The Takahashi as Rin puts it being as old as the sand that they stand atop of have a very real sense of temporality and change having seen much of the world be shape and reshape since the Sengoku Jidai. Their own customs and beliefs represent this change; over the years they have changed meaning and purpose so many times that while their original purpose has long since been lost, the rituals are performed never the less to an almost religious degree.
【Special Traits】
The only real noticeable trait of the Takahashi are within their eyes, all born of the bloodline possess iris of the same shade of blue as the sky above, unchained and ever expanding. In terms of hiden or kekkei genkai they do not possess a kekkei genkai of their own, a hiden they do possess, a yang release that can make an object incredibly dense for a very short amount of time. 【Influences】
The influence of the Takahashi clan is subtle and that is exactly how they like it. To them all news is bad news and the more that people became aware of them, the more that their own goals and interests are harder to achieve. Though if you dig in the right places you can find that they come up surprisingly often, mostly in Sunagakure where about one in every five or so business having taken a loan from the moneylenders that make up the priamry business wing of the clan.
This sphere of influence extends more proper into the Hamajō Confederation in the form of something that many people take for granted.. infrastructure. Takahashi moneylenders gave the Confederation a considerable some of money primarily to be used in the creation of bridges and roads that connect the provinces and act as the vital lifelines of the Confederation. The Confederation got the money needed to fund such projects and the Takahashi got the government to give them more or less a blind eye, allowing them to continue business as usual without having to worry about silly things such as government intervention.
Despite a strong economic influence and a retaliative good relationship to the ruling government, the Takahashi are not what one would considered a dominate clan. Small in number and preferring very much to be left out of more turbulent affairs. They lack any real motive or means to make sure things go there way. All they wish is to continue to do business and survive as they have for countless years. And to do that they wish to grow comfortably in the garden not be the prized bush that gets plucked for its flowers.

【History】
As a clan that has been around since Reto first founded Sunagakure many years prior, the history of the Takahashi is a long and winding one. They trace their ancestry backwards through the male line, to one Katsu Takahashi an intelligent young man that was inspired by Reto's strength and passion to join his cause. Katsu for his intelligence and planning skill was given a place on the planning council that would eventually build Sunagakure. From that point forward he served as one of the many lesser advisors up until the point that the Kazekage was assassinated. Disagreeing with Reto's successor Shamon on many things mostly on the extent at which Sunagakure's military should be expended, Katsu was dismissed from his previous position.
Katsu found himself in a peculiar position with enough still standing influence to make some money and a free slate to do what he wanted. And so Katsu called in some favors, performed some deals and in a span of some time he found himself with a decent sum of wealth to his name. The young shinobi then began to loan his money out into those in the village that needed it, with the subtext that they of course would pay him back down the line. And so the seed which would sprout the Takahashi Clan had been planted and grow slowly over the years.
The clan as time slowly progressed would accumulate more money which they would use to give out more loans to in return gain more money and more favors. It was a cycle of profit that they seemed to be able to feed endlessly as long as they had money to keep the machine running. The people of Sunagakure considering them an odd bunch as they tended to be rather reserved individuals remaining within the walls of their familial compound when not attending to business. But there was no significant bad blood to be spoken of as the Takahashi were always fair in their dealings and never stopped to any thuggish tactics, doing their best to keep an image of purity and respectability about themselves. They help fund the creation of many business and even chipped into the war effort when the time came for them to. In short everything went exactly as it was intended. They did their business and nothing else.
By the time of the formation of the Hamajō Confederation, the Takahashi had been around long enough to see the change on the horizon from a mile away. So they did their best to ensure that they could maintain their status and way of life within the new system of rule. Doing this partly through lending support mostly finical towards the Confederation's cause and giving the government substantial lump sums of wealth to do as they may with without asking as much as a penny back in return besides keeping their own peculiar form of independence to do as they wanted. The Confederation was all too happy to take the money and to leave the Takahashi alone to their business.
