John stared at the door for a moment, almost relieved when no one - and nothing - answered it. However, this proved to be unhelpful since the door was locked. He stood back from the door, pondering. Ideas began getting thrown around: Try breaking through; sneak through a pipe; try to find the front gate. The most obvious plan to John, though perhaps not the brightest, was to break the door itself. He gazed up again, taking in the immense building before him. Another thought occurred to him. "Perhaps there's an open area," he said, slightly quietly, "like a garden, or a small park." He shook his head. "Could be anywhere though." He thought for another moment. "Same with the main entrance," he added, placing his thought on that plan.

Lock-picking was suggested. John lowered his head and blushed slightly. "I... uh..." he considered for a moment. "I might have some experience with lock-picking..." He glanced up, knowing it likely wasn't of massive consequence here. "I could give it a shot." He stepped forward and shuffled through a pocket or two to find a spare paper clip. John frowned. He needed something thin and stiff. He glanced down, looking for something he could use. A small twig. He frowned. Where the hell did a twig come from? There weren't any trees, were there? Glancing up proved him off, at least slightly. A branch hung ever so slightly over a wall. "Of course, why not?" he muttered. He grabbed the twig up and set to work.

He moved carefully, listening to the tumblers as he did so. A click. A vague grate. He scratched against a side. John blinked, confused. He took out his tools and poked an eye into the keyhole. He had always had a good eye for these, but what he saw in the lock was ridiculous. Or maybe just a different kind of obvious. He glanced back at the group. "If I'm gonna open it this way," he informed them, "it'll take a little. So, uh..." He looked at the lock again "Yeah." He attempted to resume his work.

Orb groaned. "Seriously? How long is it gonna take? You don't even look like you've got a good idea of what you're doing... Why don't we just force it open?" Orb looked around for something to force it open with. A rock, some sort of makeshift battering ram, Muse could probably rip it off if he were a dragon... He continued thinking, occasionally giving confused glances at the group when he noticed his companion. "YOU!" he said, pointing at Nautilus. "What did you say your name was again? Nevermind, you've got psychokinesis, right? Just use it and burst the door open. It'll save time!" he insisted. He certainly didn't feel like wasting time out here, especially considering it was getting dark.

...

Or at least he thought it was. The sun seemed to be going down, but it's a roleplay so for all he knew that could mean the start of a new class on this island. He really did just realised that every world probably has it's own physics to it too, meaning something like a door may not be as easily burst open. Worth a try anyway He thought.

The attempt on lock-picking seemed to be going to take a long time. It was so long that it was enough for Nautilus to do a prayer during that time, albeit he did that quicker than usual. After he finished doing so, he returned to the team, who still failed to open the door. Suddenly, Orb pointed at him, and called him out loud. "Me? What?" Nautilus said, shocked. He hadn't felt being offended yet, but he wondered what wrongs did he do so as to receive that treatment.

"What did you say your name was again? Nevermind, you've got psychokinesis, right? Just use it and burst the door open. It'll save time!" Orb said, still in a high-pitched tone, albeit lower than the previous one.

"Ya... Umm... Err..." Nautilus tried to delay, trying to think of the appropriate response. "I'm not good with that yet actually," he said, then paused for half a second. "But let's give it a try," he said while moving closer to the door. "Could you give me a chance to try?" Nautilus said to John, while looking at the keyhole on the door. At first, he tried to unlock the door by moving the inner components as if a key was there and did its usual job. However, it didn't end with a success. He couldn't see most of the components inside, therefore unable to focus on those components. "I guess we'll either let this man resume his lock-picking, or otherwise I'll break the door the hard way rather than the gentle way. Make our choice," Nautilus said. Meanwhile, he looked for an object that he could telekinetically lift and slam at the door to open it the hard way. He found a rock whose shape was very good for that exact use, but it looked very heavy that he might need to try using hand gestures.

Ebil face palmed at everybody. They were still bent on going through the back door.
"What are you afraid of? Being seen? Never mind, while you guys work on opening this door, I'll go around front and go in the main entrance," Ebil said, and began walking around the building. When he got to the side, his mouth dropped and he ran back to the others.
"Uh, guys. I understand now why this is locked. This is the girls' dorm..." the boy said awkwardly.

