In the large empty dojo, a bald figure sat cross-legged in the center of the room, his eyes closed in meditation. He had been like that since before sunrise. Lately, the air had been heavier for the past couple of days. He knew very well from the lessons given to him by his family...the one who had been sealed away, the Dragon Master, was free and roaming about this Earth. The figure held the Jade Prayer Bracelet, the heirloom of his ancestor, trying to see into the possible futures for anything that could help. What the Dragon Master had planned couldn't be seen, and there were too many blurred events to make out what will happen exactly. But the faces of the Reincarnated Monks, were clear as day. As soon as he had cemented the faces into his memory, he opened his eyes from the meditation, and he stood. He looked to the clock to see that it was Eight in the morning. He walked out of the dojo, and headed out to search for the Reincarnated Monks...hopefully before the Dragon Master finds them.

Considering that the faces he had seen seemed to be around in their twenties' (only one of them was younger than that), it seemed like the best place to start searching for them, was at the closest college in this town.

"Oi! Kay! Wake up you sleepyhead!"

Kay gasped as she opened her dull silver eyes towards her roommate (even though all she could see is darkness). She sat up and grabbed her cane as she asked "Marisa? Is something wrong?" She heard her roommate answer "Nah, I'm ok. You, on the other hand, looked as though you were having a nightmare!" Kay blinked and she asked "Really? I don't remember it if that's the case," Her roommate sighed and commented "Lucky! If I had a nightmare that made me toss and turn like that, I don't think I could ever get it out of my head," Kay chuckled, before she realized "Marisa, what time is it?" Marisa answered "It's 7:45 in the morning," Kay widened her eyes and she panicked "Oh no! I'm going to be late for class! She got out of bed (somewhat glad she was still in normal clothes from yesterday), and was about to hurry about her dorm room just to find her backpack, but her roommate stopped her saying, "Woah! Calm down, Kay! You'll trip if you try to go too fast. You'll make it to class in time, don't worry. Here," Kay felt Marisa hand her her backpack, with all of her books and notebooks in it, and she thanked her roommate, before the both of them left for class.

She did feel guilty that Marisa felt that she had to help her, but Kay didn't say it out loud. All she felt she could was try and take care of at least something by herself. As they headed for class, with Kay tapping her white and red cane on the ground in front of her path and sunglasses covering her eyes, Marsia asked "So, Kay. What club are you going to try out for today, considering Cooking club didn't work out, and you clearly didn't like the Fencing club?" Kay hummed in response "Well...I was thinking of trying out for Dancing Club. What do you think?" Marisa's voice answered back with a sound of doubt "I dunno...but if that's what you want to try out then who am I to stop you?"

His feet pounded across the ground, carrying him quickly around the park. Yue was out for his morning run, one that he took every morning at exactly the same time. Most people ran when they got up, before they went to work. Yue had to run after. He worked as a bouncer at a local club, he was tall, fit, and had an eyepatch. It was the perfect job for somebody like him. So why did he run in morning, right after his shift? Well because he was just that disciplined. He had the self control to be able to keep up his morning workouts, despite the recent job change. Most people would just collapse into their beds after working a night shift, but not him.

It was almost 8 in the morning, nearly time to head back. Yue had been out here for about an hour, he had been running full speed for the past ten minutes or so. He had worked up a good sweat and was panting, with his tongue sticking out. He let himself rest for a few minutes, hands resting on his knees, just breathing. Sometimes, he half expected to hear somebody yelling at him for stopping, forcing him to continue until he dropped. Sometimes he had to remind himself that he had left the temple when he was eighteen, went to live life the way he wanted to. He still carried the skills, the discipline, and many of the things he had been taught. But he got to do things the way he wanted to, not the way people told him he should do.

Once his breathing had gone back to normal, Yue collected his bag and took a drink of water. Then he took off at a light jog, now it was time to head home and sleep for a little while. He was halfway there, just passing by the college, someplace he would never be caught dead in, when he realized he still had one more thing to do. A sigh escaped his lips, he was out of milk, again. Well, at least he remembered BEFORE he ran past the convenience store this time. He didn't like going without milk for very long, so despite the fact that he was sweaty and gross, he would stop by there before he headed home.

