Marlene Evangeline & Samir Saron

Downstairs, Samir was already eating a piece of toast and jam when some new faces popped on scene. Two were women, the other a mere boy, or so he looked like one. With a friendly guester, she waves at them happily.

"Hey all!" she calls out, "Looks like I'm not the only person who's finally back from a long trip."

Weather they'd respond or not, she continues eating her toast happily. Shortly after, Marlene came down from her room as she approaches the counter to grab herself some breakfast for herself. She smiles at Samir and the others as she grabs a cup of orange juice.

"Feeling better Marlene?" Samir asked curiously.

"Totally, haha." she replies with a smile, "Whatcha gonna do today?"

"Watch the games of course." she replies, "I wanna see whats in store ya know?"

"As will I. Maybe even meet up with Sasha and Lazarus again too. Wanna come?"

"I'll try. But I also want to meet up with everyone else too."

"Alright."

As Samir finishes her toast, she gets up, gets her quiver and bow, and heads to the door. But before she could go, Jamie called for everyone to meet her downstairs.

"Welp, looks like I'll have to stay for a little longer."

"What does Master Jamie wish to talk about?"

What they did hear, was something NO ONE was expecting. Jamie was not only female... but she and Jarvis had a child which somehow got resurrected and stuff. The guild continues and was started on that very foundation. Family.

"Hmph. I figured Jamie was a female, but I never knew she had relationships with Jarvis and produced a child!"

Marlene was utterly dumbfounded, especially about the whole child part. This was around her 5th day here and now some deep level stuff has happened. What's going on exactly?!

"I never knew the both of things..." Marlene responds, "I guess I kinda figured about the whole female part... but the child? And the guild lives on all due to her?"

She sat silent while looking back on what her parents said before with a faint smile...

"Looks like my parents were right."

After that, Samir waves to Marlene as she heads to the arena early, while the other stayed behind to eat her own breakfast.

Dreadlin Nauss

Walking briskly past the crowds of people, Dreadlin makes his sudden debut in the city of Crocus. It's been a long time since he came into large cities such as this, and with so many people too! It would make him slightly uncomfortable, but thankfully it seems as if none acknowledge his presence. After all, he was a lizardman himself. He was going to the bakery and buy some bread for his last day staying here, with his hotel was several blocks south of him. Yet in his brisk walking, he seemed to be a little lost in the haze as he suddenly bumps into someone. Whoever it was, he seemed and felt big, enough for our character to get knocked off his feet!

"OI!" he barks with a heavy accent (similar to that of a cockney's), "Sorry 'bout that mate! Appears I wasn't watchin' where I was~"

But Dreadlin stopped short to look up at who he bumped into. Was he seeing things? No, he couldn't be! It couldn't be another of his own kind! And the scariest part is... he seems to recognize him! Several blinks later, he finally speaks up.

"G-Grane Falo?" he stutters slightly in shock, "I-Is that you mate?"

Rusty

As the morning sun beamed down on the city of Crocus, an odd sight could be seen walking through the city streets. A figure standing at about 6 and a half feet in height was making it's way through the crowd, it features hidden beneath a long black cloak. With each step they took, the harsh clang of metal striking stone could be heard, leading most to believe that some hardened warrior was making their way to complete some heroic( or perhaps, malevolent) quest. The truth, however, was that this hulking figure was lost.

Rusty had been going out for a walk with the man who had found him, an adventurous archaeologist by the name of Vincent, when a strange sound had drawn his attention. He immediately went to investigate and had found a small child crying over a broken toy, his parents attempting to console him. Rusty didn't understand why the small being was making such a sound, nor it's relation to the larber ones. He did understand, however, that sonething was broken here and his programming urged him to rectify that issue.

He'd bent down to take the broken toy, a stuffed animal of some sorts that seemed to have suffered the loss of both limbs aand stuffing. Ignoring the cries of protest the action recieved, he activated his magic, casting a a light blue Forge Sphere around the toy, suspending it in the aur as he git to work. His cloak would rustle as tool attachments left it's folds to deconstruct bits of material from the object to analyze before Rusty began to create and manipulate said materials, mostly cotton, to recreate some of the lost limbs, using the rest of the toy as a base of what to make. Within minutes, the toy was as good as new, but Rusty had no idea what to do with it. He'd stare at it for sometime when it was taken from his metallic hands by the small being, who spoke some garbled words Rusty didn't know befire wrapping it's arms around Rusty, than going off towards the two taller buildings. The small beings actiins confused Rusty, but he didn't dwell on it much, as he looked around to find Vincent gone. Unsure of what to do, Rusty walked in a direction and kept on walking in a straight line, which only succeeded in worsening the situation.

Just as Rusty was about to turn back, however, he came across a strange building that had a large machine roll into it. Curiousity taking over, he approached, only to miss the vehicle in it's departure. Watching it leave, Rusty noticed to his rught another small being that was leaking salty water from it's eyes and shaking before it seemed to fix it's internal malfunction, as it's frame steadied and the leaking ceased. As the being walked off towards the city, they'd suddenky find themselves lifted off the fround and brought face to face with Rusty, who would then begin to examine her eyes using his construction magic to get a scan of their body. Thus would be done by shining a bright light into the being's eye, and if he was able to complete the half-minute diagnostic, he'd have a blue-print of their eye, and be confused by the fact that there seemed to be no malfunctions in the being's optical devices.

