Kei inherited her father's naivety. Outgoing and always looking for the positive, Kei can be abrasive to some, including her more reserved siblings. She's the closest with her father. Of her siblings, she is closest with Tokumei.【
History】
Kei is the third of Suishou and Shadan's children, boring less than a minute before her brother Morainaki.
Kei, even during the shinobi war, was always a bright and happy child. Her parents were actually grateful when she showed completely no talents compared to her siblings. In all, Kei would be considered an average child with a bright disposition.
However, it was precisely her disposition that granted her the powers she has. While on one of her summer trips with her father, Kei encountered a wild bear that attacked her while Shadan was off gathering firewood for the evening campfire. At a merely 11 years old, with only rudimentary skills at defending herself, Kei was helpless. It was this fate that brought Kei and Saegiru together. Unable to outrun the bear, and her father outside the range of her call, Kei froze against a tree in fear, crying for anyone to help her. Saegiru, a translucent golden guardian lion, rushed to Kei, bonding himself spiritually to the girl and manifested a powerful barrier around her. Despite as the bear tried, he could not break down Kei's barrier. The bear tired itself out, just as Shadan returned and was scared off (as the bear was smaller than Shadan and intimidated).
Once back in the village, Kei finally told her father precisely what had happened - or more accurately, Saegiru did. Communicating in unison with Kei, he explained that he had bonded with the girl in an effort to protect her from the bear, further explaining that he had once guarded a temple on an island far away from their lands as a part of a pair. However, when the temple was destroyed, as well as his companion, Saegiru fled the island and sought haven elsewhere. Saegiru explained that Kei's aura reminded him of his companion.
Kei was taken to Ayameko for examination. There, Kei communicated for the first time with the tree Yggdrasil, who recognized the spirit that now called Kei's body home. It was then, as well, Kei was given access to the Kyokujitsu no Hikari, a synthetic kekkei tota developed by Yggdrasil, Ayameko, and Chiyoko. She was told to return to the tree each day for specialized training as the direct assistant to the Sankage herself.
Kei's life has not changed much over the years since the incident and she continues in her role as direct assistant to the Sankage.【

Abilities and Special Traits】
Compared to her siblings, Kei would be the weakest of the individuals if she had not been chosen to be the vessel for the synthetic kekkei tota created by Yggdrasil and the being Saegiru. With them, Kei is nearly as powerful as her big sister Kasaki who is innately gifted in the art of ninjutsu.
Kei's unique trait, a gift of the creature Saegiru, is how bonded her chakra is with not only the creature, but itself as well. Unlike most beings, Saegiru does not boost the chakra pool for her to draw on, but does alter how her chakra behaves. This pairs with Kei's only trait native to herself - a natural skill with barrier ninjutsu.
Like her brother Tokumei, Kei has only basic training in certain shinobi arts. She is only slightly better than Tokumei had hand to hand combat, who, of the siblings, is the worst hand to hand combat fighter of them all. Additionally, she is unable to utilize Genjutsu, but likewise, many are difficult to utilize on her due the presence of Saegiru.
Kei has enough training in fuuinjutsu that she is capable of constructing her own sealing techniques.【

Description: Saegiru is a bonded spirit that makes its home inside of Kei. Saegiru, who is exceptionally close with Kei grants her the ability to use an advanced form of Katon and Raiton known as Shōmeiton [Illumination Release]. As a secondary effect, Saegiru's nature forms is highly 'bonded', making Kei's chakra hard to overwhelm and her barriers difficult to break. Unfortunately, this can make certain techniques more difficult to use - techniques such as most standard Katon techniques, forcing her to rely on her Yagamiton for any similar effects. Tsune Shōmei also manifests itself as an 'automatic' defense system for Kei in the event she is unable to do so by manifesting himself physically out of her body, typically as a shield. The final ability of Saegiru is his ability to assist Kei in molding chakra, which allows her to bypass the need for handsigns for a number of her techniques. However, both the types of techniques he can assist with, as well as the frequency on each technique is limited.

Description: The Assistant to the Sankage is gifted with a unique and powerful affinity to three elements, each of which creates a small "sun" made of the correspondingly coloured chakra around the user. Sshe is able to effortlessly keep all three suns of all three elements floating around her at all times. The first sun is made of Katon chakra, and glows with a brilliant orange light. The Katon sun, being made of pure Katon chakra, will burn whatever it touches and is able to utilise the power of Katon chakra. The second sun is made of Suiton chakra, and glows with a brilliant blue light. The Suiton sun's light nourishes those it comes into contact with, and has the power to extinguish Katon jutsu. The final sun is made of Doton chakra, and is a dull yellow. Its light permeates the ground and alters its composition, allowing the user to affect terrain. The main source of the Kekkei Tota's power is its ability to combine the various lights to blend their effects, as well as controlling vast areas of terrain with the suns. The user of this Kekkei Tota is able to use all three elemental affinities with great proficiency, by channeling their jutsu through the light of the suns.

