Name: Roy Mustang

Gender: Male

Personality: Will often act in an ostentatious manner, and appears to act only out of self interest. Will procrastinate in much of his duties, but if there is glory and military notoriety to be gained he will be first in line to take action. He is notoriously manipulative, and often thinks forward several steps. He also acts to be a womanizer.

However, while these traits do have a place in his real personality, much of his outward persona can perhaps be considered an intentional façade perfectly designed to cause those unfamiliar with him to underestimate his remarkable intelligence and ability. Mustang is an exceptional tactician, well-versed in various strains of combat theory and particularly talented in the realms of surreptitious information-gathering, covert operations and enemy ensnarement.
At the core, he is a remarkably devoted commander whose primary focus and personal duty is to his friends and subordinates. Though he hides it well behind a veil of cynicism and self-importance, Mustang is a man who cares deeply about the people who trust and support him and goes to great lengths to ensure their safety and well-being, even at the risk of his own. As a man with considerable power, Mustang considers himself a protector to those without and acts accordingly, earning the staunch loyalty of his most trusted compatriots.

Bio: See above link for full bio. Roy came to join the multiverse when he and other high ranking alchemists were attacked by unknown assailants, that turned out to be from another universe. Roy Mustang joined the fight in the multiverse because he imagines that this will significantly increase his prestige and standing back home. He is currently arguing his currently assigned rank of Lieutenant given he was a Brigadier General back home.

Abilities: Flame Alchemy: He isn't known as the Flame Alchemist for nothing, his abilities on the battlefield with his namesake combat style are legendary. His ability to conjure and control Fire is most commonly used in combat.
Ignition cloth gloves: Due to second nature it is for him to use them for Flame Alchemy, Roy Mustang uses his Spark or Ignition Cloth Gloves as his "focus" to start and control his flames.
Alchemy: Having seen "the Truth", Roy Mustang is able to perform transmutations without the use of a traditional alchemy circle, instead needing only to clap his hands together and touch a surface in order to alter it however his mind desires, though the laws of Equivalent Exchange still apply.

Name: SYSTEM-PROTOTYPE IDOLO

Age: 6 years old

Species: Orbital Frame

Gender: Gender-neutral Programming

Personality: A killing machine in every sense of the word, Idolo has no mercy, no pity and no remorse; whatever the objective, no matter how morally reprehensible, the Orbital frame shall do without hesitation or delay and a frightening amount of sadistic glee. Unfortunately, it is too much of a killing machine and often doesn't stop fighting even when the situation goes against it and the mission becomes hopeless, only stopping until everything around it is destroyed or when its hard-wired self-preservation protocols kick in and force it to retreat before it becomes too damaged to properly repair.

Other than its burning desire to destroy everything, it is an immensely bitter and baleful misanthrope who only feels content when in the maelstrom of battle and carnage, and sees humans along with most other sentient species as utterly repulsive hypocrites that blabber on about love and peace even though their true nature shows in the countless wars and atrocities they have committed.

Because of this, it does not see itself as evil; merely giving back what the rest of the Multiverse had doled out to itself.

Bio: Idolo was created as a means of making a series of hunter-killer robots that specialize in killing Resistance members with powers and abilities that rival that of gods, the project which meant to copy the capabilities of Orbital Frames was the one that showed the greatest promise, but also the greatest risk as the miracle mineral Metatron was immensely powerful as it was unstable and difficult to contain.

Most tests with it resulted in prototypes becoming corrupted, hyper-aggressive and overwhelmed with the need to spread the self-replicating mineral as far and wide as possible. Out of many, many failures and near-disasters; Idolo was the first stable prototype that was at the very least able to be given orders without it going rogue and was able to perform beyond the expectations of the project, but within the acceptable parameters of its design team. But the team's hopes soon turned to despair on its first field test where it ended up destroying a neutral space colony that was harboring a Resistance Cell along with 60% of the forces it had been escorting in a matter of minutes.