These days the money lending operation and other interests fall under the business arm of the clan in the form of the Takahashi Trust and continues to prosper especially in the more financially developed provinces where economic demand was high. The family continues to do its best to remain out of the spotlight, persisting as they had for what seemed like an eternity at this point. The world of course does not look kindly upon her ideas of nonconformity and freedom, and tried to repress such thoughts from seemingly every angle. This resulted in much pent up frustration, frustration... and anger that while usually ends up being directed inwards towards the self for being too weak is this the self-harm phase?, too foolish and too afraid. This anger sometimes bubbles over and burst forth in aggressive outward tirades of hate filled speech that could even make the most seasoned of gangsters blush out of modesty try me, im french. Tackless and not knowing when she should hold her tongue, she speaks her mind not matter how confrontational or dare say heretical those thoughts may be life expectancy is suddenly pretty low. She's argumentative and stands up for herself even when the best course of action is to just turn the other cheek. Fights come naturally to her while the diplomatic skill that her family is known for escapes her entirely. What she lacks in tack and forethought though she tries to make up for with sheer pragmatism and tenacity.
Though in the end Rin is just a kid. She's a teenager dealing with hormones, social tensions, repression at a family and state level, and unbridled anger issues puberty man. She's still learning about the world and how it works, she's learning whats make up the parts of her that nobody can take away, she's reconfirming her own values and beliefs and in the end she's just trying to figure out her identity, her beingtween. Childhood-
Rin's earliest memories are of hot sand beneath her tiny feet and her mother calling out to her. Or maybe it was a dream she had one day, a dream that over time became almost a permanent as a memory, but no matter. must've been a shit dream since it was suna in any case Rin's earliest years were spent in retaliative isolation from the outside world stuck within the confines of her clan's estate within the retaliative heart of Sunagakure. Not of course that she minded all that much being a small child she couldn't really understand that there was a whole entire world beyond the high walls of her family's compound. stoopid evil jew clan, havent they seen any liberal cartoons flooding tv????
During these formative years of life, her family did their best in a what would turn out to be failed attempt into shaping Rin into a perfect Takahashi child trained to serve the demands and needs of the clan and nothing more than that become the perfect tax evader. Informal education began almost as soon as Rin was old enough to walk, with her growth and progress following upon a highly developed series of landmarks that should be met by a certain age, like the ability to speak, among others. Of course the young child did not know this, all she knew was that sometimes punished for seemingly no reason at all. Unbeknownst to her it was because she did not hit such landmark it the required period of time. this is more absurd than little miss sunshine crap wow gr8 parents
Despite this though Rin's early childhood wasn't the worst thing in the world. Her parents both loved their young daughter sure buddy very much and her older siblings tried their very best to keep her entertained and generally allowing her to have some amounts of fun in between the heavy exceptions placed upon her. She enjoyed the games and the playing much more than the teaching of course and would often even at a young age try and avoid her instructors to instead go play in the garden, only to of course be caught punished and forced to do even more instruction.
During this period when Rin was about six years of age, The Confederation came to power and without much of a fanfare came to take control of Sunagakure. Though not much changed in the desert as the desert was left more or less autonomous to do what was needed of it which was more or less don't get in the way of things. no one really wanted suna anyway
Academy-
Like many within the Takahashi clan, Rin was sent to the academy to begin her first steps to becoming a shinobi. This opened up the young girl to a plethora of new experiences some good and some bad. Rin did well enough academically with the prior training before and during her schooling by her family giving her a simple understanding of many of the concepts and ideas that she was thought. The girl floundered though socially. As it was she never really interacted with kids her age, nor kids of any kind that weren't within her own clan two awkward narutos so far, at least you laid off the barbecue sasuke. It was something that her family's guarded lifestyle didn't do much in the way of preparation for. She was often intimidated by the idea of speaking to others and often withdraw herself and tried desperately to remain by herself even when group work was assigned.