This is useless against those that can stay in the air for long periods of time, but the moment contact is made with a ground, or other large physical object, they are stuck to it for about one second.
Weakness: The bolt itself is slow in comparison to many other techniques. The advantage of this technique is its ability to pass through objects that do not have chakra within them. Saegiru can only help with this technique once every 20 seconds.

The barrier itself is one of Kei's most efficient barriers, which has adaptive strength depending on the angle of attack allowing her to focus the energy of the barrier on those points. Weakness: Requires preparation beforehand or can only be used on self. If Saegiru maintains the barrier for Kei, he cannot help Kei utilize any of her other techniques. Those under the effects of this technique also are slower than normal due to the resistance from Kei's barrier.

Description: Similar to the Rasengan, Kei forms after a few seconds, then launches what looks like a sphere of light. These spheres have a 30 foot aura around them in all directions which pulses inward to the center of the sphere. This aura will attempt to pull those caught by it towards the center of the sphere, with the pull dependent on the amount of chakra put into the orb (this is also strongest the closer to the center). The orbs explode upon impact with a solid object, or upon Kei's will. Kei does not need to detonate the orbs and can merely suspend them in the air at any location within 30 feet of herself. The explosive radius of the spheres is dependent on the amount of chakra she puts into it and has a maximum of 15 feet.
Weakness: The damage of the technique is highest when an enemy is closest to the center of the sphere. Those caught by the outskirts of the technique will only minor damage. The pull of the sphere can be overcome by most Jounin level shinobi of decent physical capability, but will slow their speed within the confines of the sphere's aura.

Description: Kesshō Shōmei is one of Kei's 'ultimate' techniques. Kei forms a thin line of energy between her hand, or hands, and an endpoint. After a brief moment, the line will erupt outwards in a radius of about 3 meters. If she commits extra energy to the technique, she can fill an extra meter out with numerous arcs of lightning. The destructive power of this technique should not be underestimate and is capable of easily and quickly melting extremely thick steel. Kei can actually fire two separate Kesshō Shōmei at the same time, but halves the power and eruption range of the initial beam.
Weakness: Exceptionally high chakra cost, especially if used at maximum range. When using at shorter ranges, the cost of the technique is significantly reduced.

Description: A technique with multiple effects. The most common use of this technique is to temporarily release Saegiru from the confines of her body. Saegiru is a medium speed corporeal lion that is capable of even moving through the air. Kei can launch Shōmeiton attacks from Saegiru instead of her own body. Additionally, she can instantly transfer Saegiru to an ally within her visual range that has already been effected by one of her techniques and instantly raising a defensive shield around the companion. Unlike some of her other shielding techniques, this does not slow a person down.

However, unlike the Hyuuga, the chakra creates an aura around their body similar to Kagayaku Tokui-ten (radius is reduced to 20 feet). The aura presists as long as Kei commits chakra to it.
Weakness: While potent, Denryoku Sāji cannot be used on the same person within 30 seconds, nor can Kei preform handsigns while maintaining the aura (she can use techniques without them though).

Description: By placing copies of her three suns in an area, Kei is able to create an environment that provides the perfect balance of heat, light and nutrients for plant growth. This area can potentially be massive given an external source of elemental chakra is applied to each sun. This technique forms the basis for most of Kei’s plant-based techniques, and is vital for her contribution to Kyokujitsugakure. This technique is particularly efficient at increasing the efficiency of Mokuton-based techniques, such as Sankage Ayameko’s techniques.
Weakness: The technique is a stationary area that must be marked by placing spheres of chakra.

Description: Sōdai Shūsoku: Murasaki Taiyō no Hikari condenses a Blue sun and a Red sun into a single Purple sun. This sun shares both Suiton and Katon chakra natures, but does not carry the properties of either the blue sun or the red sun. Kei is able to give the sun to an ally, who may temporarily take it into themselves to gain both the Katon and Suiton natures. The additional natures last only for sixty seconds, however, and while an ally has the sun Kei is unable to use the individual elements lost herself (She can still use combinations of given elements, except the combination she has given away). Additionally, whenever the light from a Red and Blue sun mix, they transform into Purple Light. All allies within the Purple light are hidden from traditional sensing, and their chakra is completely negated outside of the light. Even the Byakugan and Sharingan’s sight cannot penetrate the Purple light. Enemies standing in the light, however, are harshly revealed and can be seen clearly by all allies.
Weakness: Giving elements to an ally removes the elements from Kei. The Purple light’s effect only lasts for up to 30 seconds in combat (indefinitely out of combat) and is somewhat chakra intensive. The purple light’s effects do not work on those that they have recently worked upon, equal to the amount of time that the light affected them.