"Hurry up, Junko. We're gonna' leave without you if you don't hurrrrryyyyyy." An almost annoying high-pitched voice called from the entrance area of Junko's house. It's owner, a girl with pink tied back hair, and another girl, whose dark, blue-tinted hair covered her eyes just about completely and in the back fell to around her shoulders, stood in the entrance waiting for their friend.

"S-sorry! I'm coming down now." Junko called back feebly as she threw on her school uniform and looked through her schoolbag to double check for her materials.

Downstairs, the pink-haired girl continued, "If you don't hurry, Yuri here is going to be punished." Pointing her finger into the other girl's shoulder.

"I'm coming down nooooow!" Junko yelled as she came hastily out of her room and headed down the stairs. "Just don't do anything mean to Yuri!"

Yuri stared down the pink-haired girl for a few seconds before speaking, "Who was punishing who again, Kanae?" Even without seeing Yuri's eyes, Kanae knew when there was that occasional evil intent coming from her friend.

"Punish? I do-do-don't know what you're talking about Yuri." Kanae replied as she turned just in time for the two to see Junko slip on the last step of the stairs and pretty much making a faceplant. "Ouch. You okay?" Kanae was just glad for the distraction.

"Owie." Junko muttered as she started to stand up again, but not before Yuri was by her side helping out. "Thanks, Yuri." With the help of the other girl she stood up. Her face still stung a little, but nothing damaging. "Let's go before we're late!"

It was early in the morning, but Junko wasn't sure about the time. She didn't carry a watch around and her parents didn't think she needed a cell phone yet claiming she'd just lose it, or some kid at school would steal it. That didn't really matter to her though. Her friends were there with her and she was ready for school now. "Any reason you were late today? Usually you're sitting in the entrance of your house getting your shoes on when we get there." Kanae asked. She didn't exactly break the silence, but that was the elephant walking right alongside them.

Junko wasn't completely sure, "I think I had a dream last night. . . No, it was a nightmare. Definitely scary. I woke up a few times, but I don't remember what exactly happened. I just remember a woman in it." Either from not knowing what to say, or perhaps just respect for her situation Yuri and Kanae simply nodded it off and let the issue go. It wasn't too long after that before the trio arrived at school albeit in silence.

"Well, I guess we're at least at school now." Junko commented while looking ahead with a slight smile. "Too bad you have a different class from us Kana-- Eeek!" Junko called out as a boy crashed into her and the two fell to the ground.

"Hey! Stupid girl! Watch where yer' standing!" He called out as he pushed himself up to complain more before realizing who he was talking to and practically jumping back. "I-I-I mean, pardon me?" He muttered barely enough for any of the three girls to hear.

Junko meanwhile silently stood up and dusted her skirt off giving off a light chuckle. Almost by instinct Yuri and Kanae walked towards the school, knowing what would happen at this point. "I think you just need to watch where you are going boy-o. Did your parents not teach you basic manners when you knock down a lady?" Threateningly, she start to crack her knuckles as she made a path straight towards the boy. There was practically a raging fire in her eyes as she slowly closed the distance though it finally when she was interrupted by the sound of the school bell. As if breaking a trance, the girl jumped and made dash towards the school. "Oh no! I can't be late for school again!" Relieved, the boy could only fall to his rear wanting a rest from practically avoiding a bullet.

"Okay so let me get this straight. I go from being sent to a hot spot to being a body guard over the course of one night, forcing me to change flights last second because...?" Joshua said as he drove through the streets on a barrowed motorcycle, speaking into his helmet's Bluetooth.

"Two reasons. First off, the pay was better, believe it or not. And second, Mother worries about you." His sister Sakura said from the other side of the line. "Besides, you'll be guarding a girl around your age so..."

"I swear, if you finish that sentence, you will regret it when I get home. Sides, I'm not staying here for long am I? A week or two at best?"

"It's indefinite. Could be that, could be several years. Who knows."

