Personal Style: Rose likes to wear a variety of colors, but her favorites are red and blue. She is a huge fan of cute dresses, skirts, and sweaters and often likes to pair all of these up with tights and either flats or boots. She normally wears her thick, curly hair down or up in a bun or pony tail, but she always has bangs. You could say she's fairly modest with her outfit choices but still very cute and stylish. Well, most of time at least.
Caring * Naive * Friendly * Stubborn * Determined * Self-conscious
Sexuality: Bisexual
Relationship Status: Single but also sort of in an on again, off again relationship with her boyfriend of 2 years, Abe.
Personality: Rose is a very kind, independent, and hardworking young woman. She's always been considered a "sweetheart" by her friends, families, but Rose would like to believe she's a little more feisty than that. She's very opinionated but very respectful and believes good manners are important in a person. However, it's not hard to fool Rose as she wants to see the best in everyone she meets. People like to use her because she hardly ever says no and wants approval from everyone. When she was younger she was lonely. Rose was bullied a lot due to the fact that she had no filter and would let you know exactly how she felt about absolutely anything. Not to mention the fact that she was considered a teacher's pet because she loved school and enjoyed learning and being involved. She's always been very open about everything, finding it hard to lie/hide her true feelings. Her attitude never changed but the bullying subsided once high school started and boys started paying more attention to the pretty girl with big blue eyes. She still didn't have many friends, however, as she just never seemed to "fit in" with any crowd. Rose, for a long time, tried very hard to feel like she did but it never worked and never made her happy. So once she got past the awkward teenage years, she cared less about what others thought of her and more about feeling good about life. Still, she struggles with relationships and hopes one day she'll figure it out.
Habits: Hums/sings while she's performing tasks such as writing, filing, or cleaning; rolls her eyes a lot when people aren't looking; taps her foot a lot.
Hobbies: Rose enjoys writing, she always wanted to be a writer for a magazine or newspaper. She also has a lovely singing voice, and is very good at playing guitar, ukulele, and sort of the piano. She dabbles in crafting from time-to-time but never seems to follow through due to a loss of interest about halfway into starting something (she tried to knit a scarf once, but wasn't even able to fit it around her neck by the time she stopped.)

What Brings You to Dunder Mifflin: "Oh, uh, well that's a...good question. Um, well I decided to drop-er, take a break from school, and come home for a while. I needed a job, and I saw an ad online for a receptionist job and...you know, here I am! Um, that's kind of all I really have to say on the matter as of right now..."
Life Up To This Point: Rose grew up in New Castle, and is the youngest of five children to Andy and Carla Peters. Her father is a pediatrician and her mother is a counselor at a local Mormon church. She was raised in a religious environment, but her parents never really forced it on their kids as they are very open-minded and accepting people. Rose always felt like expectations were high for her; her siblings were all so great that she felt like she needed to live up to them. Not only that, but by the time she was 20, all her siblings had gotten married and/or had children. Around this time she was becoming less and less interested in her schoolwork and more into "discovering herself." She was tired of feeling like she needed to make everyone proud, that she had to be successful in order to have worth. The work load and stress of being in college was too much for her and so she decided to do what she felt was best for her at the time. At the end of the first semester of her junior year, she withdrew from school much to the disappointment of her parents and the rest of her family. Rose then moved back home, lived with her parents for about 2 years and then moved in with some friends.
For about two years, Rose has been in an on-again, off-again relationship with a man named Abe Robbins. Though she's grown tired of going back and forth, she's not sure what else could be out there for her. She still wants to be a writer but is still afraid of failure. As of right now she's been a receptionist at Dunder Mifflin for 3 years and is currently taking online courses at the community college. Her goal is to get enough credits that she'll be able to transfer to either Penn State or another college to finish school and finally get her degree in Journalism.
Character Quote: "Dunder Mifflin, this is Rose."
Theme Song: Blue-Marina and the Diamonds
Dirty Little Secret: Experimented with a lot of drugs in her early twenties. Still smokes weed every so often, but doesn't make a habit out of it.
