power spirits wouldn't, he thought be content with just doing someone elses bidding. What if these spirits had an agenda of their own? Why had they been sealed away to begin with? He wondered,"Or maybe you did it yourself, to protect yourself from...Phlegethon's power?" He suggested, knowing that the mind was a complex thing.

Sasha
@lmpkio@yipeeXD

Sasha shook her head, "No, I wasn't aware Nolan had an exceed. We've only met one exceed before, Bonnie. I haven't seen her a while, and hope she's okay" She said thoughtfully, wondering how the female exceed was. Maybe they should go searching for them. Sasha had wanted to talk with her, since returning from Edolas. It just seemed like the exceed had known something. "I haven't seen Nolan's exceed around the guild, are you sure it's his?"

Tiidus
@t2wave

Tidius shook his head as the spirit disappeared, thoughtfully, turning t Ariel, seeing that she seemed exhausted. Without a word, Tidius went to the large Lacrima in the room, and activated something, negating any magic in the room. It would do no good to have Ariel pass out on him, and she had been working hard.

"I think we will stop for now, so you can rest" he said kindly, wanting to write some things down in his research notes.

Master Jamie
@Zarkun
Jamie gave a heavy sigh, looking to Damian, letting him have his word. Jamie waited patiently enough, before saying "I've already seen the result of trusting someone questionable, Damian. And I don't care to see someone killed again because of that" She spoke softly, looking away. "You don't think I promised to look after Mithera, as well? Your job is to participate in the games. And to make sure no one else gets taken. No doubt you'll either be fighting or in the event tomorrow and to be honest, I'd rather have you annoyed at me then have to ask Penny to have to take your place and have her annoyed at me" Jamie said quite truthfully, "And it's not like I can ask Mayt. He's steal dealing with the train robbing group"

Jamie sighed. "two months ago, Riders blade was trying to kidnap, hurt, or kill Amelia, as well as just damage the guild. While I'm willing to give them a chance, that does not mean that I am willing to accept their help in this. I am giving them a chance, Damian. Really, but that doesn't mean that I won't step in if Lucas hurts Rose or Elyse again, or if any of Rider's other members hurt any of the guild either."

Another sigh. "Beyond which, I cannot ask others not of our guild to do this, to help, not when it's our problem and not when there is a risk that something bad could happen to them. It wouldn't be right. And I know that you will say it's their choice, but this is mine and I do not wish to have that on my conscious because of my own foolishness.""

Ayame

Crocus Park

Nero - Eve

Ayame quietly sobbed onto the ground, she had calmed herself down by breathing in and out for quite a long time. It didn't result in much progress of being her usual self again but at least it worked. She lightly rocked her body over the ground hugging her own body in solitary. Ayame felt Nero his hand brush over her eyes to remove the tears from the flood holes so that the blurry sight disappeared once again. Ayame could only sob a little at his good deed but tears were still streaming down her cheeks onto the grass beneath her. Ayame reached out her hand to Nero his face and brushed of some of the remaining glass pieces even though it would only leave more blood from the blood of her own hands. She still displayed a warm smile on her face even though it was clearly visible that she was in pain. Ayame heard Nero mumbling at her but with the lack of the concentration she had right now it was difficult to hear what he was saying.

She still knew it were kind words of him and that he was trying to cheer her up. Ayame wiped away the remaining tears on her face even though it wasn't of any use cause she was still crying and got herself up to her knees. Ayame stood up and remained on her feet with the help of Nero. She looked like a mess, clothes covered in dirt and stained with a light green color of the grass. Her face and legs too, even her hair was dirty but still she remained on her feet. The magic she had used just now was pretty much all there was in her body. So she felt pretty weak and tired after using it all up. Ayame slowly walked besides Nero, with her arms firmly wrapped around Nero his arm. She tried to not bother Nero so much with her weight on his arm as much as possible as they continued down the path of the park. They met up with Eve who looked surprisingly calm and continued to get out of this area as quick as possible. Ayame looked back once again, the large arm was still lying there, defeated and broken but Michael seemed unharmed by it. She was sure she hit him but couldn't figure out what happened afterwards.

Jack, the Maiden of the Mist

@Caits @Zarkun

Jack heard Master Jack's request and went to complete it. She honestly wasn't tired, she just didn't want to deal with Zephyr right now. Maybe doing something else would help her. Moving through the coliseum, she came across Damian and Jamie in time to hear the last of the conversation. Conjuring up a wall of mist that would be solid, she made a small portion regular mist and walked through it, looking at Jamie out of the corner of her eye.
"You seem to be in distress, Master Jamie." She said in a calm voice, as if she wasn't afraid of the guild master, though some part of her was."Master Jack saw one of your members confronting Iron Enigma and sent me to investigate. If I had to guess, something is wrong. I know you trust me least of anyone, but is there anything Dragon Fang can do to help?"