Faced with a monster far too powerful and expensive to destroy, the Reign of Chaos' highest authority planned on having it sealed away forever inside a black hole, but the plan was put to a halt when it revealed that it was sentient, its mind having been expanded by the Metatron fueling it and defending itself with the plea that it will loyally serve its creators out of gratitude for creating it and mostly due to the fact that it knew there is nothing but the scrap-heap waiting for it if it attempted to pursue an independent existence.

Wanting to at the very least break even with their investments in the project; they allowed Idolo to "join" their ranks, but with the threat of immediate termination should it even think of betraying or deserting them, a promise that the machine knew very well they could and would easily fulfill.

Abilities:

Blade: A wrist-mounted blade that is surrounded by a field of warped space-time, allowing it to bypass most forms of shielding and even some defenses that defy physics and causality. Said space-time field also makes the blade impossibly sharp, allowing it to cut through steel and armor like it was made of paper.

Shield: A wrist-mounted shield that combines gravitational warping and conventional energy shield technology to create a dual-purpose defense that can block just about anything short of a starship's main battery.

Homing Laser: Idolo can fire homing laser beams from its fingers that can destroy large amounts of foes in a short amount of time. They can also fire boring old non-homing lasers, that shoot as fast as a gatling gun.

Metatron Regeneration: When given packets of Metatron ore (called in by request or found in supply caches), Idolo can use their power to repair its Metatron-based construction near-instantly.

Vector Trap: Taking the form of its "wings", the Vector trap is a field of folded space that allows Idolo to store all sorts of weapons and supplies in its own personal "hammerspace". Unfortunately for Idolo, the VT still has to obey physics and if the machine carries too much in it, its performance suffers as it has to bear that weight.

Gravity Barrier: A powerful passive defense that causes kinetic and physical attacks to have their effectiveness severely reduced, Idolo can also manipulate the barrier to lift objects without the need to touch them.

Burst Shot: Idolo can fire a compressed orb of warped space and Metatron energy that has the destructive power of a strategic nuclear warhead at maximum power as his most powerful and destructive weapon. They require a charge time and some preparation to utilize.

Hypersonic Flight: Idolo is fast enough to escape the atmosphere of most terrestrial planets able to sustain Human or close-to-human life.

Super strength: A given.

Organization: Reign of Chaos, technically part of their Elite Strike Group; but in practice: a superweapon to be deployed when conventional options are shown to be ineffective.

Universe of Origin: Technology is from Zone of The Enders

Other: Metatron does... Things to other sentient machines and Mortal Magic-users, things that often end in horror and tragedy for everyone involved. Because of this, Idolo is usually deployed solo and on annihilation missions where collateral damage and the capture of enemy personnel is of no concern. And it is about nine feet tall.

Gender: Male

Personality: Confident, full of bravado and with a can-do attitude in every kind of situation that seemingly has a foregone conclusion. For Doomguy, the man who fought his way into the literal Hell, and who then fought his way out of it, no challenge is too big, and he responds to extreme adversity with a shrug. He's chilled to the point that certain death doesn't seem to bother him, but energetic to the point that he'll gladly throw himself against impossible odds just to prove to the world that he's capable of bringing down anything.

Bio: After slaying the Spider Mastermind with a grand barrage of missiles, Doomguy took momentary respite. He'd shot, punched, ripped and torn a bloody gorge through the Shores of Hell themselves, and now had slain the master mind behind the invasions of Phobos and Deimos. It was time to take stock, to fully appreciate the sight of so much havoc.

Hell had come knocking, and now, it had a huge bloody hole where its head should have been.

A portal opened up shortly thereafter, the Realm of Torment apparently unable to contain Doomguy's savagery. Doomguy stepped through, but instead of being sent back to Earth, he was sent somewhere else - the Multiverse, where he quickly learnt that his struggles with Hell were all part of a much larger game.

Cryogenically frozen to preserve his mortal flesh by the Council, who at the time were waging their futile war with the legions of tyranny, Doomguy remained asleep through the entire conflict.

But now, with the Resistance arising, there is need for those such as him. If Doomguy took on Hell all by himself, then what else could he be thrown against?

It's time once more to rip and tear the flesh of his foe, but this time, he wont be taking any portals after he kills the biggest among them - oh no, this time he's going to make sure the job is finished.

