Ariel
@Caits
Rather drained, Ariel went ahead and took the cuffs. Given what she just experienced it probably wouldn't be a bad idea. Not having any plan to fight back at the moment she lay down inrhe table with the intent to get that rest Tidius mentioned earlier.

Amelia Averyonna

@Caits

Amelia couldn't look directly at Jarvis as he spoke of his daughter.
"Losing someone close to you hurts more then words can describe. No matter how much time passes, the wound never truly heals and you are left with a hole in your heart in the place they used to occupy." She said, her tone soft and low."Even if you can see them again or keep them as a summon, it's never the same as when they were by your side, alive and in the same world as you.

If... you don't mind me asking, what did your daughter look like

Maddox

The red-haired mage rubbed his arm over the tiny cut, as it still felt a tiny bit sore being it was the starting point of the numbing attack Grant had used. Maddox began to put his leather jacket back on when Trinity popped up and consoled him on his loss. "It wasn't so bad," Maddox spoke simply. "I just made a few mistakes. Carelessness defeated me. It won't happen again." With a grin he turned to face her, standing upright and crossing his arms over his chest. "And hopefully you won't get kidnapped. I wouldn't worry too much about the competition though. Anxiety doesn't get you anywhere."

Maddox looked around a bit before leaning closer to Trinity. "And between you and me, the competition isn't too steep as it is. Play it safe and you'll win." He gave her a reassuring wink before standing upright again. But his attention went to Penny next when she asked if everything was alright. For a moment Maddox thought she was inquiring about him, but it was obvious that he was fine. Then he realized she was talking about the sleeping Karn, who was in one of his cat transformations in Trinity's arms. Sometimes Maddox forgot that the cat was an actual person. But as far as he could tell Karn was just sleeping. Perhaps something had gone down while he was fighting? "What happened?"

Michael
@oblivion666

Michael heard the giggle, and blushed, knowing that it was towards him, or his behavior. He couldn't help it. But he knew he wasn't as bad as he normally was. Of course, he had made a massive fool of himself already with her, so maybe that was it. "Fifteen?" He said, amazed. She looked after 15 kids? She couldn't be even ten years older then the oldest kid, could she?

He squirmed slightly as she asked about Cleo. "Ah. I was on my first job with the guild. And the guy that asked us had some kittens so I asked for one" He said simply, smiling slightly. "She likes to torment Master Jack" He said, with a slight chuckle

Sasha
@lmpkio@YipeeXD

Sasha seemed to have forgotten that Marlene was there, until she spoke up. Sasha cleared her throat, but didn't look away from Time Lord. What is going on? an image of a child, a miniature version of Time Lord flashed through her mind. She flinched, and said softly to Marlene, "For a while, we thought he had tried to poison Lazarus, and...I think...that I knew him when I was a kid" She said, wishing she knew the answers.

Time Lord didn't seem to want to step closer, almost terrified that of her. Sasha found that amusing-how could anyone be afraid of her. She seemed to hesitate a moment, before saying "What did you do to me?"

Jarvis
@Joshua Tamashii

Jarvis flinched as if he had been hit, He didn't think he could answer that. He swallowed, and said softly "she looked like her mother. She had blond, curly hair and soft brown eyes. There's a photo in my room, and you might have...have seen her in Edolas" He said, keeping his tone light but he had never gotten over Sam's death.

Tidus
@t2wave

Tidius gave a soft sigh, and retrieved a blanket and pillow for Ariel, returning and handing both to her, before going to his table, and kneeling down to read his notes as well as add to them. His eyes strayed to the Fruits, and he rose, picking one up gently to study it, wondering just how it worked.

Amelia shook her head.
"I never talked to anyone in Edolas, so I probably never did." She said before getting off the bed and walking over to Jarvis and giving him a hug."I know thinking about her hurts but you shouldn't feel guilty or sad. I don't think she would want to see you get this way over her. Besides, there is always a chance you and her will meet in another life. Death is not an end, but merely a door to a new adventure. I'm sure she's happy wherever she is. And if she's still wondering this world, I will be more then happy to let her have a few last words with you if it'll help her move on to the next life."

Eve - Crocus Antique Shop

Eve was excited to move once again, they just needed to move away from the spot of bad emotion to further disconnect the spirit living inside of Nero's pocket. The Necromancer wondered if there was any need to tell Nero about her experience with the antagonizing spirit, but maybe later, everyone just needed to relax. And what do you know? Eve is already pretty relaxed at the moment, feeling actually quite blissful. As she moved along with the group, she glanced towards Ayame clinging onto Nero's arm, she wondered if she would be fine after that little fiasco with the twins. Her gaze then switched over to the Genie, light scars still covering his face. Eve still felt uneasy about his little incident, his vast amount of anger was one of the big contributors to the awakening of the beast, but it wasn't exactly his fault. She continued to look at him before her eyes looked ahead of her path, sighing lightly.

