Name: Occus "Ox Wicken"

Gender: Male

Godly Parents: Odin, Hecate

Sphere of Control: The Supernatural, Youth, and Magic

Personality: It is hard to befriend Occus, as he is skeptical of most. When compared to the implicit loyalty of his minions- ahem, creations, the unseen motivations and unknowable thoughts of others are all the more apparent to him. This does not stop him from being friendly though, as the Youth portion of his Sphere keeps him involved with the young mortals, whose kind he deals with more often than most. He enjoys mixing with the mortals, particularly places filled with young people or cult leanings, and for a price he will grant gifts to those he likes.

Among his fellow immortals however, Occus likes his distance. He prefers to keep away from the affairs of his kin, disliking the permanence his interactions have. Among mortals mistakes are forgotten or forgiven quickly, and arguments can even end positively, it is less likely he'd be forgiven for offending someone who will live for eternity.

Ox is capable of acts of great good and great evil. However he has no struggle between either side of himself. He does as he wishes with no care for the morality of his actions. That does not mean he is uncaring or unfeeling though, a moving emotional plea will stir his heart and he values the opinions of others, leading him to do acts that would please them.

Sacred Animal: Cats

Powers:

Gifts of Power: Occus can give mortals supernatural traits, the chosen gifts are often of the three most popular supernatural beings of this time; werewolves, vampires, and witches. In exchange Occus will often take their soul as his payment.

Son of Sorcerers: As the son of Hecate magic comes easily to him, this is only reinforced with his father's own magical blood added to the mix.

His Own Rules: Reality warps under the inconceivability that is the supernatural. Things that aren't possible... well, sometimes they are.

Desired by All: Occus' Spheres are the most coveted gifts any could wish for. Youth has an attraction to it that draws people in, and the supernatural adds a dash of always-interesting mystery.

Weapons:

Blodsec: (blod-zek) A spear staff made from pure magic. Each end has a sharpened glowing orange crystal that sucks blood like a sponge. The shaft is dark and metallic with runic carvings etched into it. The staff uses the blood of slain enemies to grow more powerful.

Sorcery: Occus holds some sway over the elements thanks to his magic, but his true offensive might lies in complicated rituals or rune magics, practices that take time and concentration to successfully deal out. Beware the curses and blights called from the unknowable realms, a mortal might die, but an immortal will face eternal punishment for their offenses against Occus.

History:

Ox was one of the first born of the merging pantheons, ultimately leading his parents with the question of what to do with him. His father had little interest in raising a child, nor did his mother for that matter, both were far too interested in learning of each other's magics. Lucky for Occus that meant his parents stuck around each other for a while, allowing him a foot into both pantheons by getting to know his mother and father.

Of course that time would come to an end and Ox was forced to travel to meet with his father. He was quickly becoming a favored son, his love of magic brought him to his father's side in search of instruction. He was often found alternating between his mother and father as he absorbed knowledge from them both, but just as often he was found among the mortals. He loved the vitality and vigor found in youth and wasted large amounts of time with children, teenagers, and young adults.

It was through the mortals that his full powers over the supernatural were realized. Of rebellious teens and deviants of all kinds he found a hunger for power, for the unknown, and so he offered them their desires in exchange for their souls, essentially enslaving them to him for all eternity.

Necromancy was a power of both his parents, and Ox used it for similar purposes as his father did; to gain knowledge. That was not all though, for he also wished to meet his famous fallen kin as well. It was through conversing with the summoned shades of heroes long past that he first felt the call so typical of gods; also in true godly fashion was his peculiar interest, not only was it a man who caught his eye, but a dead one. Foolishly Ox offered the man his gift of immortality, but Hades refused to relinquish the hero's soul and banned Occus from reaching into the Underworld again. Heartbroken and furious, Ox had no choice but to give up on Greek ghosts, though the sting of the event made it unlikely he'd summon any ghosts from any underworlds again.

Returning his focus to his studies, Occus learnt more of his father's magic. Much like Odin sacrificed his eye, Ox sacrificed his heart to drink from the well. Now he is cold, and his skin is pale as blood no longer pumps through his veins, instead the hole where the organ used to reside was replaced with a twisted version made of magic and metal that is attuned to supernatural forces. Sometimes the Heart even speaks to him within his mind.