"The forest is good enough for now. We can think about what to do on the way. The important thing right now is to get as far away from here as possible, as fast as possible," Leon quietly answered as he snuck over to a nearby workstation, taking three large knives from it. "Also, take one of these," he continued as he held one out to Rose, obviously with the sharp end pointing at himself. He then placed a second one in the bag and keeping the third on his person. "I hope we won't need them, but we might as well take them with us. If nothing else, knives can be used as tools too. " After looking around one last time to see if there was anything else they could or should take along and not really finding anything, Leon retrned to Rose -- and per extension the metal door she was standing next to. "Well then, let's go. By now that creep should know something's going on. I don't really want to wait around to see what he's planning now."

Her eyes widened as he handed her a knife. Sharp objects, not exactly her forte. Then again, most dangerous things weren't her forte. Give her a foam sword taped up with duct tape and she could smack you a good one but a knife? She'd more likely end up harming herself. "Didn't you're mother ever tell you not to run with knives." She mumbled, a bit perturbed by the thought of the knife being on her person. She took it anyway, keeping a firm grip on it. She didn't want it flying off whenever she did something. Plus, she didn't really know what else to do with it. If given enough time, she could fashion a holder for it that could stay on her belt loop but she really didn't have the time nor the means.

At his words, she nodded. Yes, they really should be moving. If he's the bad guy Leon seems to think he is, he's more than likely pissed now. That was what she'd wanted to avoid. She felt like she was playing right into some trap. Then again, this whole thing felt like it was some bad action movie. Maybe she should just find a long hard stick to fit with, like Lily had done in her first year here. She didn't want to really hurt anyone while sparing, so she used a stick. The opposite was true. Rose didn't want to hurt herself, she could careless about her pursuer. It wasn't like she was good with guns either. She'd shot a BBgun before and nerf guns but that was about it. Though, she knew exactly where the shooting range was and where the supplies were, including the guns, all at least military grade. "If you're any good with a gun, I know where a shooting range is. They'll have guns and ammo there." She whispered to him and they made their way to the door. She walked over to the chain and put her hands on it, low enough so that Leon could come above her and they could pull together. "Alright. On three..." She whispered. "One..." "Two..." "Three!"

“Sorry Ebil,” Muse replied. “But, I really can’t teach you how to sense the other roleplayers.” He told him. “Mostly because, I don’t even know how I’m doing it.” For some reason, the ability had just come to him once the roleplayers started to appear. He thought that perhaps he always had the ability, and it just didn’t become relevant until there were any roleplayers to sense, but even so, that would still raise the question of how that power got there in the first place. Another theory was that Godmodder gave him the power. But if that was true, then the thought of why he would do such a thing, or the thought of what else he could possibly do to him or the other roleplayers… were rather terrifying. He tried not to think about it.

Instead, he focused on the RPers’ efforts to get inside the building, and couldn’t help but feel a little proud of them. Surely, Muse had a plethora of skills in his arsenal that he could’ve used to either open the lock or force the door open, but no one had asked him to. Instead, they all used their own skill and wit to find a way in. They didn’t feel dependent on him. And at the rate they were learning, they’d be a formidable force in no time. He couldn’t help but put on a slight smile, just watching them work… that is, until Ebil pointed out why it was locked in the first place. “Hah! That explains it!” he laughed. “Come on, let’s find another entrance…”

Godmodder kept his focus on the door in front of him, waiting for the sounds of an escape. Rin kept her body low to the ground, growling softly. She would obey her ferocious master, if only for fear of her own life – running on animal instincts as she prepared to attack. The instant GM heard the metal door open, he stomped his foot on the ground, dematerializing the door in front of him to reveal his crazed grin as he pointed at the two escaping roleplayers. “Sic ‘em, girl!”

Rin scrambled forward on her scrawny legs, fighting mild dizziness and disorientation, partially out of fear of GM, and partially out of her yearning to finally sink her canines into fresh meat.

Euclid watched a metal door slip open slightly inside the cafeteria, only to see it disappear and reveal Leon and Rose on the other side. The man at the table pointed at the two and shouted something that was nothing more audible than muffled words, and Euclid could see a small and thin looking shadow of a creature scramble across the floor towards the two in the now open kitchen. "Oh, no," he whispered, crawling just beneath the sight of the silhouette staring at the window. "I've got to do something. They could be in danger."

Once away from the windows, he searched for something that could help draw attention, so that Leon and Rose had a chance to escape, something that could, at the very least, crack a window without causing any damage to him. After a few moments of searching, he found a small clay pot resting on the edge of the courtyard. Making a move to grab it, he made the mistake of peering over the edge and looking down at the surface far below him. Gasping, he drew back suddenly and fell on his bottom, clutching his chest in one hand and the clay pot in the other. He wasn't an advocate of high places. It wasn't like he noticed before, but he had no time to think about it then. Thinking about it, he had no time to think about it now.