Marcus Pyre

On he ran into the daylight, pursuit long since given up hope of finding the vagabond who had fled the scene. Marcus had no way of knowing that, which only made him run all the faster to.. where was he going? His mind wandered even as he continued to run through the streets in a rush to be free of his own accident and the subsequent consequences of being, AGAIN, fooled by those who would do harm. What would he give to help just ONE person in actual, meaningful, distr-

*CLANG*

Without looking where he was going, the big man had run face first into what he believed to be a building or even a moving vehicle! Whatever it was, it was sturdy and metallic. Fallen on his rump he touched his nose tenderly, eliciting a hiss of pain. Thankfully it was not broken. He began to apologize but suddenly realized what had, and was, happening.
A metallic.. thing was holding a defenseless woman in its metallic hands, the ominous blue glow clearly something awful! Without even thinking of it he drew his sword from his belt and quickly stood in an offensive stance, sword in front of him in both hands. "MONSTER! RELEASE THE WOMAN NOW OR YOU WILL BE PUT DOWN!"

"it was nice. But never again" Michael replied, and sighing, let his hair fall over his eyes, looking to Shujin when he spoke, blushing deeply. The quite Mage didn't say anything, not feeling like there was anything to say. Michael felt like he was already a success. He had a home. He had a frigging cat, and he had a steady income. To him, that was a success.

And he slouched because he was generally taller then people and it hurt his neck to look down. He sighed, "yeah. Although knowing Zephyr, a food fight is likely" he said softly, a little relieved when Shujin left, but seemed quite down as he tried to find some clothes.

jarvis

Jarvis frowned watching Karn go. Something had happened, but what? Jarvis didn't follow Karn, giving the shape shifting wizard some space for now, figuring he would try again later. But something was wrong, and Jarvis puzzled it over as he looked about, seeing Sayuri, bullet and Isabella. He gave them a wave, seeing Jamie with Cody, and Jarvis decided just to watch everything for now

collab between Jamie and Cody

As someone aprpoached Jamie, a new person, or someone Jamie didn't recognise, Jamie saw that they appeared nervous, and approached, adopting a calm reassuring manor. "Hello? Are you looking for me? I'm Master Jamie, guild master of Phoenix Wing"

"Umm Cody Bloodstein....James told you?" Cody muttered nervously as he put his weight from one foot to the other, almost looking like a silly dance.
"I...umm helped in that Marlene ordeal. And the Celestial Beasts." Cody briefly explained as his nervousness was starting to fade a little. Almost as if Jamie's demeanour was contagious.
"I want to join the guild?" It came out more as a question than anything else but nonetheless Cody bowed his head as one usually does when pleading for assistance or something. He probably looked like a fool but it didn't bother him too much.
Now all he could do was hope that Jamie accepted his request to join the guild.

Jamie smiled at cody, and said "Well, thank you for the help, then. Of course, we are more than willing to let you join!" Jamie said cheerfully, taking out the guild marker, "Colour and location?" She asked, holding out the marker, "We have a lot of new people lately, so later this afternoon, I'll bring everyone together, to make sure everyone's okay"

"Umm Red, palm." Cody replied in a sort of shocked way. He hadn't expected it to be this easy to join Phoenix Wing and felt rather silly for worrying about what seems like such trivial matters now. He was unsure how to react anyway as Jamie pressed the stamp on his hand.
Cody looked over the new mark on his palm with a sense of pride, admiration and happiness before turning to Jamie and bowing again.
"...Thank you. See you at the meeting." Cody said with as much respect and thanks as he could muster, and as he turned a thought occured. Should he show/tell Jamie about his magic? Cody decided against it as he probably could do it later, first things first Cody needed to go to the hotel he had been staying at before and get his stuff.

Jamie gave codyhis mark, waited a moment but that seemed to be all. She waited another moment before saying "is there something else Cody? You seem a bit preoccupied" Jamie smiled, and it seemed motherly, as she waited calmly for Cody to answer

Cody swallowed nervously. This had been the main reason why he had joined the guild after-all, so Cody slowly turned back around to face Jamie.
"Umm....my magic...." Cody hesitated as he looked at his hands. It doesn't work unless there is a degree of danger, so what he was about to ask might seem a bit strange.
"Attack me." Cody suddenly put his hand up towards Jamie, his eyes narrowing in concentration. This might be a strange way to do it, but his magic was purely defensive so he couldn't think of another way to demonstrate it.