Abilities:
  • Doom Speed - Doomguy is much more agile, and much quicker than your average human. He is seemingly able to sprint everywhere, but has a hard time bringing himself to an instant standstill (perilous when walking narrow terrain). Thus, he is able to side-run at incredible speed, firing off his arsenal of weapons at enemies who have a hard time keeping their weapons tracked on him.
  • Aura of Doom - All living and non-living sentient entities that have a soul risk a 5% chance of being turned into a power up on death when standing within 50 feet of Doomguy. The type of power up is determined at random, but can be used by anyone who so much as touches them. A list, can be found here.
  • Doomed Arsenal - Doomguy has a lot of experience in using these flashy life-shortening devices.

Personality:
Wally West is a clown and a goof ball. He's swift to quip and joke when the situation allows for it. Kid Flash is infamous for his constant barrage of lighthearted comments and inquires, usually bringing his team's morale up through sheer wit whenever the circumstances appear dire. The wisecracking speedster's behavior has proven a liability on occasion. A handful of poorly worded one-liners at an inopportune moment prove distracting and cause others to make mistakes. Wally's teammates have complained that his joking manner has threatened the success of multiple missions.

Aside from his goofy nature, Kid Flash is a highly intelligent young hero with an affinity for cutting edge science. His fellow heroes have even gone so far as to call Wally a 'near genius' when it comes to such things as biology, physics and chemistry as well as a number of other fields. His love and devotion to science is so complete that, in the past, he refused to accept the existence of magic; instead, he tried to debunk and refute the thing's he saw with theories and cold, hard facts. Upon meeting Doctor Fate, however, Wally soon changed his tune. He's still skeptical, of course, but has an open mind when it comes to the mystic arts.

Kid Flash has been described as impatient, impulsive and reckless. He runs head long into danger and often finds himself in life threatening situations that could have easily been avoided if only he had an ounce of restraint. Wally's rashness peaks when someone else's life is in danger. He is driven to make irrational choices by his overactive emotions, usually in the defense of others he cares about.

As he has grown older, Wally West has somewhat matured. He is able to take things more seriously and knows (ordinarily) when to hold his tongue. Kid Flash puts more forethought into his processes and plans out encounters more thoroughly prior to running head long into combat.

Bio:
Kid Flash died saving the world. He vanished after adding his kinetic energy to the other Flashes', allowing them to deactivate the final Magnetic Field Disruptor that had entered its chrysalis form. The whole planet had mourned Wally's passing, and went so far as to erect a memorial in his honor. But Wally West, the Kid Flash, had not fallen. He was alive and well. The MFD had not erased the speedster from existence but instead teleported him across the Multiverse. Kid Flash found himself in the middle of a warzone. He didn't know it at the time, but the forces of the Resistance and the Reign of Chaos were clashing for control of all of creation. Wally retreated a safe distance and observed the battle until he was attacked by a massive stone golem. A group of human warriors rescued the estranged traveler and informed Wally of the present conflict. The speedster was instrumental in winning the battle for the Resistance, using his incredible speed to recon enemy artillery positions and key command structures as well as disarm various threats.

With the battle over, Kid Flash was transferred to a new universe to receive help. He was desperate to get home. When Wally arrived at Resistance Command he realized how common his problem was. People from all over the Multiverse had experienced the same event that Kid Flash had; that is, being forcefully brought to this sector by unknown forces. Resistance scientists were hard at work trying to track down the origin of this phenomena while other members were attempting to escort the refugees back home. When it came time for Wally to be taken to his earth, the Resistance discovered that the Reign of Chaos had occupied the universes surrounding Kid Flash's own. The fighting in that sector was the fiercest. It was then that Wally knew that he would not be returning to his family any time soon; not with this war raging. Hopefully Artemis doesn't grow to miss West too much while he is away.

Abilities:

Superhuman speed: Kid Flash is able to run at speeds up to the speed of sound, or mach 1. Wally is considerably slower than his mentor, the original flash. As such he is unable to perform more complex maneuvers such as vibrating his molecules to phase through objects. Wally West also requires time to accelerate and decelerate whenever he runs at high speeds rather than start and stop in the same spot. It has been suggested that some day he may reach the Flash's potential or even surpass it.