Getting to his feet, he ran to the windows that allowed the view of the cafeteria, standing in sight of the silhouette's field of vision. Fear welling in his chest, Euclid gripped the pot tightly as he saw its grin widen with the lust for death. The hesitation was growing. If he didn't make a move soon, Leon and Rose could get hurt. With this in mind, he tossed the pot as hard as he could at the window, praying for a positive result.

BunBun....why am I so cold?
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that you're laying on a tile floor gorgeous.

"What!" Jacklyn's eyes shot open, jutting upwards only to crash her head into the bottom of sink. "Oh~ my 'ead..." she moaned, slowly looking around her current location, disoriented. "Where are we BunBun," she whimpered, picking up her stuffed rabbit from the floor and clutching it to her body, looking about nervously; dark green stalls, soap and paper towel dispensers... "How did we get into a public restroom?"
Why are you asking me? I know about as much as you... maybe we should find someone and ask.
Jacklyn didn't respond, in general she considered herself a tough cookie, but this was enough to make her cry. Questions raced through her mind, when did she get here and how?! The girl was so worked up that she didn't even notice that her head was bleeding from before. And then it hit her... the pm, that was the last thing she remembered before everything went black.
You don't got a choice here fruitcake... let's move!
"I Know," she scolded the rabbit, her voice echoing through the small room. She took a deep sigh, "I just need to time to come to terms with all this is all..."

And so, after a few minutes of deep breathing, Jacklyn cautiously left to examine the building. We're just going to have to make the best of this BunBun... it looks like a dorm of some sorts...
No Shit, Sherlock...
You can just shut it... do you hear that?
You mean the ominous whispers coming from around that corner? No, no I did not.

Having nothing to loose, Jacklyn took a deep breath, peaking around the bend at a back door... maybe the owners of the voices were lost too. It was time to put on her big girl panties and socialize. Standing up straight, Jacklyn put a smile on her face and confidently walked towards the door. Fijiting with the handle before slowly pulling it open and looking out at them.

"Um...Hi?" What an odd group this was, what were they all doing here?

Leon had to surpress a sigh when Rose asked him about whether or not his mother taught him not to run while holding a knife. Well, yeah, obviously his mother did tell him to not run with sharp objects like any good parent aught to. she also told him to not run across the street, not to run while carrying heavy objects and not to talk to strangers; none of which are all that important when being chased by psychos. Leon didn't feel like now was the time to say anything about that at the moment though.
The girl then made another comment, asking about if he could handle a firearm. Sadly, he had no experience with guns other than 'don't look into open end', 'don't point at self and/or people/things you like' and 'pull trigger to release speedy metaly death', so guns were pretty much out. Not to mention the fact that they were already overburdened as things were. On the other hand, it wasn't like he was all that much better with knives either... Either way, it was a worry for later; again, getting away in one piece was the first priority.

When Rose told Leon to pull on the count of three, he nodded to let her know that he heard her. "Two...," he counted in unison with the girl, starting at 'two' due to having missed the 'one. "...Three!" With that, he pulled on the chain with all his might, opening the door. "Quick, go go go!," Leon called out, motioning Rose to go through the door. At this point, he made no attempt to keep his voice down anymore. After all, if 'GM' didn't hear the metal door opening, he wasn't going to hear Leon's voice either.
...As if on cue, the other door leading back to the cafetaria simply disappeared, revealing a batshit insane-looking GM. Next to him stood some kind of malnourished wolflike beast. "Oh, shit, RUN!," Leon yelled, dashing through the door after Rose as fast as he could -- which, considering the fact he was carrying an heavy and imbalanced bag around, wasn't all that fast, certainly not fast enough to outrun the beast chasing them.

((Tiny bit of Godmodding here; With Rose being both closer to the door (I think) and not weighted down by a heavy bag, it only makes sense for her to be in front.))

John sat baffled by the simple-not-so-simple lock on this door. And of course it had to be locked. It was then pointed out why it was locked, and John promptly removed his tools and stepped right back from the door. He was blushing, that much he was sure of, and felt a tad bit idiotic. Almost on cue, the door began to click and slid open softly, revealing a rather disheveled girl. Who happened to be bleeding a bit. John couldn't blame her for appearing confused by the group; they weren't exactly typical. Of course, what here was? He nodded his head, trying to stop blushing, as he had just been trying to break in to her living area supposedly. Unless it was a Roleplayer? There hadn't really been any NPCs around, besides... well, his own. He figured the least he could do was introduce himself, so he made a vague gesture, stating, "I'm, uh, John." He nodded again. He could not catch a break.