Jamie blinks and shook her head, finding this to be a strange request. "I don't attack or fight my guild members, and certainly not right now. I've lost a chunk of my magic after all. Why do you wish me to attack you?" she asked, frowning slightly

Cody slowly put down his hand and looked at Jamie before looking back at his hands.
"Absolute Defence. That's it's name." Cody muttered before looking back at Jamie again "Lost magic, can't find intel anywhere." Cody walked over to a table and sat down at one of the chairs in a heap while looking at the floor.
"Capable of blocking or negating, not much else." He added with a deep sigh as a thought occurred to him once more. Absolute Defence's main form could only be used when in danger, but Absolute Shield could be whipped out at any time; he just couldn't attack with it.
"Absolute Shield, Activate." A fluid crystal coloured blob appeared in front of him and shimmered slightly, and as he moved his hand around it moved with it.

Jamie appeared thoughtful. "an interesting magic. Used,'most likely, in times of war, I'd imagine. In any case, certainly useful. You will just have to work on some offensive abilities. We have a number of Sword users in the guild if you are interest" Jamie said, nodding "and we can always look for more information on this magic too"

Cody looked up at Jamie and nodded his head a couple of times.
"Main reason I wanted to join...find more information on it. Find other wizards to help utilize it." Cody replied with another nod and was about to mention something else but froze when he realised that Jamie said swords.
"Swords?..." He trailed off in deep thought as images of the moth-person and butterfly knight came back to him, along with the sword which turned into a girl in his hands.
"....What were those creatures?" Cody asked as he remembered that they mentioned that they knew Jamie "The butterfly knight, and the moth-person?"

Jamie gave a shrug, "card beasts, mostly. Similar to celestial spirits but they aren't like that. They can control themselves as long as they hold their own card I believe. I don't know much. Would you like to confront them about it? They're downstairs in lock down, but again, that will have to be later"

Cody shook his head for no. Those things gave him the creeps, the way they just toy with humans for fun.....Cody clenched his fist. If he never saw them again, it would be far too soon.
"What do we have on dark guilds?" Cody chirped up suddenly as he remembered what he was about to say before. He also made a mental note to find one of these sword users and get them to at least teach him some basics with the sword.

The change in topic wasn't surprising and Jamie shrugged "we have a lot of information on dark guilds. It just depends on which guild you are interested in. Some it's been harder to get information on" Jamie said, "fancy coming a dark Mage Hunter then, Cody?"

Cody paused when Jamie asked the question. Him? Hunt down dark guilds? Not possible. He gave a light chuckle as he shook his head.
"No, wouldn't stand a chance.....Just a grudge I suppose." He sighed loudly as he rubbed his temples. He didn't know why, but even though he just met Jamie something about her just made him want to talk to her. About anything, whether it be a problem or not.

Jamie smiled sweetly, and said "I think we all, in one way or another, have a grudge against a dark guild. What have they done to you, Cody?" Jamie asked, taking the time to sit down, and talk with the newest member, not wanting something else to happen and another kidnapping occur.

Cody looked towards Jamie in an uncertain way before starting. He didn't want to talk about it, but it wouldn't hurt to.
"I don't know their name....all I remember is my parents dying and then....the entire world on fire. Even with the ultimate defense magic....I was powerless." Cody explained slowly as it started to come back to him. The memories he had tried to bury.
He clenched his fist angrily as he remembered the guild mark.
"I remember their mark through....It was some strange black lines which loop in and form a heart on them, and I remember a little girl in black and white bear suit." Cody added angrily as his clenched fist started shaking angrily "I hope those bastards get caught one day and rot behind bars." he pretty much spat out the last words in disgust. No matter how much hated he directed towards them, he still couldn't bring himself to hurt them. Some might call him soft, but he didn't care.

Jamie was silent for a few moments. She knew a lot of the guild members had unsettling pasts, and she wished she could fix them all. "dark guilds can be the worst things on this earth, but there are also bad people out there who aren't in dark guilds. We can look for this group, and find some answers if
You'd like, but I'd rather not have you go off half cocked for revenge"

Cody half-smiled at Jamie's words of reassurance.
"I never planned on going after them. I will only fight them if I have to. They're far too powerful for me." He replied with a small laugh "an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind after all. I would probably end up dead if I went after them. I know I will meet them again through if I am in a guild, and I would rather catch them and put them behind bars than kill them." he laughed again, this time at himself.
"Sounds silly doesn't it? Wanting to catch people who will try to kill you if you fight them? I just cannot bring myself to kill anything living." He shook his head at his own behaviour. He got up to leave, but before he left he turned back to face Jamie.
"Really thank you for letting me join....I feel better after that talk. But I have other matters to attend to, as I believe you do."

Jamie listened to Cody, seeming to muse for a time. Revenge was something Jamie knew well about, and she said softly "it's more satisfying knowing that the people that hurt you are behind bars then dead." she drew in a breath, let it out. "yes. I need to go get an energetic child ready. Go, talk with some of the other guild members as well"

Karn || Outside Phoenix Wing Hotel

Karn sighed softly as he stood outside, eyebrows furrowing as he paced about just outside. Trying to get used to walking properly, or however properly they do it. He watched as some people pass and he pressed his fingertips against his temples to focus and calm. Deciding to try and calmly think things through. Going over different scenarios and hypothesizing the outcome. His head hurt a bit. Emerald eyes blinking open, he looked around at the unfamiliar area. He was sure, he'd get lost if he went wandering. Maybe there was some kind of book store around here. Yes, that be satisfying. Studying, learning. But he didn't really have time to satisfy that idea.