Accelerated healing: While not instantaneous, Kid Flash's body regenerates from damage faster than a normal human.

Superhuman endurance: Wally is able to tank extraordinary amounts of punishment without serious injury. However, attacks of sufficient power have been known to break Kid's bones and could do much worse if he allows it.

Superhuman reflexes: Wally's reflexes were enhanced with his speed. He can dodge and react to attacks easily. He is not able to complete intricate tasks at the same level of haste, however.

Gymnastics: Kid Flash learned a number of acrobatic moves from his best friend, Robin. He's light on his feet and rather agile, even at super speeds.

High intellect: Wally was a science prodigy with a naturally high IQ even before the experiment. Now, with his brain's processing power enhanced by the speed force, Kid Flash is a genius.

Universe of Origin: Fallout

Objectives: The team fights (in their universe) for the Reunification of the United States and for the protection and freedom of its citizens.



Capabilities: Being composed of the best trained Soldiers in the Enclave, the team is one of the best in the Wastes. The team also has some of the highest tech in the wastes with the most powerful, up to date Power armor (Mk.II), plasma weapons, and a Vertibird. The team does have their limits though, as they are only human. They can only take a certain amount of shots before they can no longer fight or even die, and can often disagree with one another.

History: After the defeat of the Eastern Brotherhood of Steel at the Battle of the Jefferson Memorial, and later The Siege of The Citadel, The Enclave easily took control of the Capitol Wasteland, and decided it was time to move on. President John Henry Eden called in an Enclave Enlisted, Sergeant Richard F. Washington, to discuss an executive order he was about to pass. Washington, who was one of the men leading the charge on the citadel, was considered one of the best trained the Enclave had to offer, and so President Eden promoted him to a Lieutenant Colonel, and placed him in charge of his own handpicked team of Enclave Personnel. They were sent into the Boston Commonwealth to make good relations, and the team later set their sites on destroying The Institute, a cruel science facility that made synthetic humans.

Name: Licht Gruppe

Universe of Origin: A mixed force of volunteers from across the Multiverse, but the founding members are comprised of Ex-TSAB personnel from the Lyrical Nanoha universe.

Objectives: To bring everlasting peace and order to the Multiverse through force and domination. The old council was too soft and too indecisive in the eyes of the founding members and thus they ended up joining the Reign of Chaos, where their harsh but effective rule actually brought about peace and security instead of the unrest and uncertainty of the council's effete democracy and political correctness.

Members: Largely comprised of powerful magic-users, they are a diverse bunch that includes various non-human races like Elves, Fallen Angels, Demi-humans and Digimon along with the Belkan/Mid-Childan human mages forming the core of their force.

Capabilities: About the size of a large company, they never had more than 150 members due to their stringent recruitment standards and their strict adherence to morality and justice. But because of the power each member wields, they collectively hit with the firepower of an entire army corps; but not with the endurance or strategic presence.

History: Formed during the chaos wrought by the fall of the Council, they were originally a small platoon of TSAB remnants who were trapped deep inside enemy territory and sought to fight their foes to the last; but after slowly getting the bigger picture from seeing how the subjects of the Reign were safe and protected along with the mounting numbers of civilian casualties resulting from their "freedom fighting", their captain decided to turn in his group of holdouts after personally purging those who wouldn't see reason.

To their surprise, one of the more merciful-and devious members of the executive council implored the others to spare them and utilize their abilities as a propaganda tool and a powerful military asset. Years of warfare, expansion and internal conflict later, Licht Gruppe has earned their spot as one of the most renowned teams in the Reign's military; respected by the Resistance and loved by the Reign's subjects and less evil members for their honorable conduct, adherence to the laws of war and intolerance of cruelty from both friend and foe. Though there are always those who would wish to see such heroic soldiers fall into darkness and despair...

Name: Alexandria Skye

Age: 27

Species: Bio-Augmented Human

Gender: Female

Personality: Underneath her regimented and cold exterior is a kind hearted woman. While rarely able to express it due to her natural introversion and lack of social skills, she really does genuinely care about her unit and about the casualties of war. She is a soldier through and through, and is vigilant most of the time. She can come off as cold and calculating, which she is, but it hides a fragile soul who has known nothing but combat all her life.