"... Well shit." Joshua said before hanging up, not wanting to hear his sister pester him about the possibility of getting a girlfriend. Seriously, the chances of that happening with his occupation were very, very slim. He was likely going to die before he even reached 30, though it appeared his mother was trying her best to make sure that wasn't going to happen. Sighing, he turned a corner and continued his way until he arrived at the mansion his client lived that. After getting through the gate, he found a place to park his bike before getting off and placing his helmet on the handles. Tying his hair up, he entered the mansion and looked around, whistling at the sight. The people who owned this place must be loaded. No wonder the job paid well. Just as he went to examine a nearby painting, a servant arrived and took him to what looked like a study before telling him that a man named Raiden would be arriving shortly. Seeing as he would be doing some waiting, Joshua took a seat and took the opportunity to relax a little.

A large figure entered through the large study doors a few minutes after Joshua has arrived and made himself comfortable. The man was built enough to be considered in the most muscular man competition from the amount of rippling muscles that showed themselves through the probably very expensive black suit he had on. He adjusted some loose hair back in it's place as he stopped in front of Joshua looking down at him from his massive height of 6'11 "I take it your the bodyguard, the one I been assured is the best money can possibly buy...besides an army I suppose...I will cut to the Chase...I am Raiden armeshia Yashia. I am a very rich man for all the business I am in and own. You are here to stay with my eldest daughter for an unknown amount of time. I have a few rules one is try to do anything to her and I will personally make sure you are never found and the company you work for is erased off the face of this earth. Rule two, you are under MY orders not Amaya's. She will protest not needing anyone and stuff due to her kind nature she gets from her mother. And rule three, is the most obvious one. Never allow anything to happen to her. Right now she is at the local animal shelter assisting with feeding the animals there before she heads to school  she does this everyday for some reason. Now go"he said. Being quick about Joshua's assignment as he snapped his fingers, summoning one of his servants to escort Joshua out without another word.

"There you go Annabell, you are all ready, all new banages and everything so don't mess with them or your leg will never heal" Amaya said gently to the small black haired puppy in her arms. She giggled when she received a sloppy kiss in response " I am going to take that as a thank you" she replied to herself setting the puppy back in it's cage so it could rest and get better..

The sheets twisted being slightly kicked of by the figure underneath them as they tossed and turned in a panic, a nightmare clutching at them but not able to wake from the dreamworld. The rapid breathing was starting to hitch, sweat pouring off their brow as tears rolled down tanned skin cheek like a waterfall before the person shot up with a scream of terror. The wide rust colored eyes searched desperately around the room for any sort of attacker in her hazed mind as it tried to catch up with what was going on. She panted hard, a hand clutched to her chest as she seemed to be having ghost pains from the nightmare she had just been in and she also needed to be sure it wasn't real, that she was fine. Chleo took a few moments to just calm herself, feeling embarrassed about the feeling of fear that was still clinging to her even though she was much calmer than when she had first awoken from her slumber. It was just a dream. A silly dream you barely even remember if any of it at all so why am I feeling this way. Get a hold of yourself, this is ridiculous!" she thought to herself, quickly swiping away the water on her face with her sleeve before looking to the clock, almost wanting to groan at the time it read. She had only been asleep for about three hours going on four and now thanks to the dream she had no desire to return to dreamland anytime soon. It was going to be a long work night and she was going to need so much coffee before hand.

Chleo dragged herself out of bed, making her way to the bathroom for a nice relaxing shower before she decided what to do with her day since she was now up and about. "Well, sleep is overrated anyway." she said to the mirror with a quick nod as if her reflection was agreeing with her statement before she hopped in the shower and readied herself. She took the time to fix up her hair, even adding in small braids because she could and boredom played a big key in the choice. It was long before she was plopped face first on the couch, groaning in boredom as the tv played in the background. "Maybe I should go out for breakfast..." Chleo muttered into the couch cushion before slowly turning her head to the side and reaching an arm out to grab the keys from the coffee table. She dragged them off the glass lazily, pushing herself slowly up and headed out the door without even bothering to shut off the television.

“Coffee. Here. Now.”