As his power grew, so too did his influence among the gods. It was about this time that he created Blodsec and began to accept blood sacrifices from his followers. He was soon approached by the goddess Aphrodite who asked him to gift her demigod daughter with eternal life. Occus went to the girl and made her his offer, which she gladly accepted, however when Aphrodite learned her daughter had become a blood drinking monster she raged at Occus for his mistake- and demanded he undo the curse. Ox couldn't though, for a deal was a deal and the girl had agreed.

Aphrodite went to Ox's mother then, demanding the powerful sorceress take Occus' gift to her daughter away, but Hecate's spell did not fully work. The girl's mortality was returned, but she was still a monster. To accomplish as much as she did Hecate had needed to destroy the girl's soul, which belonged to Ox. Furious with his mother for her betrayal, Ox began spending more time among the mortals, avoiding his divine peers as much as he could.

When the Merged began plotting rebellion, Ox was not immediately aware. It was later in the planning that his fellows sought him out for aid in the uprising against their parents. At first he refused, but when the hostilities began he had made a few enemies. His mother knew his power and feared retribution for betraying his sacred trust, various underworld and afterlife deities were angry with him for stealing souls from them, and lastly he had angered Aphrodite by corrupting her daughter.

It was his mother who dragged him into the violence when she attempted to curse him. He was an excellent student however, and easily escaped her magic trap. He summoned a swarm of magic locusts and commanded them to eat his mother alive, whilst he distracted her from afar with a curse to turn her bones to obsidian. The dark bones of his mother's skeleton are kept in a lockbox in his closet, the ashes of her consumed flesh were gifted to his mortal servants for use in their own rituals.

His mother was not the only immortal he slew during the uprising, the others' golden blood turned the red crystals of his Blodsec spear staff to a vibrant orange color, forever marking the weapon as a God-Slayer. Now involved in the uprising Ox used this opportunity to his advantage and destroyed Isis, stealing her magical power and hoarding her knowledge for himself. His servants, kept few in number for fear of angering the gods of the dead further, invaded those same gods' realms under his command. Many of them perished in the fighting, but their souls were forever chained to Occus' service, even after their bodies were destroyed. Their loss was not in vain though, for the armies of the dead were often defeated and Anubis himself died at Ox's hand. Dionysus was singled out as well so that Occus could gain dominion over the Satyrs and Centaurs, and though the god temporarily drove Ox to insanity he still fell to his spear staff, the Blodsek. Three of the Anemoi did battle with Ox as well, ending with the betrayal of Boreas, who had taken a fancy to Occus, the death of Eurus, and then Boreas and Occus' defeat at the hands of Notos and Aeolus. He spent much of the end of the conflict hunting his last kill of the war, aided by supernatural beings swayed to his side such as the Telekhines, Banshees, and Naga, their target was Tezcatlipoca, seeking to steal his magical might as well. In the end Ox needed the aid of Boreas to encase Tezcatlipoca in freezing ice so that he could use a spell suffocate the god within his prison. His final action of the war was to invade Hyperborea and establish it as his own realm.

Other: So much meaning everywhere! Yay! I feel so fulfilled! I never find suitable meanings for all the details, so this is fantastic! Occus is a butchered version of the Latin 'occultus', which is self explanatory. Wicken, the surname part of Ox's mortal disguise, is from Middle Low German and it means something along the lines of 'to bewitch'. The cats are obviously associated with Witch Familiars, so the sacred animal came from that. Blodsec, both parts are German; blod from blood and sec from sēcan, which became zieken which means seek.

The Greek Hero whose spirit Ox fell for isn't actually named. I just haven't decided which one it was so w/e. Another name I left out was Aphrodite's daughter, I'm just gonna say it was Elizabeta Bathory or however you spell it because that is kind of awesome yeah?

As for how this bestowing of gifts thing works; make a deal with Ox and get special powers! He gets the mortal's soul and the mortal can get their desired powers. Usually it's magic, though in modern times werewolves and vampires have grown in popularity. As for what kind of vampires, werewolves, etc, their powers and traits will vary a bit due to different interpretations of the mortals asking, but the weaknesses will all be the same. Sunlight, silver, and you get the idea. I wouldn't limit the supernatural to just those three though, there are plenty of crazy powers people desire that Ox would grant. I would limit the number though, while they could spread their afflictions around Ox doesn't like his creations unbound from him and as a vampire turned by an original vampire would still be a vampire, it would not have made the deal and thus still has its soul.

