So, I got totally distracted because my upstairs neighbor is really freaking me out (I'll explain that in a sec), I'm still working on my post and I'll get it up within the next 45 minutes. I just wanted to apologize to everyone for being distant/quiet lately, I've been in a bit of a funk from random stresses and being sick (which I've finally gotten over mostly) and homework and general feelings of "oh god I'm turning 23 this year and I haven't accomplished anything". But sometimes I forget to tell myself that I'm not as lonely as I think I am or need to be, and I have a lot of friends here that make me feel better just from having silly chats in the OOC and stuff. So I'm sorry, and I'll try to be more involved here, and hopefully I'll perk up more soon.

The neighbor thing... Oy. Okay, so I think last week or the week before, my neighbor was screaming at his daughter? and I seriously thought I was going to have to call the police or something, I was almost late for class because I caught the next bus just to make sure no one was getting hurt. When I told my sister, she thought she heard something the night before, and we routinely hear the television being blasted around midnight, maybe it helps him sleep or something. Fast forward to last Saturday, we're in the laundry room and this guy comes up to us and he says, "Hey, I think I'm your neighbor, I live right above you? I just wanted to say that maybe you've heard me being a little loud because sometimes I hear things, and I'm taking medication, and I just wanted to let you know." And then he left, and I'm like "Alrighty then", but now I'm hearing some weird shouting noises upstairs, I needed to find my ear buds to drown it out. I guess I'm just particularly sensitive about it because my mom has/had some major mental health issues and so it brings up some bad feelings, I guess.

Anyhoodle, so I hope everyone is doing peachy and everything?

Also, don't wait on me to post tomorrow afternoon, I normally don't have school but I have to attend a speech presentation thing, so my post will come later in the evening after I do my homework. Same goes for Friday morning, I need to meet with my group at school and I have no idea how long it will take, but I'll probably get a post up sooner, like 7PM PST hopefully.

Man Tae, I'm sorry to hear that. I understand it though, so I hope you can snap out of your funk soon.

BTW I won't be posting till late tonight, i.e. 8:30 or later EST. Got an after work meeting (joy). But I will try my hardest to post tonight, especially since there will not be a post from me on Thursday (another afterwork business thing.)

Oh geez, I can understand how the shouting thing can put you on edge. As long as he's on medication and trying to manage it then hopefully it'll be okay??? Idk but good luck regardless D: And don't worry about turning 23, Pach and I are turning 25 this year! QUARTER OF A CENTURY! *breaks down sobbing*

Either way I'm good. I've applied for another position in my company, although I'm still a little indecisive about it. It's in a different shop so completely different staff, but the hours are so much better (7am-4pm every day instead of a mix of 3pm-11pms and 9am-6pms) and the pay is the same. It's half an hour drive away down a fairly busy route instead of the 7mins my current work is, but... them hours... and I've been hoping to get into the department it is for a while. Change is nice too. But my current workplace is pretty much like a huge extended family, so it's tough. Hoooo I still need to think a little more.

Getting my post in before work since I have the opportunity to, woop woop woop!

I'm working late night tomorrow too, so expect my post tomorrow to be around the same time as today.

Yeah, like Buns said, don't worry about turning 23, it feels the same as anything else, and you've accomplished a lot, lot, lot more then I ever did, could or have in my life so far, and I'm pretty happy, so be happy too. ^o^ Sorry for all the random stresses and you being sick and busy and homework D| But you're right, Tae. :) We're your friends and we all love you and we're here to help you and everyone else unwind and have fun :D *tacklehugs and squeezes*

Sooo, it's 1:20AM and I just finished my homework after working on it for 7 hours straight (and being at the speech thing from 3-6). I'm gonna be real here, I'm going to get a post up as fast as possible regardless of quality so I can finally relax for an hour at most before I spend all day at school tomorrow being stressed out and paranoid about thunderstorms. @___@ *deep breaths*

In better news, our speech group is going to demonstrate how to make a watermelon keg after I jokingly suggested it. Hopefully we can serve everyone lemonade out of it? My teacher's cool with it as long as we clean up after. And I'm finally getting my tablet back on Friday (why yes, it's practically been broken/not in my possession for longer than I've owned it), they replaced the motherboard so hopefully the damn thing will actually work now. If not, it's been repaired twice so I can get the whole thing replaced next time.

I'm in the same timezone as Tae so I'm just throwing up a super quick post as well ^ U ^; Seeing how Tae's and my charas aren't in the same spots I won't wait for her post if that's ok! It's quite tiny but there wasn't much to react to so ; v ;

Also a watermelon keg sounds delicious! I'm thirsty now =w=