Due partly to her withdrawn nature kids began to get the idea of to pick on her, a fact which Rin responded in a very undignified manner by getting into fights with the kids sometimes those much bigger and stronger than her with predictable results cyberbully 2 electric boogaloo. Her parents were of course horrified and reprimanded the child, but the kids continued to pick on her in and out of schooling and so Rin kept on fighting back. At first they beat her easily but as time slowly progressed, she got better and better eventually being able to take down the school yard bullies did she also defend the hinata of the yard, making a name for herself and earning the respect of her once aggressors in the processes. Through this Rin had made her first real friends though they happened to be a rather troublesome bunch with surly reputations, they stuck up for one another and they had fun. Soon Rin found herself trying to avoid going home right away after the academy because she dreaded dealing with her parents and wanted to stay with her friends for as long as possible. But pipe dreams of running away and staying away from home were just that, dreams and she evidently found herself returning home, to count down the hours until she got to leave again.
Genin-
Like most others at the age of twelve she became a genin and her studies moved from the villages small academy to a larger provincial school run directly by the Confederation to begin shaping the young children into warriors for the cause. The change was jarring and the start was rocky as most of her friends were split up and placed within different classes. During all of this, Rin never stop getting in fights with other students sometimes for stupid reasons and others because Rin had the idea in her mind that she was going to be a hero. It was during one of these times that the she met Nobunaga.
It was her second month and while walking through the halls she saw a bunch of older kids picking on a young boy about her age genderbend hinata. Being the person that Rin is, Rin ran to the boys aid. Needless to say Rin was beaten pretty heavily but because they were so busy trying to attack the stupid young girl that broke the nose of one of their friends, they forgot all about the boy they were tormenting he really is hinata. That boy's name was Nobu and as Rin would find out as there friendship bloomed that he was one of the many war orphans that survived the massacre of Kirigakure which one there were like 69. These children most of the time displaced and often forgotten about were placed into government institutions all across the provinces. Nobu was one of the lucky one's showing the aptitude and skill required to become a shinobi. The pair quickly became the closest of friends.
Nobu was a much diffrent breed of person compared to his compatriot. Reserved, quiet, and always thinking about his next action before he made it ehhh close enough to hinata. He was the ice to Rin's fire and together they seemed to balance each other out. Rin forced the young boy out of his shell a little bit more and pushed him to do things he would never dream of doing. And Nobu for his part in the manner did his best to make sure that Rin made it through her crazy schemes and plans alright and inone pieceYOHOHO HE TOOK A BITE OF GUMGUM. He was the voice of reason that she evidently lacked.
Though Nobou himself kept something inside that he shared with very few trusted people. Nobou hated the Confederation and all that it stood for, despite reports saying otherwise he knew in his heart it was there shinobi that came and killed all those people in Kirigakure oh that one. He voiced his concerns and complaints to Rin who at first thought that the boy was just a little off. All she knew of the government was the one that seemed to leave most of Sunagakure alone to their own business. The government that gave them schooling and provided food and shelter to those that needed it.
Chūnin-
Eventually at the age of 15, Rin and Nobou ended up becoming Chūnin. To escape from the grasp of her family, the young Takahashi signed onto assignments as far away from Sunagakure as possible. Eventually she found herself working in Amegakure rooting out the criminals that polluted the streets of the primary province. Nobou found himself working in the outer more docile provinces as his more storied history made him more of a risk. Though Rin would more often than not on her days off go visit Nobou i realize he has two different spellings, pls make up your miiind! as in the months prior to becoming Chūnin, their relationship had become more romantic in nature. did dey have illegal secks
During one of these night time rendezvous, Nobou told Rin something that would change her life. He said that he had found a contact working with the Jiyuna no Guntai and that he was going to go rogue and join up with the rebel cause to fight those that killed his family. Rin tried to talk him out of it, as even associating with the Jiyuna no Guntai was punishable by life imprisonment at the least. Despite her persistence though Nobou insisted that he would join up with the rebels. lemme guess he dies
Life had other plans of course.