It didn't take too long before the trio found somewhere to relax from the bright sun. And it seemed to be an old antique shop that was filled with a variety of objects. Interesting choice, but Nero always had pretty great ideas, so she entered as Nero guided the little girl into the musty shop.

The Necromancer soon took a look around the store with several quick glances at each corner, and the store seemed like a pretty nice place to idly browse. With another panoramic view, she saw a variety of strange looking items that easily filled the shelves and interesting looking people dotted across the shop. Eve looked over towards Ayame and Nero to see their reactions, but it seemed that one of them already had their sights set on a particular person. She glanced over towards the card dealing woman and soon shook her head at the knowledge of playing Poker, actually, did she ever play with cards? I don't think she did... Weird. So, with Nero moving towards one person, it was only the two girls awkwardly standing around doing nothing. Eve moved her mouth around, trying to figure out what to do to pass the time, and her sights soon paused on the girl browsing through various antiques. The Necromancer tilted her head slightly to the right, scanning her attire, she looked pretty fancy... Maybe the fancy girl had something that could help her speak? Well, she was the only one that was actually searching the store and maybe she found something that could help her out. It was soon decided that mute girl would speak with the fancy girl.

Eve patted Ayame on the head and gave her a bright smile before heading towards the fancy person. Well, it had been awhile since she had talked to anyone besides the people at Dragon Fang, but she had picked some stuff up from Nero on how to kind of subtly introduce yourself in a non weird manner. So, Eve stopped near the browsing girl before looking at some of the stuff lining the shelf, she picked up a few and put them back in place, and slowly getting closer and closer. The Necromancer really had no idea what most of the antiques that she was looking at, but it seemed that her slow crawl finally reached towards fancy girl. It was time to enact phase two of her plan.

Eve lightly bumped into the shoulder of the fancy girl, and it was time to interact with another human! Nero would be proud of her from the way she learned how to interact with people. She remembered that decaying flesh was her perfume and grooming was a thing of the past back in the day, she wonders how she lived again for so long? The Necromancer soon shook the thought from her head, it was time to somehow speak to someone without speaking... She didn't really plan this out very far. So, Eve just mouthed out the word 'So sorry' without having to say it, wondered if fancy girl knew to read lips well.

Ayame

Crocus Antique Shop

Nero - Eve

Ayame silently walked besides Nero, she had recovered a little from the sudden outburst and had stayed close to Nero during the whole path they have walked throughout the city. She was walking on her own now but she still clinged tightly against Nero with her head leaning on him for comfort. Her eyes were as red as the blood moon and her whole attire and body were a mess. She occasionaly sobbed a little but nothing special was too it.

They stopped along an old run down antique shop. It must have looked great about a good 50 years but in this time it seemed out of ordinary. Nero his intrest was peeked however Ayame's was not. However she would still follow her bestie because she didn't mind where they would be at, she would still enjoy the company of Nero. She didn't object and walked with him into the store. As soon as they entered she let go of him and burried her face in his back again. There were acutally quite a few people in the store. But she didn't expect this many. She could clearly feel her body tremble in fear and react to the others in the store. But luckily she had Nero to... protect... her... She hastily looked around as she didn't feel Nero in front of her anymore. He was already running of towards the card table. Ayame her face reddend as she jumped behind cover. This time it was Eve her back. Well it was better then anything else nearby. She trembled an closed her eyes for a second to calm herself down. As soon as she opened them again, Eve was gone too! She wanted to cry but had to stay strong. She was being a bother since the park and had to get herself back together. She slapped both her own cheeks at the same time and shook her head.

Ayame had approached the book reading man assuming he was someone who worked at the store. She had to ask if they had a first aid kit for her bloody hands. The blood had long ago stopped running but she wanted to make sure it was infected and wanted to treat it properly. Also Nero and Eve could possible need some patching too. Especially Nero since his face got quite damaged. She approached the man with her joined together hands in front of her upper legs, her head down to the ground and her eyes foccused somewhere to the side of her "Umm-m... S-s-s-s-sir! D-d-d-d-dddddoo y-y-you h-h-h-have a-a f-first a-a-a-a-aid kit!" Her face was like a tomato and she was breathing weirdly like she was running a marathon. Smoke was puffing out of her ears as she kindly asked the man.