“Yes sir.” Rae replied, silently rolling her eyes at her current employer. She had been his assistant for five months, and knew that he liked his coffee at exactly 9 o’clock. Even when she held the cup in her hand, giving it to him, he still barked the order. If it weren’t for the excellent pay and connections, Rae would have left ages ago. She was already putting out feelers for the rival company, just in case.

“Girl. Do you have the files I asked for?” She handed them over.

“Also, Mr. Gates stopped by the other day. I told him you were out, but he wasn’t very happy about that. He told me to tell you, ‘You have five days left to pay up, otherwise…’ or something ominous like that.”

“Pah!” He scowled. “Just because he has a little blackmail does not give him the right to…” The rest of the sentence descended into grumbles. “I’m the CEO of a highly successful company with connections. Why aren’t any of those connections with the police? Let me tell you, girl. The police are useless. Money is where the power is.”

“Of course it is sir.” Rae agreed, smiling. She turned and left the office, still smiling. Money is power? What an idiot. She thought, There’s more to it than that. A lot more.

Olive Sweets groggily opened her eyes when the sun's rays shone over her face. She slowly sat up, running a hand through her wild bed hair in an attempt to tame it before slipping out of the many blankets that had kept her warm over the night. With a mighty yawn, the lean girl starting stretching, grumbling a bit here and there. Her whole body ached and for good reason. Olive had an intense work out at the naginata dojo last night, leaving with a multitude of bruises on her body. She didn't remember much after finishing classes. She must have stumbled back into her apartment room half asleep and passed out once she reached her bed.

Life was good. She would relax today, make a nice cup of chamomile tea, watch some cute animal videos, and take a cat nap later. Humming a cheery tune to herself, she started wrapping bandages over her torn hands. Even though her hands were calloused now, they occasionally cracked from handling the spear too often. It was painful but Olive always felt proud of herself. It was proof of her hard work. With a small sigh, she tossed the bandage roll onto her bed before heading to the bathroom.

...

The brunette suddenly froze, turning her head a bit to the left to stare at her calendar and then at a clock. A look of despair crossed her face. Olive Sweets was late for work. She quickly ran around, cleaning herself up before throwing on some clothes and grabbing her gym bag on the way out. Breakfast would have to be bought from the near-by convenience store. And she would have to think of a way to placate her forever grumpy boss. Maybe some cookies would help!

It didn't take long for Olive to reach the store at full sprint. "Get cookies and then go," she repeated to herself. She flung the store door open and rushed in. Unfortunately, she failed to see that there was a person right in front of her and just like that, Olive crashed into said person. A curse softly slipped out of her mouth as she literally bounced off the guy, stumbling around before regaining her balance. "Sorry 'bout that," she quickly said, looking up at the rather tall man before crinkling her nose. She was no stranger to the stench of sweat and exercise but goodness, he smelled like a wet dog.

Most people passed by without giving her much thought. She would be the black sheep in a typical crowd, but here she had more in common with a statue, stoic and lifeless. Sitting with her legs crossed beneath her, Xiao-Sheng sat on a busy street with a bowl before her meant to collect alms. This was a tradition that she enjoyed. It gave her time to clear her head, focus on her breathing, and witness the kindness in people's hearts. Of course the latter wasn't always the case. Sometimes the bowl would stay empty, which she was fine with, as most cannot be expect to be charitable to everyone. Other times the contents would be taken, and again she would be fine with this, as the one who took will have less to worry about.

It was nearly noon when she opened here eyes for the first time in hours, having been deep in meditation and oblivious to the action around her. The bowl had a few bits of loose change in it, which brought a childish smile to her face. Nearly done collecting her effects she could feel a tug on the back of her robe. Turning to meet it she found a small boy around eight or nine years old. "Hello there, my name is Xiao. Who are you?" The boy was obviously shy, he wouldn't look her in the eyes and swung one foot back and forth.

"Are you a Nun?"

Xiao couldn't help but chuckle a little. "Yes I am. Was there something I could help you with?"

The boy shook his head and presented her with a sandwich. "I though you might be hungry."

"That is very sweet of you," she replied, placing her hands together and bowing before taking the offering. The child ran off without another word.

This was a good day. Now with food and money she could tend to herself for a few days. Itching for a change of scenery she thought about heading over to the park and finding a nice tree to sit under.