Bloody catman left him with little information of the area and what was going on.

The blonde gave a grunt before perking up as he spotted a vendor with a few gizmos. He walked over, un-crossing his arms to examine a few.

"See anything you like sir?" the vendor asked, jumping a bit as he received a glowering glare from the small blonde. Karn clicked his tongue before resuming to look at the simple gadgets. Which he could only guess we're simple toys.

"These please." Karn answered, digging into his pockets and taking out some jewel. Eyes narrowing as he looked the Fiore currency curiously before handing it over.

Taking the toys away, Karn then sat on the bench and started taking them apart. Pretty soon, he had put them together to make what looked like a mechanical saucer. Having a pretty small remote, the blonde boredly pressed a button, making the just made trinket hover in the air, gingerly spinning about above his head.

"Weird." he muttered.

The tall feline watched Michael still seem depressed and the tall man hummed thoughtfully. He then smirked, crouching a little like a prowling cat. Moving closer behind the blue haired boy, the red head tickled his claws gingerly just under the other male's ribs. "No sad kittens allowed." he purred.

Cody sighed as he realised Jamie was right, he should probably talk to some other guild members. But he only really knew James from the guild, and he couldn't see him anywhere. He also knew a couple others names....Nolan and Ariel if memory served?
His eyes settled on a familiar appearance and Cody instantly recognised her. Heading over quickly, Cody got to the table she was having breakfast at and pause slightly. How would he talk to her? Well it was too late now, she probably had already noticed his presence.
"Umm...hello." Cody said awkwardly as he scratched the back of his head....what was her name again? Oh right Marlene! The girl who Cody had stopped from attacking the other girl...Ariel that's it.

Fleo Plector – Phoenix Wing Guild Hall

@Leslie Hall@Caits@YipeeXD

For a brief moment, Fleo was stunned. Did this guy really just say that? What an asshole! she thought, but what she said was, ”Hah, no...I'm not taking part in the games, um, not strong enough.” The declaration felt particularly morose when it followed Isabella's assertion of the dusty woman's talent. Fleo crossed her arms, a dry sort of smile replacing her usual beaming variety, and watched this girl use her mouth to silence her companion. Seeing that settled it in her mind: these two were kids, and though one acted mature they both appeared to have a long way to go. Fleo, however, didn't fault them for it. All too often she wished she could be the same way.

Ignoring Bullet's lack of humility, she nodded sagely when she understood why these two remained unknown to her. ”Months? Wow. I'd hate to be tied to a single task for that long.” Any leftover joviality vacated her as the conversation swung toward her bandages. By now, Fleo's lies came quickly and easily, so often had she used them. ”Oh...burns from long ago. It's mostly healed, but exposure to air inflames them. I'd rather not talk about that, though.” Her eyes turned to Sasha, newly-arrived, and the dusty woman appreciated a change of subject. ”Good morning, Sasha. I'm doing well.”

A few moments later, Jamie's grand announcement began. Fleo paid her rapt attention after she noticed that the guild master went to the trouble to set up a communications lacrima to Dragon Fang, and she grew progressively more surprised as the story went on. When she finished, despite the heartwarming tones in which the story had been told, Fleo felt a chill settle over her. ”Resurrection...” she breathed. Death wasn't something to trifle with. Jamie's statement of the price, her transformation magic, only invigorated the curious worry embroiling Fleo. While she resolved to be as nice to Samantha as she could, she couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. What Jamie mentioned about family also perturbed her somewhat. Was it bad that Fleo had only ever thought guild life felt more like a job? Was she missing something?

Mayt provided for Fleo another unfamiliar face, and she allowed the promise of another story to drag her mind away from thoughts of death and family. More wizards appeared by the moment, and after greeting Lazarus, ”Hi there, Laz,”, she recommended, ”There's a bunch of us standing around now. Why don't we take a seat? There's a big table right there.” She strolled over and put a bandaged hand on the back of a chair.

Cormorant Sanders – Frenzy Plant Camp

@Oblivion666@liferusher@invisible man@Caits@hatakekuro

A row of things lay before the eyes of Frenzy Plant's general. Some were bound and sedated, and some merely sat there, but all fell under his intense gaze. On either side of Sanders stood Jane Putcher, Demetri, Ange Bolganone, and Bytan Brass, the soldiers selected to guard this tent overnight and make sure its contents did not escape. On the far left, resting on a mattress, was the rogue wizard captured by Zander, Magni, Mercury, and Hyun the day before, the one who could allegedly manipulate the senses. In the middle, propped up on a stool, was a painting of one of the guild's newer members, Ike Riven, in kingly attire. Every time Sanders laid eyes on it, he felt a pang of regret that another moment had passed while his guild was unable to free its comrade from his painted prison. On the far right, covered in chains and held in a constant state of sleep by the Marsh Songs of Morimoto Tsubani the healer, were the Lovers. Overnight, Ludo had stopped by to examine the imprisoned Mystic Beast, and delivered a dire warning to the guild he favored: the Lovers shared pain, and when sufficiently agonized, they could create reality-altering anomalies to gain the advantage. Only after that omen had Tsubani stepped in.