Rin would find out about a week later that Nobou had died fighting bandits. OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH Killed in the service of the Confederation, a hero to be mourned by one and all. Rin never believed it for a second, she knew what really happened. They had killed him because they found that he was going to desert noob. Then like all the things they did they made his death seem like a good thing that served the cause of their own agenda and story. They killed her the person closet to her because he didn't want to live under the rule of those which killed his family baaaawwwwwwwww. Rin cried BAAAWWWWW for a long long time, but eventually the grief subsided and was replaced with something worse hatred. Hatred towards the government and towards all it stood for.❖ Familial ties--Rin's relationship with her family is something of a sour note. While she maintains an okay relationship with her siblings, she refuses to talk to her parents and generally tries her best to distance herself as much as she possibly can from the Takahashi name. Of course now after joining up with the Jiyuna no Guntai, she has broken ties with them all together as the Takahashi Clan supports the Confederation in all things. lil shit

Rin comes from the school of attrition in that she leans heavily upon her own endurance and stamina to with last the fury of blows until the other guy tires himself out, much like a boxer would do. In her mind she does not need to punch harder than her opponent or be faster than them, she just needs to outlast them because the longer they push, the higher the chance is of them making some sort of mistake which than Rin can use to exploit them. *Do to Rin still being as Chūnin and not having master the technique yet, the Jutsu is in a much weaker form than portrayed in the show. Firstly its raw mutilating power has gone down a little bit less slicing arms off and more deep painful slashes and cuts. Beside that the blade itself can be seen rather being invisible as the chakara infused wind shimmers about and so can be dodged rather than it being an instant homing beacon of death. Of course it is still a terrifying giant wind sword thing/dagger depending on how you feel like using it so there is that though. k

The Takahashi clan's hiden. A yang release that for a very short period of time (think about 20 or so seconds) increase the density of an object by about ten fold. This is used primarily upon weapons to give them an attack a little bit extra kick, or even upon a wall or something to make it be able to withstand a heavy blow. While it can hypothetically be used upon a human body, the results are rather gruesome as the body can't deal with the force once the jutsu wears off, usually rustling in broken bones and other not fun things. To this point though use as a technique to directly attack an enemy is pretty much out of the question mostly due to the fact that holding onto somebody while concentrating on actually using the technique is task is basically impossible to do as the contact must be undisturbed so the enemy twitches just a little bit and it just fizzles not working at all. seems balanced, she may want to learn added weight rock jutsu which is the logical continuation of her set■ Name

His ears, mouth, and nose are normal, tending towards the small side, but aren't out of place on him at all I'd hope not. One of the most curious features on his face You had me at "Teeth on the face. He's a strange one alright are his canine teeth, (which not many people get to see due to the obvious cloth that covers the bottom portion of his face) which are quite a bit sharper and longer than that of most of the people around him (no, he's not a vampire or anything of the sort Purple-red eyes, pale skin, fangs and emo hair? Suuure, pal). The other curious feature on his face is around his left eye, which he usually keeps covered with his long hair that drapes over half of his face CRAWWWLLLIIING, you see, he has two noticeable gashes around his eye (from when he was a child) that didn't cost him that eye but hurt him internally (more of than in the history).