Lazarus

He cast an assertive glare over the time lord. "State your business." He didn't trust him. They knew essentially nothing about him.

Shujin

A new battle had started, but he wasn't too interested in any of the combatants. The phoenix wing area had caught his eye though. The time lord was now talking to Sasha Shin. He of course was aware of her connection with fairy tail. He needed to research her in his hunt for Lazarus. That meant he was going to bring her along too. Maybe I can use that time with her to get close to Lazarus. He shook his head. That sort of thinking was a force of habit. Years and years of hate he would have to get over.

Ariel
@Caits
Accepting the pillow and blanket the woman lay down to actually sleep. It didn't take long for that to happen. With Tidius, the fruit definitely held magic inside it. Clearly Ariel was able to absorb the magic when eating it. Although she does seem to be a special case with most of these situations. Still it looked rather enticing even if better judgement said to avoid taking a bite of strange fruit.

Jarvis
@Joshua Tamashii

Jarvis did feel guilty, and always would. A parent was meant to protect their child, and he hadn't done that. He gave a soft sigh, and returned Amelia's hug. "she's gone, I know that. And I know I can't change it, but It was my fault that she died" He doubted he would every stop thinking that, stop feeling that. "But thank you"

Time Lord
@YipeeXD
@lmpkio

Well. This wasn't going in anyway what he had planned. Of course, he knew it wouldn't have. He gave a soft sigh, wishing he could do this without Lazarus or anyone else present, but knew that wasn't going to happen. So sighing, he said "I just...I have a couple of things I want to talk about" He said softly, looking at Sasha, who seemed lost and confused.

"Why did you unlock second origin in me?"

Straight to the point then. Well, he pondered what to say, before saying softly "because, you intrigued me, and gave me a lot of attention, when no one else did, and because I know you'll be essential for what is to come. You've forgotten a lot Sasha-Chan, not intentionally, and now, you're slowly remembering, I think" There wasn't really anything else he could say.

Tidius
@t2wave

Tidius looked over when Ariel was asleep, satisified. He looked back to the fruit, pondering. Unconcerned, he poked at it, before deciding that the risk was just, and he tentatively put the Fruit Lacrima to his mouth to bite.

Malice Vs Indigo battle part two

Making no move to dodge, Indigo instead summoned a dictionary that she clutched in the blade's path. Anubis skewered the book like a scissorblade through tissues, and its black tip protruded from the other side. The angle of entry had been imperfect, and the metal poking through had nicked Indigo's finger. An acute stretching sensation took hold in the Librarian's mind, as if something was being taken away. Not wishing to concede more than she deemed necessary, she hopped backward, leaving the unwieldy dictionary for Malice to disentangle. Indigo continued to retreat until she was about thirty feet away, at which point she held her finger up for Malice to see. "Wish granted!" she said cheerily, though the air caused the little wound to sting. "Now, you can rest easy. Really, you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. If you're here at all, it means you're above kicking yourself for losing. Just bad luck, really, that you were matched against me. A Tale of Two Sons."

There was a noise behind Malice. When she turned to look, she found an identical copy of Indigo standing there, who held no book. A second later, another noise heralded the manifestation of another on her right. Another two followed to the immediate left and right of that one, until there were six Indigos completely surrounding Malice Hardt. One right after another, they began to speak.

"Defense of the Ancients."
"Shovel Knight."
"Seven Days to Die."
"Subnautica."
"The Yawg."

Each one began to channel some sort of magic, building in power almost immediately. Storms, earth, heat, water, pinkish-red fire, and more all built to a crescendo around her. The noise, light, heat, and so forth all picked up until they had reached a fever pitch. Then, for a fleeting moment, there was a lull, agonizingly full of promise.

As Indigo would block the stab with a dictionary while retreating backwards and showing her the tiny cut she made, Malice would alugh to herself. "Smartass, you could have dodged that easily..." Malice mumbled tossing the book off her sword and then sending it back to the space pocket. Malice would listen to her as she was told that she was simply unlucky and that she did great to get here. She would then speak about a book title and thats when Malice knew she was fucked. She looked around at the multiple clones of Indigo that surrounded her and watched as they each said a book title and gained some sort of power. "Fucking overkill if you ask me..." Malice said as she gazed at each one before everything suddenly turned to black for her.

Then the five magics were released in a single, riotous typhoon. It was thirty seconds later before the maelstrom of fire, water, electricity, earth, and wind began to die, leaving colorful streaks painted in the sand. Even more time passed before the cloud cleared completely, leaving behind a scene of contained chaos.