Yue entered the convenience store as he came up to it. He strode in, heading right to where the milk was and grabbed a gallon. He paused for a moment, thinking, to make sure that he didn't need anything else. He was almost out of a few things, but those could wait until later. Just the milk for now would do. There was only one cashier, and the morning crowd made the check out line long. Yue found himself impatiently shifting from foot to foot as he waited in said line. Finally it was his turn, so he paid for his milk and made to leave. Only as he reached for the door, someone else opened it and barreled right into him.

Instincts kicked in. In one smooth movement, Yue lifted his left arm up, so the milk didn't get knocked out of it. He also stepped back with left leg as to not be knocked off balance. The figure who ran into him literally bounced off him they were moving so fast, so his right hand reached out to steady them. His fingertips just barely pressed against their back. It almost looked as if he was in some sort of dance pose. The figure, a woman if the voice was anything to go off of, apologized for crashing into him. He also noticed the way she wrinkled her nose at him. Not that he blamed her in the slightest. He stunk right now.

He examined her for a moment, before answering. Golden eyes sweeping across her figure, mostly to make sure she was alright. She had dark brown hair that was shorter than her own, and matching eyes. Yue had to admit that she was rather pretty. But romance was the furthest thing from his mind right now. It was a simply observation is all. He relaxed from his pose, hand disappearing from her back and milk returning from the air. "Don't worry about it. Just try to be more careful, not everybody has reflexes like mine." Though it sort of came out as such, Yue wasn't trying to scold her. He was genuinely trying to help her out.

"Now if you add the numbers together you'll see that. . ." The teacher prattled on. Junko really hadn't been able to pay attention in class yet. That dream from the night before was the most prominent thing in her head. It felt, well, real. Enough so to make the young girl keep thinking about it, though by now she couldn't even remember the content inside the dream itself other than the woman.

". . . noue. . ." Still, it was probably just a dream. . . Nothing that would affect real-life. "Inoue-kun." A male voice called out. Jumping back to the reality of the situation, she was still in class. With a quick look around, it seemed that most everyone was looking right at her. "Are you alright? Did you need to go to the Infirmiry?" Junko usually gave her full attention to class so the teacher's first thought was something was wrong. . . It seems. "You look a little flushed, maybe you should just go."

With a small nod, Junko stood up and walked out of the classroom. The hallway seemed a lot longer than it usually did. Maybe it was because she was usually with Yuri or Kanae and the trips around school seemed shorter with her friends. Finally she made it to the Infirmiry with the school nurse no where in sight. "I guess I'll just lay down for a bit." The girl took a spot on top of one of the beds and turned to her side, resting her head on a pillow. . .

The first thing she noticed when she woke up was that her muscles were slightly aching. "Did I walk a bunch of stairs in my sleep or something?" It didn't matter too much. Maybe she just wore herself out from. . . Something. Still, she felt refreshed otherwise so it must have been a really good nap. "What time is it?" She pulled her phone out of her pocket and took a peak at the time. "Wait. . . Uhh, i-is that right?" Well, the phone likely didn't lie, it was definitely afterschool time. "Alright. . . I guess I should go home. I wonder if Yuri is still around. Kanae should still be in her club so maybe Yuri stayed around. Almost wearily she got out of the bed and made her way back to class to recover her bag.

Once Junko got there, she noticed a note on her desk, "Hey there, I checked on you during lunch but you were still asleep. All of what you need should be in your bag and I left a copy of notes for you from our classes. Remember that you owe me. . . And a cute little face, just like her I guess." She was glad to have a good friend like Yuri. GRRRRGGG Her stomach seemed restless by now. "Maybe I should find a place to eat on the way home, maybe a small detour." With that decided, she made her way to a local area with many different food establishments. Mostly family restaurants, though she tended to like the feel of those types of places more than chain restaurants. "I wonder what I should eat." She said aloud as she looked around.

Rooster Monk
Akibara

Japan - Restaurant

A fight of some sort broke down in a random back alley somewhere in Japan. Akibara stood over three men with a wooden bat in his hand, resting against his shoulder. All three men wore similar leather jackets with some fancy snake design on their backs, probably a local gang he never heard of. Once again, Akibara was left unscathed.