Daiki is a lean boy with very noticeable (but not big) muscles from his earliest days when he had to work carrying lots of merchandise for various merchants. He doesn't have any tattoos or markings on his body, but he does have a lot of scars all over his hands from the various sharp and heavy pieces he would have to carry. His arms are longer than is to be expected "Orangutan Boy", in contrast to his legs, which are a lot more average for his body size. He wears a very dark judoki-type suit with a cloth covering his neck and bottom half of his face, along with light, black jikatabi and elbow-high black gloves. He carries a belt with a few paper bombs, kunai, shuriken (standard shinobi stuff) when on a mission/in combat. Even with his physical endurance and strength, he's not built for hand-to-hand combat at all, simply because Daiki has terrible resistance to being hit and his hits aren't really "K.O" material since he never really enjoyed punching and kicking things at all. He has a very driven character, and refuses to give up or to do something he doesn't want to do. His drive goes far enough towards where it's easy to mistake him for a stubborn teenager at times Nah, he is a stubborn teenager. No mistake there. This is especially true when it comes to Daiki and his family, who would always try and keep a conservative attitude towards life and try to impart this form of thinking into Daiki, who would simply refuse to go along See?. This disposition would create a lot of problems in his family, eventually leading him to simply run away from home and live on his own. It is through his drive that Daiki would be able to survive and eventually become a shinobi.

Daiki also has a relatively big issue when it comes to teams and missions Of course he does, since he holds a grudge on anyone. He isn't necessarily the kind of person who will just fight everyone who insults him, but he will remember said insult. There have been a few times where this has put a mission in jeopardy either by Daiki refusing to help someone who attacked him or wanting to kill a target that the Confederation needs alive Yeaaahhh, Daiki here is a liability. This hasn't stopped him, though, since he does have a valuable asset, which is that he is calculated Sure. Kek. Even when he lets his anger get the best of him, Daiki manages to do it in a very well thought-out way Double Kek. This type of nature is the reason why Daiki is still alive and well today.
Despite what he looks like, Daiki is actually an open person, not really a "class clown" type of guy or a super social person, but he does enjoy talking to people and making friends when he gets the chance to 'Kay. He is also very enthusiastic about missions and killing targets, which leads some people to think that he's a psychopath [color=SteelBlue ]Sounds about right to me[/color], which is a rather inconclusive assumption, considering he doesn't so much enjoy killing people Which is it, pal? but he has his "moments". It's usually during these moments where Daiki is a dangerous person, which is why his original sensei's expertise is genjutsu (to keep Daiki under control). Also, it's best to stay away when this happens since he becomes very short-tempered and is prone to attack people who rub him the wrong way Remember how I mentioned the whole "being a liability" thing? Daiki's violent nature isn't just limited to his "moments", as he's always usually a very violent person Fun at parties too, right?, but when he's not having his moment, he knows how to control his violence, which is why some may think he's not naturally violent. Not only is he violent but he also has a very aggressive disposition towards anyone who may be threatening or attacking him I mean, yeah. Most people do. He usually likes the people that are his peers, but when he doesn't like someone it'll show because he's just quiet towards those people. Daiki was born in Sunegakure around five years prior to the Confederation's rise to power. He lived a relatively quiet life with his parents and older brother, Takeshi, for a good portion of his childhood. Daiki always fought with his parents Reckless from the womb #Savage, though, since they would always try to control him and his thoughts by instilling their own into him. This was a big reason why Daiki hated his home during his childhood Rebellious Teen Toddler , but he never ran away because he had Takeshi with him to comfort and help Daiki through his troubles. His brother was much older than him (15 years old) and was always talking about how he would one day become a leader for this world and lead everyone to a better future I CAN SEE THE DEATH FLAG FROM ORBIT.
Even though Daiki always found his brother's dreams stupid What a little asshole lmao, they gave him some sort of purpose in life: to help his brother achieve his dreams. He would do this by always following his brother around and getting involved in fights he had no place fighting in, which would get him hurt and very in trouble with his parents "Don't worry, bro! I'm gonna help you by being a total idiot! And, like, four!". Surprisingly to Daiki, though, while his brother did get mad at him, Takeshi never tried to stop Daiki and would always encourage him to pursue whatever it was that he wanted to in life He's four, man. What the hell?. When Daiki turned three Wait, so he was a delinquent at TWO YEARS OLD? and his parents began educating him, his brother would always go with him even though he didn't need to, and help Daiki whenever he got stumped on certain studies. When Daiki turned five, the Confederation took over Amegakure and the rest of the provinces around the village, including Sunagakure. It was this event that would change his life forever and finally make him snap.