Now things were getting much more weirder. Sure Nolan and Enma were weird folk in their own way, but here it actually makes her shudder a bit. This guy supposably tried to poison Lazarus and Sasha? Things were getting just too intense. She looks at the two with a sweat drop and her eyes blank, not sure what to make of this situation.

"And I thought I was weird...." she thinks to herself as she continues watching, "And what is Second Origin...?"

Trinity Stratos

"Just don't get careless like you did, huh? Hmhm, alright." Trinity grinned at the teleporting mage, one hand idly stroking Karn's back as he napped. "I'll try and keep relaxed until it's my turn, then. What kind of game do you think I'll get involved in?" She'd started thinking about it, and now she couldn't stop. It was just one of those little nagging voices you get in your head when you're excited about something. Thinking about it just makes you impatient so you try and shut it up, but you're genuinely excited about it, so it's hard. Especially now that she could show her guild what she'd been hiding all this time.

Maddox asked about Karn, and Trinity looked at the sleeping dragon-cat, rubbing behind his ear. The minstrel spoke after a moment, "he's sick. I don't know what with, or for how long, exactly, but I saw him cough blood onto his gloves some months ago. He had gone to some length to conceal it." She sighed softly. It probably looked bad that she hadn't said anything, but it was too late for that. It was getting worse, so it no longer mattered if Karn wanted to keep it a secret. They were investigating and that was that.

She turned to Penny, shaking her head. "No, I don't think so. I think his condition might be getting worse... whatever it is."

Attack on Iron Enigma Part 2
Collab Between Burthstone, Yoshua171, and Crimson Raven

The Blonde looked around the room after the latest attack. Most of the members were down, there were a couple who had managed to get out of the way of the laser, and were still capable of fighting. Once she had taken an inventory of who was still standing, she looked over to the Masked man, who finally dropped his shield. "Now would be the time to risk bringing the building down." He'd nod, a large magic circle appearing below him, and coating him in a dark aura.

"Black Sun Release." He spoke in a monotone voice, the aura enveloping him for a moment before fading so that it simply outlined him in black and dark yellow flames. He motioned for the blonde to get near him before speaking again. "Black Sun Eruption." This time, instead of him throwing a ball of energy that would explode, the magic circle beneath his feet would let off an explosion that would likely hit everyone in the room, and had enough force to throw what few other standing guild members against the wall. The blonde, being within the magic circle, would be uneffected.

Not letting up, the masked man would follow up with another attack. "Black Sun Envelope." An orb would form in his right hand, which he threw at Ferrin. It would follow him, and once it hit something, anything, it would expand a good amount before collapsing into a little dot and begin sucking everything towards it. Stuff near it would fall to it the fastest, but outside of about a meter it would be plausible for someone to get away from it. After about fifteen seconds it would explode, launching what it had gathered up across the room, likely on fire.

The Blonde moved around her guildmate to face Valak and Dornae, holding up her hand again. "Enigmatic Gaze!" The guild mark did its thing, and when the eye opened it shot a fairly powerful bolt of blue energy at Dornae, moving about the speed and force of the average arrow, though it would be significantly sharper than any non-magic projectile.

Ferrin noticed the exchange between the two, and as soon as he cast the first spell, Ferrin had a precautionary shield up in a semi-transparent half-dome in front of him. The force was considerable, but he had braced properly and weathered most of the force. He didnt wait for the orb to hit him, instead he dashed across the room, intending to evade it. However, he realized that would be futile as it reversed direction to follow him. He thought furiously, trying to decide how best to diffuse it, when an idea occurred to him.

He moved to a seemingly random part of the room and waited for the orb to get close. He paused for a moment to calculate speed and trajectory. Aether High Speed. He again seemed to vanish as the spell allowed him to travel at incredible speed, faster than the eye could follow. He apeared behind the Blonde, this time, he didntbother with an incantaion. His Gauntlet became charged with electicity and he pressed his fingertips into her back. He released the magic through the physical contact. She would fell tingles and then numbness as the paralyisis took effect.. "Aether-enhanced lightning magic: Nerve Shock. He glared threateningly over her shoulder at the troublesome masked man, his eyes devoid of anything like mercy or pity. "Move, and I will put a hole in your friend here." I just gotta time this right. He thought.

Valak staggered as the blast hit him. He recovered and took stock of the situation, most of them were down, and not likely to get back up again. He figured The other two could handle this, so he moved to the basement stairs, to find what they came all this way for. Besides, if he got it, there would be no reason to fight and they could leave, hopefully mitigating the massive repercussions this would most likely have. Not that he regretted it.