"Oi, you guys dead?..."

Akibara walked over to each body and poked them lightly with the bat to check on their conditions. Luckily the three of them were still breathing, but all suffered from severe injuries. Whatever occurred here, those men should've known that Akibara is a former heavyweight champion from a nationwide MMA organization. He could've had a full-time career, but his anger issues caused him to drop the belt and be released from his contract. Now punks like the three men that were beaten down wants to make a name for themselves in defeating a champion who never lost a single match. There were times where the numbers game overwhelmed him, none of which seemed to tarnish his reputation though, in fact it just made him more reputable.

He dropped the bat on top of one of guys and walked off in silence being rather annoyed that he can't get through one day without being jumped by at least one idiot. Just when he was about to hit the streets, a white van pulled up right in front of him, revealing six or seven more of those snake jacket guys stepping out of the van. All of which were armed with blunt melee weapons just like the three other guys carried.

"Where ya going Akibara? We're not done with you yet!"

Six men blocked all of Akibara's exits except for the back alley path directly behind him. Akibara had a dull look on his face as his eyes narrowly scanned the current situation. Even this was too much for him to handle, so he made the wise decision to run back the way he came. Normally, he probably would've taken all six men on without a second thought, but he already took out his frustration on the three men earlier. Thankfully, he is considerably faster than all six thugs.

Damn it, I shouldn't have dropped that bat...eh...it probably wouldn't have made a difference. I'm hungry anyway, should find some place to eat after I lose these guys.

It was not the thought of danger that flowed through his mind, but food instead. With the six guys chasing him from behind, Akibara made a sharp turn at the end of the alley and used this opportunity to put on his hoodie so he could conceal his freakishly long red hair to blend into the city crowd much easier. He already covered a good distance, so he could probably slip inside one of the buildings without them knowing. When all six men reached the corner, they were stunned by Akibara's sudden disappearance.

"Damn it! Where did he go?!"
"He shouldn't have gone far! Split up and search for him!"

One guy just so happened to peek through one of the local restaurant windows for a moment and overlooked the hooded Akibara, who just so happened to be sitting at a table along the wall with a menu in hand. He then casually ordered torikatsu with rice while the gang member passed by the joint to continue his search. These guys weren't too bright.

Collab between Joshua and Amaya

Amaya hummed finishing up preparing some fresh new bedding for any new arrivals that might be brought in while she was at school. She was about to get up when one of the other shelter volunteers came in shutting the door behind her "He's back..." the girl said as amaya stood up "I thought he was sent away to that all boys school...how did he know." said Amaya as she heard the familiar whistling as she felt a chill run down her spine. "Don't worry about him just continue...your job he will leave you be...hopefully " she said opening the door moving past the girl to go put the extra supplies up. She sighed seeing her biker wannabe gangster of an Ex boyfriend waiting for her at the front of the shelter.

"I didn't expect to see you working at some shelter ama." he said
"I volunteer here for your information and I thought my father made it clear to not come anywhere near me again Kai"she said putting the supplies up and fixing the back counter.

"Your old man doesn't scare me, I'm surprised he hasn't kicked the bucket yet ans handed all he owns to you"he said.

"Go away Kai, your not scary or anything just annoying and for your information my father isn't that old and he knows I want nothing to do with his business or who he is partners with so I could careless and why are you even concern about my family cause you will never get a single dime of it"she said.

"Alright, I got her general description down. Thanks Sakura."Joshua said, hanging up as he continued to drive down the streets. He had barrowed one of Raiden's cars. And by barrow, he meant took the keys and drove off with it, since driving the girl he was supposed to protect on a motorcycle without a second helmet seemed rather stupid. After a few minutes, he arrived at the shelter and parked the car before heading inside, whistling to himself.

When he entered the building, he spotted a girl who matched the description of the one he was supposed to be protecting talking to another boy and approached them
"Excuse me." He said, pushing Kai aside before looking down at Amaya. "I assume you're Amaya Yashia?"

