Bringing down the hammer to the anvil heavily Bayen beat the glowing cherry red piece of bronze to the shape he wanted. Which was a semicircle, it was rather flat but he folded it over to the center making it look much like a petal. When it had the perfect shape he pressed it to several other pieces that appeared the same, but were different sizes and twists. When the actions came to a close he set a saphire to the center, the flower resembled a geocentric carmilla that was fresh as spring. Even though he knew it thrived in the heart of winter, to bring life to it he frosted it with melted bronze making sure that it had perfection as much as he dared with his human hands.
For a while after he rested, this thing he did not brand his own. However he did inscribe on the bottom 'Leo' so that it might seem more personal. His soot blemished hands brought a mug to his face partaking of wine that he had been awarded, it was a time of celebration to him. As his mastery had most definantly grown to the next stage, chewing a on bit of bread he proudly admiried his chilled work. He sighed with questions buzzing around his mind "I most certainly enjoy the looks of it, but will she?" his pondering met his lips gently, hesitantly. For deep in his heart he knew that anything he gave to her that he molded with his talents would be loved, though closer to that of a mother taking a finger painting of a very young child.
It was slightly frustrating that anything he did awarded him with the response that be fitted an animal doing a set task. Good boy. He shook his head slowly and set the piece of jewelry down, this was a two fold attack. The first was to gain acknowledgement for his rapidly growing talent, the second intended of a more tricky nature. He planned on asking for iron... Knowing of its volitile nature he expected little. He had been of pure intentions planning on giving Marzanna the curved dagger he already planned on making... To a certain degree he simply wished to sing iron into a form, his mind rolling the details around picking ideas up like a snowball rolling down a fridged mountain.
Leaving the coals aglow the youthful man stood to wash his face and change attire, taking off the leather apron and long sleeved tunic he washed himself down with a wet rag. Afterwards replacing said items with his dress shirt and formal coat, he rather enjoyed the blue hues that he surrounded himself with. Although not quite as much as the steel saber that adorned his hip, to others around him such a thing was wasted on him. His practice was not lacking, he simply spent a larger quantity of time with his momentary passion. He sighed inwardly unsure as to how the next few hours would be spent "I wonder if she is home?" He inquired to himself anxiously. He most certainly thought of the winter court to be home, while it was not quite the warmth he wanted from those around him. He knew that his boredom would never grow, and that words were things to play with more than to truthfully deal straightly.
Of course with the time never having meaning to Bayen he cared little of how long, but everything had been gauged by how well he spent that time. As well as the productivity he gained from his actions. Never leaving his room he travelled to the frozen palace through a gateway from his closet. Knowing how his Queen hated the fires he had begged a fair time ago that he would receive a forge a distance away from the castle. Given that he had been a human a few protested in secret that nothing good would come from his hands, and he fully intended on showing them up. In secret of course, for proving any little thing to them would be a petty reflection of his character. He justly wanted to grow, things he gained for himself were by his hands and sweat alone.
After feeling the tug of gravity pulling him foreward, almost as though he was being rushed forward with great intensity, he graciously stumbled into the kitchen narrowly avoiding a cook "Many apologies, I have still not found my teloporting sickness medicine." He stated bowing a slight amount. Calmly he took lengthy strides to the Hall with high thoughts of hope, these included seeing Marzanna for the first time in a month. As he had been squirreled away in his own little space for some time. His mind did not include the peace meetings easily, but since he could not find her any place he assumed it must be important for her to be gone. Tapping one foot he craned his head with a thoughtful look checking mentally where else she might be "Well, I wish her the best of luck to any adventure she might take up." He languished briefly to himself.