The magical energy built as the man used his Black Sun Release. It sounded ominous. In the interest of not dying, Dornae had used his time to cross out the runes on a pebble and then add others onto its surface. He began walking forwards before detecting a tremendous amount of energy. Eyes widening, Dornae pushed a table to the ground hid behind it and wrote two runes on the side facing him. Immediately a barrier went up, but at the cost of more energy than he would have liked. As the heat dispersed he noticed the orb of energy and so made a point to avoid it entirely.

He continued forwards easily noticing the woman aiming at him. 'This is really getting on my nerves,' he thought even as he raised the pebble he'd altered and channeled energy through it. A circular barrier formed and he angled it so as the arrow hit it slid off the side thus dispersing some of its power. Nonetheless the shield went down and Dornae staggered. He was using a lot of magical energy and it was starting to show.
Determined, he charged the pebble again and activated the shield. He held his dagger in the same hand making the grip uncomfortable, but doable. It was a small necessary discomfort. The building's structure remained undamaged despite the amount of magic that had been used therein. It wouldn't last forever. Looking to one of his two comrades, the talkative one, Dornae noted the threat and stopped in place, he decided to roll with it. "Nobody has to die," he said simply, channeling energy through Othisi as he did. He enchanted it with flames and a bright blue glow that made it look far more intimidating than it was. The weapon kept emitting small tongues of fire as he had not stabilized the enchantment with polyphony. It was the result of doing things a bit too fast.

He hoped it helped with the intimidation factor.

It didn't.

The Masked man made a sound that could be compared to a 'heh' at Ferrin's threat before rolling to the side, stopping in a position where he was crouched with one knee on the ground. "Collapse." The magic circle he had created suddenly emitted a bunch of energy as it collapsed, enough to make most people scream in pain. He looked over as Valak started moving to the basement stairs, and he stood up as the orb that had been chasing Ferrin finally slammed into whomever was still in the now-collapsed magic circle. He braced himself, but he was far enough away that he would be able to keep his footing. "Where are you going? the party's up here. Black Sun Chain Bolt." He held up his hand, and a triangular spike fired from the magic circle in front of his hand, aiming where he thought Valak would be by the time it got there, hoping to stop him. He lifted his other hand towards Dornae, glancing at him for just a moment. "Oh, everyone dies eventually. I should know, I help them along. Black Sun Shockwave." He held up his other hand, and a blast of force launched itself at Dornae, and he looked back to see how the chain shot went, trying to multitask all three opponents.

Ferrin realized something he had forgotten. He had known Iron Enigma had a murky past as a dark guild, and most dark guild members didnt have the same kind of bonds that legal guilds shared.

He had miscalculated.

He had barely a couple of seconds to act.

He had a choice to make.

In the moment before the circle collapsed, he dropped his sword and magic, grabbed the blonde and threw her out of the circle, taking the brunt of both attacks full-on. He writhed in pain, but didnt make a noise as he collapsed to the ground. For a frightening second, he didn't get up. , "...Damn, that hurt." He muttered as he staggered to his feet. , "But its not like I have not felt pain before.["/color] He clenched his Gauntlet into a fist as he said this. He turned the full force of his angry glare on the Masked Man. , "That is it, now I am angry." His entire body started to give off that strange Mist. One last attack. He has to be weakened ,and he is the only one left. He took a stance as if he was going to throw a punch. Aether kinetic construct, Titan's Fist!" A massive silvery-solid-looking hand appeared next to him, it clenched into a fist. He motioned a strong punch and the construct, that was twice as tall as a man and three times as wide as a man was tall, flew at the Masked Man with a speed compareable to a speeding train. Upon releasing the powerful magic, Ferrin fell to his knees, the magic taking its inevitable toll.

Valak stopped and lifted his shield, the hostile magic broke on his armor. However, some of it got through, causing him some pain. He watched in awe as Ferrin showed off some really powerful magic, then he realized he was wasting time and he continued to run towards the stairs, hurtling the low bar. He used the shelter to his advantage, somewhat hiding behind it so the other magic wouldn't hit him.

As such Dornae used polyphony to stabilize the flame spell in Othisi. However, the man hardly gave him time to use it as a wave of force rushed towards him. He braced himself, raising his shield as he did so, but it wasn't quite enough. Dornae was well muscled, but not enough to withstand that kind of force without being budged. He simply didn't weigh enough and so he slid backwards across the floor before hitting his back against the wall..hard. "Agh," he exclaimed as the force dissipated, his shield following suit.