Amelia Averyonna

@Caits

Amelia thought about it for a couple of seconds before shrugging.
"Maybe, maybe not. The River Spirits aren't evil, like legends make them out to be. They are like fire. Destructive by nature but not wholly malevolent. They simply act as they were made to act. Unlike humans, who can change given time, they have a role in the world and they cannot deviate from it. It's not Phlegethon's fault that he is associated with war nor it is Lethe's fault they he musta appear wherever discease is taking lives. It's simply who they are and what they do."

Hikage Okumora

She didn't push when he started to flinch away, and instead stood there with him letting him relax at his own pace. She at this point threw watching her target to the back of her mind, and she was rewarded with his name to which she nodded and smiled. "Its a nice name, I think it fits a kind man like yourself." She told him before her expression changed to curiosity when he finally asked her a question. She gave a slight frown as she pat his head and rubbed his gently.

"It can I won't lie. Mostly when it by someone you really care about. That kind of pain can't be explained by how much it hurts, so did you have a falling out with one of your friends, family, maybe a lover? If so then you might want to talk it out with them, don't walk away when words begin to hurt but truly stand your ground and let out everything you need to say. Trust me kid its better that way, you don't want to end up alone like me now." Hikage said as she stood up holding out her hand to him. "Come on, lets go find this person Michael. Its better for you to talk it out." Hikage said with a smile towards the innocent sweet little Mikey.

Zephyr Hardt

Zephyr looked questioningly at Jackie as she left and then listened to master Jacks explanation. He face took a sad expression as he looked at the ground. "I... I knew something bad must of happened but I didn't expect that. I just find Jackie to be fun to be around, I never intended for anything bad to happen... I understand though, I'll apologize to her later and will stop with my stupid requests." Zephyr said as he sat in silence as he watched the match, he really didn't mean to bring up any bad memories but it really was just fun to being around her. Even if he ended up having his arm dislocated.

jarvis

Jarvis nodded at that, as it made a strange kind of sense. He decided not to continue this line of questioning now, and to let Amelia rest. "I suppose that's trhe. I guess you'll find out how they are" he said, thoughtful "are you okay now?" he asked with concern

master Jamie

Jamie really didn't want to have to explain again to someone else. The last time last time he had seen Jack, she had been intent on destroying the guild. She knew she was better now, and that was thanks to Master Jack, and Jamie gave a soft sigh "we believe iron enigma has one of our nembers. I do not wish help from other guilds. I don't want to trouble them, nor do I wish to be responsible for the hurt of another guild because of my own foolishness" Jamie said softly

tidius

Tidius frowned, approaching Ariel, he crouched so he could watch her. Something was happening and it didn't seem the same as the other times. Maybe he had pushed her too far, and he did truly regret that if he had. He watched her, concerned if only for his research "what is t?" he asked

michael

Michael shook hi head violently, not moving "no, no I don't want to!" he cried, he didn't think he could face it, didn't think he could face Gabriel again. He didn't want to, didn't want to say more then he already had. Didn't want to make it any worse and didn't want to hear more from Gabriel. He looked absolutely terrified and he shook even worse

"please don't make me" he said panicking. He had no knowledge to fall back on. They had never had a fight, wel at least not one like this. But Michael knew he couldn't face his brother right now. It would destroy him.

Besides which, he wasn't alone. He had Zephyr, and Prince, and the rest of the guild, and a fluffy orange ball of fur with mismatched eyes. It was always him going after Gabriel. Maybe it was time Gabriel came after him. "please, just...don't make me go to him yet." a strange calm had settled over Michael. Maybe it was time Gabriel saw him for who he was. Of course, maybe it was time Michael let himself be who he wanted to be.

He rubbed his eyes like a little kid, and drew in a deep breath, letting it it slowly. "thank you"

Damian Gerard|Arena Area

Damian shook his head. "These guilds know the trouble they could get into by offering us their help, but they're going to do it anyways. It is not your fault if someone get's hurt, it's their own." Turning to Jackie, he offered his hand. "The more help, the better, though not too many people, perhaps two at most."

Jack Goran|Dragon Fang Seating

"Before asking something like that, you need to take into account that people have histories they can't help. Be more attentive."