Orb had just been relaxing, not really chatting, well more waiting on the door to blow. What did that kid say again? Girls dorm? How would he know? when suddenly, he froze.

A figure stood in the doorway, with the door... open. He moved his head, and could almost make out... Is he blushing? He is! He is blushing? Over what? He turned his attention to the figure. He dropped his hands, he'd had them behind his head in a lax position. He slowly raised his right hand to the figure in red, giving a little wave. "Hi......" he muttered. He quickly turned to the group and in a low tone, said "Is she an NPC? She's pretty chillaxed..." He glanced back. She's still there... He turned back to the group, still keeping his voice down. "What do we do?" Once again. What's that she's got? It's not a weapon is it? He kept his eye on her hands, wondering what it was she clutched.

Before Muse and his group could leave, a rather confused and disheveled-looking girl with a stuffed rabbit appeared out of the door they were previously trying to break into. Given the girl’s appearance, he found himself honestly unsure as to whether or not this was one of the roleplayers he sensed, or some of the realm’s more native fauna, a character. “Ahaha, well, hello young lady!” he greeted in his most charming voice possible, resisting the urge to materialize a fancy little cane to lean on or something. “My group and I were just a little lost. We were looking for a way inside the Academy, but only just realized we were right outside the girls’ dorm! Silly us. Anywho, I assume that, as a student here, you know your way around? Could you perhaps direct us towards the right entrance?” If he’d found a roleplayer, surely her confused response would be evidence enough to mark her as one. If it was just another character, then they’d be sent on their merry way without having to disturb her.
Godmodder and his beast paused as the window shattered, both heads temporarily turning towards Euclid, before GM, upon recognizing the figure in front of him, ordered Rin forward. “Don’t worry about him!” he ordered. “I need this one alive for now anyway!”

Though the distraction gave the two other roleplayers a bit of a head start, Rin still ran after them, jumping onto Leon’s backpack once she inched close enough, snarling and growling as she tried to drag him down.

Once Rin went after her targets, however, GM remained a bit perplexed. “Wait a minute…” he hummed. “If you’re here,” he pointed at Euclid. “And they’re there…” he began counting on his fingers. “That makes four roleplayers I’ve run into just by derping around!” he exclaimed. “Hah! And here I thought maybe Mr. Hardass McGoth had some aces up his sleeve, but now he’s not even giving me a good show!” he complained. “Is that true? You haven’t even met a wannabe tortured hero running around?” he asked somewhat rhetorically. “Fascinating… I wonder what he’s wasting his time with this time around~”

Ebil was proofed correct by a girl holding a unidentified object opened the door and looked at them, confused. At least, that would be proof if she wasn't a native to this RP. He noticed Muse talking to her as if she was someone who belonged here, which was the safe way. After all, if she was a roleplayer, Muse could explain everything. If she wasn't, that would mess the RP up quite a bit. Even so, Ebil did kind of want to stay a while, hang out. He began wondering what he would be if he was forced to stay here. A shapeshifter may be cool, or a wizard. Or he could make something up and have all the power he wanted. After all, it would be counted as OP if he actually had to survive here, would it?

She bolted, just barely making sure Leon was behind her. The noises from the beast behind them was enough to set her adrenaline pumping. She turned and saw the beast on top of Leon's bag. Within the span of a few seconds, she mulled over what to do. She didn't really want to hurt it but if she just slashed it's foot, it might attack her back. She'd probably just have to end it. Without thinking, she pulled back behind Leon, the knife in hand and readied. "There's no time like the present." She mumbled before pushing forward, holding the knife up. With all of her strength, she pushed down on the knife, aiming for the animal's neck, and hopefully not Leon's or the bag. If the bag ripped, they'd lose all of those provisions. But she was beginning to think they were silly for even trying to bring it with them. Oh yeah. They were silly. Stupid and crazy and probably going insane. She needed... she needed a moment to breath. Then again, the way things were going, she wouldn't get that chance.