He felt the pebble crumble in his hand. Too much strain apparently.

Glancing up he confirmed his ally's status before sliding down against the wall, fatigued. While he hadn't used all of his magical energy he had still used at least half. That in tangent with the physical strike had caused his state. He could still fight, and after a moment he did get up, but he had needed those 30 seconds to recooperate.

As he rose fully to his feet he hoped he would see the masked man felled. Given his luck, the man would probably be fine.

The Masked man had been about to yank on the chain to pull Valak down when he spotted Ferrin preparing a particularly powerful attack. He made a 'keh' sound to himself as he dispelled the chain spell. "You're tougher than most of my opponents. That makes it fun. Black Moon Barrier!" The mage crossed his arms in an X-like shape in front of him as the barrier that had protected him and the blonde at the same time formed again. Ferrin's attack hit it, and after a moment of struggle broke through and slammed into the masked man himself. He was thrown into the wall hard, leaving a crater, and a few bits of it would fall away revealing the streets outside. After this impact, he would fall forward to the ground in a kneeling position. His glowing Aura had dissipated, and his mask was cracked pretty badly, revealing one of his eyes. The Iris was yellow and black, much like his magic, and it was locked into Ferrin. "Much tougher." He chuckled softly, and stayed on his knees. He didn't seem like he was going to get up, but he wasn't falling all the way to the floor yet.

Valak would be able to get into the basement now without any trouble, as everyone who could stop him were down. The barkeep was sitting in a small room near the door to the basement reading a book. He had no intention of stopping anyone from going into the basement at this point.

Down inside the basement, there was a large room with a couple of other rooms sticking off to the sides. In the middle was Laynette Navarro, one of Iron Enigma's team members, playing cards with the little dragon they had captured, who was muzzled and had her wings and rear legs wrapped in rope. Gently enough to prevent damage, but tightly enough to keep her from escaping. Someone had built a thing for Mithera to keep her cards on so she wouldn't have to worry about showing off what was in her hand, and they both would look up as Valak inevitably came walking stealthily down the stairs. Laynette would give a confused look, and on her right leg there was a cast covering her foot and ankle, as well as a pair of crutches close enough for her to grab.

Ferrin walked over and looked down at his defeated opponent with now dispassionate eyes. "Very Entertaining. Next time I know to move, yes?" Ferrin just shook his head. "No mercy." He said. He drew back his leg and kicked him in the chin, almost certainly knocking him out. Next, he turned to the new guy and said, "Hey, kid. In all the excitement I never caught your name. "It's Dornae actually," he replied. "Well, Dornae give me a hand in finding some medical supplies, so we can patch these guys up, until they can get some real medical attention." So for the next couple of minutes he found some first aid kits and helping the wounded, not saying a word the whole time, deep in thought.

Downstairs...

Valak took stock of the room and saw the woman as no threat. He recognized the dragon-like creature as the one they were trying to find. Without a word, he walked over and cut her various bonds. "You are rescued." He said bluntly. He turned and pointed his sword at the woman. , "Problem?" He said with no emotion.

Nodding in response, Dornae was quite happy for the conflict to be over with. He was a bit annoyed with the property damage, but it couldn't be helped. As he assisted the man he recalled that he hadn't gotten his name either, "By the way, I never heard you and your friend's names either." He made the comment as he looked over the fire mage. "Oh, of course, my name is Ferrin, the monosyllabic guy is Valak."

A frown crossed his face even as he heard the names, it hadn't been his spell that had done the trick, but rather the ice axe from the other fellow, Valak was his name apparently. Sighing as he rose and moved on to another person, Dornae hoped they could leave this place before long. He really didn't want a run in with the authorities or any Guild members that might still be elsewhere.

He'd had enough action for a while...at least a few hours, knowing his luck.

Laynette put her hands up defensively as Valak pointed his sword at her. "Hey, I've got a broken ankle and no weapon. I'm not an idiot, asshole." Mithera 'unintentionally' knocked over her hand with her tail as she shook herself, finally getting to relax after a day of being tied up. Laynette rolled her eyes as she saw Mithera's winning hand, and the little dragon jumped down from the table, looking up at Valak. She seemed unsure about him, despite having been freed by him, she remained suspicious. She seemed content to go up the stairs one at a time without flying, and she would make fairly decent progress, though much slower than a person. She'd have to stop and wait for someone to open the door however, as it closed automatically, and she was too small to open it by herself.

Valak shrugged, better safe than sorry. He turned and walked up the steps, opening the door for Mithera, and went out. "It's here." He said. , "Thank you, Valak. He bent down to talk to the strange creature. "So, what is your name, little one?"