Supernatural creatures should be fine right? I mean we've got nyphms and manticores and all that jazz going on. And the soul thing is viable too isn't it? Like when Odin takes the best fallen soldiers to hunt with him and such. Except Ox takes them alive, and he asks them first and they aren't exactly warriors at all...

I hope it's alright I killed Hecate? :D For simplicity's sake I'm listing the gods murdered by Ox here; Hecate, Isis, Anubis, Dionysus, Eurus, and Tezcatlipoca.

I also hope I managed to convey a proper level of insanity consistent with mythology as we know it and gave it some modern twists as well. The fake Heart thing is inspired from Dishonored by the way.

Reese

Gender:
Male

Godly Parents:
Mother: Enyo (Greek Goddess of war and destruction) / Deceased
Father: Kratos ( Greek God of Strength and Might) / M.I.A

Sphere of Control:
War, Destruction, Strength, & Might.

Personality:
An often serious person taking criticism highly and acting on it violently. Reese is really prideful and doesn't liked to be looked down on. Very short tempered. During combat he tends to get a bit more strange, getting a kick out of pain and laughing uncontrollably like he heard the funniest joke in the world. Besides being a slight psychopath Reese finds respect in someone who cooperates and doesn't pull ranks causing him to be the follower of a leader.

Sacred Animal:
Crow

Powers:
Brute:
Reese has an unnatural amount of strength even for a god.

Absolute Wield:
Due to inheritance, Reese can master any weapon he's given, but because of his hate refuses to use a weapon besides his fist.

Absolute Berserk:
In battle Reese becomes a bit unstable, the more damage he takes the stronger he becomes. Pain is also a lesser problem the longer a fight between him and his opponent drags on. He can tire out or collapse from blood lost but when he's too occupied by battle he rarely cares about the wounds he suffers.

Weapon(s):
None

History:
The Son of a Psychotic War Goddess and a God of strength seemed like the perfect war weapon. That is if Reese didn't inherit his parents pride. Through most of his life he lived with his mother Enyo. A Goddess who was known for going into war with only a helmet and her weapon and coming back barely wounded with a victory. Of course Kratos was similar in reputation but since his disappearance Reese was left his mother. For years he followed her in battle along side her family, Ares and their siblings. For years he was never acknowledge of his accomplishments in the battles he was in. Always over shown by his mother. Enyo's spawn, little Tyrant, Mini Enyo, they called Reese but never his title. He soon gained hatred for his mother and tried his best to out do her, going into war armorless and weaponless. Still he was never noticed or acknowledge by his mother of his skill. When The Merge became a final decision Reese confronted his mother about the agreement she denied it. Enyo, a Goddess who held her own against Zues's army and Tyhpon's army wasn't gonna bow to her own son let alone agree that they are equals. Reese finally fed up with the high pedestal his mother stood on fought Enyo. They fought for 28 days and nights none stop until one gave up or fell to the ground dead. After almost a month Reese stood over his mothers corpse in a crater that was a result of their brawl. His knuckles worn out, cut, broken, and decorated with his mothers blood. Before burring his mother he took what was ever left of her helmet and wore it as a symbol of victory.

Other:
Reese is probably planing to kill his Uncles and Auntie to become the remaining God of War.

Clarice "Claire" Florence

Gender: Female

Godly Parents:

  • Mother: Terpsikhore
  • Father: Shalim

Sphere of Control: The Dusk and Music

Personality: Lover of music, dancing, and all around fun, though she seems laidback most of the time. She's a bit playful, and quick to joke around with just about anything. There are certain subjects that she would lead her to be either uncomfortable, or enraged. So, in a sense, she is short-tempered, but only on specific subjects of conversation.
Aside from that, she's protective over her younger half-sister.
She feels as if they have a twin connection, despite looking nothing alike, and being a year apart. She's clever at using her power, and understanding the nature of other powers, though she's even better when she's with her sister.

Sacred Animal: Cricket

Powers:

  • Dance! Dance!: Music-based manipulation of light and darkness (by music-based, I mean that the music she listens to controls it).
  • Move to the Beat!: Altering self-speed, depending on the music.

