@Jonnyh447 I stopped really playing the Pokemanz games after Crystal, and I stopped watching the show even before that for the most part. (Pokemon XY is actually a decent show so far, though. I started watching it to get familiar with Kalos). I didn't even know that much about Noivern until I wrote up Eloise.

@aphelion I had a tooth extraction (go me) and have been in a lot of pain last few days starting to feel aight again now though (God bless salt water) so want to think about getting my IC done today ready to post tomorrow. Uncanny how similar our Pokemon experiences are! I've been trying to find the best Pokemon movie to watch lately, I want my nostalgia fix!

See I know a bunch about new regions myself cause I play X/Y/alpha sapphire too much. I actually only started pokemon at 3rd gen (first time I got a game boy was then). And I've tried my hand at competitive battling so tend to learn about pokemon through that

Sorry, between work and wedding/graduation season May is just a busy month for me. I haven't been able to make RP a priority. This week should (hopefully) be calmer, but I'm hesitant to make any promises so I'll leave it at that. I'm liking our new characters though!

How did your character react when the Pokestations were destroyed/disabled? When and where did they discover this news?

How would they have viewed Pokestations? Do they have them in their native region? If not, what do they have?

I haven't yet figured out where my character was when the Pokestations were destroyed. He's used to their presence. I feel Unova has a nice capitalistic thing going on. There are Pokestations in Unova but they don't have as big a presence. People like them, but there is something to be said for the human and Pokemon interaction the centers provide. The Pokemon Centers/Marts are increasing the services and comforts they offer to compete with the stations, and by this point they each have their bit of the market. Some Unovans prefer stations, some prefer. While he likes the convenience of Pokestations, he would choose to visit a center if given a choice between the two.

I don't know if anyone said anything about Johto, but he's been living there for a while and has had to make much less use of Pokestations (because there either are none, or because they're not as widespread I guess). Their destruction upon/shortlyafter his arrival in Hoenn is unfortunate, but he doesn't plan on doing much battling. He's just here for something like a training retreat, and he knows enough to treat any possible training injuries. He'll be fine. He and his Pokemon can handle themselves. Why would he need a Pokestation?

Can confirm. Life is busy. I pass out pretty much when I get home lol. It wouldn't be such a problem if I wasn't having to travel every weekend this month. Hopefully everything (Except work of course) slows down after memorial day