Mithera would've headed up into the main room once Valak opened the door for her, and she'd fly up to the bar and sit down, looking around the room. She stayed fairly quiet for a while, just observing the carnage, and the blonde woman was starting to regain some control of her body, struggling to sit up and face the victors. Mithera stared at her with a faint glimmer of recognition before looking at Ferrin. "Mithera" Her voice would be small and cute, perfect for her size and shape, and she'd look at Ferrin with a very neutral expression, surprisingly unenthused about her rescue.

Attention grabbed as the presence of a flying creature made itself known before landing. He stared at her for a solid ten seconds before shaking his head and looking between the other two, then back at what he could only guess was some form of dragon. In all his travels he'd never seen one before. "Is...I mean. Um..." He began, a shock clear in his voice with confusion just as apparent on his face. There was awe there too. In fact, the emotions were practically wrestling for dominance before he cleared his throat and made an effort to compose himself. Then the creature spoke, and he couldn't help but ask, even if it was a stupid question, "Are you a dragon, perchance?"

Mithera would give Dornae a long stare before answering. "Yes, enough." She decided she didn't need to say anymore, and she pointed her head towards Delilah Vale. "Make sure she doesn't get up. And we may want to leave before Grant or Gregory show up." Her voice was surprisingly stoic and commanding for how small and adorable she was. She'd move to the edge of the bar, leaning over a bit, and looking around the room a bit more. "I don't recognize any of these people. Besides her, of course." The last comment had been directed somewhat towards Delilah.

"Pleased to meet you Mithera. I am Ferrin, that's Valak and that's Dornae." Ferrin said, pointing to each person in turn. ,"This may be abrupt, but let's get out of here before anyone shows up. You are a member of Phoenix Wing, judging by your guild mark, right?" Ferrin asked. "Yes but... I don't want to go back to them just yet." She'd seem a tad sheepish about that, lowering her head a little, but she'd keep watching Ferrin, letting him keep talking. Ferrin nodded and addressed everybody. "Let's go, everyone I know a spot we can lay low at."[/silver] With that he turned and walked out, Mithera flying over and landing on his shoulder as he did.

Nodding, Dornae followed the other three, seemingly in thought as they departed.

James Hunt|Phoenix Wing Seating

James had been watching the end of the match intently and had a frown on his face. Blood Magic wasn't an evil magic, but the aura he got from the man using it..."I feel that we should consider ourselves lucky this is a public spectacle. That man has evil in his heart, I can feel it from here." He didn't feel any need to explain his reasoning, it was something he'd been good at doing since he had discovered his magic, a paladin's innate nature to sense the good and evil around them.

Damian Gerard|Arena area

@Caits[@JoshuaTamashii]

Damian nodded to Jack and watched Master Jamie storm off. This wasn't going to work. "I've already talked it over with Master Fraquar, he's contacting his people now. Go ahead and let Master Jack know what happened and then meet up with Fraquar. I've gotta set my guild master straight." Damian didn't follow right behind Jamie, instead opting to take a more circular route and cut her off. "You can't seriously think we can do this alone, can you?! That YOU can go alone? What about the bonds we've forged? Your friendship with Master Jack? Our relationships with other guilds?" Damian didn't give Master Jamie a chance to get a word in, pushing forward.

"You worry someone will get hurt, that others will get hurt, but what about you, Jamie? What happens if you get hurt because you didn't want to accept help? Iron Enigma is a DARK GUILD for god's sake! They will KILL YOU without a second thought! You know this and you're going to try and do it alone anyways. I'm sorry, but I won't allow it. As for the other guilds, they know what they're doing and what they get into when they offer their help. If they get hurt," he points towards another guild's member, who didn't notice thankfully, "it's on them, not us, not you. For once in your life, stop trying to be Atlas and let us help."

@Caits
The fruit was juicy and had a light melon taste. It had a lot of water in it which made sense given the magic it likely had. Speaking of which as Tidius took the bite he could feel the magic flow through him. Maybe this was a similar sensation to what Ariel felt. It definitely was different from dealing with magic externally. Of course one bite did not equate to much. But for Tidius' purposes it was probably the closest he'd come to gaining magic. Literally he could taste it.

master Jamie
@zarkun

Jamie let out a frustrat e growl as Damian cut her off. Being yelled at, and belittled was no enjoyable. "you didn't want to do it my way. I do not wish to endanger other guilds, no matter if they know what they are doing or not because of my own foolishness. You can say that if they choose to help it isn't my fault if they get hurt, but it is. Just like its my fault that this happened. So

I endangered the guild because I didn't stop to think about the danger of attacking the magic council just for one member. I will not endanger another guild. I have been fighting dark guilds for 20 plus years. I know what I am doing.