Weapon(s): Tazer, Knife, Pistol, Skateboard

History: Despite being born the child of two gods, Claire was more content with living and learning alongside mortals, particularly in their ever-evolving ideologies and artistic styles. That, and she really didn't like the thought of how her parents did things. She was born into adulthood, but forced herself to appear as a younger adult in order to properly learn among mortals without receiving looks of suspicion.

She instantly fell in love with the mortal thoughts and arts. Being the daughter of a Dusk god and a Muse, her interest particularly led her to night clubs, where she would find herself mystified by the curious music produced by the DJs. Claire initially lived with her parents, who were a bit outdated with musical styles, so her first experience with the music was almost like culture-shock to her.

Claire would devote many years to learning the history of music, and mastering every style and instrument she could find. By the time she finally found out that she had a sister, Claire had already become a successful DJ and composer.

When she met Yuki, Claire felt an instant connection with her. Though Yuki was scared of her at first, Claire did all she could to make her comfortable. Eventually, they would find common ground in their interests in the mortal arts of music and dance. Since then, the two have depended on each other to bring out the best of each other.

other: Here's a video of how I envision her power to look (not necessarily the same as everything the video shows)

Claire and Yuki's favorite song (also their theme song)

--------------

Yuki Florence

Gender: Female

Godly Parents:

  • Mother: Terpsikhore
  • Mother: Ame no Uzume no Mikoto

Sphere of Control: The Dawn and Dance

Personality: Yuki shares many traits with her half-sister. A love of music, dance, and generally fun activities. Though she has a lot more comfort talking about anything. Alone, she tends to stay reserved, saying only what she wants to say. With Claire, however, she almost becomes a whole new person. A prankster, a joker, a thinker- Yuki opens up her inner self much more easily with Claire around.

Though she was not raised to be a warrior, Yuki was taught how to defend herself. Aside from that, she had an eye, ear, and mind for detail over the nature of things.

Sacred Animal: Firefly

Powers:

  • Dance With Me!: Dance-based manipulation of the elements.
  • Dance With These!: Dance-based conjuration of weapons.

Weapon(s): Without using her powers, she hides a tazer and a tranquilizer pistol. With her powers

History: Unlike her sister, Yuki was born an infant. Though she aged into adulthood rapidly, she still kept an innocence about herself. One that her parents could not change or influence. Also unlike her sister, Yuki was raised by her parents for a number of years, rather than leaving them to be on her own. She learned many things through their guidance, and her mother, Ame no Uzume no Mikoto, taught her more than just old dance styles. She was not raised to be a warrior, but was taught how to fight using weapons, just in case.

She learned of the way of things among her parents', and then about her elder sister soon after. Though she hat bored no discomfort with the thought of her parents procreating with other gods and Titans, she did have a fear of how Claire would react to her existence. Yuki was afraid that Claire would be angry. That she'd hate her for being only her half-sister. That she'd see her as nothing more than a reminder of things she disliked.

When her mother's sent Yuki to Claire, it was the most frightening experience she'd ever had...until she finally met with Claire, that is. Yuki's sister was overjoyed, and it shocked Yuki to the point where she kept her guard up around her, in case it was all just an act. Soon, however, they would learn to love each other as siblings.

From then on, Claire would teach Yuki of mortal things. Such things would inspire her to style her own powers and fighting style after the creations of human imagination.

other: Thanks to Ame-no-Uzume, she knows all kinds of dance styles, from ancient ones long since forgotten to modern-day ones that everyone loves.

Also, her powers were inspired by stuff like these

Name: Jera Odinsdotter

Gender: Female

Godly Parents: Odin and Minerva.

Sphere of Control: Knowledge, Wisdom, Battle, Frenzy, Strategy and Magic.

Personality: Somewhat calm and collected, but quick to anger and ferocious (if not outright terrifying) in battle.

Sacred Animals: The Raven and the Owl.

Powers:

- Battle mastery. Possesses the knowledge to masterfully wield any weapon, even the weapon that is the human body through the use of various martial arts.

- Strength, speed and stamina/endurance that exceeds even godly standards.

- Exceptional learning and memory abilities.

