Is my character dead? If so, that's fucking bullshit and I deserve a better reasoning.
No, he's not dead. I wouldn't do that to a person's PC unless they were an absolute scumbag. As mentioned, however, he's pretty roughed up, and he will not be able to continue fighting. There's not long until the end of prologue, so you won't be sitting on the sidelines for long.
If you keep your character from taking any sort of damage or punishment whatsoever with a boss of this caliber, and then leave yourself open, this is the kind of thing that's going to happen. When Gomory hit his hammer with enough power to send it flying into a wall,
Snider was sent some way's back
When she sent multiply shadowy lightwaves at him, which are basically blade beams, he noticed immediately and did a backflip, avoiding every single one, as well as the ground explosion that followed. Rather than mentioning him avoiding the patches of ground she'd painted to make note of his situational awareness, you chose to have him repeatedly get distracted to mess with a boombox. In short, your human fought flippantly against a boss, but miraculously managed to never take a scratch. That's not playing nice, and reality ensued.
If by some Jesus miracle this is possibly open, thatd be pretty badass.
It seems that Jesus affords you an opportunity of some sort. There was one spot laid aside before we decided to close entry, which was reserved for
@liferusher. Putting aside thoughts of competition, though, I'm not completely opposed to the idea of letting you in. Since we have a fair few in our crew, we should probably think about narrowing players down to one character each. We were assuming that we'd allow two characters per player when we decided to impose that limit.
What do you think, co-GMs?