Takeshi was the first in line to join the Confederations ranks, becoming a chunin and joining a squad that would overlook Sunagakure. Sadly, however, Takeshi's squad was only one of a few since the Confederation had no real interests in the desert wasteland that was the Suna province, leaving the village more exposed to bandits or rogue shinobi Ehhhhh. One such event occurred mere weeks before Daiki's sixth birthday, when Takeshi was guarding the area around the house. Daiki had full confidence in his brother's ability to protect him, and his stories of missions made him want to join the Confederation as soon as he came of age, but fate didn't agree with poor Daiki on this. It was nighttime and Takeshi had told his parents of the presence of unidentified shinobi in the area, prompting Daiki's family to hide in the basement while Takeshi stood guard with a member of his squad. It turns out that those shinobi mysteriously vanished, leading Takeshi and his friend to enter Daiki's home and tell them that it was safe; sadly for him, the higher-ups of the Confederation didn't know this yet and, when a jonin task force entered the home, they saw Takeshi and his partner as threats, unloading vicious attacks on them until they died Yeah, you'd think partway through bombarding them with all manner of bullshit they might have, I dunno.... Noticed they were wearing the designated Hamajo uniforms. Or conmunicated over some sort of radio. Just a thought. By the time they realized that they had just killed Confederation chunin, it was too late.
It was that event which left Daiki's eye so badly scarred for the rest of his life Howwww?. In classic government fashion, the Confederation refused to accept responsibility for Takeshi's death #ShinobiLivesMatter. That wasn't what made Daiki angry, though, it was the fact that his parents acted like nothing happened at all and still fully supported the jonin squad's decision "I hated that little shit anyway", they even refused to speak about Takeshi's death at all up until Daiki turned six and ran away from home. For close to a year, Daiki lived on the streets, carrying merchandise around for merchants in exchange for payment lolemployingvagrantcholdren.
Academy
A month or so before Daiki turned seven, he decided to join an Academy That seems pretty hard considering the "vagrant child" thing to learn to become a shinobi so he could accomplish his new dream of being the strongest shinobi in the world. This new dream sprung from the fact that he didn't want to lose someone he cared about ever again and being strong would allow him to protect those around him #ShounenMotivation. The Academy Daiki joined was controlled by the Confederation What did he expect?, which irritated him immensely but he chose to just go with it because that was the only way to become a shinobi available to him. Daiki, much to his surprise, ended up loving the Academy like a new home where he met a lot of good people which he could call friends; you see, while never being the most popular kid around, Daiki always managed to make friends with people that he wanted to make friends with and he relished the opportunity to do so. While there, Daiki learned a lot of valuable traits about fighting, analyzing, and coordinating within a squad of shinobi And proceeded to immediately disregard all of it #CharacterDevelopment. Much to his instructor's dismay, Daiki never really liked fighting hand-to-hand and preferred to use long range attacks and weapons to fight, arguing that a weapon is much stronger than a fist and much more effective in killing someone Not sure why an instructor would find that so shocking.