This sun shares both Suiton and Doton chakra natures, but does not carry the properties of either the blue sun or the yellow sun. Kei is able to give the sun to herself or to an ally, who may temporarily take it into themselves to gain both the Doton and Suiton natures. The additional natures last only for sixty seconds, however, and while an ally has the sun Kei is unable to use the individual elements lost herself (She can still use combinations of given elements, except the combination she has given away). When Kei gains the sun for herself, she is able to use Mokuton techniques that she has seen before, but only if she is taught exactly how to perform them. This makes copying opposing Mokuton techniques impossible, and she is unable to truly learn any of them herself. Additionally, whenever the light from a Yellow and Blue sun mix, they transform into Green Light. All allied life within the Green light is bolstered by its presence. Life in the Green light will propagate more quickly, and individual cells are, with the application of small amounts of chakra, unable to die. When more chakra is fed into the green light, healing is accelerated to the point that wounds will naturally recover at a fast pace, and cells are able to reproduce at an even more potent rate, allowing organs to be developed should sufficient cells and chakra, as well as a medical-nin, be present. Enemies in the Green light have their natural healing reduced, and wounds become more severe over time as they remain in the Green light. This process, however, is mind-numbingly slow.

The Orange light burns unfriendly chakra and stamina at a frighteningly quick pace, and enemies who stand in it can be drained of potentially all of their chakra reserves should they stand in it for an absurdly long time (3+ minutes, at least). Allies in the Orange light, however, have their chakra bolstered by the chakra sapped from enemies, making it looser and easier to control.

In addition, the light from her suns can be polarised on the same level as defenses such as sunglasses, allowing her to bypass the defenses easily.

Description: Initially, Kei fuses all three of her suns into a single globe of white light. This white sun burns everything except Kei and her allies with intense radiation for as long as it exists, as well as combining the effects of all of the suns.
Eien no Hikari is activated by kneading a percentage of her total chakra into any of her suns, she channels its light into a devastating beam, 2 meters in radius and a mile long (at maximum range).
The ray of light’s colour and effect vary depending on the suns that Eien no Hikari is used with:
Red Sun - 10% - The Red Sun’s beam is a devastating torrent of heat and kinetic energy, knocking back and scorching anything that it comes into contact with. Few things can survive the Red Sun’s light for very long due to the heat exhaustion. However, the effectiveness of the beam rapidly deteriorates over time. Lasts for 10 seconds.
Blue Sun - 10% - The Blue Sun’s beam is much shorter than the other beams, reaching only half a mile in maximum length. The Blue Sun’s light heals all allies within it, as well as aiding their natural chakra production and manipulation for a brief period. All friendly chakra-based constructs in the beam are vastly empowered for its duration. Lasts for up to 30 seconds.
Yellow Sun - 10% - The Yellow Sun’s beam takes on the effect of dust release, but only affects buildings and the ground and such - humans are completely unaffected. Lasts for 15 seconds.
Orange Sun - 20% - The Orange Sun’s beam destroys unfriendly chakra at a much quicker rate than the light does, making it exceptionally dangerous for Shinobi to stand in. Lasts for 10 seconds.
Green Sun - 20% - The Green Sun’s beam accelerates the growth of all plants it touches massively, giving them such increased growth that they are easily able to grow to three or four times their normal size. Allied humans in the beam also receive a massive wave of life energy, immediately healing them quite considerably.
Purple Sun - 20% - The Purple Sun’s beam bends the light around all allies and concentrates it around all enemies, lasting for a significant amount of time after the beam has ended. Allies are completely hidden from all sensing techniques, as well as sight. Enemies are harshly revealed, becoming noticeable to anybody in the immediate area.
White Sun - 60% - The white sun’s beam kills all life it comes into contact with if contact with the light is maintained for at least 5 seconds. 7 seconds is required to kill people. The ground is left barren and scorched, all buildings in its radius crumble to dust and all water is removed from the area. This final attack dissipates the sun, and shows the true devastating power of Kei’s Kekkei Tota. Lasts for 15 seconds.
Weakness: Requires a period of intense preparation to merge the three suns. / Requires a vast amount of chakra and concentration. The user is immobile and unable to take any other actions while channeling the light.