Sanders turned and retreated from the tent, headed to the center of the camp. With the sun in the sky and the third day of games about to begin, Fiore's number-one warrior guild had risen. A steady clamor of conversation, cooking, mending, and other preparations filtered through the lake of tents, and smoke from fires wafted toward the heavens.

This peaceful scene did not capture the General's attention, however, as much as Xyster did. At the moment, the Dullahan had commandeered the main cooking area in the camp's center, dancing across wooden spits and metal cauldrons as she ladled a rich, creamy oatmeal to anyone bold enough to risk being splattered by approaching with a tentative, outstretched bowl. He observed, holding back a chuckle, as poor Nandy Rewman took a solid clump of oats to the nose and yelped. After laughing heartily, Xyster leaped down to help wipe it off. ”Oh, monster,” Sanders murmured, his eyes shining. ”You are not as inhuman as you think.”

Sayuri smiles at Sasha, "I'm alright. Yesterday was… Interestingly awful but I'm hoping today will be better," she looks around at the new voice and waves. She then turns and looks around at the people around and saw several people she didn't recognize in the group, "So I can see a bunch of people I don't recognize. Would you care to introduce some of them if you could then I need to talk to Jamie."

Damian chuckled and turned to get the teams together and moving. "It hurts, but it isn't bad, Master Jamie. Gonna take more than a fall in the tub to put me out." Turning to the gathered guild members, he let loose a high pitched whistle to get their attention. "Phoenix Wing teams, Master Jamie wants us at the Stadium early! Let's move!" He heads for the door spinning a blade around his finger.

Michael
@Silver Fox
"I'm not sad. Just...down" Michael said softly, squirming at the claws to his ribs, "Does everyone see me like Shujin seems to?" He asked, almost fearing the answer. He thought he'd been doing well, and now...

He sighed, and ran his hands through his hair once more, looking to Prince.

Master Jamie
@Zarkun
Free of Cody for the moment, Jamie glanced about, frowning slightly. There had been no comment from Master Jack, but then knowing Jack, he'd could even know be running this way. In mild amusement, Jamie went to the hotel's door, and looked out.

Sasha
@Lugubrious@Demous@yipeeXD
Sasha smiled at Lazarus when he approached, looking to Sayuri she said "Ah, well, this is Isabella and Bullet. They're been in the guild for a long time, and been on a job for a few months. Ah. Marlene is probaly around somewhere. I don't know that guy" She said, nodding to Cody, "It seems not a day goes by that we don't get a new member" She said brightly, looking to the others, and nodding at Fleo "Sure, but we best make it quick, since we have to be at the arena" She said, wanting breakfast before the games.

Gabriel

Gabriel silently moved through the camp, getting something to eat, risking the splattering oatmeal, he sat down, slightly away from everyone, and stared into his food. He ignored the lovers, not particularly wanting to interact with them in any way or form again. Why were the mystic beast so intent on doing this sort of thing? A question that revolved through his mind for a while.

He seemed unsettled, and that was exactly what he felt like. He looked up from his food, untouched so far, and looked over the others, the rest of the camp. It was, perhaps, the liveliest he had seen the camp. And that was probably thanks to Xyster's antics.

But it was...oddly peaceful. He set his food aside, and watched for a time.

Sugar - Crocus Train Station

Chewing loudly upon her gum, she moved the piece of candy around her mouth before blowing out a bubble from the bubblegum. Sugar was just about to pass some randomly placed statue before something rather strange occurred to her. "Eh?" Sugar mumbled out, confused as her feet ceased to be touching the floor and her kicking legs were now floating above the ground. She looked to the side of her body, and saw that someone had picked her up into the air by her armpits! What!? She's already being arrested before even entering the city! Sure, she might have caused some mayhem on accident due to her nature, but it didn't mean you could put someone in jail before they start causing the trouble. Angry, the bubble began to grow larger across her mouth as she was being turned to face the person that had picked her up. If she timed this right, Sugar should be able to blind the security guard and kick them in the stomach, that should be enough to escape this grasp. To be honest, she was like this before Master even got involved in her life, he just gave her new ways to trick people. Though, she shook away her grinning face before facing her assailant, and it was not what she was expecting... At all.

Just as Rusty's eyes made contact with Sugar's, she could immediately tell that this thing was not human. A blue light soon erupted from his face before blinding her for a second, and that was when she was fearing for her life. The growing bubble within her mouth expanded that would almost fit her fist within the bubble before spitting it directly into Rusty's face, hopefully the sticky substance would be able to blind him for the few moments she had to escape. However, just as the bubblegum popped in front of Rusty's face, Sugar placing both of her feet upon Rusty's chest to launch her out of the grasp of the terrifying thing, Amber suddenly jumped within the firm grips of the Rusty's arms from the sudden screaming. Her foot slipped, sliding off the metallic substance before she was just outright panicking at that moment, the little girl now just struggling wildly to slip out of the grasp of her assaulter.