- Strategically analytical mind that analyses any battle situation and searches to for the best possible outcome through openings or weaknesses.

- Eye of Odin, Eye of Medusa. Inherited Odin's ability to see vast distances. Similarly, much like Minerva's shield, Jera can use her eyes to petrify or momentarily paralyze her opponents. Her gaze can also induce crippling migraines.

- Berserker frenzy. In battle, in moments of madness or after sustaining considerable damage, Jera can fly into a rage of bloodlust, seeking any and all weakness and opening to tear apart friend and foe alike. Pain and fatigue cease to register and she will fight to her last drop of godly blood is spilled. This will continue until she is calmed or regains control of herself.

- Magic user. Having resided in the minds of Odin and Minerva, Jera has more than an education in what they know, she was actually a part of every thought and memory. As a result their knowledge is her knowledge, magic included.

Weapon(s): Whatever weapon she can find, but prefers to use her fists and feet.

History:
After a night of drunken revelry between Odin and Minerva, Odin found himself with a headache that would could not be cured. Unbeknownst to the all-father, he was pregnant with the child of the godly union who was in the process of educating herself based on all the knowledge the norse god possessed, practicing combat within the confines of his mind which was causing the severe headaches.
Upon realizing what was happening, Odin struck a deal with Minerva and, using their combined knowledge and magic, transferred the infant Jera into the mind of Minerva, where she spent the second half of her development, similarly absorbing the knowledge Minerva possessed before the two god met once more to "birth" the child, who emerged almost fully grown.

Initially, Jera was raised and schooled by Minerva, but as her formative development had been in the mind of Odin, she had little patience and a lust for battle. While she was a terrifically gifted student, it was not long before she was sent to study under her father. Raised and schooled by the fallen warriors of Valhalla, the norse gods themselves and the valkyries, Jera continued until the routine began to bore her. There was no risk to the battles of Valhalla if all wounds were healed the next day.
Looking down on Midgard, the land of mnn, she saw wars, battles and conflict that shaped history, cultures, societies and ultimately, the world. Because of this, she descended into the world of man in search for excitement and battle.

I would like to join again:

name: Anatole
gender: Male
godly parents: Chernabog, Echidna
sphere of control: Monsters, Chaos, Mischief, The Sky, Magic
personality: Anatole is a quiet, reserved, regretful but kind and compassionate deity. He's not necessarily polite, but he USUALLY is. He can get rude and downright hostile if he's continually chided for his parentage. He has morals and ethics from his mother's side, and ironically, even though she was also bestial, if not evil, he's a moral and ethical person in his own right.
sacred animal: The Bull, A Rainbow Snake
powers: Anatole is physically one of the strongest gods. He's by no means the fastest, but he's supernaturally durable, and capable of magical powers that reproduce other god's powers (to a much lesser degree), he can transform into a dragon monster with many heads, like a hydra, and he is supernaturally intelligent. His magic is, although reproducing other powers of other's through inferior emulation, also conjures incredibly powerful illusions which aren't weighted down for being another god's purview. He is also extremely good at the powers of wind, rain, and thunderbolts. Also, many powers you think that an ultimate evil god has, Anatole probably has, although not all.
weapon(s): Anatole possesses a "legendary" staff of magical power. Some say it's the Rod of Aaron, others say it's a magical staff Merlin used during the early Middle Ages. In reality it's a possession that Anatole created through pure force of will, alchemy and enchantment in the year 1900. This staff increases the wielder's control over magic. ((Anatole's magical reproduction of powers is still inferior to other god's own purview but it allows Anatole to seem to be omnipotent to those who aren't well versed in the supernatural world of gods high immortal beings)).
History: Anatole was born long ago, despite his young appearance. He is suitably creepy and frightening because of his voice, his attitude of "superiority" is because of his decision to distance himself from innocent people who could get hurt because of his affiliation with his parents and his past. In 1860, Anatole considered himself an embryo. Even in his first seconds of creation he was self-aware. He was a dark child, unwittingly and also willingly causing harm to many innocent people. Eventually, Anatole decided to turn towards more benevolent deities, becoming a sort of supernatural executioner or mercenary, depending on your point of view. Anatole's decisions to do good, to support good aligned deities instead of opposing their will, and supporting Humans earned him a Human's rewards in life. Anatole, thus, is insanely regretful for his past.