During this phase at the Academy, Daiki continued to do his work for merchants around the village: transporting goods around, advertising, etc. which allowed him to earn working experience and got him strength and social skills Which he also forgot about as well, rounding him out as a person quite nicely Nope. It was during this line of work that Daiki found himself a nice katana Lel while loading goods into a vehicle; the blade belonged to the merchant but Daiki didn't exactly like the man, but he liked the sword, prompting him to take it after receiving payment. As the boy grew closer to 12 years old, the prospect of becoming a genin was upon him, which meant that soon he'd become a true shinobi. When Daiki turned 11, he chose to stay away from working, as he had already made a decent sum of money in the previous five years And may have built up a reputation as a Klepto along the way, to train and study as much as he could to pass the exam and become a genin. As his studies moved along, his progress became more noticeable as he was able to perform shuriken and clone exercises more easily than before. About three months before he turned 12, Daiki was somewhere around the desert training, when he was approached by a middle-aged merchant who seemed to have intrigue in the child Yeah, that doesn't sound creepy at all. Daiki was very suspicious of the man Finally some sensible behavior and even told him that he wasn't doing work at that time, but the man didn't have an interest in work, instead he took Daiki's shuriken and performed the exercise flawlessly without any effort. This really took Daiki by surprise, prompting him to ask the man if he could help with training, to which he agreed. After that session, the man questioned Daiki about his family and where he lived, to which Daiki replied by telling the man that he had no family and lived on his own. The man, named Akira, proposed that Daiki live with him until he comes of age, which the boy accepted happily without even stopping to think what could be going on So much for being "sensible".
It turned out that Akira was actually a shinobi himself, a jonin to be exact, who had carried out many missions on behalf of the Confederacy, but retired when he lost his sons in a fight around Konohagakure a year before RIP unnamed children. While it bothered Daiki that this man used to be part of the Confederation, he decided to remain simply to gain the bets training possible from an experienced shinobi to pass the genin exam. To make sure to reciprocate the training he was receiving, Daiki began helping Akira with his merchandise.
Genin
When Daiki turned 12, he showed up at the Academy to take his genin exam, which he passed with flying colors, officially becoming a shinobi. Despite his reservations towards Akira, Daiki continued to live with him and help him with his work to the point where he began to consider Akira a new father for him. In the new school for shinobi, Daiki realized that many of his good friends from the Academy were sent to different groups as him, which didn't bother him too much as he met new friends there. There was something different about the new school since everything led up to the fights at the chunin exams, and there was a new feel of competitiveness among all of the young genin there.
As he went through he process of becoming a chunin, Daiki had a girlfriend or two, but never anything serious Impressive considering what an awful human he's been from birth. As mentioned, the new environment was competitive, and not just in terms of being a shinobi; boys would often find it annoying that Daiki wasn't socially inept like them I beg to differ, good sir, so they decided that the only way to solve their shortcomings was to attack Daiki. It started off as snickering and petty insults, but it soon developed into actual fighting, at which Daiki wasn't exactly the best at. Every time he'd go home with a black eye or something until he decided that he'd had enough of them Oh boiii. While he had knowledge of offensive jutsu, Daiki couldn't fight five people at a time on his own, so he asked Akira for more training Good move, Daniel-san.
This new training was harder and more rigorous than what he'd been used to, and it caused him a few injuries. The reason for this was that Akira was training Daiki in Fire Release, which Daiki had little knowledge of, causing him to burn himself whenever he couldn't control his chakra properly What a merone. This hindered his performance in the earlier missions that he undertook with his squad, but it paid off later on in Daiki's genin missions. Daiki would begin to regularly over perform "Over perform"? in missions for about a year prior to the chunin exams, earning him something of a reputation as a favorite to become a chunin.
Once the exams rolled around, Daiki was 100% ready to win and progress in his journey as a shinobi, not only that but he also got to exact revenge on a few of the boys that bothered him Sweet. Daiki breezed through the early stages of the exams, making it to quarterfinals rather handily. At quarterfinals, Daiki faced his first real challenge, a puppet user who had a surprising amount of puppets on him. He managed to hit Daiki more than a few times, but sadly for him his puppets all burned away thanks to all of that Fire Release Training that Daiki undertook with Akira. At semifinals Daiki came dangerously close to losing to a genjutsu user, but it turned out that his greatest weapon would also become Daiki's greatest weapon. Daiki's opponent made Daiki see an illusion of what he feared most, which at the time was the memory of his brother's death. This triggered the first of many insanity moments within Daiki, driving him to burn the other kid so badly that the referee had to stop the match without Daiki's opponent surrendering or getting knocked out Yikes. The finals were surprisingly easy for Daiki, as his opponent was a Wind Release user who only empowered Daiki's attacks, making it virtually impossible for Daiki to lose.