Magni - Frenzy Plant Camp

Reaching to the center of the camp, everyone seemed to be doing their own little things to prepare for the day. He sighted the the circus display at the cooking area as Xyster almost eagerly threw food at anyone who desired food. Surprisingly, Magni saw the General walking through the area. It was strange to find a commander interacting with his troops on an almost personal level, but the Antimage has heard of something about the best leaders charge with their men rather than command from the back. Whatever, philosophy aside, the General was most likely here to check out the area since the camp had been attacked a bit more than one would think. Continuing to scan the area, he caught a glimpse of Gabriel, the one that had fought one of the Mystic Beast alone. An impressive feat, Magni would have to keep a closer eye on him for he barely even knew that he existed before that attack. He had the right mind to talk to him about his power, but just as he was about to move his stomach growled rather ferociously. Oh... When did he eat again? Well, he could eat later, talking to the General seemed to be more important then sustaining his body.

Quickly making his way over to the General, he stopped several feet away from the impressive man. Magni quickly saluted him, waiting just a couple of seconds before breaking away to ask a question. "Sir, would you allow me to interrogate the prisoner named Rune?" The Antimage's body was rather stiff while asking this question, Magni was pretty sure that this would be around the second or third time he has ever talked to the General.

Isabella Pinelli and Bullet
Early Morning - Phoenix Wing hotel lobby

It seemed that the lobby was filling up with strangers eager to talk to the new arrivals. Bullet wasn't the best at talking to people, so he was somewhat nervous. However he need only take a look at Isabella's expression of pure joy at every new and familiar face to feel confident once more. His partner really was in her element when around others. Perhaps that was what it truly meant to be a performer. Bullet's attention was brought back to Mayt, who was surprised that the young man recognised him.
"Of coarse I know about you. Isabella's a genius, so it wasn't too hard for her to dig up any information she wanted about the guild while we were away." Bullet listened to his story about the bandits, nodding his head. When Mayt finished, Bullet placed a firm hand on his shoulder and made a fist with his other hand.
"Don't sweat it!" Bullet spoke with a mischievous grin, "I refuse to believe anyone who made it to S Class in this guild isn't strong enough to annihilate me! You just gotta get mad, man! Make people know who you are! No one used to know who I was; I mean why would they? I was just a big mouthed small fry. But thanks to Isabella's brains and my uh... punching ability, the two of us are quite infamous 'round here." There was an odd glint in Bullet's eye. Something that shone with an angry determination of someone who had worked hard to reach where he was.

Their conversation was cut short by the Guild Master's announcement. It was surprising to hear the true nature of their Master's gender, but what was more surprising was the resurrection of the Master's young daughter. Bullet was happy that she was able to be reunited with her loved ones, yet he couldn't help his own thoughts drifting to another young girl he once knew. He couldn't think of her smiling face without remembering how it had been twisted in anguish. If he was given the choice to make a sacrifice and bring everything back to normal; would he? He remembered the years spent with Isabella, gritting his teeth in frustration. He would never give up those memories for the chance at a normal life with his sister.
Vera... His train of thought was interrupted by Mayt, who was already sounding more confident. Bullet grinned, cracking his knuckles as he took a step closer to Mayt. He stared up at the S Class with an oddly fierce look; yet the same child-like glint remained.
"There! Now you're talking! Man, be careful about saying stuff like that around me. You're just getting me excited for a fight." He folded his arms over his chest and looked over his shoulder back at Isabella. "Just letting you know; we don't do anything without each other. If it's a rule that only one person can become S Class at a time, then Isabella and I are going to become so amazing together that they'll have no choice but to promote us both. We do it together, or not at all!" Bullet was quite proud of his companionship with Isabella; and it was obvious to anyone that he thought very highly of her.

Meanwhile, Isabella was continuing her conversation with Fleo and Sasha. Sasha was going over a few various details about the S Class members. The young woman nodded, as if she was just confirming things she already knew.
"I expected as much! I can't believe we've had so many powerful additions to the gang. Bullet and I are going to have to step it up if we want to compete with them." Isabella giggled in delight, barely able to keep her hands still. "How exciting! I can't wait to dance with them!" In this instance, Isabella was referring to 'dancing' as 'sparring'. It seemed that Bullet wasn't the only one of them who got excited over testing their skills in battle. Isabella was also eager to tell the others about her mission, but it seemed that would have to wait as Damian gathered the troops, so to speak. Isabella waved to the participants as they gathered, silently wishing them luck for the final day.