name: David Ron Shepherd
gender: male
godly parents: Ceridwen, Cernunnos
sphere of control: Magic, The Wilderness, Wisdom
personality: David Ron Shepherd is a powerful deity focused on magic and knowledge. The Wilderness is no stranger to this deity. Thus he is constantly studying his books, practicing magical spells, forming alchemy recipes, or spending time with animals. He speaks with animals, or even plants and the wind, if not the earth. However he is not a social pariah, even though he loves the wilderness. David is very young, in fact, only eighteen years old. He is constantly reading books, if not reciting or learning poetry, he is learning something from somewhere.
Although he can be very emotional, he can and has throttled bullies and trouble makers to death with his bare hands, sometimes in defense of others, or sometimes if they try to murder, or kill him.
sacred animal: The Stag, The Owl
powers: David is an extremely strong and intelligent wizardly teenager. He's eighteen, but he is immortal and enormously powerful beyond the scope of Humans to understand his powers. He is not as good at illusions as Anatole but he is better at reproducing potions which offer one shot spells. He isn't as strong either but his ability to supernaturally sense certain things in knowledge is even better.
weapon(s):
The Cauldron of Ceridwen. . .
Due to possession of the Cauldron, David's supernaturally good alchemy and potion making is better than any other deity's.
History:
David was born eighteen years ago. He was a peaceful child who became quite strong at a very early age. In fighting back mildly against some bullies at thirteen, he accidentally killed three boys who were taunting him. Sent to juvenile hall, he was released three years later and learned how to be in society as a gentle soul. However, he eventually went insane with being unable to fight back and ran from home, living as a hermit in the modern world, wandering from place to place. He visited many "parents" bringing happiness to people after staying for three months with each pair, such as curing infertility, extending life spans, curing diseases, or even sharing magical secrets from his talents. Finally, at the age of eighteen he has considered himself independent enough to live his life without parents.

name: Landon Crane
gender: male
godly parents: Aisoyimstan, Mahina
sphere of control: Cold, Darkness
personality: Landon's powers are very powerful, but unfortunately unreliable for himself. Having such an expanse of powers that couldn't be used for himslf have put him in a confusing position. He would use his powers to help himself and others as he sees fit, but due to his mother they tend to only want to respond to others needs of them. Feeling like he was destined to be used and controlled has given him a bitterness against everyone, but as fighting them is completely useless he tends to just go along with the flow. He is very smart and wise, but often dark in his thoughts as he cares for no one. He can still be jovial and witty once he opens up, but that's just him suppressing his bitterness.
sacred animal: Walrus
powers: Landon has very strong control and manipulation of both cold/ice and shadows/darkness. Unfortunately the full strength of these powers can only be brought out at other's request. Few know this and Landon doesn't like to tell anyone feeling he'll just be a tool for their use afterwards.
weapon(s): Landon makes due with the various weapons he constructs on the fly. Spears are a favorite projectile and Swords are favored in melee situations.
History:
Landon is currently twenty-seven, and grew up with a foster family in Washington. He found out about his powers at a young age and tried training them on his own. Not having anything to compare his powers with, he was content with the growth in his powers. That is until he met a demi-god that threatened his siblings on the way home from school. He realized he was still very weak as he couldn't do anything to save his brother, but he found a surge in power as his sister cried for help from him. He tore the man apart and saved his sister with his new found power. Afterwards he tried to find that same power and became frustrated as he found he couldn't. One day he met his wandering father by chance and learned of what his mother did to him. Having lost her love, she "cursed" him with the need to help others, stunting his powers until someone unlocks them.

"Knowledge is what people die for. The mortals fought wars over knowledge and they won those same wars with knowledge. So do think twice before you underestimate me."
Galahad Cross
Male
godly parents:Athena the Greek Goddess of Wisdom and War and Lir, the Irish God of the Sea.
sphere of control: Knowledge and Water
personality: Galahad is cocky, arrogant god who values intelligence above everything, much like his mother. He takes any insult rather personally and is quick to anger, much like the sea. Despite his temper, he is friendly and playful, a jokester all the way. He enjoys consorting with mortals, and can often be found running around on Earth, in a public library helping to tutor those who need it, or maybe out on the sea.

sacred animal: Otter

powers: Galahad has the ability to implant knowledge into anyone's head, as well as take knowledge away, although this is much harder to do with gods. He can also control water and use it as a weapon.

weapon(s): A sword that looks to be made from water. This is the weapon he used to defeat both his parents. He has named it, Aequor.