Kai was about to respond when he heard footsteps before he was pushed to the side as he got back up shoving Joshua " hey buddy who the hell do you think you are coming in here, putting a finger on me and then have the balls to speak to my girl without my permission" he yelled angrily.

Amaya sighed putting her left hand on her closed eyes as she countered to ten softly to keep calm before she took her hand off her eyes before opening them " Yes I am her...what is it that you could possibly need. Kai, I told you before we are not together and we never will I am not your girlfriend or your property."she said very annoyed with him as she turned her attention back to Joshua.

Joshua repositioned his feet so that when Kai shoved him, he didn't budge an inch. Otherwise, he ignored the little man.
"The name is Joshua and your father has hired me as a body guard. And before you say anything, he has told me you would object and informs you that you have no say in the matter. You are stuck with me Madame." He said, giving her a slight bow for formality's sake is nothing else. Also, he had a feeling it would piss off the other kid.

[color-skyblue]"I can't believe he would do this once again. All over a stupid little letter tied to a brick...I will double what my father is paying you if you go on about your life and take him with you...I have to get to school and you too I do not need bugging me...especially you Mr. Joshua cause I don't need everyone staring at me and wondering if your my next stalker boyfriend...etc."[/color]she said as she really didn't want to deal with either of these two right now or ever.

"Hey dipstick, I am talking to you. You better recheck who you are in the same room with. I am going to make you listen" Kai said getting even angrier. He reached his left hand in his pocket pulling out his switch blade knife. He twirled it around in his hand before striking out at Joshua

Amaya gasped seeing Kai pull out the blade "Kai! Put the blade down and leave now before I once again call the police" Amaya exclaimed more worried about Joshua getting hurt

Joshua saw the switch blade and reacted instantly, stepping back and grabbing Kai's wrist before throwing the boy to the, still holding his arm while placing a foot on Kai's back to keep him down. Putting pressure on Kai's back to keep him down, he turned to Amaya. "Listen, I'm a professional. I will not be bribed so you're stuck with me. I will keep my distance, do not worry. But I will shadow you, since it is my job until such a time your father, my employer, says otherwise. And if you have little shits like this one after you." he twist Kai's wrist and broke it with no effort. "you definitely need the protection."

"I don't care if you're a professional or not, it is hard enough to blend into my public school" She said watching him take Kai down in one swift motion. She moved towards them from behind the counter when she heard the cracking sound of Kai's waist breaking while hearing Kai's howl of pain.

She got Kai's hand free from Joshua's grip before she moved Joshua back from Kai. She looked at his wrist completely silent before she pulled out her phone and quickly texted a number before she closed her phone.

"I told your brother where to find you, there is no way your going to be able to drive or anything till that is properly set cause Rambo over here just broke your wrist and it will be painful once your shock wears off." She said before she got up moving over to Joshua. "Kai is a harmless puppy, he is all bark and no bite, you just don't go around and break wrists all casual like and yes there are other exs like him but all are just harmless boys nothing more!" She said chewing him out as she was against unneeded violence. Sure sh cared nothing about Kai cause he was harmless and didn't deserve what he got.

"A boy stops being a harmless boy the moment he pulls a weapon on someone and intends to use it one them. At that point, they are an enemy that needs to be put down or injured to the point they can't continue the fight. You're right, to someone like me he's harmless but against anyone else, he could possibly kill them. And if I hadn't done that, chances are he would've continued to attack me and I would've been force to break his wrist anyway. So no matter what, it was going to end this way." Joshua said flatly. He hated self righteous and selfish people and this girl was definitely the former and a bit of the latter in some ways. Still, he had to admire the gentle soul he could see inside her. Such things were delicate and easily destroyed in this world. "As for whether all your exs are harmless or not is my call, not your call. You're the kind that's too soft and won' realize the danger someone poses until it's too late.

Anyway, are you going to be late for your classes at this rate? I'll give you a ride and don't worry, I'll drop you a few blocks away so none of your classmates see you with me. Though, I still need some way of keeping an eye on you while still keeping enough of a distance to keep you happy. Gonna be tough. Drone's out of the question, it's kinda illegal and too noticeable depending on the model. Eh, I'll figure something out."