How do your think it would be, if I went to master Jack and had to say "oh sorry, I killed Jackie"? That would damage my relationship with Jack, and I won't allow it to happen because of my foolishness, so kindly stop arguing with me because it's not going to change anything!"

tidius
@t2wave

Tidius swallowed the bite he had taken, almost methodical, as he experienced the magic, truly amazed. He knew it wouldn't stay with him, but the feel of it was just...amazing. The best feeling in the world, that he had experi need so far. Pondering, he took another bite, curious.

He wondered if there was a way to store the magic within himself, and making a note, he decided to ask Ariel just how it felt when she absorbed the magic.

Sasha decided that she couldn't do this, not right then. She was already tired, and she ran her hands over her face, before standing. "I don't think I can do this, right now. Marlene, I'm sorry to just leave you, when you're new and all, but it's just too much. I'm going to go sleep" she hoped Lazarus would stop time lord from following her, really just wanting to get away right then

Zami - The Bubble Magician
____________
Phoenix Wing Seating

Zami sat there watching the battles and wondered if he'd ever actually take part since he was now in a guild. Then again he really didn't like fighting, even though he can hold his own if need be but he'd rather settle things with a game of rock, paper, scissors. Another thing is that these wizards look strong. "Glad I don't have to fight these guys. I'd only piss them off if I tried to fight." They were benefits to being a pacifist. He gets to watch and enjoy the show. As he watched though, he couldn't help but play out scenarios in his head. He was a planner and liked to imagine fights for fun. This is why he was practically glued to the lacrima. Scenarios are easier to imagine when you know what the opponent is capable of.

After a while, Zami glanced around, Penny was still talking to other people, and when she wasn't doing that, she was watching the battle as intently as he was. The display of blood magic looked annoying to deal with. Sure he was confident he could defend against it but had no idea yet how to beat it. He was getting motivated to come up with a new bubble trick. "Maybe I'll check out the Crocus library later and learn more about the properties of blood..." Zami thought to himself. He glanced around the Phoenix Wing seating and noticed a guy (@Zarkun) with a possibly concerned look on his face while watching the lacrima. "...hmm, who is he?"

Marlene Evangeline

Sasha seemed to be pretty stressed out at the moment. With this Time Lord looming over her and the two mages, she knew that there was indeed something going on. Yet she couldn't just leave them. She couldn't. Sure she had just met them like an hour or two ago, but still she consider's them comrades at the very least. Marlene's eyes begin to glow with determination to make herself useful for once. She's shown enough of her goofier side, and now it was time to show them her other more serious side. She puts her arm between Time Lord and Sasha, making herself a barrier between the two, all as her eyes began to glow faintly green. Even her arm slowly transforms into a pink quartz like state, ready to take any beating if Time Lord thinks about harming them.

"Sir." she address to the Time Lord sternly, "You're making my comrades very uncomfortable. I may've known them for just an hour or so, but I still won't let harm get to them. Please go the other way... NOW."

Marlene doesn't want to fight, but she will if she must. All for her newly acquired friends...

Marlene was... optimistic to say the least. Though not a lot was known about the time lord, he was almost certain that her crystal make magic wouldn't be a match for him. If his name was anything to go by, his magic would be to do with manipulating time, which would put Marlene, a wizard relying on physical created matter to fight, at a huge disadvantage. He put his hand on her shoulder. "Hey." He through a satanic glare from over her shoulder at the time lord. "I think you should leave." He grunted. Nudging Marlene aside. He fists shined brightly. "I don't know what you want. But my comrade does not wish to speak with you." he paused. "If you're that adamant you're going to speak with her. I'll give you a taste of how scary I used to be." His voice boomed over the whooshing of his magical aura.

Hikage Okumora

Hikage nodded. "Yep fifteen. Is it that surprising? To be fair the only hard part is getting them to share with each other, that's quite literally the hardest part." Hikage explained as they just about reached the shop when Mikey explained how he obtained the kitten and that she loved to torment Jack, Hikage would end looking at him a little surprised. "Jack? The Wizard Saint Jack?" Hikage asked as she opened the door and once they both entered she looked around the place. "So what was your first Guild job anyway? Was it helping clean up the town? Was it being a waiter at a restaurant? To be fair you would probably make a killing in tips." Hikage teased him a bit as she examined some of the cages they had for birds.