History: Galahad's early godhood could not have been happier. His parents loved him, and each other. His father taught him to control the waves, and his mother taught him how to read, and to hold a sword. He could always be found in the Olympian Library, reading or running through the bookshelves, waving around a gilded sword. When the other Merged gods rose up against their parents, Galahad hesitated. He had no reason to fight his parents, and no desire to. The others convinced him to join the fighting, although some still refer to him as the God of Waiting, and after a lengthy battle with his mother, one that tested both his sword skills and his wits, he confronted his father. His father fought harder than Galahad had expected, and he was forced to kill him, an action that still haunts him to this day.

Name: Aforgomon, the Dimensional Shambler

Gender: Useless

Progenitors: Yog-Sothoth and Aphrodite

Sphere of Control: Space, expedition, dreams, insight

Personality: Simply put, Aforgomon is beyond human. Nevertheless, remotely human qualities can be observed from it. Aforgomon is curious, always eager for new and interesting knowledge, and to experience new things. It allocates no care whatsoever to the feelings or judgments of mortals or gods, except to take delight in shock, disgust, and horror. However, Aforgomon is subtle and passive, not eager to fight, and less eager to obey others. Normal godly concepts like worship, pride, and sovereignty do not interest it. It is unpredictable, capable of inventing new rules or disregarding old ones on a whim; perhaps its inner workings are merely beyond even divine comprehension. However, it does seem to be driven to observe the dreams of different people and gods, and to devour them.

Sacred Animal: Slug

Powers: Aforgomon displays a unique form of dimensional incongruity. It exists on multiple dimensions simultaneously, never culminating its full presence in a single one. When only a small amount of its presence is devoted to a dimension, only parts of its body appear, and in the form of warped, brilliant light. More solidified presence appears from tears of light hanging in the air that act as crude portals. Aforgomon can open portals of light anywhere in its vicinity, that transport whatever enters them from any angle smoothly into a dimension of its choice. As long as a single light tear exists in an area, Aforgomon can sense everything within it. Aforgomon wanders between the infinite dimensions, exploring and gaining knowledge that reflects upon dimensions like this one. It can bring things from other dimensions as well, including monsters and even alternate versions of existing creatures. In short, it can teleport, fade in and out, and summon creatures to fight for it. To normal people, Aforgomon is totally invisible, but through madness one can capture a glimpse of its true visage.

However, Aforgomon's choice of taking parts of others into dimensions can also apply to the spirit. It can sever a being's mind from its body with a light tear and place it in another place or dimension as a dream. Though Aforgomon whispers in an unknown, alien language of the cosmos, these whispers are remarkably persuasive. Rather than speaking, if it even could, Aforgomon seeds grains of knowledge into the minds of others, even gods, so that they intuit what it wants to communicate. One final cast of abilities is Aforgomon's affinity for dreams. It eats dreams, particularly nightmares, to gain more insight and make itself more powerful. Even the dreams of other gods can be consumed, taking the form of a prismatic paste, and Aforgomon can regurgitate this insight to craft elements of the eaten dreams from light, effectively turning imagination into reality.

History:

Other: As evidenced by its history, Aforgomon killed its 'mother' Aphrodite, who served as the living egg in which the fragment of outer space implanted in her by Yog-Sothoth became a living being, drinking in the dreams of the gods and growing to maturity in her swollen body. Hephaestus, who first witnessed Aforgomon, fled Olympus to live the life of an ordinary human on earth, far removed from the gods. Look upon its manifested form