Turning her attention back to Fleo, the woman told her about the injuries she sustained a while ago. Although she seemed pretty reluctant to speak. Isabella tilted her head slightly, a smile still ever present as she scanned the woman.
"It sounds like you went through an ordeal. I won't pry. You'll have to excuse me; I tend to be a little careless with other peoples boundaries. I mean no harm by it of coarse! I just get a little excited sometimes." Isabella laughed it off, but she felt bad that she seemed to have dulled Fleo's spirit with the question. She promised to make it up to her later. Breaking the silence, Lazarus appeared and addressed Isabella. Although, with his new attire and hairstyle, she didn't really know who it was until Fleo greeted him.
"Oh my! Is that really you Laz?" Isabella hopped over to her old comrade, scanning him from head to toe. She even lifted up his arms and began to practically probe him. "If looks could kill, right Laz? This new outfit of yours looks simply gorgeous! And that hair! Oh, I'm green with envy right now!" Isabella grabbed onto his arm with her surprisingly firm claws, nodding in agreement at Fleo's proposal.

"Yes! Let us sit! I want to show off Lazarus 2.0 to Bullet!" Dragging Lazarus by the arm, Isabella approached Bullet and Mayt. The way Bullet had been staring at Mayt, Isabella was worried that he'd try and tackle him to the ground at any moment. He managed to stay civilised though. They seemed to be having a good time. Isabella cleared her throat, catching Bullet's attention. Her young companion tilted his head slightly, squinting at the strange person that was beside her. He took a defensive stance before realising who it was.
"Woah! Is that you Laz?" His body language immediately softened, and the same old goofy smile returned. "Looking pretty slick there, buddy." Bullet would have gone up to him and offered a fist bump for old times sake, but his attention was yet again caught by Sayuri and Sasha. Not having the chance to speak to Sasha early, he waved the two of them over.
"Yo Sayuri! Ice Queen! What's up?!" He may have been a tad too loud, but by this point he was honestly just excited.

Isabella left them to their own devices, deciding to take a seat next to Samir and Marlene. She didn't know Marlene, but she knew Samir quite well. Giving her old comrade a hug, she happily began chatting away with the archer.
"Oh it feels so good to be back! Care to introduce me to your friend, Samir?"

Ferrin Astra

Blood. Its crimson stain covered the walls and floors. It enhanced the dark colors the room was done in. Blacks and grey with spidery red mystical runes in rows, giving the place a hellish light. A dasis and a pedestal, lit by a pair of twin blue points of light. A figure in a dark robe, chanting...knife in hand, raised as the voice rose to a feverish, thundering crescendo...an explosion and a dark monstrous shape, wrapped in shadows...pain and a great flash like a thousand burning suns and fire. Fire comsuming everything and a high pitched cry that sounded inhuman, climbing in pitch until it went beyond hearing...the world faded into a blood-soaked mist.

A loud, annoying buzz brought Ferrin out of a deep sleep. He groaned and cursed as he briefly considered smashing the source of his annoyance. He rolled and half opened one eye to glare witheringly at an odd contraption of gears and levers that made that damn noise. The object remained unwithered and seemed to ring louder. He wanted to smash it badly, but it had been a gift and he didn't want to destroy it. Besides.
He was strictly opposed to starting the day with violence.

Ferrin groaned even louder as he reached his left hand over to fiddle with the complex mechanism to shut it off, silently cursing his friend for purposely making the shut off so difficult. He finaly got the thing to shut off and he promptly turned over and pulled the sheets up to go back to sleep. The morning sunshine shone pleasantly through the window and interrupted what would otherwise be a nice nap. With an exposive sigh to voice his displeasure to the world in general, Ferrin sat up and got out of bed. He went through his morning routine in a haze. He got semidressed and stumbled to the baths to wash. A few minutes later, he was reclining in the nearly empty public baths, enjoying the hot water as it soothed away the sore muscles from the day before. He had his eyes closed but he was awake at last and wouldn't go back to sleep.

He thought about the events of yesterday and what could have gone differently. When Jamie was leaving, he had followed her, explaining that he had to be nearby to maintain the illusion. They had made their way back to the hotel that Pheonix Wing was saying at. Ferrin was a little reluctant to reveal himself, as that could lead to awkward questions, so he had gone in under an illusion as another random person. After leaving "Mithera" in Jamie's room, he had been given a room to himself, free of charge to stay in. He had promptly gone in, wound that mechanism that would wake him up, and fell asleep as all the magic he had expended finaly caught up with him. I had forgotten how draining my Aether magic is. He thought to himself.

Angelo groaned as he heard the loud whistle that Damien just loved to give. Apparently master Jamie wanted them to move out early to the arena, at this point Angelo was getting annoyed since he hasn't really done much of anything since he got into this tournament but hopefully with this being the 3rd day maybe he will get a chance to be a part of the festivities today. Each day brought new hope Angelo thought as he got up got a piece of bread then gave it to Mark before he changed. Once mark finished with his bread he got into Angelo pocket and they were off...

Sasha
[@Burthstone[ | @Zarkun | @YipeeXD | @Lmpkio | @Lugubrious | @Demous@Leslie Hall

Sasha watched what was happening, watching as Isabella dragged Lazarus over to bullet. Unsure of how she felt about that, Sasha followed. She kept silent, but looked to Bullet when he spoke. She flinched, an almost violent reaction, at the Ice queen comment, and it came crashing down on her why Karn's expression put her ill at ease.