"I grew up with Kai...I know him better then anyone else in this world...that is the way its always been. You need to be carefull or you will get the police on you, his family is as influencela as mine is..."she said clearly angery before she closed her eyes taking a few deep breaths to calm herself down before she went behind the counter grabbing her bags "Either way, I dont care if I am seen with you, I am sure that Father has gotten you a pass to be with me in the school at all times..."She commented heading for the door as she saw one of her father's cars "Please tell me you didnt steal this..."She added

"Borrowed. Borrowed without permission." Joshua said as he unlocked the car and got in the driver's seat. "I didn't think your father would appreciate me driving his daughter on a motorcycle. Plus I didn't have a second helmet. Your father might find that I annoy him as much as I annoy you. but I do what I have to in order to get a job done, people's opinions be damned."

Once Amaya was in the car and buckled up, he drove the car away and would stop it a small distance away from Amaya's school so as to not embarrass her, but kept an eye on her until she was safely in school. Leaning back in the seat, he wondered what he could do now. His job was to protect the girl, annoying as she seemed to be, but he didn't see that as an excuse to hover over her and ruin her life. SO he had to find some other, legal, way to keep an eye on her. He also had to wonder when Raiden would call about the car, if ever.

Amaya sighed covering her eyes, she didn't know whether she should slap the hell out of him for stealing but she decided to just deal with it later. She got into the car and buckled up. She turned on the radio to her favorite station. She didn't even look towards him she just watched the scenary go by till they stopped.

"You know you can come in..father probably got you approved to stay with me."she said before shutting the door before going inside her school, not caring whether he followed her or not. It wasn't like she had a massive group of friends. She had annamaria takashi and that was about it to ' true' friends.

Her eyes widened for a moment as her lips stretched out into a grin. Olive didn't take the man's words as harsh or arrogant, knowing that he meant to give her good advice. She would take care in the future to pay more attention to her surroundings when running around. "I'll be more careful, thank you," she cheerfully replied, seeming to forget that she was late for work. Curious brown eyes gazed at the man in front of her before flickering to his face. It was safe to say that Olive was quite interested in him, specifically his eye-patch.

She was tempted to ask him what had happened to his right eye, but Olive realized that it would be quite rude. She would hate to bring about bad memories. So the girl rubbed her nose, the smell of sweat no longer bugging her as much as it did a minute ago. "I've never seen you around before," Olive began, her hand reaching out for a hand-shake. "But I guess that's my fault. I hardly go out - All I do is train and stay at home," she quickly added, a light laugh escaping her lips. "My name is Olive, but you can call me Oli for short. Nice to meet you."

GRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!

Chleo gripped her stomach as it growled loudly, feeling stupid about the fact that the whole reason she had left her place this morning was to go get breakfast and instead got distracted by walking around to various locations she spotted on the way. That in turn caused her to forget about food completely until it had a loud uprising to its cruel treatment and demanded food this instant. She looked around, seeing plenty of different choices around but decided on the nearest one and not caring what kind of restaurant it might be. She took a seat, grabbing the menu to look it over and see what she had to work with. It seemed like a few items would work and now she just would have to wait on a waitress or someone to come by and take her order. Chleo rested her chin in the palm of her hand as she looked to the side to glance out the window, watching as everyone walked or ran on by. People these days, always in a rush to get to somewhere...it was a bit sad but that was how it was. Chleo's eyes scanned over glancing around at those around her, a light smile playing on her lips as she watched some of them. The families were so cute, laughing and having a nice time while other you could see wanted to keep to themselves. As it was, the man just across from her even had his hood up inside which screamed that they wanted to be either left alone or were avoiding something. It didn't matter much to her but it was interesting compared to the rest around.

"Watashi wa, anata no tame ni misu o nani o eru koto ga dekimasu ka?"

Chleo was a bit startled by the waitress appearing, asking about what she could get for her. She didn't want to make the lady wait too long for her order so she just lamely replied about green tea and some Miso Ramen. It was as the woman walked away that she wanted to slam her head into the table for being as plain. "I should have gotten something better..." she muttered under her breath.