name:Alec
gender:male
godly parents:Anubis and Venus
sphere of control: death, love, spirits
personality: sarcastic and onrey with a tendency to actually be nice if you get to him...he's a mess
sacred animal:ebony jackal
powers:
shifting (three forms: human, jackal, and what he likes to call his 'God form' pics will be included)
Death touch (works only on mortals and plants weakens supernatural affects eye sight in gods)
Energy vampirism (weakens gods, severely injures supernatural and gives him more power for a short amount of time.)
Beauty (he can make the individual incredibly beautiful...which can be switched if the individual does something considered evil...then they become hideous...think what happened to medusa)
Statue control (he can control statues that are of Anubis and full body...because animating a bust of Anubis would be kind of pointless)
Peace weapon (like his mother he can transform weapons of destruction into something peaceful..he can also turn them back if asked...or he feels like it)
Arousal (he can bring out lust...passion...or arousal in an individual which can cause a variety of reactions depending on the individual)
Teleportation (he can teleport to places where he has been like Olympus...or the Egyptian underworld and pretty much all of earth)

weapon(s): two handed scythes and a black whip
History:
To understand Alec you must first understand his parents.
Oddly opposites did attract in the case of Anubis and Venus. Of course both didn't feel fully right about so it took them awhile before they fully got together. This resulted in a child. For Venus this brought around horror since Alec was born with a jackal head like his father. Because of this horror she tried to be rid of him. Instead Anubis took him in and taught his son everything about his realm. Alec grew and discovered his human form. With his human form he found his mother and basically rubbed it in. She took this...badly so to speak. So really after that moment they never spoke again. So if he has any other powers from his mother he does not know of them.
After Anubis was killed Alec has taken over the tension of weighing the hearts of those that died and taking them where they need to go. Now a days though he tends to wander. Finding that he enjoys being among the humans.

Fire-Bender: Flames heed his beckoning, lashing out at his command.

Hera, Ares, Artemis, Hephaestus, and Poseidon numbered his Greek victims. Ra, Osiris, and Sobek fell in the Egyptian theatre of war. And his father, Kresnik, as well as Perun and Mokosh, from his paternal Pantheon were his only other kills.

His Sphere as a god of compulsion is hidden even from himself, he is seen as only charismatic and logical in regards to his successful persuasive abilities.

They also competed violently against each other until only Amgarrack and Tezpadam remained. Tezpadam was the deity of manipulation, sickness, and evil incarnate. His subjects in the mortal realm pleaded for Amgarrack to slay him so they could be free of his vile ways. Unable to resist loyal believers, inevitably Amgarrack did as they willed and slew the dark god. Not long after a being rose in opposition of him once more, representing the resurfacing flaws of the mortals, but Zeltrax was conquered as well. Though he did not die as Amgarrack believed he had.

Under it's guidance the mortals flourished in every aspect of life and reached for the stars together. It was only natural they would take Amgarrack with them.

Name: Boreas

Gender: Male

Godly Parents: Hyperion, Theia (idfk?)

Sphere of Control: North Wind, Winter

Personality: Boreas is usually a cheerful person, quick to be amused and quite forgiving. He is described as spontaneous, acting on impulse, and he is known to be quite brilliant, not quite a god of wisdom, but still quick on his feet and able to come up with ideas and solutions others were unlikely to find.

Sacred Animal: Horses

Powers:

Wind Caller: Boreas wields the powers of air, buffeting enemies and achieving flight on large purple wings.

Cold Bringer: Snow, ice, and all things cold form at his command. Winter is his domain and frost will form at his beckoning.

Weapon(s): None of note.

History:

Boreas was sent to fetch Occus by Hecate the first time he snuck down into the mortal plane to play with the young of Humanity. Over the course of his upbringing Boreas was called again and again to retrieve her son until Occus began returning on his own before the wind god could find him. Occus would still seek out the god in Hyperborea at times of boredom for his expertise in cold magics. They forged a small bond, up until Occus' withdrawal from the deities. The friendship rekindled when Occus joined the uprising and protected Boreas against the Merged attack on Hyperborea. Under Occus advisement, Boreas and his three children; Khione, Zethes, and Calais, joined the Merged. They fought Boreas' brothers Eurus and Notos, while Zephyrus stayed out of it. Eurus was killed but the battle ended in defeat due to the intervention of Aeolus. Boreas would aid Occus in coming battles throughout the war, and then resettled in Hyperborea, now Wickedeisos, with his children, at Occus' side.

Other: Boreas has two sons, Calais and Zethes, as well as a daughter, Khione. He has at least one living brother; Zephyrus, and one dead one; Eurus. The extent of his relationship with the young god of magic Occus is unknown to most, though their friendship is recognized as the reason he joined the Merged.
