Granted, now you'll never feel pain or tiredness again, but your body will still function as normal and will require you to satisfy its usual needs. It'll take an excrutiating amount of constant attention to make sure to keep your sleep schedule intact, as well as stay away from all sources of harm, as you won't notice if something hurts you before it's too late.

I wish I was able to speak any language in the world if I wanted to.

Granted, but you can never descend. So if you fly a certain height, you're stuck there for good. No anchoring yourself down either.