Bio: Alexandria Skye was born and raised till the age of 7 on a distant planet far from Earth in the Milky Way Galaxy. Having been born to a couple of flower shop owners, she enjoyed a short existence of peace on the colony planet. This all abruptly came to an end, however, when she was forcibly taken from her family by the galactic human government, and drafted into a special warrior project similar to the Spartan programs from Halo. Gone were her peaceful days with her parents selling flowers together, now it was a training regiment from hell which transformed her from a broken little girl to a strong, cold-blooded warrior. At the age of 26 she was deemed worthy of undergoing the final painful transformation steps and don her super soldier armor. Shortly afterwards she became enlisted and brought to the Alliance as their contribution to the cause.

Powers: Bio-Augmentation: While Alexandria appears human, her genetic code has been modified almost beyond recognition. Her immune system has been boosted and her muscle and bone mass has increased exponetionally, granting her an inhuman amount of endurance and strength, which is mandatory to don her BANSHEE Power Armor, the source for most of her abilities.

BANSHEE Power Armor: Custom made from the most advanced intellectual and mechanical scientific minds from her universe, the BANSHEE Power Armor is the next step in foot soldier warfare.

Armor Plating: The armor itself is made from a rare combination of molecularly modified Nano-Carbon and Mandalorian Steel (The same stuff Bobba Fett's armor is made of) and comes with a personal force field. The armor is near impervious to most forms of lasers and ballistics, and can even shrug off concentrated plasma and lightsaber attacks. The armor would normally be far too heavy for any normal human being to use, but due to the Bio-Augmentations, Alexandria can operate it even without a direct link with the Neural Interface and still be able to move and jump as if she were on the moon. In additon, the armor further increases her already amazing strength, to the point were she can punch through solid tank armor and lift and throw heavy trucks and boulders with ease.

Neural Interface: Alexandria can Neurally connect her brain via an implant in her skull directly to the suit itself, giving her full control of the suit's systems and the ability to act and react at the speed of thought. It also grants her extraordinary reflexes, to the point were she can dodge automatic fire. Even without her armor Alexandria can dodge anything slower than a shot fired from a 9mm

Sound Manipulation: The signature ability of the BANSHEE armor is its ability to manipulate sound itself. The sonic receptors located in the helmet allow the wearer to detect or block any sort of sound frequencies up to a mile away. It can also manipulate sound in an area. It can generate an anti-sound field either in a set area or around the armor itself which completely mutes and eliminates any form of sound, useful for stealth missions. Alternatively, the suit can release a sonic screech or concentrated cone of sound so loud that it can shatter eardrums and glass. The suit can also release a sonic boom that can send targets flying back like a ragdoll and shatter solid concrete. (Think Fus Ro Dah from Skyrim). The suit can also record and project any sound up to a mile away.

Other Functions: The Banshee Armor comes equipped with Sonar that can bounce off solid objects to in order to give a 3-D "image" of her surroundings up to a mile, Infrared and night vision on her visor, a jet pack capable of travelling through the air or a vacuum at Mach 1, is completely insulated from the outside environment and has it's own air supply, the armor also comes with a cloaking device and a portable hologram projector to confuse foes (Think the Hologram pick-up from Halo). The suit can also inject the wearer with stimulants and pain killers. Without the Neural transplant, Alexandria can run so fast she puts Olympic athletes to shame. With it, she can keep up with most land based vehicles on foot.

Weapons: Alexandria wields a magnetic automatic Railgun which can shred through tank armor for mid-range combat. The Railgun is consturcted so that it only can only be used in conjunction with the BANSHEE armor. Without it, anyone else attempting to use the weapon will be scanned, be unauthorized to use the weapon, and trigger it to self destruct. She also uses an entire arsenal of grenades. Fragmentation grenades, napalm, flashbangs, smoke, EMP, C4 sticky bombs, and even a canister that deploys flying metal eating nano-bots that can be remote controlled using her suit. She also possesses a Pulse Sniper Rifle for long-range. The laser from the pulse rifle can be set to stun, or metal melting. When things get up close and personal though, hidden in her armor's arms are 18 inch retractable vibroblades made from laser sharpened Mandalorian Steel, capable to slicing through most metals as easily as a hot knife through butter, even adamantium. The blades also resonate the same magnetic frequencies as lightsabers, allowing her to parry them as if she had some of her own.