It reminded her of Edo-Karn, as did the Ice Queen nickname, so casually through out by a guild mate, even though she had made it her own. Why was Karn looking at her like that? Uneasy, Sasha tried to compose herself, "Ah. Not much. I won my battle, sort of. You've missed a lot" She said, managing to keep her voice even, despite what was going through her head. "I doubt we'dbe able to cover it all in the time we have before the games!"

She managed a smile, and said "I imagine you ave stories to tell too! Maybe after the games, or during them, we can talk, catch up!" She said, deliberately trying to be cheery, and as if nothing was wrong.

Time Lord
@Crimson Raven

Time lord couldn't say that the last few days had been truly satisfying, but he had managed to gather more intel, wondering on the course of events that had happened, on some of the guilds. Finding out that Jamie and Jarvis were the once well known, well known because of their works with magic in a time were it was still considered evil, was something he considered a Jewel. And the fact that they'd dabble in necromancy to get their daughter back was interesting as well.

He had shujin on tap, and there was, hopefully, Sasha to help with discovering the island. He was one step closer. All his research, his own heritage, and he hadn't been able to find it himself. Perhaps it wasn't a simple matter of gathering information. Time Lord supposed he'd find out.

Now, Time Lord sought a relaxing way to start the day, and thus headed to the baths. He very nearly almost turned away when he saw Ferrin. "oh wonderful"

Samir Saron & Marlene Evangeline

(Earlier...)

"Hey all!" Samir calls out, "Looks like I'm not the only person who's finally back from a long trip."

After Isabella and Bullet's reactions towards the other members, the former eventually approached the Heavenly Archer, giving her a nice hug as she sat down next to her.

"Oh it feels so good to be back!"

"Ah! I know right? Oh, it's been so long!"

"Care to introduce me to your friend, Samir?"

"Ah sure!"

She then lightly tugs on Marlene's shirt.

"Hey Marlene! Meet my old friend, Isabella! And Isabella, this is Marlene, who happened to join just a few days ago.""

"Oh hello!" Marlene then responds to Isabella as she reaches her hand out, "Nice to meet you."

@Lunarlors34
Marlene Evangeline

Present

As Marlene was drinking her juice, he was approached awkwardly by one of the members. Unknowingly to her, she actually "met" him while in her rage yesterday. However, considering she barely knew anything about what happened yesterday, she couldn't remember him at all.

"Ah hi!" she answers in a friendly manner, "Whats up?"

As Marlene replied Cody was still unsure what to do, so he just took a seat opposite to her and fidgeted awkwardly. It didn't seem like she remembered him.
"Umm...Marlene right? I just joined the guild, Cody Bloodstein." It took him a moment to remember her name, but when he did he clicked his fingers and reached across the table to offer a handshake.
"I was involved in your.....umm episode yesterday." He smiled awkwardly, she didn't seem too bad when she wasn't trying to rip him limb from limb.

Grane Falo

Location: Domus Flau, Crocus

While looking at the view of the city, a passerby bumped into him. However, what really got his attention was the feeling of scales that brushed into him. Turning around, the Council Member was surprised to see the lizardman. "Dreadlin?"

"G-Grane Falo?" he stutters slightly in shock, "I-Is that you mate?"

The council member quickly scanned the area to make sure everything seem safe. He walked away and motioned Dreadlin somewhere with little to no people around that so no one could hear them. "It is indeed me, but what brings a lizardman like yourself to a city that is brimming with humans? I am aware that last time we met, you were more accepting than the others. But what caught your interest to travel outside your home? I doubt news of the Magic Games would reach back home or even spread since most didn't care about the affairs of outsiders."

@Lmpkio

Wes Gusto

Location: Crocus

It's a new day and Wes entered the city. The light of day could help in his search, but the shadows from the morning sun would only provide more hiding spots. He noticed as some people in the streets seemed to be preparing for something and wondered for a few moments until he finally realized. The Magic Games, of course. I remembered they were going to start at some point, but I never really kept it on my schedule. There must be various guilds throughout Fiore here... and Phoenix Wing is probably one of them as well.

He took a deep breath and sighed as he tried think with the crowd of people in the background. I can't let them bother me. Currently the mission is the priority... but someone in the guild could probably help. With that decision made, Wes slowly tried to find his way to Phoenix Wing's hotel.

Sayuri smiles happy to be around the livelyness of the guild. Even two days without was odd to her now even though she'd not been in the guild long. Her eyes brightened when Isabella mentioned a 'dance,' "I would love to 'dance!' It's been a while since I've actually had a friendly match! We could try sometime today if you would like. Though that should wait until after the games today huh?" She pauses, "Oh, I'm sorry I should introduce myself shouldn't I? I'm Sayuri Daughter of Masahiko. A member of the council. It's nice to meet you guys."

She turned to Sasha, " Oh before I go find Jamie did Ariel end up here by any chanve?" She looks around, "She kinda vanished yesterday morning and I spent most of the day looking for her. Figured I should ask."