Chunin
Once Daiki became a chunin, he began entertaining the idea of disappearing and joining the Jiyutai, the only thing stopping him being fear that the Confederation would hurt Akira if he did. For a time, at least, Daiki chose to simply remain with the Confederation and carry out various missions for them with his squad. It was around this time that Daiki bought his signature outfit and began learning to use his sword Might've been smart to start doing that way earlier until he was finally able to take it with him on missions. Throughout the following five months, Daiki helped kill high-priority targets and steal plans from the rebels Yeah, that'll definitely make him real welcome in the Jiyutai. Kek., but he was noticeably not enjoying what he was doing. Akira took notice of this and had a long talk with Daiki, convincing him that it was better to live life how he wanted than to live based on the needs of others.
After this, Daiki decided that it was time to leave behind everything he had, especially the Confederacy. He said goodbye to Akira but not to his friends, so as to avoid getting caught the Confederacy higher-ups and killed. He left Sunagakure and ventured away to join up with the Jiyutai rebels Good luck with that, kiddo. This was his chance to get revenge for his brother I mean, cover-up aside, it was an accident.❖ Familial ties--Daiki's connections with his biological family are destroyed entirely (except for the blood ties) ever since his escape from their home. Now his family is his adoptive father, who is very caring yet strict when it comes to Daiki, however, he never tries to control Daiki or the decisions he makes. They both have a stable and loving father/son relationship, especially because of the help Daiki would provide to him in his earlier years.
Akira Kyo | Adoptive Father | 53, Sunagakure, Merchant. Was a former fighter for the Confederation❖ Dreams, short term goals, and fears.--Daiki has no special dream of becoming hokage of any place or the next ruler at Amegakure, but he does have a very clear dream to become the strongest shinobi in the world, so as to replicate the strength seen by previous heroes in history. He also wishes to have a family at some point. On the more short term, Daiki simply wants to complete as many missions as he can successfully and eventually become a jonin, as well as learning some more advanced jutsu so that he can be well on his way to being the strongest shinobi. His fears are too normal, considering he doesn't have much of a family and has no real care for his village. His biggest fear would have to be losing his adoptive father Fair, as it would crush him and almost certainly drive him to have more, or even indefinite moments of insanity. Another big fear of his is that one day he has a "moment" and kills his entire team Yeah, that kind of risk is sure to have his squadmates kill him instead for the good of the mission. Definitely too volatile to even consider allowing in the Unfettered. ❖ StrengthsThe jutsu makes the user impervious to most physical attacks and even a good number of projectile and close combat jutsu Yeah, no. I could see it making punching the kid kind pf a bad idea, but straight up neutralizing physical/projectile atracks makes no sense. Maaaayyybe I can buy the heat melting something like a standard shuriken/kunai, but unless he's some kind of logia, I can't see why a physical strike from a good distance would be mitigated at all. It also makes it harder for sharingan users to cast genjutsu on them since the fire has chakra in it, masking the user's chakra from less perceptive eyes See @Savato and @Buddha's discussion with @Krot about the functions of genjutsu. Also, probably not an effective barrier against something as brolic as the Sharingan. It also allows the user to use slightly empowered Fire Release jutsu. Lastly it increases the user's speed while active I'll buy it. "Super Modes" like this usually raise a stat. Be aware that I'm not exactly a fan, though.

There is nothing special about the blade at first glance, but after lots of use one may realize that the blade doesn't blunt for some odd reason. It's mostly used to kill targets Duh when Daiki runs out of other options or it can be used with his kekkei genkai to add extra damage to each slice. So, it just looks like a regular katana? Nothing of note about how it looks? Eh. Not a lot to say about it otherwise