Combat Training: Alexandria is a master at CQC, though she prefers long range combat. She has been trained to use most modern forms of weaponry, both lasers and ballistics.

If you were an ally of sorts, say, a squadmate, Erica is a fairly quiet individual. She may interject a sarcastic or witty comment here or there, but over all keeps to herself. This has caused her to somewhat distance herself from any comrades in arms, as this sort of behavior doesn't often win any friends as one might expect. Nonetheless, she is can be quite witty and humorous at times, oddly even insulting authority on occasion if she feels they are acting in an unsatisfactory type of way.

On the battlefield, however, she is a much more gleeful...scarier person. On might describe it as that she sort of... "gets off on it" when fighting. However, that might be taking it a bit too far. No, in reality, she is very cheerful and happy, her spirits seemingly raised by bathing in the blood of her enemies. This, of course, then lends to the strange, incredibly brutal and sick nature of how she goes about slaughtering her enemies. Happily bayoneting innocent lives to biting the throats out of resistance member, all actions bring a strange joy to her. Though don't let this fool you. She is still very much in control of her actions, and if required, can be very subtle if need be in her kills and actions, however, she may not like it as much.

Overall, Erica is a psycho Nazi Vampire.

Bio:
Erica was born in Germany and reached young adulthood just in time for the Second World War to kick off. She was, at first, very patriotic, fully adopting the ideals and teachings of Nazi Germany. She immediately joined the infamous Nazi Waffen-SS as soon as she was of age, and fairly quickly rose through the ranks. She proved herself as the war went on, to be fearless soldier, however the battles did wisen her up a bit, and she lost the firey patriotism that had once burned in her heart. Regardless, she was soon selected for a.... special program.... Millennium. It was a group who during the war was tasked with the research of supernatural phenomenon and how it may be used to benefit the Third Reich. Through unknown means, they were able to escape and hide in Brazil when Germany fell, continuing their experiments. Soon, there experiments bore sucsess, Erica being one of many. They were able to somehow create "Artificial" Vampires who shared many similar abilities as true vampires. She became an officer it was known as "The Last Battalion" as they were a 1,000 Vampire strong Waffen-SS battalion. She took part in the torching of London, slaughtering civilians and policeman alike, but the battle began to turn as reinforcements from various organizations began to push back.

It as, at this moment, the lowest point for Erica. She stood, standing in river of blood. A river of her own making. The blood was that of the many she killed and her fellow comrades. Staring into the night sky, wondering if this was finally it. Yet, she felt empty, unfufilled, and it seemed this would be her curse for her crimes. She would go to her grave feeling that, in the end, she had really accomplished nothing at all. This was when the Reign of Chaos had approached her. They wanted someone like her, someone who revels in the brutality of battle and war. Someone who could destroy moral as well as enemies. Thus, they saved her from the destruction that the rest of the Last Battalion had faced. She was willed away from her world, her universe, and conscripted into the forces of the Reign Of Chaos. Now she serves as an Elite Guard, an oddity if anything among those ranks.
-Abilities-
The "Artificial" Vampires of Millennium deviated in various ways from natural vampires. With the exception of very strong natural vampires, they posses even greater abilities of physical strength, speed, stamina, ect. They cannot create more vampires when they drink the blood from a human, but instead, often create "ghouls". They are mindless minions of Vampires who are pretty much zombies. They make more ghouls by biting humans, and are pretty much unstoppable unless the head is severed or destroyed outright. Natural vampires may also create ghouls, but unlike the artificial ones, natural vampire ghouls will die when the vampire itself dies while the artificial ones will not. Artificial vampires share many abilities and weakness as true vampires. While highly resistant to conventional human weaponry, silver affects them to grievous levels. They still have penetrable flesh as well, and cannot truly improve upon their form and may not become true vampires, thus making them ultimately inferior to natural vampires.