Whether the knife hurt the beast or not, she pulled the knife back and then pushed at Leon, hopefully pushing him just enough to knock the beast to the ground. She motioned for him to follow her. If she remember correctly, there was a tunnel in the Garden that led out into the forest. Then, hopefully they could find Fredricka's hiding place. She ran as fast as she could and when they reached the corner of the garden, she pulled up one of the tiles and motioned for Leon to go in. "Go, go. It leads to the forest. Don't stop, keeping running."

Upon being informed that they were trying to open the girls' dorm, Nautilus said "So that's what we've been trying to do..." and immediately took the position with the lowest energy state: lying flat on the ground, facing the skies. The party was planning to go through the main entrance, but suddenly a girl appeared from inside. Okay, we're in a trouble now, he thought as he stood up. The girl's appearance somehow made Nautilus's head naturally looking down. He just didn't want to look at her. It was not the trouble he imagined though, at least not yet, as some of the party members introduced themselves or ask for directions. Do not spook anyone from the academy, Nautilus reminded himself. He stood there, listening, trying not to make any suspicious movements.

Jacklyn analyzed the group for a moment, trying to decide what her first move was... So far they all seemed friendly, and if anything just as confused as she was. Did ginger boy just say something about npc's? She thought, her grip tightening on the rabbit, completely disregarding the awkward teen who spoke to her first.
[b] I guess this really is a roleplay after all... they must be like you...
Her eyes went wide, "Girls dorm? Well that explains a lot of things..." she mumbled, looking over her shoulder at the long hallways behind her. "And I guess we're in a similar position then..."
All of the boys looked to be younger then her, at least for the most part, though according the bathroom mirror she still looked as young as ever. Jacklyn was eighteen going on nineteen but she came across as sixteen by anyone who didn't know better... and carrying around a stuffed rabbit didn't help her case.
"I'm Jacklyn..." he looked at them, "and I'm afraid I'm the wrong person to give you a tour, though perhaps you guys could me out?"

If they were bad news Jacklyn was confident in her ability to defend herself... sure she was wearing a lolita dress and healed combats, but BunBun was more then a toy, and he contained pepper spray as well as utility knife if things got bad.

"Don't worry about him! I need this one alive for now anyway!"

The only thought in Euclid's mind was why. He had no idea, and now he was staring at someone who could make things disappear with a stomp of his foot. Growing a little more fearful, he piped up, determined to still get some answers, but what would he ask? Not just a moment ago, he ruled out the theory that Leon and Rose were friends with the guy, or even positively acquainted, as he directed some type of creature to attack them the moment they were escaping. Euclid sighed, resolving himself to simplicity and deciding on a basic question, hands tightly curled into fists as he prepared to at the first sign of danger.

Everything happened so fast, Leon could barely keep The impact caused by Rin jumping onto Leon's back was strong enough to cause the guy to stagger, dropping his knife in the process. He screamed, completely losing his normal quite sharp aptitude for logical thought, instead regressing to a more basic, instinctual thought pattern. ...Said thought pattern mostly consisting of 'Aahgetitioffgetitoffgetitoff!'. Which, considering the facts that he was unarmed and the wolf was hanging behind him, Leon himself wasn't all that successful in. Suddenly he felt a sharp pain shooting through his right arm, causing him to cry out in pain.
If it weren't for Rose coming to the rescue, things might've ended quite a bit more grim. Luckily for Leon, however, she did in fact do exactly that. Though he couldn't see exactly what she did by virtue of her target literally being behind him, he felt a heavy weight drop off his back. He didn't have time to think about it, however, seeing as 1: they were still in danger, and 2: Rose instantly started running again.
Adrenalin overriding pain and fatigue, Leon sprinted after Rose, not noticing the trickling trail of blood he left behind. Of course, just because you don't notice the fact that you're losing blood doesn't mean that it doesn't affect you at all, and by the time Rose led the two to a secret passage, Leon started to feel pretty bad. Still, they had to keep moving, so Leon did what Rose asked of him, albeit not in the most gracious fashion -- which is to say, he practically stumbled into the hole, the weight of the bag he was still carrying around dragging him to the ground. Forcing himself up once again, he kept running down the secret passage. It was not until he reached the end of the passage that he allowed himself some respite. He looked at his wounded arm, the sleeve of which was pretty much soaked in blood by now. several small tears ran across the fabric, presumably where that beast had grabbed him. To make things worse, the blood caused the fabric to stick to his arm, making it that much harder to pull it off and inspect the wound below. Hell, even slightly pulling at it hurted like hell.

((OOC note: Leon is still carrying around the bag. the 'heavy weight dropping' was Rin.)
